At the present stage of excavation design, the embedded depth of braced structure should meet the requirement of circular sliding stability when the bottom is soft soil. By increasing the embedded depth of support structure, the requirements of stability could be meet. In the normal design, the support structure must penetrate the soft soil layer when the bottom exist soft soil. While when the excavation is narrow and long, because of the obviously spatial effect, there is no need to determine the embedded depth based on the general circular sliding stability. In this paper, based on one the project example, calculate and analyze the similar stability using strength reduction method through the finite element software Plaxis and Midas.

The mechanism of cable crosstalk involving what and how does the factors affect the level of crosstalk is introduced in detail. A transmission line model for predicting crosstalk between power cable and the other wires nearby with common reference ground based on multiconductor transmission theory (MTL) is developed. Crosstalk among circuit configurations when the victim cables with load terminations are different types is analyzed and simulated. Models where the types of the victim lines are shielded coaxial cable, shielded twisted pair and unshielded twisted pair are simulated. It is found that the shielding can provide an attenuation of about 50dB than the unshielded cables. In addition, the condition of multi-cable coupling is simulated and some thoughts are brought out to inspire more detailed study. Finally, some measures are suggested to suppress the crosstalk between cables according to the two-type of coupling mechanism (inductive coupling and capacitive coupling).

In this paper, a fuel cell power system is considered to supply DC power for a Peltier based cooling process. For the fuel cell, there exist slow dynamic response and soft characteristic due to long-running. Therefore, the fuel cell hybrid power system is designed, including fuel cell, battery, unidirectional DC-DC converter and bidirectional DC-DC converter. In order to reduce the slow dynamic response and soft characteristic, it is the most important that the bidirectional DC-DC converter is controlled for charging or discharging to the battery. A control scheme combined feedforward and feedback is proposed for the bidirectional DC-DC converter, where feedforward control is based on the output voltage of the fuel cell. Simulation results based on the designed circuit and proposed method are given to verify the performance of the converter.

To investigate the brain default mode network (DMN) of healthy young people, a novel hierarchical clustering method was proposed to detect similarities of low-frequency fluctuations between any two out of 160 regions of interest (ROI) all over the brain. Feature of these ROIs were firstextractedand analyzed the feature using hierarchical clustering approach.Combining with the strongest connected network node identified by network centric criterion, the default mode network which presented the strongest connectivity in resting state was then determined. The results demonstrated that cingulate had the highest value of average degree, making it the most suspectof where the centrality indices of DMN lay.The comparative results between nodes included by DMN returned by our method and these given by Dosenbach’s research showed quite high coincidence rates, indicating the proposed method of combining complex network theory and hierarchical clustering analysis feasible method to parse brain regions.

When larger scale of small hydropower and wind power exist in power system, the traditional reserve capacity algorithm is no longer applicable at the same time of reducing the carbon emission. Aiming at the volatility and non-regulatory of small hydropower and wind power, considering the forecast error of small hydropower, wind power and load, the unit outage rate and other factors, combined with the actual operation parameters of one regional power system in Southwest of China, the wind-hydro – thermal power coordinated operation of multiple objective function optimization calculation model of reserve capacity is established. Using the weighted coefficient method of unified objective method, it transforms the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective optimization one. Applying the exterior penalty function method, the constrained optimization problem is changed into a non-constrained optimization one. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is got by introducing the particle concentration cognition into traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm. The simulation results verify the validity of the model. To Compare them under different strategies, this method can get less fuel expenses of thermal power units in the case of lower loss of load probability (LOLP).With the small hydropower and wind power output size to optimize the spinning reserve capacity. The model and the algorithm are helpful for drawing up optimization strategies of the reserve capacity in those regions in which larger scale small hydropower and wind power exists.

