Cryptography, Steganography and Watermarking are three basic methods which will help us to secure data from unauthorized access. Steganography is one of the good techniques to hide message from unauthorized audience. It is used to hide a secret message inside various kinds of files like Audio, Video, Images, and even text document. The benefits of the steganography techniques over the cryptography are that no one except sender and intended user can see the existence of message. This survey paper concentrates on the steganography techniques that used web document hides the data. In this paper, We survey different steganography techniques that can be applied on web pages to hide the data and our proposed techniques more bits hide in the HTML file with a good imperceplibity .

As a result, unnecessary power consumption is generated. also, conventional snowmelting system dosen't analysis snowfall condition on the road surface. In this paper, optimal snow melting system is suggested to improve the conventional system’s inefficient problem using IoT technology. To solve this problem, presented snow melting system apply wind speed data with arduino micro controller and snow fall image analysis methods with raspberry pi micro controller for setting the optimum determination condition and then operating reasonable power consumption system. The proposed system obtain road surface image and subtract between background image and road surface image to get the difference image using opencv technique. From this image information, we can determine snow falling condition of a road and analyzes difference image histogram to calculate snowfall surface area and distribution map. Therefore the suggested system can control and handle snow melting system more efficiently and optimally. This paper proposes new optimal snow melting system based on the IoT technology and image processing with good results. Keyword : micro controller, difference image, snow melting system, optimal control, snowing condition 1. 서론 기존의 스노우멜팅 시스템은 시스템을 동작시키기 위한 판정의 기준으로 온습도 데이터만을 활 용하여 시스템을 구성하였다. 이 경우 스노우멜팅 시스템의 동작 판정이 오작동을 유발하여 불필 요한 전력의 손실을 야기할 수 있다. 또한 풍속으로 인한 온습도의 변화도 존재할 수 있다. 본 논 문은 앞선 문제를 해결하고 스노우멜팅 시스템 동작의 효율성을 개선하기 위해 풍속센서를 추가한 IoT 기반의 실외노면 센서데이터 처리부와 카메라모듈을 활용하여 실외노면 환경의 영상데이터를 분석하는 실외노면 영상데이터 처리부를 구성하여 최적 스노우멜팅 시스템을 구성한다. 영상데이 터 처리 과정에서 강설상태를 파악하기 위해 노면의 영상을 확보하고 차영상 기법을 활용해 기존 의 배경영상을 제거하여 확실한 눈 결정체를 확인하고 적설량을 파악하기 위하여 차영상의 히스토 그램을 적용하여 현재 실외의 적설량 또한 계산하여 기존의 스노우멜팅 시스템의 효율성을 극대화 하며 종합적인 겨울철 노면 강설상태를 파악할 수 있는 IoT기반의 최적화된 스노우멜팅 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper, we examine workspace awareness information to promote the learners' interaction by using learning analytics in computer-supported collaborative learning environments. Recently, many universities have adopted new educational innovations like MOOCs(Massive Open Online Courses), KOCW(Korea Open CourseWare) and flipped learning to improve quality of higher education. These computer-supported collaborative learning environments can capture, report, process and act on the university students learning process data although viewing it as "the black box" so far. The analysis of learner-produced data, what we might call, the learning analytics(LA), is used to assess academic progress, predict future performance and make informed decisions aimed at improving outcomes. But most LA researches focus on data at individual level, and they are limited to profiling peer learners behavior in workspace for promoting learners' interaction. In order to meet the increasing need for quality conscience crops and to utilize the resources efficiently, the concept of Greenhouse was introduced. It assists in accurate monitoring and controlling of various parameters, in order to nurture healthy crops. In this paper efforts are made to acknowledge the problems associated with maintaining precise environmental conditions, and to implement a sophisticated system to supervise the real-time monitoring and controlling operation inside the Greenhouse. The necessity for an Automated System deploying wireless communication and remote sensing is considered. This paper illustrates the implementation of a WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) based embedded system supported by ZigBee network (over IEEE 802.15.4) for organizing Greenhouse parameters. The establishment of various topologies supported by ZigBee network viz. Star topology & Mesh Topology are illustrated. It also demonstrates the real time supervision of parameters such as temperature, humidity as well as the total power consumption of the system, along with appropriate sensors. With the help of a PC based GUI application developed on Java platform graphs are plotted to evaluate the system performance.

