The article presents a case study of a 30-year-old woman, pregnant for the first time, who was presented to the labour ward complaining of no fetal movement for the past two days in the 27th week of gestation. She undergone emergency caesarean section based on the findings on cardiotocograph and ultrasound scan. She delivered a healthy male infant which was diagnosed of absent corpus callosum, corneal opacity, bilateral reflux, and other abnormalities after serial investigation.
