This paper shows a multifunctional and real-time control system of environment and building. It includes wireless data acquisition terminal, wireless ad-hot network module, inspection device, data acquisition gateway, software of energy consumption analysis, system of infrared thermal imaging analysis.

To explore the practical rail-bridge seismic design methods, dynamic response analysis model of the train-rail-bridge system under seismic loads was established, and the widely used simply supported track-bridge in rail transport was taken for the study. By inputting different intensity and frequency artificial seismic waves to the train-rail-bridge system, the whole history of the vehicles running through the bridge is simulated and the dynamic responses of the bridge and the vehicles are calculated. The influence of train type, seismic intensity and spectral characteristics of the earthquake were analyzed. Taking Japanese traffic safety evaluation indexes including derailment coefficient, wheel offload rate and lateral wheel-rail force as evaluation criteria, the allowed lateral bridge displacement limits and acceleration limits that ensuring train running safety under earthquake were obtained, and the bridge vibration limit curve was drawn. Using Lagrange interpolation method, the mathematical expression of the curve was worked out, which can provide a reference to rail-bridge aseismic design.

In order to predict the maize yield of changes in the following years for our managers and framers, we have applied a statistical model based on time series analysis. Nowadays, there is a variety of methods on yield prediction in agricultural .In order to prove the accuracy of prediction models, more than prediction model can be used. In the paper, the establishment of ARIMA (2, 1, 1) model was been established by using the timing sequence analysis on yield data. The partition results can not only guide farmer, provide an important method for accurately predicting in agricultural products, and can be used to implement variable input and precise fertilization recommendation.

the food forecast is very important for grain production, adjusting the important theoretical basis for grain planting structure, making the food security and agricultural sustainable development strategy. In order to solve the insufficiency of the traditional model selection criteria in practical application, the relationship between the quantity of consumption and time, time series forecasting models of food grain consumption per capita in China. The results showed that, two timing the predictive fitting statistical index model is highly significant, by applying the model to the data of inside forecast more accurate prediction results, but because of many influence factors, its accuracy to be tested time and actual.

According to national standards and actual needs to test building envelope thermal performance, the thermal performance of building envelope testing system is designed based on infrared thermal imaging analysis, automatic testing, remote communication, wireless network and arithmetic average. It integrates many complex steps together into one system to complete testing work. Those steps had been done manually on different software in the past. It greatly improves the efficiency and reduces the cost of testing.

In this paper, the exothermal efficiency and exothermal rate were employed to evaluate and optimize the composition of the self-heating material, and the effects of each component were discussed. The final optimized composition as below: reduced iron powder (20%), potassium permanganate (60%), sodium chloride (10%), activated carbon (10%). Under the optimized conditions, the temperature of this self-heating material could up to 100 °C within 2 min and maintain for 20 min, which should be suitable for flameless fast food self-heating or providing heat source for physiotherapy equipment in the medical field.

This paper describes a method of how to test a building’s thermal defect automatically and completely. Though this method is not perfect in all parts, it does provide a innovative solution for the problem of building detection.

To safeguard distributed power smoothly being sent out, the meshed power collection grids were proposed. By comparing reliability of radial and meshed grids, the capacity evaluation model for meshed power collection grids was established in terms of electricity revenue and cable costs, and the 2.5MW double-fed wind turbine’s evaluation data was divided into six levels according to 0-700 million income, and the capacity optimization algorithm was provided based on genetic algorithm, and optimal routing solutions and capacities under different income levels were proposed. The results show that 7 * 7 and 5 * 15 schemes have best income and capacity, and the effectiveness of evaluation model and optimization algorithm is proved.

The BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) scenario puts traditional two-factor authentication into great security challenge. To strengthen the authentication in BYOD scenario, we propose a security compliance based mobile user authentication scheme, which includes a novel calculation method for device identifier, and a fine-grained compliance strategy and its management. The scheme provides a secure authentication mechanism for BYOD scenario and satisfies the requirements of device authentication in mobile user authentication.

