Under the development goal of “Carbon Peak, Carbon Neutralization”, the concept of novel power system is proposed. Its representative features include AC/DC interconnection of power grid and large-scale access of new energy power stations. Under these characteristics, higher requirements are put forward for the short-circuit current breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. The DC component of short-circuit current and the injection of new energy into the system short-circuit current cannot be ignored. Based on the 330kV local power grid in Northwest China, this paper studies the power grid operation mode, DC component of short-circuit current and the influence of photovoltaic power station on short-circuit current. The influence law of DC component of short-circuit current on the actual breaking capacity of circuit breaker and access of photovoltaic power station on the short-circuit current are summarized. It can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of circuit breaker in novel power system.

Due to the increasing share of wind energy in electricity generation, wind turbines have to fulfil additional requirements in the context of grid integration. The paper examines to which extent wind turbines can provide positive control power following the related grid code. The additional power has to be obtained from the rotating flywheel mass of the wind turbine's rotor. A simple physical model is developed that allows to draw conclusions about appropriate concepts by means of a dynamic simulation of the variables rotational speed, torque, power output and rotor power. The paper discusses scenarios to provide control power. The supply of control power at partial load is examined in detail using simulations. Under partial load conditions control power can be fed into the grid for a short time. Thereby the rotational speed drops so that aerodynamic efficiency decreases and feed-in power is below the initial value after the control process. In this way an unfavourable situation for the grid control is produced, therefore the paper proposes a modified partial load condition with a higher rotational speed. By providing primary control power the rotor is delayed to the optimum rotational speed so that more rotational energy can be fed in and fed-in power can be increased persistently. However, as the rotor does not operate at optimum speed, a small amount of the energy yield is lost. Finally, the paper shows that a wind farm can combine these two concepts: A part of the wind turbines work under modified partial load conditions can compensate the decrease of power of the wind turbines working under partial load conditions. Therefore the requested control power is provided and afterwards the original value of power is maintained.

At present, the research hotspot of switched reluctance motor is to realize the accurate control of motor without position sensor. Among many control methods, the phase inductance slope method is concerned by researchers because it does not need to add additional power supply circuit, and does not need to calculate the flux linkage and inductance curve in advance. Aiming at the defect that the phase inductance slope algorithm can not advance the opening angle and the position signal error is easy to appear near the opening angle, this paper makes an improvement and verifies the experiment.

The application of tunnel robots in power tunnels is becoming more and more extensive. Due to various reasons, video jitter will inevitably occur during the inspection process, which will affect the real-time processing of subsequent images. In order to reduce the impact of video jitter and meet the requirements of real-time image processing, it is necessary to study fast video image stabilization methods. The traditional Kalman filtering algorithm has less computational cost, but it will cause a large estimation error when the system motion state changes. In this regard, the paper proposes an improved Kalman filtering algorithm, which changes the corresponding filter parameters by real-time estimation of a system in motion to reduce the estimation error. And this algorithm performs Harris corner extraction in the set feature dense area, and combines the PyrLK optical flow algorithm with the homography matrix to calculate the motion trajectory, which improves the calculation speed and accuracy of the algorithm. Experimental results show that this algorithm has better video stabilization effect and faster calculation speed compared with the traditional Kalman filtering algorithm, and can better meet the real-time image processing requirements in the inspection process.

The redistribution of the total temperature between the parts of the gas stream flowing through the Leontiev tube depends not only on the temperature recovery factor (Prandtl number) and the ratio of flows through the supersonic and subsonic channels of the tube (Mach numbers), but also on the thermal resistance of the separation wall. Earlier it has been shown that the reduction of thermal resistance due to the separation wall finning on the side of the subsonic flow leads to an increase in the efficiency of energy separation. It may be assumed that the intensification of heat exchange between channels, due to finning, reduces the length of the tube, which at the same intensity of heat exchange leads to a decrease in pressure losses and an additional increase in efficiency. This paper presents the results of numerical simulation of energy separation in Leontiev tubes with a finned separation wall and different lengths of supersonic nozzle. It is shown that the adiabatic efficiency of the energy separation in a short Leontiev tube with a finned wall increases when the outlet pressure decreases, while it does not change for smooth tubes.

In this paper, three kinds of silicone rubber materials, methyl silicone rubber, phenyl silicone rubber and fluorosilicone rubber, are used as the research object, contact angle tester, thermal conductivity tester, insulation resistance tester, differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer to explore the effect of side groups on the properties of silicone rubber. The results show that the thermal conductivity of three kinds of silicone rubber materials is poor, but they all have good hydrophobicity, insulation and thermal stability. Among them, phenyl silicone rubber shows better hydrophobicity and thermal stability. In addition, the type and relative content of characteristic gases of thermal decomposition of silicone rubber materials at different temperatures are analyzed in detail by gas chromatography mass spectrometer. The results show that C6H18O3Si3 and C8H24O4Si4 are the common characteristic gases of thermal decomposition of three kinds of silicone rubber.

