The microcrystalline cellulose/thermoplastic starch (MCC/TPS) film was prepared by melt extrusion method, and the MCC/TPS film was combined with paper by hot pressing method. The results show that the SEM images show that the interface layer of paper-plastic composite has good adhesion. When the addition a-mount of MCC is 5wt%, the mechanical properties of TPS film are improved, and the path of water vapor through TPS film is extended, resulting in the water vapor transmittability of MCC/TPS/paper composite is reduced, and the barrier properties of paper-plastic composite are improved. TPS/paper composites and MCC/ TPS/paper composites have better physical properties (i.e. smoothness, flexibility and folding resistance) than paper alone. Therefore, the addition of MCC can improve the barrier properties and mechanical properties of paper-plastic composite materials to meet the requirements of the food packaging industry for low water sensitive materials. Using silver nanowires prepared by polyol method as conductive filler and kapok m i cro-fi brill at ed cellulose as carrier, the composite paper was prepared by vacuum filtration. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer. X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, four-probe tester and vector network analyzer, and the effects of silver nanowire content on their electrical conductivity and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness were investigated. The results showed that the silver nanowires as one kind of one-dimensional silver elemental nanomaterial, were uniformly distributed in the composite paper and formed an excellent conductive network. When 2.5wt% of silver nanowires were added to the pure cellulose paper, the electrical resistance of the paper dropped from 470.57 MD • cm to 1.26 mH • cm. When the concentration of silver nano wires was increased from 2.5 wt% to 1 Owt%, the conductivity of the paper increased from 793.65 S/cm to 3039.51 SZcm, and the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness increased from 38.1 dB to 61.5 dB. Two kinds of cellulose/ZnO piezoelectric papers are prepared by crushing and dissolving methods. The papers are characterized by SEM and analyzed by a piezoelectric equipment. The differences in the structure and piezoelectric performance of the two kinds of papers are explored. The effects of ZnO add-on amount, thickness of the papers, and pressure on the piezoelectric properties are discussed and compared with a PVDF film. The mutts show that the fibers of the piezoelectric paper prepared by the dissolving method are smooth and tightly bounded to ZnO, which makes ZnO uniformly coat on the surface of the fibers. The higher the pressure, the higher the piezoelectric properties. The thicker the piezoelectric paper, the higher the piezoelectric properties. The piezoelectric paper with 20% ZnO added by the dissolving method has high piezoelectric properties, and the maximum output current is 52.36 nA/cm². In this paper, isopropyl triolein titanate is used as the modifier to modify the cellulose nanofiber (CNF), then the modified cellulose nanofiber is coated on the surface of A4 paper, and cured to obtain isopropyl triolein titanate (KR-TTS) modified nanocellulose paper-based barrier coating. The hydrophobicity and mechanical property of blank paper, nanocellulose paper-based coating (CNF coating), isopropyl triolein titanate modified nanocellulose paper-based coating with different KR-TTS/CNF mass ratios (K-CNF coating) are characterized by video optical contact measuring instrument and electronic tensile machine. The results show that the K-CNF coating sample with a KR-TTS/CNF mass ratio of 151 has the largest water contact angle, which is 113.4° and 98.4° higher than that of CNF coating and has better hydrophobicity. Compared with the CNF coating, the tensile strength, elastic modulus and toughness of the coating sample are increased by 156.73%, 101.69% and 430.41 %, respectively. The sample exhibits better mechanical properties. The barrier performance test of the coating shows that the air permeability of the modified coating sample with a mass ratio of KR-TTS/CNF of 1:1 is 25234 s/25 cm", which is 46.65 times lower than that of the CNF coating. Water vapor transmission rate is 1 203.67 g/mJ • 24 h, which is 73.47% lower than the CNF coating, and the barrier performance is well. In addition, the SEM images of the modified coating samples show that the tightly wound 3T) network structure fills the paper pores that the CNF coating fails to fill, forming a denser coating and giving it better barrier properties and toughness. The preparation and formation characterization of carbon fiber paper were carried on in this paper. The results showed that the appropriate beating degree of plant fiber was abtained at 45- 50° SR for a relatively good formation of carbon fiber paper. In the condition of carbon fiber content 5%, the burst index of carbon fiber paper could be reach to 5 kPa • m² /g or up, tear index could be reach to 8.0 mN • m²/g, and breaking length was about 6 