Institutional entrepreneurs are those that give legitimacy to the activity of emerging industries but little or no data exists, on the strategies employed by the players in achieving legitimacy. Using a French entrepreneurial company's development tools a study was conducted to analyze the influence of measurement tools on the legitimacy of an industry and the findings were discussed.

Emotions in organizational behavior is a subject of discussions and debates with every one wanting to pin-point exactly what it means and how it affects all concerned.
