Launched in 1964, the Journal of the Korean Society of Radiology (JKSR) has served as the official journal of the Korean Society of Radiology (KSR). However, with establishment of the Korean Journal of Radiology (KJR), an entirely English journal, in 2000 and listing of the KJR in the SCI(E), KJR has become the representative academic journal of the KSR. Therefore, the identity of JKSR needs to be restructured, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status and the future direction of the JKSR. The survey was conducted in September 2018 with 10 questions through on-line and mobile, and 553 members gave responses. According to the survey results, about 75% of the respondents read more than one JKSR article a year, mostly through on-line. All types of papers, including original article, case report, and review article were being read. The most common reason for contributing articles to the JKSR was submission for the radiology board examination, and the most common reason for not contributing articles to the JKSR was non-recognition of the publication in JKSR as achievement in universities because JKSR is not indexed in SCI(E). Many respondents were hoping for dealing with continuous medical education and health policies in radiology as the future role of JKSR. Based on these surveys, we plan to reorganize JKSR in 2019, which we would like to introduce in this paper.

Photoplethysmogram(PPG) is the method to obtain the biomedical signal using the linear relationships between the blood volume for changing the cardiac contraction and relaxation and the amount of light for absorbing the hemoglobin in the blood. In this paper, we proposed the analyzed results which show the heart rate variability and the distribution of heart rate for before and after using PPG. Moreover, this paper designed and implemented the system based on personal computer to predict cardiovascular disease in advance using the analyzed results for the autonomic balance from taking the spectral analysis of heart rate and the state of the blood vessel for analyzing APG(acceleration plethysmogram).

Sonography with a high-frequency transducer is the modality of choice for imaging the scrotum. Most intratesticular lesions are hypoechoic. Differentiation of intratesticular hypoechoic lesions as either malignant or benign is important because the treatment of these lesions vary. In this paper, we review the sonographic features of different types of intratesticular hypoechoic lesions, such as testicular cysts, testicular tumors, testicular inflammatory lesions, segmental testicular infarction, and testicular trauma.고주파 탐촉자를 이용한 초음파 검사는 음낭 검사의 일차선택 영상기법이다. 대부분의 고환 내 병변은 초음파 검사에서 저음영 병변으로 보인다. 고환 내 저음영 병변을 악성 혹은 양성 병변으로 구별하는 것은 중요한데, 병변의 악성 혹은 양성 여부에 따라 병변의 치료가 달라지기 때문이다. 이에 본 임상화보에서는 고환의 낭성 병변, 고환 종양, 고환의 염증성 병변, 고환 구역성 경색증, 그리고 고환 외상 등 다양한 고환 내 저음영 병변의 초음파 소견들에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

3D printing has recently been used in various fields. Among various applications, 3D face data must be generated for 3D face printing. A laser scanner is used to acquire 3D face data, but there is a restriction that a person should not move during scanning. In this paper, we propose a 3D face modeling method based on a single image and a face transformation system to use the generated 3D face for virtual cosmetic surgery. We have defined facial feature points from the 3D face database for 3D face data generation. After extracting feature points from a single face image, 3D face of the input face image is generated corresponding to the 3D face feature points defined from the 3D face database. After 3D face modeling, 3D face modification part is applied for use such as virtual cosmetic surgery.

Due to the popularity of artificial intelligent, medical image processing using artificial neural network is increasingly attracting the attention of academic and industry researches. Deep learning with a convolutional neural network has been proved to very effective representation of images. However, the training process requires high performance H/W platform. Thus, the realtime learning of a large number of high dimensional samples within low-power devices is a challenging problem. In this paper, we attempt to establish this possibility by presenting a realtime neural network method on Raspberry pi using online sequential extreme learning machine. Our experiments on high-dimensional dataset show that the proposed method records an almost real-time execution.

This paper suggests techniques to enhance coding time which is a problem in traditional fractal compression and to improve fidelity of reconstructed images by determining fractal coefficient through adaptive selection of block approximation formula. First, to reduce coding time, we construct a linear list of domain blocks of which characteristics is given by their luminance and variance and then we control block searching time according to the first permissible threshold value. Next, when employing three-level block partition, if a range block of minimum partition level cannot find a domain block which has a satisfying approximation error, There applied to 24-bpp color image compression and image techniques. The result did not occur a loss in the image quality of the image when using the encoding method, such as almost to the color in the YIQ image compression rate and image quality, such as RGB images and showed good.

