A 40-year-old woman developed psychosis while being treated with amantadine for Wilson's disease. The woman experienced delusions and irritability, leading to hospitalization. After reducing and stopping the dose of amantadine, along with continued treatment with other medications, she showed improvement in psychotic symptoms and was eventually discharged with a lower psychiatric rating score.