This paper utilizes an empirical method that employed responses from 158 companies adopted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in order to identify factors influencing ERP introducing performance. To achieve this purpose, we extracted influencing factors such as change management and information system maturity from relevant studies and analyzed independent and interactive effects between them. Our results show that proposed change management factors affect introducing performance, and information system maturity has a significant interactive effect on the relationship between introducing performance and change management factors excluding top management concern. From the results, this paper provides the implications and importance of change management and information system maturity for improving the performance. The Internet of Things (IoT) and the Smart Grid both are being discussed as the technologies that would dominate Korean IT industry by 2020. The PLC, Zigbee, NFC, ANT, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and RFID are considered to be the foundation technologies for the Smart Grid and in this paper, we propose a Zigbee-based Smart Grid Home Network System. A comparative analysis has been carried out by performing additional Mobile WiMAX-based simulations with respect to the research paper published in the conference proceedings and we confirmed that all the proposed system worked normally. Although the simulation results showed that the Mobile WiMAX has a better capability than Zigbee, the latter has more advantages in terms of scalability and the possibility of reducing the battery size as it features low-cost and low-power characteristics. As a standard technology for the low-cost and low-power oriented networks, the scalability can be achieved by its low-cost characteristic (i.e., many Zigbee equipments can be installed widely) and the size of battery can be reduced its low-power use characteristic. Considering the operating life, we’ve concluded that Zigbee could be more efficient for certain areas. The proposed foundation technology used for the system in this paper can be adapted to various areas of the IoT. Thus, in this paper, the OPNET Modeler 14.5 PL8, Zigbee-based scenario and WiMAX-based scenario had been used for the designing and simulations of both systems. We expect that it would be possible to apply the technology to a variety of fields of health-care, building and facility management, accident and disaster monitoring and meteorological observation as well.

The purpose of this paper is to present the current status and development plans of ICT education in Korea. So far Korean government has emphasized ICT education since 2000. In this paper, first of all, the basic concepts and areas of ICT education are introduced. Then, current status of ICT education is discussed in terms of ICT literacy and application education. Also, the current status of ICT education for 5 IT advanced countries are introduced. After the current status analysis, various development plans are presented. Those plans include provision of mandatory independent ICT courses, reformation of laws and regulations, development of index on ICT use in education, enforcement of coding education, development of ICT literacy and application index, development of smart education index, development and distribution of e-books, etc.

This paper pays attention to the recent increase of information convergence research in higher education and asks if a common focus on information is enough to bind the diverse components involved in convergence research together. It is pointed out that the concept of information is so widely varied across disciplines, and is understood by each research community in such a different way, that it can hardly serve as a “boundary object” that binds the diverse interdisciplinary components together to attain a shared goal. Therefore, this paper argues that a common focus on information is not enough to sustain information convergence research, and attention also should be given to the various underlying social forces for the success of those efforts. Lastly, this paper suggests several research directions that would promote sustainability of information convergence research.

Video streaming in mobiles is based on the stream of traffic over mobile networks. The capacity of wireless link cannot be provided on demand. The poor service quality of video streaming over mobile networks is based on the gap between the link capacity and the traffic demand, along with time-varying link conditions, such as long buffering time and intermittent disruptions. In this paper we propose to develop a new mobile video framework, labeled as AMES-Cloud, which is divided into two main parts: AMoV (adaptive mobile video streaming) and EsoV (Efficient social video sharing). AMoV and EsoV build up the third party agent to provide efficient video streaming services for every mobile user. The AMoV and WSoV will provide the different types of features like, based on the feedback of link quality the AMoV contracts the private agent adaptively adjust her streaming flow with a scalable video coding technique. The second feature EsoV monitors the social network interactions among mobile users, and their private agents try to prefect video content in advance. In this paper we implement a prototype of the AMES-Cloud framework to show its efficiency. For that we propose to show that the third party agents in the cloud can effectively provide the adaptive streaming and perform video sharing.