Industrial process anomaly detection mechanisms have been proposed to protect industrial control system to minimize the risk of damage or loss of resources. In this paper, an one-class Support Vector Machine based extended boundary (EB-OSCVM) is used to detect anomalies in industrial multivariate time series data from a simulated Tennessee Eastman Process (TEP) with many cyber attacks. In detail, determine the change points of each process variable and capture the causality relationship between the variables based on the location and time delay of the change points. Then, by monitoring the leaf nodes in the causality graph, we can know whether the system is abnormal, it can effectively reduce the dimension of process data. The EB-OSCVM extend classification boundary of OCSVM in order to reduce the error of noise, if data is outside the boundary of EB-OCSVM, there is an anomaly. Finally, tracing the anomaly source according to causal direction. An experiment is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach, the results demonstrate that the approach presents a high-accuracy solution and traces the source of anomaly correctly.

Based on the perspective of ITT, the development of cross border e-commerce (hereinafter referred to as CBEC) is directly related to many industries, which promotes the employment and development of many industries, such as logistics, it, production, etc. Therefore, CBEC accounts for a large proportion in economic development. With the improvement of e-commerce platform, the traditional international trade (hereinafter referred to as ITT) has gradually changed to CBEC. In the perspective of ITT, the “Internet plus foreign trade” CBEC is a modern sales way, which caters to the characteristics of the fragmentation of sales orders and the individualization of product demand. Therefore, the average annual growth rate of CBEC in China exceeds 30%, which has become a new direction of ITT transformation and upgrading. Through CBEC, ITT has broken through the limitation of time and space, which has gradually reduced transaction costs. Therefore, computer CBEC has a positive impact on ITT. First of all, this paper analyzes the role of CBEC development. Then, this paper puts forward some problems. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.

The frequency based substructuring (FBS) method allows the combination between the experimental and analytical frequency response function (FRF). The combined FRF is then used for calculation of the dynamic behaviour of an assembled structure which usually consists of a large number structural components or substructures. However, the accuracy of the dynamic behaviour calculated using the FBS method relies heavily on the quality of experimental FRF data of the interfaces on which, in practice, it is very problematic to be attained. Furthermore, in most cases, some parts of rotational FRF data are not included in the FBS method due to the complex measurement process. The exclusion of the rotational FRF data will usually lead to numerous errors in the combined FRF data. Therefore, this paper proposes a new frequency response function (FRF) coupling of the FBS method that may uniquely address the difficulties and improve the quality of predicted results of the FBS method. The proposed coupling was formulated based on the finite element method, model updating method and FRF synthesize method. The finite element model of the physical test substructure was developed and reconciled based on the mode shapes obtained from experimental modal analysis. The FRF synthesize method was performed on the updated finite element model to obtain a complete matrix with a full degree of freedom FRF data containing all the translational and rotational FRF data required. It was found that the proposed coupling has allowed generating full translational and rotational FRF data. The generation has improved significantly the FRF coupling process and the quality of the predicted dynamic behaviour of the FBS method.

Indonesia is located in the ring of fire zone. It causes a high risk of disaster threats. Volcanoes and earthquakes are unpredictable sources of natural disaster in a massive size, which many times caused an inaccessible area. We need to prepare how to overcome this situation. Quadrotor is an aerial vehicle that can access the disaster location easily and passing through many obstacles. Its autonomous ability can increase searching efficiency. Object detection will be a primary parameter which responsible to move the quadrotor. In this paper, we proposed to use cascaded Canny Edge with SURF clarified with SIFT to get more robust detection in real-time application. Our method is using image detection in guiding the quadrotor movements. First, we detect the object by cascaded Canny Edge with SURF and ORB, both of them checks whether the target is true or not. When both methods approved that target have been detected, then the process uses only the cascaded Canny Edge with SURF methods to locate the victims and to decrease the image processing time. Output of this image detection method applies into our quadrotor control movements, by using simple Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control. This visual feedback control guides the quadrotor flies to the target and note the victim position and reported in its log. This paper will also provide data comparison between our method with the only SURF and the only ORB method to do the same task.