Material balance calculation was adopted to a bubbling desulfurization system of 600MW unit for water-saving measures. Analysis was made on main factors affecting water consumption. Results showed that heat release of desulfurization reaction and water evaporation went up with sulfur content increasing; Free water and bound water in gypsum increased rapidly with calcium improved; When sulfur content enhanced from 0.5% to 3.5%, water evaporation of reactor increased by 28.9% and waste water increased by 7.8%; With inlet flue temperature of WFGD raised from 120°C to 200°C, waste water increased by 25.3% and evaporation of water increased by 102.35%; Once gas-gas heater (GGH) was installed, heat release of original flue gas decreased by 43.72% and the total water consumption decreased by 39.06%. Therefore, with sulfur content and temperature of inlet flue increasing, water consumption raises. Installation of gas-gas heater (GGH) can effectively reduce water consumption of WFGD system.

Material balance calculation was adopted to a wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) system for exploring impacts of gas-gas heater (GGH). Effects of GGH on flue and water consumption were analyzed. Results showed that inlet flue temperature of desulfurization tower reduced by 3.4 °C at 100% load after installation of GGH. Exhausted gas temperature of system increased by 34.9°C. The heat release of original flue in desulfurization tower reduced by 43.72%. Plume rise height was significantly improved. Water evaporation in desulfurization tower declined by 42.07%.Amount of addendum water reduced by 39.06%, and water vapor carried by flue decreased by 19.78% at the outlet of WFGD. Therefore, operation condition of flue emission is improved and water consumption decreases with GGH.

To study migration and transformation of sulfur species in oxyfuel combustion, the study attempts to analyze distribution of sulfur compounds with thermodynamic equilibrium. Results show that sulfur-containing gases predominantly are SO2 and SO3, the maximum thermodynamic equilibrium concentration of those in oxyfuel combustion respectively increase by 3.4 and 4.5 times compared with the conventional combustion. Furthermore, SO2 gas formation rate decreases while SO3 increases under oxyfuel combustion. Sulfur-containing gases are generally more sensitive to temperature and excess air coefficient. The amount of sulfur compounds significantly increases in oxyfuel combustion.

Because of the fast development of high buildings and large mansions and the increasing applications of electronic information technology, all kinds of advanced electronic equipments are installed in buildings. These equipments have qualities of low insulation, weak endurance of overvoltage and overcurrent and sensitivity for EMC disturb. Then more and more serious hazards and indirect economic losses are arising from lightning disturbance. Therefore, in order to cut down such big losses it is really necessary to conduct the research of stroke-incidence rules and take effective measures to protect buildings against lightning. Theories and practice show that the lightning protection is a systematic engineering. The exterior protection and interior protection should be constituted as an integer. This paper mainly studies the telecommunication equipments in the building disturbed and harmed by the lightning electromagnetic field. To protect this injure effectively we must find out the distributions of the lightning electromagnetic field in the building. Three cases of the lightning electromagnetic field distributions in the building have been discussed in the paper.

According to the national standard (GB-50057-1994) of lightning protection design, we can calculate the number of lightning ground flash density around them. However, this technique would have some defects. In order to improve the predicting accuracy of the lightning striking of tall buildings, there are three methods, i.e. a broken line method, the method of Faraday cage, and ball method. The electrical geometry model of rolling ball method as the theoretical basis for calculating is easy. In order to analyze lightning striking selectivity of buildings, the shielding between buildings were discussed based on the electric geometric model (ball method). It is different lightning probability for different monomer buildings, building groups, different distance, different geographical environment, and climate environment. And some protection measurements were proposed to improve the lightning shielding performances.

This paper focused on predictive algorithm of network utilization for networked control system (NCS). Auto-Regressive and Moving Average (ARMA) model was presented for general network utilization, which with fixed constant and known white noise. ARMA model parameters are estimated using parameter estimation algorithm of Recursive Extended Least Squares (RELS). Finally, a simulation example was given to realize RELS of ARMA model. Predictive output of network utilization can be obtained and converge to real state.

