It is well known that the German judicial system enables the procedural parties to find justice in the German courts under very favorable conditions. But, in spite of this, this system has its weak points too. As a first of these weaknesses, a large number of court cases can be highlighted that prevent the normal functioning of the system. In some regions of Germany, the court cases are overloaded, despite the efforts of the Agency for Case Management, again without any reason are making any progress. Germany is a member of the European Union and as a state it has a greater number of judges than the number of people in the country. However, the total number of judges for years is fixed. While advocates who are admitted to the Chamber of Advocates in recent years, there is a huge increase. Court expenses account for barely 50% of the cost of the system. In order to reduce the number of cases that have no legal basis, a debate is being made to increase the costs of such cases. However, no method so far has helped to achieve this goal. Within contemporary estimates, it has been stated that in general the German judicial system works well and has gained the trust of the people. However, in Germany, as is the case with almost every part of the world, the judicial system; with the limited number of means and working staff available, has tried to enable people to achieve the desired outcome at the lowest possible expense, quickly and qualitatively. So, reform and audit efforts continue. So, in this scientific work I will try to explain some of the efforts that are made in the field of reforming the civil system in R.F of Germany.
