Conservative laparoscopic approach with systemic medical management of an ovarian ectopic gestation.

The article focuses on the conservative laparoscopic approach with systemic medical management of an ovarian ectopic pregnancy. An ovarian pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy normally treated by surgical intervention. It was determined that the conservative laparoscopic approach and concomitant medical management of ovarian pregnancy successfully achieved the aim of preserving ovarian function and future fertility.
