The article is noted role and place strategy and strategic management, it is consider key strategies of development of enterprise, it gives ways to develop own unique strategy of enterprise. It is considered state of Ukrainian agriculture for 2016, there is determined the part of activity population in agriculture and it is point out proportion agriculture in the structure of gross domestic product. It is proposed modern strategic instruments of management agriculture. It is given example of using strategic instruments of management that JV "Rozdilnyanske Ltd" to choose and elaborate strategies development own enterprise. The agricultural sector is an important strategic sector of the Ukrainian national economy that to provide food security and food independence of our country and it gives workplaces for considerable part of rural population. Agrarian production plays an important role in the economy of Ukraine. Agrarian products provide more than 30% of all export of the state. The purpose of this article is to study the main provisions of strategic management of agricultural enterprises, identification its advantages and disadvantages and learning tools, features and stages of implementation of the strategic management system of agricultural production. Since 2001 agricultural production in agricultural enterprises is profitable, profitability was 19.3% in 2014 and it's reached 16.2% in 2016, which is a quite high rateof late years. The level of profitability is almost always profitable in plant growing (except for the crisis 2008) in 2016 was 22.3%, and for the livestock - 14.3%. Development strategies in agriculture will bedetermined by specific features of objects of strategic management, i.e. agricultural production. The main components of the strategic management of agro-industrial complex follow from the main regularities an agricultural production. Strategic analysis, strategic planning, organization of choice and implementation of the strategy, strategic control should be attributed to main tools of strategic management. Each of strategic management tools has a complicated structure and content. Strategic management is becoming increasingly important for domestic industrial enterprises that enter into fierce competition, both among themselves and with foreign corporations. Itprovides the basis for the adoption of management decisions, defines the functions of organization, motivation and control, focuses on the development of strategic plans and their evaluation. The paperhas been consideredsome tools of strategic management on an example of the JV "Razdelnyanskiy". Enterprise "Razdelnyanskiy" engaged in mixed farming. Strategic analysis of the company was performed. Strengths and weaknesses of the companyare determined. The matrix Mc Kinsey is constructed.