Railway border reloading station is an important node of the interconnectivity of international railway transport corridor, which overall carrying capacity is critical to keep the corridor unblocked. Compared with general technical stations, the organization of cargo reloading at the station definitely has an impact on transport efficiency and capacity in addition to arriving, departing and conventional technical operations. By analyzing the operation steps and characteristics of railway border reloading station, the concept of overall carrying capacity was defined and its composition was confirmed. Based on this, the operation chain analysis method of the overall carrying capacity of the border reloading station was developed. Then we conduct a case study of Erlian station. Five operation chains were built to calculate the overall carrying capacity and identify the bottleneck. The operation chain analysis method proposed in this paper overcomes the defect of not considering the impact of the reloading operation on station capacity in the existing general technical station transport capacity calculation method. It can comprehensively consider the facilities and equipment of the station and the current traffic flow, so as to accurately find the weak links among them and provide a basis for the improvement of the transportation organization. Therefore, the conclusion is more scientific and reasonable.

To solve above problems, YOLO-V4 object detection algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is adopted to build a model to detect brassica napus distribution area in aerial images, and model is trained iteratively by training data sets and setting initial parameters. As a result, the mean average precision (mAP) of the object detection model reached 96.24%, and the average loss is only 0.5843. In addition, the generalization and robustness ability of model have been evaluated by testing data sets. In this paper, we develop a new approach to analysing and designing the gradient coils for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners for medical applications. More specifically, a novel higher-order BEM which satisfies the continuity equation for the current density is proposed. We also present solution procedures for applying this method to the inverse problem whereby the divergence-free surface current distribution in the gradient coil is deduced from knowledge of the magnetic flux density in a prescribed region of interest. The novel BEM proposed is a non-traditional one, in the sense that the collocation points are given by the vertices of the triangular elements only and not all the BEM nodes used to define the boundary elements. Furthermore, the degree of the interpolation is one degree less than that of the geometry of the triangular elements employed, so that (for example) the linear boundary elements involve constant interpolation for the surface current density. Moreover, the present method can be easily extended in order to obtain any desired degree of the interpolation for the surface current density. Within the inverse problem, care must be taken to employ the optimal value of the Tikhonov regularisation parameter. Results are presented relating to various geometries of coil, obtained using linear, quadratic and cubic variants of the boundary element formulation; those obtained using the quadratic and cubic elements agree almost precisely, while those from the linear elements exhibit small differences from those of the higher-order formulations.

In recent years, a number of studies in Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) have been conducted on the sensitivity of probes in assessing the depth of cracks based on input stimulation. Range frequency and crack depth have been suggested as relevant features for input excitation waveform forms. The construction of an encircling coil for a differential probe (ECDP) and an encircling coil for an absolute probe (ECAP) was discussed in this paper. For the defect, the Multi-Frequency (MF) measuring method was used to compare ECDP with single direction and multi-direction turn coil growth. The measurement method was based on the coupling of ECDP and ECAP. By comparing the resulting signal between the probes, it is clear that the ECDP (with longitudinal and transverse coils) is very effective in measuring the various types of defects in the frequency ranges. The ideal excitation frequencies for inspection testing are 30kHz and 60kHz.

Increase in the development of missile technology and the need to control/monitor fast-moving prototypes for various purposes, forces the development of a ground station with automatic telemetry reception capability. The paper presents the preliminary results of the research of the automatic system of maintaining the continuity of communication between the ground station and the moving object. The advantage of the solution is the low weight and dimensions of the transmitting system and the resistance of the receiver to frequency shift resulting from the movement of the object. The receiving module was implemented on the basis of SDR technology together with an application using FFT. The application of the above solution allows for the implementation of the telemetry systems.

In this paper, we proposed a new novel algorithm to detect defects cataloged as dings, dents and scratch on plastic 3D paint surface using patterned illumination. This algorithm first fuses the continuous images through different ways to obtain one fused image, which is obtained by patterned light illumination. Then, a series of morphological operations are used to obtain high-contrast image for subsequent feature statistics and defect screening. Experiments show that real-time inspection can be achieved, and the detection of plastic 3D paint surface defects can be completed within 13s, with an accuracy of 86%.

The present paper solves the problem of quick detection of a change in the motion mode of an object moving along a complex trajectory. The process of the object movement is described by a hybrid stochastic model. To solve the problem, a sequential probability ratio criterion is applied. A distinctive feature of the proposed algorithm is the ability to make decisions on a limited set of values of the likelihood ratio function. The results of numerical experiments confirm the efficiency of the developed algorithm.