Cellular mobile communication Networks have many services and each type of Services has distinct characteristics and Quality of Service requirement. It is important issues in 3-G and beyond networks are to prepare a framework for multiple class service, which performs call admission and handoff efficiently. There have been handful existing mechanisms for improving Call Admission Control (CAC) and Handoff Techniques in mobile network but most of them have considered only single class of service or might have touched value of few classes but not beyond. In this paper we have considered 8 types of services, which are differentiated according to their: Acceptable delay in transmission, Buffering capacity, Transmission mode and Bit rate. In this approach CAC and Handoff issues are resolved by awarding calls with some Priority Number by which each call will be recognized. Another issue of collision in CAC and handoff will be resolved by priority and authority to access the channel. Performance of this frame- work for CAC and Handoff is evaluated by calculating Call Dropping probability and Call Completion probability in this paper.

But the domestic legislation or guidelines, such as being able to say that already specialize in healthcare information, can be seen a 'national medical privacy guidelines'. However the guidelines have suggested that only a violation of privacy laws in the medical information, it does not defined clearly with respect to protected health information(PHI) for secondary use. The 21st century is an era of knowledge innovation. Under the era background of knowledge explosion and information explosion, the competition among countries is ultimately talent competition. This paper makes a comparison between the creativity of business school students in China and Korea with questionnaire survey. Empirical study and comparative study with university students by grade in China and Korea are performed. The test results indicates that there are differences between Korean and Chinese students. Also, university students’ creativity are different by grade. This study finds internal reasons for creativity differences and puts forward counter measures and methods for improving students’creativity.

This paper proposes a classification model for spam email using data mining. The use of personal or business email has increased along with the growth of internet population and computerization. This change allows one to live in convenience or to improve the efficiency of business. On the other hand, spam emails cause many problems in our life. Spam email is defined as the email which is sent to anyone who does not want to receive the email that brings to annoyance or computer virus or interruption of business process. Although a lot of studies have been proposed to protect the spam email, we are still in need of an efficient classification method. Data mining is a prominent way to classify spam emails. However, if data do not have sufficient information, traditional data mining method may not apply for the problem. Therefore, we suggest PU learning algorithm to classify the problem with insufficient data which have only positive class and unlabeled data. Support vector machine (SVM) has been used as the basic data mining method. Experimental results show the viability of the proposed classification model.

The fact that South Korean curriculum scholars formed many of their perspectives on curricular phenomena through the United States curriculum studies and literature cannot be repudiated. In order to analyze the influences of the United States curriculum studies in South Korea requires one who is able to combine the United States curriculum studies and South Korean curriculum studies with an extensive knowledge both of the literature and of history of each as well as the larger history of influences between these countries. No one is fully able to accomplish this task, and the extent of reading or knowledge it requires about both countries. However, this study is beginning of such a project that will hopefully grow through efforts of many scholars. As a prerequisite to doing this, at least in the process of doing so, this paper is an attempt to interpret a history of curriculum studies in the United States, to figure out the nature of curriculum studies in the United States, and eventually to provide insight to guide the curricular present and future. In short, this study is a preliminary study for pursuing further study of analyzing the influences of American curriculum studies into South Korea. To change for the better of the menu board which is not applied ICT technology, we present automatic ordering system using by CMOS touch technology. Optical touch can be an ambiguous term because there are several different methods of using light to detect touch. The progress that has been made in CMOS technology over the past decade has made it the preferred technology for high speed inspection. CMOS infrared (IR) cameras are placed on top of a display, looking across the surface of the display in order to detect the presence of a touching object. Currently, ICT (Information & Communication Technology), IoT (Internet of Things), Smart Grid and Micro Grid technologies are seen as the technologies that will dominate the IT industry of the Republic of Korea till 2020. There are communication technologies such as Mobile WiMAX, PLC, Zigbee, NFC, ANT, Mobile Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID applicable for Smart Grids but we are proposing a Mobile WiMAX-based Micro Grid Home network system in this paper. As a result of simulation, we were able to confirm that the propose system worked normally. The platform technology used in this study can be used for the Smart Grids and Micro grids, as well as other IoT-applied fields. Also, many other simulations in relation to healthcare, building and facility management, disaster and accident monitoring, weather observation and other areas can be conducted using this platform technology prior to constructing an actual system to save costs by checking system’s feasibility.