The probe-fed rectangular patch antenna with the Minkowski fractal structure which for 2.45GHz was simulated by using high frequency electromagnetic simulation software HFSS V11.The Simulation results showed that it was similar to side-fed square patch antenna with the Minkowski fractal structure. The resonant frequency decreased with fractal iteration, and the size of the antenna could be miniaturized. And antenna pattern unchanged with fractal iteration mostly, which meet the application requirements basically.

The sealed tube melt polymerization method was employed to synthesize four-arm star polymer PLGA, by which drug-loaded microspheres for cucurbitacin B were prepared. Taking drug loading amount and entrapment effiency as the indicators, drug-loading formulation was optimized.

Based on the resource-based cities, we could establish a comprehensive evaluation index system. Principal component analysis (PCA) model is perfect to such evaluation. It can eliminate the related influence between evaluation indexes and reduce the workload of evaluation. The paper applied the principal component analysis to Baotou city and other 5 western resource-based cities so as to make a comprehensive evaluation about sustainable development ability. The results show that the sustainable development ability of Baotou city from2003 to 2012 is a fluctuated improving trend. And it ranks fourth in the selected western resource-based cities. The issue about the way to improve the sustainable development ability of resource-based cities is discussed in this paper.

In this study, co-metabolism reduction ofp-nitrophenol (PNP) under anaerobic condition was investigated in an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor.p-Aminophenol (PAP) was identified as the dominant product of PNP reduction in UASB, and no further degradation of PAP was observed under anaerobic condition in UASB. The performance of three cosubstrates, namely sodium acetate, glucose and methanol, was compared, demonstrating that sodium acetate had the best performance as the external cosubstrate. Both PNP removal and PAP formation increased with the increase of acetate concentrations and the increase of hydraulic retention times (HRTs). Both PNP removal and PAP formation was significantly influenced by initial PNP concentration, exhibiting the inhibitory nature of PNP.

Photo-degradation alkali lignin was prepared in sunlight by the system of TiO2 and squaraine dye (QSC). The influence of the ratio of QSC to TiO2 on the solar energy conversion efficiency was tested; the principle of degradation alkali lignin by TiO2 photocatalyst in sunlight was researched. The results showed that the number-average and mass-average molecular mass of degradation alkali lignin and the control lignin were 1,548 and 2,822, respectively, the phenolic hydroxyl of degradation alkali lignin is 5.63% with the control is 4.64%, and alcoholic hydroxyl of degradation alkali lignin is 3.21% with the control is 3.77%.

The status of the energy structure, the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth, the relationship between energy consumption and ecological environment in Inner Mongolia were analyzed. The study of energy structure in Inner Mongolia found out that coal accounts for a larger proportion of the energy structure in Inner Mongolia and Inner Mongolia's energy structure is unsafe. The main problem of energy security in Inner Mongolia is the large number of exploitation and use of coal and other fossil energy, it will pose a huge threat to ecological environment. The correlation analysis of the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth found out that there is a high positive correlation between economic growth and energy consumption, the formulation and implementation of energy policies in Inner Mongolia will have a greater impact on economic growth. This unreasonable energy structure has brought great pressure on energy security, economic development and environmental governance. Paper also gives some advices and proposals on optimizing energy structure and ensuring energy security.

The aerodynamic force coefficients of road vehicles under wind loads depend on not only the shapes of vehicles but also those of infrastructures, such as a bridge. Therefore, study of the aerodynamic characteristics of road vehicles considering the interaction of aerodynamic forces between the road vehicles and bridge is necessary for predicting the performance of vehicle under wind loads properly. This paper studies aerodynamic characteristics of road vehicles when vehicles run on bridges under cross winds using the CFD method. The dependence of aerodynamic forces on vehicle speeds, the interaction of aerodynamic forces between the vehicles and bridges and the influence of the turbulence are investigated by different simulation cases.

A variable step long LMS algorithm based on Bessel function was put forward, which established the functional relationship between the step size factor and the error signal. And this algorithm would be applied to the adaptive noise canceller in order to improve the ability of the algorithm of uncorrelated noise suppression. This algorithm has a larger step-size during initial convergence stage or unknown system parameters change in order to get a faster convergence time and tracking speed. Moreover, and it adjusts small step-size to achieve a very small steady-state maladjustment noise after the convergence of the algorithm.

