The article presents a case study of a 30-year-old woman, pregnant for the first time, who was presented to the labour ward complaining of no fetal movement for the past two days in the 27th week of gestation. She undergone emergency caesarean section based on the findings on cardiotocograph and ultrasound scan. She delivered a healthy male infant which was diagnosed of absent corpus callosum, corneal opacity, bilateral reflux, and other abnormalities after serial investigation.

The article presents a case study of a 39-year-old woman with history of mixed urinary incontinence. Performed urodynamic studies show that there is normal urine freeflow and complete emptying of the bladder. Surgical management options were discussed with the patient diagnosed with urodynamic stress incontinence. The vaginal incision surgery and the tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) procedure are discussed.

The article presents a case of pseudocyesis in a teenager using long-term contraception. This case highlights the use of Depo-Provera, and how its side-effects may contribute to the development of pseudocyesis in susceptible individuals. Depo-Provera induced amenorrhoea may have been a contributory factor in the development of pseudocyesis in our patient.

The article focuses on the conservative laparoscopic approach with systemic medical management of an ovarian ectopic pregnancy. An ovarian pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy normally treated by surgical intervention. It was determined that the conservative laparoscopic approach and concomitant medical management of ovarian pregnancy successfully achieved the aim of preserving ovarian function and future fertility.