km. The better formation could be gained in the condition of 4 mm length of carbon fiber. Under the same applied voltage condition, when the carbon fiber content increased from 5% to 10%, the resistance value dropped sharply. When the carbon fiber content was continued increasing, decreasing trend of the resistance value slowed down. Low temperature curing conductive silver paste is a key functional material for the preparation of various electronic components. Silver and ethyl cellulose were used as conductive fillers. According to the mass ratio of ethyl cellulose/silver nitrate of 2 = 1, 1 = 1, 1=2 and 1=3, short rod-shaped conductive silver was prepared by redox method. Through the resistivity measurement and microscope observation, the effects of physical factors (heating sintering, ultraviolet light irradiation, water soaking, ultrasonic waves, etc.) on the electrical conductivity of the electronic paper formed by the short rod-shaped conductive silver paste were studied. The electronic paper obtained at a ratio of 2 = 1 and 1 = 1 was extremely resistant, and the electrical resistivity of the electronic paper at a ratio of 1 = 2 and 1 = 3 could be reduced to 50% to 60% of the initial value during the heating and sintering process. At the same time, the conductivity was relatively stable under the conditions of heating and sintering, ultraviolet light irradiation, water soaking, ultrasonic wave, etc., and the conductivity of ethyl cellulose/silver nitrate for the ratio of 1 = 2 was extremely well. Finally, the conductive silver paste prepared by the ethyl cellulose/silver nitrate mass ratio of 1 = 2 was mixed with the ink in a volume ratio of 30%, 45%, 60%, respectively. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering is a highly sensitive and non-invasive analytical technique. This technique can be widely used for the identification and quantitative analysis of materials. In this paper, a simple method for preparing SERS substrates was proposed. First, graphene oxide (GO) was absorbed on the filter paper by leaching-lifting, followed by homogeneous deposition of noble metal nanoparticles by plasma sputtering on the filters. The surface-enhanced Raman scattering properties of the substrate were analyzed with a concentration of 10-5 mol/L rhodamine 6G (R6G). The results show that GO had a good fluorescence quenching effett in Raman detection. The gold and silver nanoparticles with an absorption peak of 532 nm greatly enhanced the Raman scattering signal of R6G via localized surface plasmon resonance (TSPR). Conductive silver paste is a key functional material for the preparation of electronic components. Conductive silver paste with silver and starch used as conductive fillers was prepared by redox method with molar ratio of starch to silver nitrate of 2: 1, 1 : 1, 1 : 2 and 1 : 3. The effect of physical factors, such as heating and sintering, ultraviolet light irradiation, soaking water, and ultrasonic wave, on the conductivity of the conductive silver paste was studied by measuring resistance, and the morphology of the conductive silver paste was observed with a microscope. The results showed that when the starch/silver nitrate was 1 : 3, the uniform conductive particles with starch as core and silver particles as shell were formed. When the ratio was 1 : 2 and 1 : 3, the resistivity decreased to 60% to 70% of the initial value during the low-temperature heating and sintering. The resulting silver paste was resistant to UV light, blisters and ultrasound. Among them, the conductivity for the sample prepared with the molar ratio of 1 : 3 was the best. Finally, a silver paste with a starch/silver nitrate ratio of 1 : 3 was mixed with 30%, 45%, or 60% of the ink, coated with paper, and subjected to low-temperature thermal sintering, and the resulting electronic paper had a resistivity of 10 mΩ/cm. As a kind of renewable fiber, tencel fiber has the characteristics of multiple fibril structure. Tencel fiber prepared by fibrillation treatment can be widely used in materials such as supercapacitors and battery separators. In this paper, the highly fibrillated tencel fiber was selected, and the influence of the structure of tencel fiber paper on its dielectric constant and breakdown voltage was discussed. The results show that the measured values of the relative dielectric constant of the tencel fiber paper were in good agreement with the empirical calculations based on the volumetric empirical formula. Using 40 g/m2 electrolytic capacitor paper prepared with tencel fiber, the dielectric strength after calendering could reach 18.27 kV/mm. Considering the composite dielectric series capacitance model, the breakdown voltage of the double-layer tencel fiber paper could be calculated according to the parameters of single-layer paper, thereby guiding the structural formula design of the doublelayer capacitor separator. The biodegradable composite material was prepared by injection molding with PHBV as matrix and microcrystalline cellulose and waste paper fiber as reinforcements. The iffects of MCC with