Along with the development of high-rise buildings and high-speed railways, the straightness and sizing accuracy of PC steel bars is highly demanded. The addition of precision straightening process between traction and shear in the production line of PC steel bars can improve the application performance of products effectively. Moreover, the traditional shear mode is changed to realize high precision sizing and cutting purpose in high-speed production (90m/min). A straightening scheme with large deformation and equal curvature was proposed in this article, which can realize circumferential standstill locking of bars in the perpendicular straightening planes and guarantee straightening precision. Based on mechanical-electro-hydraulic integration technology, optical-mechanical-electrical sizing and conjugate cam cutting method were presented. 9/13 numerical control sizing cutter for PC steel bars is developed in the production line of PC steel bars, which has high automation, better straightening effect, and minor sizing error.

The call for cultural heritage protection has been more and more urgent since Mr. Liang took the research of Beijing until the 1980s town protection work in the national general expansion. Cultural changes, cultural transition, cultural loss phenomenon often occur, so the inheritance of traditional culture is particularly important. We set Qijiang town in Sichuan province as the research object about the outstanding traditional culture and traditional cultural activities. Thinking about the current situation of the traditional culture protection, paying attention to the truth and the traditional cultural carrier and getting help from all people, we can get optimization methods about traditional culture protection measures.

In the present study, an experimental setup was made to measure the aerodynamic characteristics of vehicles on the bridge for different cases in a wind tunnel considering the aerodynamic interference. The influence of the wind turbulence, the vehicle interference, and the distance of vehicle from the windward edge of the deck on the aerodynamic coefficients of vehicles were investigated based on the experimental results. The measured results showed that the wind turbulence, the vehicle interference, and the vehicle distance from the windward edge significantly affected the aerodynamic coefficients of vehicles.

We proposed a novel optical sensory nerve network using pulse switch sensors. The pulse switch sensor generates light loss similar to pulse signals only when ON/OFF states change. Therefore, it has less influence on communications quality compared with conventional switch sensor modules as sensor multiplicity increases. Our simulated results demonstrated that the proposed system can improve sensor multiplicity while maintaining the communications and measuring performance with the same quality as a conventional system by appropriately adjusting the initial loss of the pulse switch sensors. In particular, where ON/OFF time intervals follow exponential distributions with mean values of 5 and 300 s, respectively, the insertion loss of hetero-core segments inserted into pulse switch sensors is 0.3 dB, and the pulse switch sensors have curvature from 0.05 to 0.18. Under these conditions, our enhanced system can increase sensor multiplicity to 23 while maintaining link availability of almost 100%, a distinction error ratio of less than 1%, and a duplicated error ratio of about 0.5%.

Three kinds of TiO2 materials named Ti0, Ti0.5 and Ti1.0 were prepared via hydrothermal synthesis method using Tetrabutyl titanate (TNB) as the material and different amounts of Gemini Surfactant we prepared as the template. Then the prepared TiO2 nanoparticle was characterized by Scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Taking the UV light as the light source ,the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 to rhB was studyed . The results showed that the degradation rate of Ti0, Ti0.5 ,Ti1.0 to RhB respectively was 93.6 % , 93.9 %, 99.7 % at the time of 3 hours. The catalytic activity of Ti0.5 and Ti1.0 was obviously better than Ti0, what’s more, Ti1.0 almost made RhB completely degradated at the time of 3 hours.

The influences of different preheating temperature of mold and treatment temperature on solidified structure of LC9 alloy were studied by low-power ultrasonic vibration melt-treatment. The results show that grain of LC9 alloy can be refined greatly by low-power ultrasonic vibration melt-treatment. The dendrite growth is restrained and the microstructure is changed from larger dendrite grains to dominant fine none-dendritic and globular grains. With the decrease of preheating temperature of mold, grain size decreases. The efficiency of grain refinement is better at low preheating temperature. With the increase of ultrasonic vibration temperature, grain size decreases firstly, then increases, and the turning point is 660 °C. At 640 °C, grain size of the alloy with US vibration treatment changes slightly compared with non US-treated alloy.