Hydropower development and effects on fish assemblages by dams in Lancang River Basin have arisen great concerns. As a compensation measure, Xishuangbanna State Nature Reserve was established at Luosuo River in 2007, to protect fish species affected by dams in lower Lancang River. Based on published data of fish since 1950s, we analyzed the fish biodiversity of Luosuo River and the similarity with species of lower Lancang River, using G-F index and Sprensen similarity index respectively. The results clearly show that fish biodiversity is quite high at the genus level in Luosuo River. 60 species (including 20 endemic species) were recorded in both reaches, accounting for 71.43% of total species in lower Lancang River. Similar composition of fish community and high similarity indicate that Luosuo River has the potential to protect most of fish species (including endemic species) under hydropower development in the downstream of Lancang River.

The traditional color matching method for textile dyeing by experiences cannot meet the needs of modern production for color matching in textile dyeing. In order to solve this problem, a mathematical model for the three stimulus values CMY and the dye weight concentrations has been established by collecting and analyzing the actual data from a factory. We analyze this model by polynomial least square approximation and polynomial regression, and then we solve the dye concentrations with the Newton iteration method. Verification results show that the error between the experimental values and the actual values is very small. So this model has higher accuracy, and it can be used in actual productions.

In this paper, the relationship between the shrinkage of the thin-walled wax part in the investment casting process (ICP) and the process parameters including mold temperature, melt temperature, packing pressure and holding time are investigated through a series of experiments. The relationship is successfully described by a mathematical regression model which is based on the response surface methodology (RSM). The rationality and adequacy of the mathematical model are checked via analysis of variation (ANOVA) and a sensitivity analysis for process parameters on the dimensional shrinkage variation are conducted which shows that the contribution percentages of mold temperature, melt temperature, packing pressure and holding time are 23.77%, 43.67%, 11.85% and 16.99%, respectively. Additionally, the optimal setting of the process parameters is also obtained by calculating the desirability function. The optimal combination of the mold temperature, melt temperature, packing pressure, and holding time is 74°C, 30°C 25bar, and 5 sec, respectively.

The key factors for activity of asbestos tailings acid leaching residue (ATALR) and activated process were researched by the way of orthoplan, so as to make a new type of high-active mineral admixture in cement-based material, named as porous silica fume (PSF). Then with the strength loss indexes designed, the sulfate attack resistance of cement-PSF mortars was evaluated, which was dunked in solution of sodium sulfate during from 6 to 12 months. The results indicated that thermal activated temperature and holding time was the key factor for compressive strength, while holding time and grinding time for flexural strength. The optimal activated process was the thermal activated temperature at800°C needing to hold for 1 hour before grinding for 20minuteswhilethe appropriate amount of PSF was 5%~12% in cement mortar. When 5%~8% PSF contained, the sulfate attack resistance of cement mortar can be improved obviously, and the role was similar to silica fume (SF). PSF activated from ATALR is helpful for resource utilization of asbestos tailings, in order to improve ecological environment in the asbestos mine town and promote cement-based material development.

In this study, Ni60/Ni-WC composite coatings were first prepared by plasma spraying. Then, the coatings were remelted successively with a CO2 laser. The influences of laser power on the microstructural characterization and microhardness of the coatings were investigated. The results show that the defects of as-sprayed coating like lamellar stacking microstructure and pores were eliminated by laser remelting, and the remelted coating possessed a denser microstructure. With the increase of the laser power, the burning loss and dissolve of the WC particles is increased, while the dilution rate of the coating becomes large. The laser-remelted samples had higher hardness than the as-sprayed one. Laser power has a great impact on the coating and an optimized process parameter is helpful to achieve appropriate melting of WC particles, which leads to retain a high proportion of hard phase in the coating, good combination between the WC particles and Ni-base matrix alloy, and high microhardness.

This dual-ducted SUAV is a nonlinear and strong coupling of multiple-input and multiple-output system, and particularly between the pitch and roll channels channel coupling is strong, in order to implement effective control, it must be decoupled. The traditional methods are difficult to achieve effective control of the strong coupling of multivariable systems. For the SUAV model of nonlinear coupling characteristics, based on the establishment of the UAV attitude model, this paper designed an attitude ADRC decoupling controller. The simulation showed this ADRC decoupling controller had strong robustness and immunity, and solved the channels coupling between the pitch and roll.