Ultrasound devices diagnose many disease, which is widely used, can not be standardized quantitative evaluated in order to evaluate sonography image of quality. Therefore, in this papers, aims to get correct image in order to accurate diagnosis by figuring out the appropriate parameter based on each target by measuring distortion which results in the analyzation of the sensitivity of SNR and the histogram of signal by manipulating parameter of 8 mm target in ATS-539 multipurpose phantom. Equipment using Acuson sequoia 512, convex probe and utilizes multi-objective phantom. experiment method is that first you put the phantom on the flat and acquire 85 sheets of image, changing frequency(2,3,4 MHz, harmonic 3, 4, 4.5 MHz), Focus(2, 4, 6 unit), and Dynamic Range(58, 68, 78, 88, 98) for a 8 mm structure. through the Image J program. The sensitivity angle of 8mm target through Image J program is gauged by each separate target SNR and the distorted angle subtract and measure Histogram of background from Histogram of signal and take top 40% from the given result value above. According to parameter variation we found out proper parameter by acquiring SNR of sensitivity and distortion data for aspect of transition. The more this findings have Focus, the lower distortion value and at 4 MHz frequency this result have high SNR and low distortion value. Dynamic Range got an appropriate image on 88 and 98. It is considered on the basis of the experimental data, the probability of disease diagnosis will get higher.

In this case report, we present the radiologic and pathologic findings of atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH) in the male breast. It is well known that a high-risk lesion such as ADH is a precursor of breast cancer in females. However, the clinical significance of these lesions in the male breast is still uncertain because male breasts mainly consist of ducts without lobule formation, unlike the female breast. To our knowledge, imaging findings of ADH in the male breast have not been reported previously, except for a few studies on the pathologic findings of these lesions. Through this paper, we would like to present the possible imaging features of this highrisk lesion in the male breast and review the related literature.

In this paper, a method was proposed for objective and scientific judgment on disease conditions that is currently relied on subjective judgment of ultrasound practitioners. In the proposed method, mean squared errors (MSE) in ultrasound images for follow-up of HCC patients were obtained and the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR) of the ultrasound images was analyzed. According to the results of analysis, MSE and PSNR values changed over time. This is attributable to changes in ultrasound images resulting from increases in utrasonic echoes following the progression of HCC. The results of the present study can be used as a method for scientific and objective judgment in ultrasonic scan instead of current subjective judgment by practitioners. Key Words : HCC, Ultrasound, MSE, PSNR 요 약 본 연구에서는 술자의 주관적인 판단에 의존하고 있는 질환 여부의 판정을 객관적이고 과학적인 방법으로 판정하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법에서는 간세포암 환자를 추적관찰 한 초음파영상을 MSE(Mean Squared Error : 평균제곱오차)를 구한 후 PSNR(Peak Signal to Noise Ratio)분석을 하였다. 분석한 결과 시간이 지남에 따라 MSE값과 PSNR값이 변화함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 이유는 간세포암이 진행됨에 따라 초음파 에코의 증가로 초음파영상의 변화에 기인하는 것이다. 본 논문의 결과는 술자의 주관적인 판단에 의하여 행해지고 있는 초음파 검사를 과학적이고 객관적인 판정을 할 수 있는 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we studied additional filter and Ion chamber combinations to reduce patient dose without decreasing image quality in digital chest x-ray projection. The experiment set 125 kVp, 320 mA, AEC mode. Ion chamber sensors was divided by 4 cases of combinations, then, we measured patient dose and calculated organ dose using PCXMC. Also, physical image assessment using MTF was performed. As a results, The surface entrance dose and organ dose were the lowest when selecting both left and right Ion chamber sensors under the same conditions of additional filter. In image quality assessment, The spatial frequency scored 2.494 lp/mm which was highest when selecting both right and left Ion-chambers and 0.1 mmCu filter. And to conclude, to select both right and left Ion chamber sensors and 0.1 mmCu filter will help for acquiring good quality image as well as reducing patient dose.