To improve the corrosion resistance of Al alloy, triethylamine (TEN) was added into the sealing solutions. Tafel polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) techniques were used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of sealing coatings formed in different concentrations of triethylamine(TEN). Compared with the coatings with D. I. water and the bare aluminum alloy, the polarization curves show that the sealing coatings formed in 5.0 – 7 .0 g.L-1 triethylamine (TEN) solutions have more positive corrosion potential (Ecorr) and pitting corrosion potential (Epit), and lower corrosion current density (icorr). Electrochemical parameters of EIS indicate that the sealing coatings have higher corrosion resistance. The electrochemical test results show the prepared sealing coatings have better corrosion resistance.

At present, the elderly people in China are bearing pressures at different levels from living conditions, public transport, social participation, social belonging, and some other aspects. Recently, a relevant elderly-care survey was done. Along with actual situation and statistics, it indicates affecting factors basically in two phases: personal factors and social factors. Then urban public facilities requirements which differ from the general can be deduced. In order to fulfill related requirements, six design points of urban public facilities are listed in consistent with synthesizing the four pivotal parts – human, product, environment, and the society, which contain public facilities-network establishment, guidance improvement, material selection and so forth.

The tubing, as a key ingredient in the well development, worked always under very complex stress and corrosion conditions, the failure of the tubing could cause huge losses. In this paper, a fractured 3-1/2″ P110SS tubing was analyzed through physical and chemical properties testing, SEM, EDS, and XRD method. The results showed that the failure of the tubing was belong to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking. The tubing material could not pass the SSC test, it was inappropriate to use in well contained high hydrogen sulfide.

Anticipatory Reasoning-Reacting System (ARRS) proposed by Cheng is a new reacting system with more ratability and security compared with traditional reacting systems. Cheng also proposed the logic basis of ARRS with three-dimensional moving objects, i.e. 3D-STSRL. In this paper, we focus on the research on the logic basis of ARRS in the domain of air traffic control. In order to express knowledge and belief concisely and precisely, epistemic operators are necessary. This paper described the addition of epistemic operators into 3D-STSRL together with the foundation of 3D-STERL. Then a study case about air traffic control is shown for the application of 3D-STERL.

This paper examines the long-run determinants of the USD index.. Borrowing the BEER model and using cointegration analysis, we find (1) The increase of the foreign exchange reserves, the GDP growth rate and the change of gold price can make the equilibrium USDX appreciation, but the increase of money supply can make the equilibrium USDX depreciation. (2) Although the “equilibrium” USDX tracks the trends in the real USDX quite well, the real USDX has been misaligned several times, while the subprime credit crisis and the following financial tsunami have accelerated its overestimate.

The preservation and appreciation of pension fund is the core of the whole pension system. As the cash for daily life of the retiree, the investment rate of return of pension fund has to be higher than Consumer Price Index (CPI) in order to maintain the purchase power of pension and play a security role. On the basis of Markowitz theory, the constraint of CPI was added in this paper. The weight of all assets in optimum portfolio and the minimum variance of the portfolio under current financial market were calculated by Matlab software in China. Finally, suggestions on reforming investment policies of pension fund in China were given.

A novel coumarin-based fluorescent sensor CFe1 containing imine and thiourea groups was designed and synthesized. It showed good sensitivity and selectivity for Fe3+ ion over other commonly coexistent metal ions with fluorescent enhancement and blue-shift.

Molecular imprinting polymers (MIPs) are synthetic materials having specific cavities which are highly specific towards the template molecule. In this paper, diosgenin-imprinted polymer microspheres (DG-MIPs) were prepared by precipitation polymerization, using diosgenin as template, methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker. The morphology and adsorption capacity of the microspheres were evaluated by HPLC and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: 2 mM DG, 6 mM MMA, 60 mM EGDMA and 4 mM AIBN. The method developed might be used to separate and extract effective constituents from Chinese medicinal plants on a large scale.

