The purpose of the study is to substantiate the feasibility of introduction into the training program for architectural education of a Course Project of An Outstanding Personality Museum. To achieve this goal, progressive trends in the design of exhibition buildings were analyzed, design task developed and the sites identified that are potentially suitable for setting up the experimental facility: the Hryhoriy Skovoroda Museum in Kyiv. Also, the project proposals made by students in cooperation with teachers were presented to the general public and discussed. The main results of the study are to clarify the challenges faced by the student in the process of performing such a task and the benefits of introducing a Course Project of an Outstanding Personality Museum in the bachelor's program in architecture. This study evaluates the influence of supplementation of 10% enriched with cobalt and selenium maggot meal on growth performance, weight of innards and chemical composition of meat of broiler chickens Cobb 500. The investigation reveals a high efficiency of utilising the enriched maggot meal in chicken's diet. Thus, it has been established that the growth performance of chicken of enriched maggot meal group (EMMG) was 1.54 and 1.55 times higher (p<0.05) than the chicken of control group (CG) and chicken of fish meal group (FMG), respectively. Moreover, the daily weight gain of chicken EMMG was significantly higher (p<0.05) as compared to chicken of CG and FMG. The statistically significant enlargement of liver of EMMG was established. It was shown that the coefficient of liver weight toward to body weight in EMMG was marginally lower as compared to CG illustrating the metabolic rate of organism which was in accordance to the innards weight of physiologically normal state. The maximum protein content in chicken's meat of EMMG was 20.92% which was on 4.66 and 4.06% higher (p<0.05) than CG and FMG, respectively. Similarly, the ash content in EMMG was on 2.16 and 2.01 times higher (p<0.05) than CG and FMG, accordingly. Therefore, the meat of chicken, diet of which was supplemented with 10% of maggot meal, had a significant difference as compared to a simple diet indicating an indirect evidence of energy metabolism intensity of these animals. An ELISA test system was created based on antibodies obtained as a result of immunization of rabbits and guinea pigs with the dimethyl sulfoxide antigen of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. It showed high sensitivity and generic specificity with all strains of enteropathogenic Yersinia and did not interact with bacteria from other genera, which allows it to be used for diagnostic purposes. In accumulation media with pig faeces contaminated with Yersinia, the experimental test system detected Y. pseudotuberculosis and Yersinia enterocolitica already on the 3rd day of "cold enrichment", provided that 50 or more Yersinia cells per 1 ml were inoculated into the accumulation medium together with feces. The article is devoted to the optimization of the working cycle of the production line. The article describes a simulation model, which is aimed at increasing the efficiency of technological preparation of production by optimizing the technological parameters of the production line by synchronizing the duration of technological operations. Synchronization of technological operations is carried out by choosing rational cutting parameters for each technological transition. Determination of rational cutting parameters is based on the calculation of the total processing error, which improves the quality of products. The article considers an example of optimization of the working cycle of a production line for the manufacture of a "Bushing" part from titanium alloy VT41. The choice of rational cutting parameters for each technological transition was based on the analysis of the total value of interruptions in the production line. Taking into account the permissible cutting parameters for each technological transition, calculated on the basis of the total processing error, such values were taken as rational values at which the total amount of breaks was minimal. The simulation model described in the article makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the production line, as well as to improve the quality of products due to a preliminary assessment of the accuracy of individual dimensions. Safety aspects are analyzed in the article in accordance with the national standard GOST R 51898-2002. This regulatory documentation presents the concept of safety, and also answers the question of how to achieve an acceptable level of risk. The article presents the basic concepts of riskology. The positive aspects of the document are noted. However, the problem is in the fact that risk analysts cannot be guided by the specified standard due to its underdevelopment and inconsistency with the universal international standard ISO 31000:2018 "Risk management – Guidelines". The formula "risk is a combination of probability and consequences" does not work one hundred percent, since in many cases the risks are not linearly comparable. It becomes unclear which risk is considered acceptable and which is not. An approach based on scenario to risk assessment should be developed that describes the interaction of different possible scenarios (for example, in the case of developing forecasts for the housing stock). In general, one cannot speak of a risk as acceptable disregarding the combination with the costs and benefits that accompany a particular risk. Risk cannot be understood without considering a two-dimensional combination of (1) events and (2) the consequences of those events, as well as the associated (3) uncertainties, which is broadly consistent with the meaning of the ISO standard 31000:2018. As for the assessment and analysis of environmental risk presented in the national