The paper presents data from an experimental study of the possibility of recycling polymer composites on the example of fiberglass and different thermoset binders. The goal is to remove the polymer matrix and obtain recovered fiberglass that is not inferior in properties to the virgin material. In this paper, considered the solvolysis method of the composite in the amino alcohols. As the medium used methyldiethanolamine and 3-aminopropanol-1. The dependence of the influence of the solvolysis time and the concentration of alkali metal hydroxide in the reaction medium on the strength of recovered glass fibers has been established. The solvolysis at a temperature of 180 °C and a catalyst concentration of 5 % for 6 hours was accepted as optimal regime. As a result of the research, a regime was obtained that allows recovering fibers with a tensile strength of 92 % of virgin fibers. The recovered fabrics were studied by thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy. GFRP samples were obtained from the recovered fabrics by the VaRTM method. The flexural strength of composites made from secondary filler is 8.5% lower than the same material based on virgin fabric. Products of the polymer matrix degradation and fibrous fillers are released during recycling. These products could be used in chemical technology to produce, for example, binders components and secondary fillers for polymer composites.

History ,Computer Science Applications ,Education - Abstract
Porosity and permeability are important properties of porous materials, such as rocks and concrete. This paper presents the physical-mathematical modelling of a novel test, based on one previously developed by one of the authors (standardized in Switzerland, Japan and China) for measuring the air-permeability of concrete structures. In the present case, a cylindrical specimen is placed inside an air-tight cell, subjected to an initial vacuum pressure P 0, which is afterwards isolated from the pump. The rate of pressure increase (due to the extraction of air originally at atmospheric pressure Pa ) is related to the coefficient of permeability of the material whilst the final pressure attained is a function of the porosity (total amount of air extracted). The analysis assumes a unidirectional radial flow of air, which can be achieved by a special serial three-chamber vacuum cell (with pressure regulation of the external chambers) or by an air-tight sealing of the extreme faces of the cylinder. The analysis is developed under the assumption of viscous laminar flow. To account for the molecular diffusion flow, the test can be performed under vacuum (P 0 ≪ Pa) and under overpressure (P 0 ≫ Pa ), enabling the application of the Klinkenberg correction to get the intrinsic coefficient of permeability.

This paper introduces a new design of a white light interferometer, suitable for measurement of cylindrical or quasi-cylindrical parts. A high precision 45° conical mirror is used to direct collimated light radially, making it possible to measure in true cylindrical coordinates. The image of the measurand, distorted by the conical mirror, is projected in a high resolution digital camera. A mapping algorithm is used to reconstruct the cylindrical geometry from the distorted image. The rest of the interferometer is quite similar to a conventional white light interferometer: A flat reference mirror is scanned through the measurement range while an algorithm is searching for the maximum contrast position of the interference pattern. The performance evaluation of a configuration suitable for measurement of external cylindrical surfaces is also presented in this paper. A master cylinder was used as reference. Uncertainties of about 1.0 µm were found at the present stage of development.

With the vigorous development of the global logistics industry, warehousing automation has become a popular applied research direction in computer vision. In this paper, the fork and the fork hole’s relative posture during the forklift picking process were taken as the research object. The relative position of the two is solved based on the Aruco cooperative logo PnP algorithm. In this paper, the initial values of the relative poses of the two are addressed by the linear algorithm DLT, and the relative poses are further optimized by Bundle Adjustment (BA). The iterative error observation function is constructed based on the visual pose estimation model, and the Gauss-Newton method is adopted. The least-square fitting iterative process is carried out many times, and the relative position and posture of the fork and the fork hole with high precision are finally obtained.

In this paper, Ab-initio calculations are reported on the electronic and magnetic behavior of a 1x1-MnN/GaN superlattice in the wurtzite structure under hydrostatic pressure. The calculations were performed using the formalism of density functional theory with the generalized gradient approximations in the Perdew, Burke and Ernzerhof model, as well as the Wien2k computational package. The density of state shows that the electronic structure and the magnetic moment are affected by the hydrostatic pressure, because there is an abrupt change in the magnetic moment, which goes from 0 to 2.86 μβ/cell under a pressure of ∼ 24.45 GPa. When the pressure decreases to 0 GPa, the magnetic moment of the superlattice rises to 4.0 μβ/cell. Therefore, the superlattice exhibits a half-metallic behavior for a pressure of 0 GPa, while it acquires a metallic behavior when pressure surpasses 24.45 GPa.

As the third-generation semiconductor material, GaN has the characteristics of large forbidden band width and high electron mobility. The AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) have also attracted attention in recent years. In this paper, the effect of self-heating on device degradation was explored through theoretical analysis and software simulation. Firstly, Silvaco TCAD was used to establish an AlGaN/GaN HEMT single heterojunction model. Then, its self-heating effect was explored by simulation. Besides, it was compared with the theoretical analysis results. The control experiment method was used to compare the I-V output characteristic curve of the device when the self-heating effect was considered, and the relationship between the lattice temperature and the device degradation was researched. According to the research result, when the device is affected by the self-heating effect, the electrical performance of the device degrades obviously due to the increase of lattice temperature.