In this paper, for a new detection system development with the better accurate dose evaluation and beam distribution imaging using the small field irradiation of linear accelerator, the compound semiconductor based detection sensors were fabricated and the performance evaluation was investigated. The special particle-in-binder sedimentation was used for a large area film sensor fabrication. The detection properties for high energy x-rays were investigated from a dark current, an output current, a rising time, a falling time, and response delay measurement. The experimental results, the TiO 2 mixed HgI 2 sensor showed the best electrical characteristics than PbI 2 , PbO, pure HgI 2 . Linearity, repeatability, and accuracy tests from LINAC were tested, the TiO 2 mixed HgI 2 sensor showed the better performance than the commercially available dosimetry devices. This paper presents basic supporting data necessary for planning an educational intervention strategy as part of a communication strategy that would form an extensive national consensus on and enhance national understanding of irradiated foods. A survey was conducted to collect data on the knowledge, attitude, and behavior with regard to irradiated foods among high school students, on whom education has a great ripple effect compared with the general public. The results show that 82.9% (627 students) have acquired no information, whereas 89.3% (675 students) have received no education on irradiated foods. The reason for these overwhelmingly large percentages is the lack of available opportunity for education(88.2%). Their level of knowledge on irradiated foods scores 1.71 points (out of 10 points), which is very low, whereas their attitude toward the safety of irradiated foods scores 2.76 points (out of 5 points), which is relatively low as well. As such, we predict that their tendency to purchase and consume irradiated foods is low, given their very low level of knowledge of and negative attitude toward irradiated foods. Decommission of medical cyclotron give rise to a lot of low-level radioactive waste and costs. Decommissioning cost should be reasonably calculated according to the decommissioning activities and installed components of facilities. In this paper, we investigated the experience on the cyclotron relocation from SNUH(Seoul National University Hospital) to SKKU(Sungkyunkwan University) and analyzed radioactive waste management costs by applying the disposal scenarios. Also considerations for decommissioning cost estimation are reviewed. The results could be utilized as a basic data for establishment on the methodology of decommissioning cost estimation and evaluation. Key Words : Cyclotron, Decommissioning, Radioactive waste, DFP(Decommissioning funding plan), Activation 요 약 의료용 사이클로트론 해체시 많은 양의 저준위 방사성 폐기물을 발생시키며 이에 따른 큰 해체 비용을 야기한다. 이에 국외에서는 동위원소 생산시설 도입시 해체 자금에 관한 계획을 제출할 것을 권고하고 있다. 해체 자금 계획 수립을 위해서는 해체 비용을 해체 활동과 시설의 구성 요소에 맞게 합리적으로 계산되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 2012년 12월 수행된 국내 서울대학교병원 사이클로트론(TR-13) 해체 사례를 통하여 폐기 시나리오일 때의 방사성 폐기물 처리 비용을 분석하고 해체 비용 산정시 필요한 고려사항에 대해 살펴보고 향후 해체 자금 계획 수립에 필요한 사항을 도출하고자 하였다.

In this paper, we study to classify molecular imaging and applications to predict future. Molecular imaging in vivo at the cellular level and the molecular level changes taking place to be imaged, that is molecular cell biology and imaging technology combined with the development of the new field. Molecular imaging is used fluorescence, bioluminescence, SPECT, PET, MRI, Ultrasound and other imaging technologies. That is applied to monitoring of gene therapy, cell tracking and monitoring of cell therapy, antibody imaging, drug development, molecular interaction picture, the near-infrared fluorescence imaging of cancer using fluorescence, bacteria using tumor-targeting imaging, therapeutic early assessment, prediction and therapy.The future of molecular imaging would be developed through fused interdisciplinary research and mutual cooperation, which molecular cell biology, genetics, chemistry, physics, computer science, biomedical engineering, nuclear medicine, radiology, clinical medicine, etc. The advent of molecular imaging will be possible to early diagnosis and personalized treatment of disease in the future.