Aimed at the problem of sulfur-resistant corrosion in environment with carbon dioxide(CO2)and trace amounts of hydrogen sulfide (H2S), Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques were employed to study the electrochemistry corrosion behavior of two kinds of 80S(A and B) at different temperatures. The methods of weight-loss，scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis were used to study on the corrosion behavior of the sulfur-resistant tubes, including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy , average corrosion rates and the corrosion morphologies. The results showed that the corrosion potential and corrosion rates (CR) of two samples were different with the changing of the test temperatures. With the increase of the temperature, the corrosion potential decreased, and the corrosion rates increased, but decreased at 120°C. The corrosion-resistant of A80S was slightly superior to the B80S. The serious pitting corrosion and the maximum average CR occurred at 90°C. The XRD analysis suggested that the main corrosion products were FeS.

Lignin was extracted from Acanthopanax senticosus remainders after pharmaceutical production process, with acetic acid-water as extracting reagent. Four factors effects, namely reaction temperature from 160°C to 220°C, reaction time from 40 min to 100 min, acetic acid concentration from 50% to 80% and solid-liquid ratio from 1:40 to 1:5, were studied and optimized by a four-level orthogonal array design (OAD) on lignin antioxidant capacity. The results indicated the reaction temperature and reaction time were significant factors among these factors. At the same lignin solution concentration, the acetic acid lignin antioxidant capacity was better than that of Kraft lignin, but much lower than that of butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA).

Through experimental study on three HRB400 steel bar reinforced concrete columns subjected to low cyclic reversed loading, the failure patterns, hysteretic curves and skeleton curves were obtained. The influence of longitudinal high-strength reinforcement ratio upon the hysteretic characteristics, ductile behavior and ability of energy dissipation were analyzed. The results show that the main failure pattern was bending failure; and with the increscent of the longitudinal high-strength reinforcing steel bar ratio, the columns can endure larger seismic loads and displacement; the seismic performance of the whole reinforced concrete columns can be effectively improved by arranging reasonable high-strength steel bars.

The structural and electronic properties of graphite-like C7N compound have been calculated by using first-principles pseudopotential density functional method for ten possible C7N configurations, which are deduced from graphite and hexagonal boron nitride unit cell. The calculated total energy results show that the configuration C7N-I with AA stacking sequence along the c-axis based on hexagonal BN structure has been shown to be the most stable structure. From the calculated electronic band structures and electron density of states, the monolayer and bulk phase of C7N are expected to show insulating and metal states, respectively. The graphite-like C7N phases have been predicted to be a stable phase at ambient conditions by formation energy and elastic constant calculations. A critical pressure of about 41 GPa is expected for a synthesis of cubic C7N phase from this graphite-like C7N.

Through researched on corrosion factors and development progress of sour gas field in China, the development situation of sour gas field in China was defined, the types of sour gas corrosion and impact factors of hydrogen sulfide stress cracking were illustrated. The results showed that, there are many corrosion mechanisms not clear when synergistic with different factors. The 105ksi grade drill-pipe was manufactured successfully, but it’s not enough for deep-well drilling. The standard API grade drill-pipe of low yield strength and hardness were mainly used in high sour gas field development. A series of tubing & casing were research and development, and applied in many overseas oil fields successfully.

In this paper, the Φ3.8×13m centre drive ball mill is studied. After predigested the rotator with its mean characters, the FEM model of the rotator is established. After loading and solving to the rotator with FEM software ANSYS, the former ten modal natural frequencies and vibration modes are got. Through the modal analysis, the position which may be easily destroyed is found. Then the position of the partition board is moved, through the comparative analysis, a good project is carried out. The vibration modes are lessened, most of the vibration amplitudes are reduced, the vibration mode which has huge influence to the structure is avoided, and the dynamic performance of the rotator is improved.

To solve the lot-streaming flow shop scheduling problem with the objective to minimize the total weighted earliness and tardiness, a hybrid discrete harmony search (HDHS) algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, an effective harmony memory initialization approach is presented,an initial solution in harmony memory is generated by means of the famous NEH heuristic. Secondly, the HDHS algorithm utilizes an effective improvisation mechanism to generate new harmonies represented by job permutations. Lastly, the insert neighborhood search and swap operator are designed and embedded in the algorithm to enhance the local exploitation.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed HDHS algorithms.