In this study, Al2O3–13 wt% TiO2 ceramic powders was perset on the substrate of a GH416 Ni-base superalloy by the squash presetting method and cladding coatings were fabricated by a fiber laser. Influences of substrate preheating on the microstructure and interface characterization of laser-clad ceramic coatings were investigated. The results show that the crack formation of the clad ceramic coating can be prevented by substrate preheating. In addition, substrate preheating is helpful to form a good metallurgical bonding between the coating and substrate. Clad ceramic coatings with dense structures, crack-free, low dilutions and good metallurgical bonding to substrate were obtained under the optimum processing parameters. The cross-section of the clad coating indicated three different microstructural regions, namely, fine equiaxed crystals at the upper region, columnar crystals in the middle region, and very fine equiaxed crystals at the bottom region.

In order to control surface residual stress in milling aviation stainless steel, orthogonal experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of milling parameters on surface residual stress in milling of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV. The empirical formula of surface residual stress was established to analyze the sensitivity of surface residual stress on milling parameters. The milling parameters stability region and instability region were acquired. Using the extreme difference analysis method, the optimum selection of the milling parameters interval was proceeded. The results show that residual stress along X direction is most sensitive to the feed per tooth, residual stress along Y direction is most sensitive to the milling speed. The optimum milling speed ranges from 25m/min to 40m/min, the optimum milling depth ranges from 0.4mm to 0.45mm, and the optimum feed per tooth ranges from 0.06 mm/z to 0.08mm/z, surface residual stress can be effectively controlled.

Due to the complexity and non-rotational symmetry of free-form surface, it is difficult to achieve accurate and efficient inspection method. In order to solve this problem, three types of sampling sequences are proposed to specify a set of measuring points of free-form surface. For comparing the results of different sampling strategies, the profile errors of free-form surface are calculated based on a quasi particle swarm optimization (QPSO) searching the transformation parameters to implement localization and surface subdivision method finding the closest points on the design model corresponding to measured points. In order to obtain effective sampling strategies, four design models are generated by non-uniform rational basis spline (NURBS) and parts are manufactured on two machining centers to obtain surfaces of different roughness and measured on CMMs by selecting different sampling methods and sample sizes. The profile errors of parts are calculated by the proposed method and CMMs software, respectively. The results show that randomized Hammersley sampling sequence and medium sample size are preferred for the profile error inspection of given parts if accuracy and time are all considered. The research provides a method for free-form surface accurate inspection while minimizing the sampling time and cost.

It is studied the influence of triethanolamine (TEA), diethylenetriamine (DEA), Triisopropanolamine (TIPA), aminoethyl ethanolamine (AE), and polyvinyl alcohol ammonium phosphate (PAAP) at different dosages on the properties of fresh and hardened cement pastes and mortars prepared by Portland cement, including standard consistency water, setting time, the cement paste fluidity, and compressive and flexural strength. It is showed that the high polarity alcohol amine molecules exhibit strong chemical interactions with cement matrix, which are reflected in modified macroscopic properties of the cement system. All alcohol amine admixtures increased the standard consistency water and decreased cement paste fluidity of Portland cement. TEA significantly shortened the initial setting time and final setting time of Portland cement. On the other hand, TIPA, DEA, AE and PAAP extended the initial setting time of cement but shortened the cement final setting time. All alcohol amine admixtures except TIPA at 0.2 and 0.5 dosage increased the compressive and flexural strength of the Portland cement mortars at 3 days. Especially when the dosage of PAAP is 1, the compressive strength of the Portland cement mortars at 3 days is increased 10.5MPa. All alcohol amine admixtures except AE at 0.2 and 0.5 dosage increase the compressive and flexural strength of the Portland cement mortars at 28 days, Especially when the dosage of TIPA is 1, the compressive strength of the Portland cement mortars at 28 days is increased 8.8MPa.