This paper suggests techniques to enhance coding time which is a problem in traditional fractal compression and to improve fidelity of reconstructed images by determining fractal coefficient through adaptive selection of block approximation formula. First, to reduce coding time, we construct a linear list of domain blocks of which characteristics is given by their luminance and variance and then we control block searching time according to the first permissible threshold value. Next, when employing three-level block partition, if a range block of minimum partition level cannot find a domain block which has a satisfying approximation error, we choose new approximation coefficients using a non-linear approximation of luminance term. This boosts the fidelity. Our experiment employing the above methods shows enhancement in the coding time more than two times over traditional coding methods and shows improvement in PSNR value by about 1-3dB at the same compression rate. Lung cancer is the leading cause of death from cancer worldwide. The most effective way to reduce lung cancer mortality is early detection and treatment. Two large randomized controlled trials (RCTs), the National Lung Screening Trial and the Dutch-Belgian Randomized Lung Cancer Screening Trial, showed that low-dose CT (LDCT) can reduce the chances of lung cancer death. This paper reviews the two aforementioned RCTs and the current situations of implementing LDCT screening in several counties. Although nationwide programs of lung cancer screening are rare, they would increase in the near future. Using the two aforementioned RCTs and accumulating data from many counties, including the East Asian countries, a more effective way of LDCT screening in Korea can be devised and implemented.

Automated breast ultrasonography (ABUS) is a recently introduced technology. Similar to handheld ultrasound (HHUS), it is a supplementary screening test for breast cancer to be used along with mammography. It is particularly useful for detecting invasive breast cancers that may be overlooked by mammography in denser breast tissue. The use of ABUS is becoming more common because of the advantages of low operator dependency during image acquisition, high reproducibility, a wide field-of-view, and unavailability of better coronal imaging with HHUS. Consequently, there have been suggestions to extend ABUS use to diagnostic screening. Therefore, in this paper, we provide a review of the literature and discuss the usefulness and value of ABUS in breast cancer screening.

4D-Radiation Therapy is the optimal treatment to track moving organs(tumor) and give the appropriate prescription dose to tumor and low radiation dose to normal tissue surrounding tumor volume. The ABCHES is a 4DRT devices maintaining shallow breathing to patients. It allows the tumor`s movement was minimize. Meanwhile, Abdominal compression device is limited the breath compressing abdomen on patients. In this paper we will quantitative analysis the movement of tumor on only ABCHES versus ABCHES with Abdomal compression device and Analysis tumor dose and normal tissue`s dose by Dose Volume Histogram on two parts. The result of Comparision ABCHES and ABCHES with Abdominal compression device, SI(Superior-Inferior) direction, AP(Anterior-Posterior) direction and LR(Left-Right) direction was limited 1.0 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.2 mm(average). and also reduction rate of voluume in HPTV was , and LPTV was under only using ABCHES and ABCHES with compression. The analysis dose volume histogram was more radiation dose in ABCHES and abdominal compression device than only using ABCHES, and less normal tissue-ipsilateral lung, whole lung, kidney-dose in ABCHES and abdominal compression device than only using ABCHES. The overall analysis was ABCHES with abdominal compression better than only using ABCHES method. In hereafter it will be studies that limitation of ABCHES and abdomonal compression device. In other words, patient`s discomfort on compression intensity, method of application on patient with inaccurate respiration cycle.

In this paper, we present an algorithm to extract features about disease region in digital stomach images. For feature extraction, DCT coefficients of gastrointestinal imaging matrix was obtained. DCT coefficent matrix is concentrated energy in low frequency region, we were extracted 128 feature parameters in low frequency region. Extracted feature parameters can using for differential compression of PACS and, can using for input parameter in CAD.

Conventional periphery radiography system has a various problem such as patient dose and the pain of X-ray examination. In this paper, to solve these problems, we suggested insertional miniature x-ray system and we verified the feasibility of this system. First, we performed the Geant4 x-ray simulation to design x-ray collimator and filter to use miniature x-ray tube and we decided optimized thickness of filter and collimator. Also, we measured x-ray spectrum using CdTe detector and PX4 module to verify simulation results. Also, we acquired teeth image of fabricated phantom using conventional dental x-ray and prosed miniature x-ray system. As a results, our system has good image quality as compared to those of conventional systems. Our evaluation of the proposed system indicates that it can be potentially very useful for dental imaging.

