drama best foreign crime a french case who killed little gregory? This true-crime drama (above) charts the murky details of one of France's most notorious unsolved murders, that of a fouryear-old boy called Gregory Villemin. In October 1984, in the Vosges region of northeastern France, Gregory's mother reported him missing, and within hours his body was found in the river Vologne. The case created a media storm, with a major line of inquiry focusing on threatening letters Gregory's family had received from an anonymous source the papers nicknamed 'Le Corbeau' (the crow). The events over the following decades, re-created in this drama, are nothing short of incredible, from false testimonies and arrests to a second murder and suicide. Even though the case remains unsolved, there's no shortage of jaw-dropping moments.
