This article discusses two cases of patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) who experienced severe relapses after receiving ruxolitinib, a JAK1/2 inhibitor, for the treatment of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) following allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The patients initially showed positive responses to ruxolitinib for GVHD, but their CTCL worsened, leading to erythroderma and skin tumors. The authors suggest that ruxolitinib may have a deleterious effect on CTCL after allo-HSCT, possibly impairing the graft versus leukemia (GVL) response. Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas showing Gamma-Delta ( ) phenotype and predominantly Epidermotropic pattern are clinicopathologically distinct from classic primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. The last patient (n°4) experienced an ENT relapse (palate ulceration) after 42 months of remission under methotrexate. Chilblain-like lesions (CLL) have been extensively reported during coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic in March-April 2020.1 While the link between these lesions and severe acute respiratory coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is still unclear,2 emerging evidence of "long COVID", with extra-cutaneous COVID-19 symptoms persisting over 60 days, is reported.3The aim of this study was to assess the evolution of the CLL overtime. Our data emphasize that a majority of patients, who experienced CLL during the first wave of COVID-19 pandemic, developed relapsing CLL with or without other persistent cutaneous manifestations. 7,8 First, assuming that our patients were infected by SARS-CoV-2, we demonstrate a high prevalence of disabling persistent extra-cutaneous and cutaneous symptoms, classifying them as "extra-cutaneous long COVID" in 28% and "cutaneous long COVID" in 67% of cases. This study aimed to retrospectively determine the efficacy and safety of dupilumab treatment within a French multicentric cohort of 16 adult patients with chronic PN refractory to multimodal treatment regimens (April 2017-August 2019).