A method to extract main palm lines from high resolution palm images(5312×2988) is presented in this paper in order to extract palm lines more easily just by using only an image of a hand by using Sobel mask and a mosaic-like method. At first, RGB information is converted to YCbCr color model which is less sensitive to brightness change. The palm region is extracted by simple thresholding using widely known skin color information of Y: 0~255, Cb: 77~255, Cr: 133~255. After that, histogram stretching is applied to the palm region and edges extracted by using Sobel edge operator. Final binary image is acquired by thresholding the edge image using a threshold. 1/4, 1/9, 1/16 and 1/25 compressed images are acquired for the histogram stretched image of the original image. The CSE module consists of a Network Manager module, a Message Handler module, and a Resource Manager module. The Network Manager module controls oneM2M communication and data flow in the system. The Message Handler module processes transmitted messages and the Resource Manager module manages the Resource Tree. The resource tree stores information of the objects to be managed in the system. Also, internal data flow and protocol mapping in the modules are explained.

Nowadays, tourism based on film locations is becoming more and more prosperous. Therefore, famous film locations are turning into theme parks and related travel packages are appearing. However, such theme parks can be constructed only if the film location is really famous. However, normally many film locations are unknown to general people. In this paper, we propose a mobile IT service which supports film location based travel. When a man takes a screenshot of the location this will be sent to the cloud server together with the location information obtained by the GPS. The cloud server compensates the accurate position of the user and sends a query to the database which returns a film clip to the mobile phone matching the position of the user. Then the movie clip that was taken in that place will be diplayed on the display of the user's smartphone, or a picture of the movie scene is overlapped on the picture which user takes on this region. By using this service general people can easily take a film location thema travel.

The purposes of this paper were to find out how information users perceive the college information disclosure system and how much they trust the information in the system. This s study explored the current situations of information use and conducted the surveys with the information users. In oder to achieve the research goals, surveys and interviews were conducted examined how information users. In total, 282 university students and 20 high school teachers participated with the survey and 5 college professors participated with the interviews. According to the study, most of the information users are not know about the disclosed information and thus they did not utilize the information. The staff employed by these institutions understood that information is disclosed, but they only utilized the information when they were involved in the work relevant to evaluation metrics for their institutions. Based on the study results, effective ways of advertising the Alimi site were proposed.

The caliper used at the automotive brake system is the part applied into the friction between the brake disk and pad. Caliper is influenced with the continuous driving fatigue happened at car and the vibration by the braking force due to the contact between brake disk and pad. In addition, vibrations occur due to friction between the vibration and, in case braking, brake discs and pads that occur in the ground. Moreover, there is the trend in the structure of the caliper changes for the light weight of the vehicle, but the damage can be happened by the weakness of durability according to the light weight. In this paper, two kinds of analysis models of 1 and 2 with this fatigue condition are applied and compared. The maximum deformation and stress of model 1 become higher than model 2. And the values of maximum deformation and stress at model 1 are higher as much as 88% and 43% respectively by comparing with model 2. Recently, D2D (Device-to-Device) communication and MTC (Machine-Type Communication) in LTE-Advanced networks have become a promising technologies. In D2D communication, interference between cellular and D2D links should be controlled while guaranteeing QoS (Quality-of-Service) of communication service. Korean Karaoke (Norebang) is a place which where both openness and closeness exist simultaneously. One of the important purposes that people go to the Norebang is to increase the intimacy between individuals. Therefore, Norebang is not a mere singing place but a place where people communicate and interact with each other, and entertain themselves. To interact with each other effectively, not only the role of the singer, but also the role of the listeners is important. Nowadays, several IT services have been incorporated into the music devices used in the Norebang. However, such services have been mostly oriented to the singer. In this paper, we briefly review the role of the audience in traditional Korean musics like Pansori. Then, based on the review, we propose several actions of the audiences which are proper in the Norebang. Finally, based on the definition of proper actions of the audiences, we propose new IT services which can help the interaction of the audience.

Electronics cultural atlas is a typical methodology for the Digital Humanities. The Life Log records computer use, details of mobile device use and sensor values collected from user's activities. Data recorded in life log is analyzed by the cloud computing and turned into useful information. Many researches to provide useful services to human beings making use of the useful information have been widely conducted. This paper surveys life log and proposes a record-preventing method and a device that is facilitated with the record-preventing function. The proposed system consists of the input component, the control component, and the output component. The input component reads data from the GPS receiver, the RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) reader, the QR code (Quick Response Code) reader, a camera, and sensors. The control component compares the input data with the data stored in the database in order to determine whether the user is within a forbidden area. The control component stops life-logging if the user is within a forbidden area.