standard GOST R 14.09-2005 "Ecological management – Guidelines", the development of a scenario approach in each specific case is required. This paper presents the approach to reduce the deterioration of poly-Si based passivating contacts through screen- printed silver pastes by modifying the SiNx capping layer thickness and firing temperature. Its impact is investigated by fabricating p-type back junction solar cells featuring the passivating contacts at the cell rear side. We demonstrate that the improved contact formation without compromising of the quality of passivating contacts is possible if the firing temperature is optimized for the chosen SiNx layer thickness. On the full area of M2-sized industrial p−type Cz wafers, we achieve an open-circuit voltage of 716 mV and an efficiency of 22.6%, both independently. A median contact resistivity of 2 mΩcm2 is measured with transfer length method for the optimized SiNx layer thickness and firing temperature. The investigation with scanning electron microcopy shows that certain amount of small etch pits are necessary to form the contact between screen-printed silver and phosphorus-doped poly-Si properly. Polycrystalline-silicon-on-oxide (POLO) junctions and related contacting schemes have shown their capability to facilitate high efficiencies for solar cells with passivating selective contacts [1-3]. In this work the front contacting of two-side contacted POLO cells with sputtered aluminum-doped zinc oxide (ZnO:Al) has been investigated. Different approaches were followed to obtain good lifetimes in cell precursors and keep high V∝ values in finished cells. Degradation in minority carrier lifetime and implied V∝ (iV∝) was observed after the ZnO:Al sputtering deposition. In order to recover the passivation, various thermal treatments were applied. The necessity to implement a protecting layer to cap the ZnO:Al/poly-Si structures during the annealing treatment to prevent a fill factor degradation in finished cells was observed. Initially an intrinsic a-Si:H layer was used as a temporary protecting layer. However, during the decapping process, to remove the amorphous layer, lifetime and iVoc are significantly degraded. Therefore a permanent a-SiOx protecting layer was implemented for maintaining good passivation (Voc = 710 mV). This layer has the additional benefit of improving the optical (AR) behaviour on finished cells (increasing Jsc by 1.5%). The best cell reached a conversion efficiency of 21.7 %. The paper examines the impact of public-political factors on the regional sustainable development in the light of the historical experience of the Siberian cities during the Russo-Japanese war (1904-1905). Based on the analysis of archival materials and publications in the Siberian printed press at the beginning of the 20th century, the authors have identified the reasons why the sustainable development of the largest Siberian cities was hindered at that period. The construction of the railway eliminated the problem of transport links with Siberian cities; however it made them dependent on external supply of goods. Local Siberian production declined with the advent of cheap imported goods; warehouse infrastructure reduced due to the uselessness; the alternative modes of transport could not compete with the railroad and left the main traffic directions. The Russo-Japanese war began in 1904 and left Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk without transport service for nearly eighteen months, since cargo railway transportation which was not related to the supply of the army, was discontinued. Siberian cities were in catastrophic conditions: food prices increased several times, hospitals worked without pharmaceuticals, urban construction was stopped. Historical examples of unsatisfactory supply of cities under the influence of intense public and political factors demonstrate that sustainable urban development is impossible without the diversification of the sources and means of subsistence. Diversification is proved to be necessary, it can guarantee the use of the transport and economic infrastructure in the interests of the city in unexpected situations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper presents the results of laboratory research aimed at the development of methods of synthesis of new radiodiagnostic agents based on modified fatty acid labelled with technetium-99m intended for scintigraphic evaluation of myocardial metabolism. The purpose of the study was to assess the efficacy of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) with 199Tl and 99mTc-MIBI in the detection of breast, laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancers. A total of 220 patients were included into the study: 120 patients with breast lesions (100 patients with breast cancer and 20 patients with benign breast tumors) and 100 patients with laryngeal/hypopharyngeal diseases (80 patients with laryngeal/hypopharyngeal cancer and 20 patients with benign laryngeal/hypopharyngeal lesions). No abnormal 199Tl uptake was seen in all patients with benign breast and laryngeal lesions, indicating a 100% specificity of 199Tl SPECT. In the breast cancer patients, the increased 199Tl uptake in the breast was visualized in 94.8% patients, 99mTc-MIBI--in 93.4% patients. The increased 199Tl uptake in axillary lymph nodes was detected in 60% patients, and 99mTc-MIBI--in 93.1% patients. In patients with laryngeal/hypopharyngeal cancer, the sensitivity of SPECT with 199Tl and 99mTc-MIBI was 95%. The 199Tl SPECT sensitivity in identification of regional lymph node metastases in the patients with laryngeal/hypopharyngeal cancer was 75% and the 99mTc-MIBI SPECT sensitivity was 17%. The data obtained showed that SPECT with 199Tl and 99mTc-MIBI can be used as one of the additional imaging methods in detection of tumors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
