The experiment was to study the effect of different storage temperatures on post-harvest physiology and quality of feed mulberry leaves, the mulberry leaves were stored at room temperature 26, 8, 4, and 0 °C to analyse the changes of mulberry leaf color, respiratory intensity, weight loss rate, protein content, total sugar content and fat content. The results showed that compared with normal temperature storage, low temperature storage could prolong the storage time of feed mulberry leaves, reduce weight loss, reduce respiration, delay color change, delay the decrease time of total sugar, protein and fat content. Under low temperature condition, 0 °C would cause frostbite of mulberry leaves, and mulberry leaves lose use value. Mildew appeared in mulberry leaves after 20 d of storage at 8 °C. Storage at 4 °C could prolong the storage period of mulberry leaves to 40 d. The experiment indicates that the storage effect of mulberry leaves at 4 °C is better than that under other test conditions, so 4 °C is more suitable for storing feed mulberry leaves. Three-dimensional (3D) graphene was prepared by hard template method. After functionalized by 3-thiophenecarboxylicacid-5-ethyl-hydrazide,3D graphene was used as sensitive element and the ionic liquid 1 -ethyl-3 -methylimidazolium hexaffuorophosphate ( EMIPF6 ) was used as a binder to modify the glassy carbon electrode. The content of cadmium was determined by ASV method, and the results were compared with that of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), specified detection method for cadmium in Chinese Pharmacopoeia edition 2020. Results showed that under the optimal test condi-tions(0.2 mol/L HAc-NaAc,£d =-1.2 V,td =180 s),the ASV peak current was proportional to Cd2 + concentration in the range of 0 -4 mg/kg,and the limits of detection was 0.6 ng/kg( S/N = 3 ). The results of methodology met the requirements of the test method and the results were consistent with those determination results of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Objective The study was aimed to observe the success rate of streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats by low dose repeated and large dose with a single intraperitoneal injection, and explore the ideal scheme of STZ induced diabetic rats. Methods 48 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: group 1 (20 mg/kg), group 2 (30 mg/kg), group 3 (40 mg/kg), group 4 (50 mg/kg), group 5 (60 mg/kg) and group 6 (the control group) . The groups 1-3 were treated with repeated intraperitoneal injection scheme, and each injection interval time was 5 days. The groups 4 and 5 were conducted according to the single intraperitoneal injection scheme. Blood glucose was measured at the fifth day after each injection. Results The rats model of group 2, group 3, and groups 4 and 5 was successfully established after four times, two times and one time of injection, respectively. At the end of the experiment, the success rate of groups 2 to 5 was 75%, 100%, 75% and 75%, respectively. In group 1, the model has not yet succeeded after five times injection. In group 5, 2 rats died. Conclusion The single intraperitoneal injection of STZ 50 mg/kg was an economical approach to induce diabetic SD rats, which has high success rate and survival rate. In this paper, the main vegetative growth indexes of chrysanthemum such as height of plant, number of ground stem diameter, number of branches and the main reproductive growth indexes of chrysanthemum such as number of flower, weight of flower, diameter of flower, thickness of flower which were introduced and cultivated at different altitude in Baoxing of Sichuan Province were measured by field trials and the main quality indexes of the chrysanthemum samples such as content of Chlorogenic acid, contents of Luteolin and Isochlorogenic acid A were measured by laboratory analysis. The measured data were prossed by variance and correlation analysis to find the difference of plant growth and quality for medication of chrysanthemum which were introduced and cultivated at different altitude at high altitude area. The results showed that the vegetable growth index such as height of plant,the reproductive growth indexes such as number of flower, weight of flower, diameter of flower, thickness of flower and the quality indexes such as content of Luteolm and Isochlorogenic acid A of chrysanthemum were affected significantly by the elevation gradient at high attitude area(P>0.05). The vegetable growth indexes such as diameter of groung stem, number of braches and the quality index such as content of Chlorogenic acid of chrysanthemum were affected insignificantly by the elevation gradient at high attitude area (P<0.05). The vegetable growth index such as height of plant and the quality indexes such as number of flower, diameter of flower of chrysanthemum had a significant correlation with the elevation gradient at high attitude area (P<0.05). The elevation gradient at high attitude area had a significant effects on the plant growth of chrysanthemum exclude a few vegetable growth indexes such as the number of braches and diameter of ground stem. Within a certain range of altitudes(2 051--2 405 m) at high attitude area, the elevation gradient had insignificant effects on the quality formation of chrysanthemum. The quality of chrysanthemum all met the medicinal condition within the altitude of 2 051-2 598 m according to the minimum limits standard of active ingredients of chrysanthemum in the "Pepole's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition)" and the chrysanthemum had a best quality for medication which were introduced and cultivated around the altitude of 2 329 m. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of escitalopram in treatment of patients with depressive disorders. Methods A control study was carried out between 119 patients who met the DSM-IV criteria of depression and depressed episode. The 62 of total patients were treated with escitalopram (10~20⋅ mg d-1) and the others were treated with paroxetine (20~40 mg⋅d-1) for 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Montgomery Depression Rating Scale (MADRS), Clinical Global Impression (CGI) and the safety was assessed by Adverse Event Scale. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the total effective rates of escitalopram group and paroxetine group were 72.6% and 71.9% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) . The clinical curing rate of escitalopram group and paroxetine group were 24.2% and 22.8% respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05). The scores of HAMD17, HAMA, MADRS and CGI in both groups decreased significantly, with statistically difference between the baseline and other observation time points (P< 0.001). The adverse event rates of the escitalopram group and paroxetine group were 38.71% and 35.09% respectively, with no significant difference (P > 0.05). The main adverse events of two groups were nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, cardiopalmus, epigastric discomfort, et al.