This paper presents improvement of compression rate for SPIHT algorithm based on wavelet compression through redundancy bit removing. Proposed SPIHT algorithm uses a method to select of optimized threshold from feature of wavelet transform coefficients and removes sign bit only if coefficient is LL area. Finally Proposed SPIHT algorithm applies to Huffman coding. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves more improvement bit rate and more fast progressive transmission with low bit rate.

In this paper, monitoring system and platform of plant growth are suggested which are required by safe crop management about disaster and radiation pollution. In addition, by monitoring plant growth, the growth of plants that can measure the size of the efficient system was developed. The expected effect of this study, first, through natural disasters and radioactive contamination monitors produce fast and accurate response function can result in improved quality and productivity. Second, the size of the plant required to maintain the measurement data can save time and expense savings. Finally, plant managers can improve work efficiency.

When negative electron in x-ray tube is accelerated in to a high speed and then the currency of the electron is blocked by the target, x-ray happens by the conversion of the energy. The real area where the fast accelerated electron collides to a target area is called actual focal spot. When the string focused size is observed at the central ray side, where the direction x-ray comes out, the size seems to be reduced. This focus is called effective focal spot. By an angle of inclination, the amount of exposed radiation that patient receives differs by the angle of positive pole, which means effective focal spot is the variable. This paper presents the correlation between size of effective focal spot and amount of exposed radiation to the patient by it, and effective research for homogenized dose dispersion by the size of effective focal spot. In conclusion, following the focal size, effective range which was -8cm ~ 0 cm on average, was found and average dose rate was 0.019 R/min. Through this range, for patients with small radiation exposure, image with good density and resolution in aspect of diagnosing will be able to be obtained. Keyword : Focal Spot Test, Effective focal spot, Exposure Dose, Heel effect I. 서론 진단용 X선관은 경질내열유리관(pyrex glass)내에 음 극(cathode, filament)과 양극(anode, target)을 봉입한 진 공관이다. X선이란 X선관 내 음극측 전자(electron)를 빠른 속도로 가속시킨 다음 진행하는 전자의 흐름을 저지극(target)에서 차단시킬 때 에너지의 변환을 일으 켜 발생한다. 가속된 고속의 전자가 저지면에 충돌하 는 실제면적을 실초점(actual focal spot)이라 하고, 실초 점의 크기를 X선이 나오는 방향인 중심선(central ray) 측에서 관측할 경우 축소되어 작게 보이는데 이때의 초점을 실효초점(effective focal spot)이라고 한다. 저지극의 재질로 용융점이 높은 텅스텐을 사용하고 있지만 X선관의 내열력을 증가시키려면 큰 초점이 필 요하게 되나 초점이 클수록 영상의 해상능(resolution) 이 떨어지는 상반적인 요인이 발생한다. 이를 줄이기 위해서 도입된 것이 선초점 원리(line focus principle)이 다. X선관 방사각에 따라 음극 측의 강도가 양극 측 보다 높게 나타나 X선 강도가 균등 하지 않다. 이러한 효과를 경사각 효과(heel effect)라고 하며, 경사각 효과 로 인하여 환자가 받는 피폭의 정도는 양극의 각도, 즉 실효초점의 크기에 따라 달라지게 된다. 본 논문에 서는 실효초점의 크기와 그에 따른 환자 피폭선량의 상관관계를 알아보고 실효초점의 크기에 따른 균질 선량 분포를 위한 효과적인 조사야를 제시하고자 한 다. II. 재료 및 방법 본 연구를 위한 초점 측정은 Focal spot test법으로 실험하였다. [그림 1]의 장비를 [그림 3]과 같이 설치하 여 초점의 크기를 테스트 한 후 중심선에서부터 양극 측과 음극 측의 선량 분포를 2 cm 간격으로 [그림 2]의 장비를 이용하여 계측하였다. 초점의 테스트는 [그림1] 에 보이는 Nuclear Associates 07-591 Focal Spot Test Tool을 사용하였다. 초점 테스트 도구인 Nuclear Associates 07-591 Focal Spot Test Tool은 15개 그룹의 테스트 패턴과 6" 높이의 스탠드로 구성되어 있다. 각 각의 그룹은 6개의 막대로 구성되어 있으며 3개의 막 대가 각각 직각으로 세팅되어 있다. 그리고 각각의 그 룹은 0.63 라인 쌍/mm 부터 2.52 라인 쌍/mm으로 되 어 있다. 방사선을 조사한 후 제공되는 [표 1]의 차트 에서 분해능과 초점의 크기를 관찰하여 공칭 초점 면 적(nominal focal spot dimension)을 확정하였다. X-선 노 출과 노출 선량을 측정하기 위하여 [그림 2]에 보이는 06-526 RAD-CHECK 플러스를 사용하였다. 이 장치는 신뢰성, 정확성을 보증하는 장치이며 사용이 간편하 다. 장치의 구성은 내장된 이온챔버와 디스플레이 전 자장치로 구성된다. 그림 1. Nuclear Associates 07-591 Focal Spot Test Tool