different mass fraction and waste paper fiber with different mass fraction on the mechanica properties, water absorption and interfacial properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites after adding MCC have been improved and the mechanical properties of the composites are the best when the mass fraction of MCC is 3%. And the composite material after blending and filling has the best combination mechanical properties when the mass fraction of waste paper is 10%. The water absorbency of composites increases with the increase of fiber content in waste paper. The electro-acoustic (frequency response) characteristics of the loudspeaker usually be affected by the mechanical properties of the paper diaphragm. The mechanical properties of the diaphragm were improved by modifying the natural fiber. In this work, the structure of Manila hemp fiber and the mechanical properties, electro-acoustic performance of paper diaphragm were discussed on the effects of alkali concentration and treatment time. The surface morphology, crystal structure and chemical composition of Manila hemp fiber treated before and after were characterized by SEM, XRD, FT-IR, TGA. The results showed that the fiber surface roughness increased, and the crystallinity of the fiber increased and then decreased as the alkali concentration or the treatment time increased. The lignin and hemicellulose on the fiber surface were decreased. The thermo-stability of cellulose improved the same time lignin’s decreased. When the alkali concentration was too large or the treatment time was too long, the cellulose will be degraded, the mechanical strength of the diaphragm was affected. The fiber diaphragm has the best mechanical properties and electro-acoustic performance with 5 wt% of the alkali concentration, 3 h of the treatment time. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the context of promoting the "carbon-neutral" strategy, the development of functional materials for energy-saving in communication base stations is of great importance. Given the unique advantages of phase change materials (PCM) in heat-storage, this paper lists the types of PCM and their advantages and disadvantages, and gives a comprehensive overview of the progress of PCM heat-storage for three different application scenarios in energy-saving of communication base stations. From the perspective of facilitating popularization of PCM heat-storage for energy-saving in base stations, the representative research achievements in improving thermal conductivity, packaging technology, and thermal cycle stability of PCM are introduced. Transmission of moisture in capillaries is a main reason for deterioration of concrete. A new-modified PSA (M-PSA), made from Fenton paper mill sludge through high temperature heating and cooling before mixed stearic aci, was modified by ball-milling. The M-PSA replacing the ordinary portland cement in varying proportions were used to made up concrete together with aggregate, and then the performances of capillay water absorption and mechanism of the concrete were tested. Compositions and hydration mechanism of the M-PSA and the concrete were analyzed by XRD, SEM/EDS and FTIR. The results show that when the content of M-PSA reaching up to 4％, there are the more C-S-H and the better interface performance in concrete due to the active ingredients of Al and Si, calcium ferrite and calcium ferroalumnates from the M-PSA, at the same time the lower water adsorption since the introducing of hydrophobic group then CON. Early compressive strengths of the concrete are increased by replacing M-PSA, which have no effect on the long-term compressive strength, in spite of the slight decrease of splitting-tensile strength. M-PSA can act as a concrete admixture by adopting isometric substitute of Ordinary Portland Cement to improve the water absorption characteristics of concrete，thereby applying to engineering with high waterproof or durability requirement. In this paper, barium retinae@ polyaniline-ferroferncoxide ( BT@PANI-Fe3 O4 ) core-shell particles were prepared by oxidation precipitation method, and the polyvinyiidene fluoride (PVDF) dielectric composts were prepared with this filler. The effect of the mass ratio of ferrous ammonium sulfate (FAS) to BT@PANI core-shell particles on the dialectic properties of the composts was investigated. The results showed that the dielectric constant of the composts increased with increasing mass ratio of FAS to BT@PANI in the frequency range. The dielectric constant of BT@PANI-Fe3 O4 /PVDF composts reached 14 (100 Hz) when the mass ratio of FAS to BT@PANI core-shell (Dates was 1 = 1, compared with BT@PANI/PVDF composites (12, 100 Hz), and the dielectric constant was improved and the dielectric loss remained around 0.1. At high frequency, the BT@PANI-Fe3O4/PVDF dielectric loss (0.03, 104 Hz) was lower than that of BT@PANI/PVDF (0.09, 1 04 Hz) composts, which satisfied practical applications. Graphene materials have become one of the materials widely studied and applied in many fields for their excellent thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties. As the cause of deep space exploration continues to develop, the study of the performance of materials in low-temperature and even ultra-low-temperature environments is becoming increasingly important. In this paper, graphene paper was studied and analyzed in the temperature interval of 290 K~20 K using the transient electrical heating technique, and the effect of high temperature heating by electric current on the thermal conductivity of graphene paper was investigated. The thermal diffusion coefficient, thermal conductivity and volumetric specific heat capacity of graphene paper gradually decrease with decreasing temperature, and the resistance gradually increases with decreasing temperature, exhibiting strong non-metallic properties. After the structure of graphene paper is optimized by high temperature heating by electric current, the thermal conductivity of sample 1 increased from 2.31 W/(m ⋅ K) to 5.47 W/(m ⋅ K) and the thermal conductivity of sample 2 increased from 6.09 W/(m ⋅ K) to 22.21 W/(m ⋅ K) at 290 K. The thermal conductivity mechanism of phonon scattering from graphene paper was analyzed, and the Debye temperature and phonon mean free range of graphene paper were calculated using the thermal reffusivity model. In this paper, a large number of hydrogen bonds were constructed between B4C particles and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) matrix by means of surface modification to enhance the interaction between the two phases, and highly filled B4C/PVA fibers and their fabrics were successfully prepared by wet spinning technology, which provided both neutron protection and air- and moisture-permeability. The results show that cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) is uniformly coated on the surface of B4C particles and alkyl tail entanglement with OP-10, which makes the high-filled B4C particles stable in suspension in PVA spinning solution and stable in spinning process, and the B4C/PVA fibers and their textile fabrics are obtained with up to 50% filling capacity. Neutron protection and air permeability and moisture permeability of textile fabrics need to be provided 50% wt% B4C-CTAB-OP-10/PVA fabrics with a single-layer neutron shielding rate of 49.43%. In this paper, the intrinsic structure model of SiCp/Al composites was constructed based on the analysis of static and dynamic mechanical properties of SiCp/Al composites. Quasi-static tensile tests were conducted for SiCp/2a14Al composites with 20% volume fraction using an electronic universal testing machine to study the static mechanical properties of the material. Dynamic compression tests were conducted at different temperatures (20 °C-400 °C) and strain rates (500 /s-3000 /s) using a Hopkinson compression bar test to analyze the dynamic mechanical properties of the material. The Johnson-Cook (JC) intrinsic structure model of SiCp/Al composites was constructed based on the material stress-strain test data under static and dynamic conditions, and the model was optimized by genetic algorithm. The results show that the SiCp/Al composites exhibit a strain-reinforcement effect under quasi-static conditions; under dynamic loading conditions, the material flow stress increases with the strain rate and exhibits a strain-rate reinforcement effect, which is related to the volume fraction of silicon carbide particles. With the increase of temperature, the flow stress decreases and exhibits a temperature-softening effect. The average error between the least squares fitted JC model and the experimental values is large, and the model error is reduced after optimization by genetic algorithm, which can accurately predict the rheological behavior of SiCp/2a14Al composites. Starch is a natural polymer material composed of α-glucose molecules with a wide range of sources, and mainly in the roots and stems of plants. It is inexpensive, renewable and biodegradable. The preparation of natural degradable plastic films from starch is of great significance to solve the problem of environmental pollution. Compared with starch-based materials, synthetic thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene have disadvantages such as irritating odor, non-biodegradable and polluting the environment. Biodegradable thermoplastic materials made from starch have become a hot research topic for researchers. In this paper the structure and properties of starch is described, together with the plasticization methods, the ways to improve the barrier and mechanical properties of thermoplastic starch. Aluminum matrix composites prepared via in-situ synthesis technology weigh the contradiction between strength and plasticity, which is expected to realize the integration of structure and function of aluminum matrix composites. In-situ synthesis of TiB2 particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites has high specific stiffness and modulus, excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, which is one of the research hotspots of metal matrix composites in recent