The article first reveals the essence of reengineering of logistic business-processes. Factors of influence on realization of business processes reengineering were examined. Differences between traditional improvement and reengineering of logistic business-processes of enterprise are clarified. Countries' foreign experience of implementation of business process reengineering, including in the field of logistics are summarized.