This report describes a rare case of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, initially presented as a distant metastatic lymph node without demonstrable hepatic mass, in a 37-year-old man. Initially, a solitary cystic mass around the common hepatic artery was detected; two years later, a mass-forming intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma developed in the left lobe of the liver. The cystic mass showed no change in shape and size for two years, which was then confirmed as a distant metastatic lymph node of cholangiocarcinoma after surgery. This was an extraordinary clinical manifestation of the intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, which presented as a cavity lymphadenopathy with unknown primary site, in addition to favorable clinical course with stable size and shape for 2 years. After literature reviews, we discuss in this paper the possible mechanism of cancer of unknown primary in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and the prognostic factors involved.

Lymphoma is rarely associated with pouch surgery. To date, only five reports in the literature described lymphoma in an ileal pouch for ulcerative colitis (1-5) and only two papers reported about lymphoma in the anastomosis site for colonic adenocarcinoma which were anaplastic large cell lymphoma and T-cell lymphoma (6, 7). We report a very rare case of primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBL) arising in an ileocolonic anastomosis site which was found five years after a right hemicolectomy for adenocarcinoma in the ascending colon.

Osmotic demyelination syndrome (ODS), an acquired demyelinating disease of the central pons, was first described in 1959 by Adams et al. (1) in hyponatremic alcoholics. This disorder was formerly known as central pontine myelinolysis, extrapontine myelinolysis, or a combination of both (2). ODS has been classically defined as a symmetrical and selective destruction of myelin sheaths in the central portion of the basis pontis that typically occurs after rapid correction of hyponatremia (1, 3). However, ODS may develop in other medical conditions such as electrolyte imbalance, syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic syndrome (SIADH), chronic renal failure, organ transplantation, and chemotherapy (3). Patients typically have various symptoms, ranging from mild neurologic symptoms to a complete locked-in syndrome, coma, or death (1-3). In this paper, we describe a case of ODS in a patient with normonatremia who recently received chemotherapy for colon cancer. We also performed relevant literature review on this disease.

We present ultrasonography and computed tomography (CT) findings of a case of recurrent ovarian steroid cell tumor presenting with peritoneal seeding in a 45-year-old woman. On abdominal ultrasonography, there were multiple hypoechoic round masses in the peritoneal cavity including the perihepatic area. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography showed intense homogenous enhancement on the arterial phase and delayed prolonged enhancement of the masses. CT revealed multiple peritoneal solid masses with strong enhancement. Five years ago, the patient had been diagnosed with a steroid cell tumor of the left ovary. At that time, the CT showed a well-enhancing, lobulating, large solid mass at the left adnexa. Imaging findings of the peritoneal masses suggested peritoneal seeding from the preexisting ovarian steroid cell tumor. For treatment of the metastatic lesions in the perihepatic area, ultrasonography-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) was performed, and debulking surgery for the peritoneal masses was done. Six months later, complete ablation of the perihepatic metastases by RFA and a marked decrease in the peritoneal metastases by surgery were found on the follow-up CT. Technological advances in magnetic resonance (MR) imaging allow improved visualization of posterior fossa structures. In previous studies, several forms of cerebellar cortical dysplasia including disorganized foliation have been reported in congenital muscular dystrophy and in related disorders (1-3). However, abnormal pattern of cerebellar folia without such disorders is extremely rare and there are only a few reports of this finding in the literature (3-5). In this paper, we present a case of abnormal foliation of unilateral cerebellar hemisphere, and review relevant literatures on this abnormality.