years and has broad application prospects in automobile manufacturing, highspeed trains, aerospace and national defense and military fields. In this paper, the characteristics and advantages of three reaction systems, Al-K2TiF6-KBF4 system, Al-TiO2 B2 O3 system and Al-Ti-B system, for in-situ synthesis of TiB2 particles reinforced aluminum matrix are summarized, the research status of the influence of TiB2 particles on the grain size, interfacial bonding and wettability of aluminum matrix is summarized, and the mechanism of TiB2 particles reinforced aluminum composites is discussed. The unsolved problems in this field are summarized, and the potential development space of TiB2 particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites prospected, so as to provide reference for the research and development of in-situ synthesized particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites. AgInS2 quantum dots are an interesting material with a near-infrared band gap ranging from 1.87 to 1.98 eV. As a direct band gap semiconductor, it can adjust the band gap by adjusting the Ag/In ratio, and it also has a wide PL peak and a large Stokes shift. At the same time, the characteristics of low toxicity and environmental protection also make it an ideal material to replace binary quantum dots containing heavy metal elements such as Cd, Hg and Pb, and has a wide application prospect in the field of optoelectronic devices, especially in light emitting diodes. In this paper, the crystal structure and luminescence mechanism of AgInS2 quantum dots are described in detial, the characteristics of synthesis methods are summarized, and the strategies of regulating AgInS 2 quantum dots by shell engineering and doping methods are reviewed. With the rapid development of emerging industries such as big data, internet of things and new energy vehicles, related electronic devices and components are evolving towards high performance, high integration, lightweight and precision. The resulting electromagnetic interference can pose a threat to human health, information security and normal operation of various electronic devices. Therefore, high-performance electromagnetic shielding materials are urgently needed. Carbon fiber has excellent mechanical properties and good electrical conductivity, and is resin matrix composites have many advantages, such as light weight, high specific strength/modulus, good fatigue resistance, strong designability and excellent electromagnetic shielding performance. However, compared with traditional metal materials, carbon fiber composites have lower electromagnetic shielding performance. In order to further improve the electromagnetic shielding performance of carbon fiber composites, it is usually necessary to modify the surface of carbon fiber to increase its electrical conductivity. In this paper, the electromagnetic shielding mechanism of carbon fiber composites is introduced. The various surface modification methods of carbon fiber and their effects on the electromagnetic shielding performance of resin matrix composites are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of various carbon fiber surface modification methods are analyzed. Biomass is an excellent carbon source with abundant production, wide variety, low price and environmentally friendly, and the preparation of carbon catalytic material from biomass is undoubtedly turning waste into treasure, which can fundamentally solve the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste. This paper introduces the effects of biomass species, components and structure on the performance of biomass carbon-based catalytic materials, compares the two common methods of pyrolysis and hydrothermal carbonization for the preparation of biomass carbon-based catalytic materials, discusses the three ways to further enhance the catalyst activity, heteroatom doping, metal-ion modification, and functionalization, and analyzes and summarizes the challenges faced by biomass carbon-based catalytic materials. With the development of modern industry, heavy metal water pollution has become one of the most important environmental problems. Heavy metal ions are highly toxic and difficult to degrade, being harmful to humans, aquatic animals, and plants to a large extent and damaging ecosystems. The advantages of low cost, high removal efficiency and recyclability of the adsorption method make it one of the important methods of wastewater treatment. Biomass materials are rich in resources, low cost, green and environmentally friendly, and have been widely studied as new adsorbent raw materials. Based on this, taking metal-organic framework, zeolite and biochar biomass materials as examples, this paper first reviews the preparation and modification methods of biomass matrix composites and summarizes the influence of the properties of adsorbents on metal ion adsorption, secondly elaborates the adsorption mechanism between them and metal ions, and finally puts forward the prospect of biomass matrix composites in the development of water pollution control.