We suppose there is an obvious contrast between normal and faulty Ruditapes philippinarum. and we analysis rolling sound of four group; Group A(4 normal Ruditapes philippinarum), Group B( 3 normal +1 faulty ), Group C (2 normal +2 faulty), Group D(1 normal +3 faulty). As a result, We found that Group A had higher rate in low frequency than other groups. Recently, in the Republic of Korea, Smart Grid, Micro Grid and IoT (Internet of Things) are at the center of discussion. Accordingly, various companies are competing to take the advantageous position by preoccupying technical patents and establishing their own standards to become a platform company for the Smart Homes, completing individual test bed experiments at the Smart Grid test beds Complex in Jeju Island. However, despite of a variety of product lines introduced to the market, their capacities are rarely being discussed academically and remain as popular subjects of study these days. Current research trend in both domestic and foreign studies has been focused on the subjects related to wireless communication technologies like WiFi and Zigbee or a typical cable communication technology like LAN, although the wireless communication technologies are now favoured more in terms of usability and cost-effectiveness as they do not require additional wiring works. That being said, at the last phase of Smart Home operation, one may encounter the problems in their reliability due to signal interference and attenuation and of course, it is not conceivable to use a cable-type communication like LAN for the Smart Homes. Thus, in this paper, we have implemented a foundation technology for the Micro Grid using the PLC technology. Proposed technology is fundamental to Smart Metering System which monitors, controls, and manages the household power flows, forming essential part of the Micro Grid system. The PLC technology applied here does not require extra installation works as it uses existing 220V power line(s) to transmit data so that we expect that it would supplement both wireless and cable-based methods.

The research infrastructure project for the ICT devices and device SW is aimed to support and strengthen the capability of the SMEs when they are trying to enter into the global ICT core market. In other words, this project is to support the IT device and device SW SMEs which have innovative technoloigies with the tangible and/or intangible infrastructures which are needed for them to enter into the global ICT collaboration ecosystems. The purpose of this paper is to assess the economic feasibility of this project by analyzing its cost and benefit of this research infrastructure project for ICT devices and device SW which will be implemented according to the need of these days. The result of the analysis showed that the BC ratio was 1.510, which means this project has the economic feasibility. And this study did the sensitivity analysis on the two factors, the revenue ratio by cost reduction and the discount ratio, and the durability analysis of the effects.

In this paper, quantitative spatial context estimation method is proposed which can affect human emotion by analyzing environmental image acquired from the frontal camera. In psychology and marketing fields, visual factors such as color and image complexity have been well-known for influencing human emotion. Based on these factors, a method for real-time extracting temporal complexity, spatial complexity, and specific color information is implemented. In detail, temporal and spatial complexities are extracted by subtracting adjacent image frames and edge detection method, respectively. Then, the color information is obtained by counting pixels in the specific color bands which inducing positive and negative human emotions.

Mobile ad-hoc network is an infrastructure less network as it doesn’t follow any particular network topology. In MANET congestion is a major problem in small size networks congestion’s effect is low as compared to the large size networks. Congestion degrades the performance of overall network drastically. Many algorithms have been proposed to handle the congestion famous one are the active que management algorithms (AQMs). But still there is no universally accepted solution for it. In this paper a congestion control solution is devised using fuzzy logic controller. In this node density and load are taken as input and packet drop probability as output, which is effective to control congestion in large networks.

Digital images play an important role in our daily lives and are used in many applications. Hence, there is a need to protect them from unauthorized access and modification. During the past years, several image encryption algorithms have been proposed. Image encryption techniques jumble the pixels of the plain image and reduce the association among the pixels, such that any adversary cannot modify the encrypted image. Chaotic encryption method seems to be much better day by day. The chaos based cryptographic algorithms are one of the emerging and efficient ways to develop secure image encryption techniques. Several schemes have been proposed and analyzed in the past decade based on chaotic maps. Chaotic maps require initial conditions to start iterations and usually initial conditions are derived using the external secret key by providing different weightage to all its bits. A comparative analysis and behavior of the chaotic image encryption schemes proposed in the past decade is presented in this paper such that further enhances in the field of image security can be explored.

Applying steganography for the images like JPEG is not straight forward process due to its lossy compression. The objective of this paper is to carry out a brief research on steganography. Based on the research findings, develop and implement a steganographic application to hide data in a computer image file, as well as retrieve the hidden data from the image containing the hidden data and improving the hiding capacity by encrypting and compressing the data.
