In order to solve the problem that the paper will be wrapped and distorted after being laminated by the paper laminating machine, an auto flip delivery mechanism of the paper laminating machine is designed. A set of flip mechanism is installed in the delivery part of the paper laminating machine for placing the small paper stacks right side up or side down, which effectively prevents the laminated paper from being wrapped and distorted. Comparing with manual delivery, it saves labor, reduces the number of employers and also reduces the cost of the enterprises. The effectiveness of the mechanism has been verified in its actual application.

The chemical composition of urinary crystallites of less than 1000 nm from 10 calcium phosphate (CaP) stone-formers were investigated and compared with that from healthy subjects using X-ray power diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nanoparticle size analyzer. Although there were some calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) crystals in CaP stones, the main components of crystallites in urine of CaP stone formers were uric acid (UA), CaP and COM, while that in healthy urine was mainly UA and a small amount of COM. That is, the CaP content in urinary crystallites of CaP stone-formers was significantly higher than that of controls. The particle size range of crystallites in lithogenic urine was 3~1000 nm and most of these crystallites were aggregated, but it was 30~500 nm in healthy subjects.

Thiourea-modified ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by the microwave-assisted method. The nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), High-resolution transmission electron microscope (TEM), UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). ZnO nanoparticles presented typical wurtzite structure. Microwave-assisted method and thiourea modifying reduced the particle size of ZnO corporately and the particle size of 2.0 mol% thiourea/ZnO was about 3 nm. The photocatalytic efficiency of thiourea-modified ZnO was influenced by the molar precent between thiourea and ZnO and 2.0 mol% thiourea/ZnO had the highest photocatalytic activity. The degradation rate of 30 mg/L C.I. Reactive Blue 4 could get to 85% in 50 min at room temperature when the concentration of 2.0 mol% thiourea/ZnO was 0.10 g/L.

This paper calculate the transmission loss caused by generation right trade and its impact on system based on the DC power flow equation. This method takes into account each power flow state and more accord with the practical situation of generation right trade. By analyzing the mechanism and process of generation right trade, to the unreasonable method that averagely allocate the trading power in trading hours under the daily generation right trade mode, this paper propose a method to fit a trading power allocation curve based on cubic spline interpolation and power system. The curve can be adjusted by trading power and replace the traditional averagely allocate method. Combined with three kinds of allocating situation, the rationality of this paper has been tested on IEEE-13 bus system.

The seed-swelling method was adopted to synthesized the porous copolymer of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate and acrylonitrile P([amim]BF4-AN). The samples were characterized by IR, DSC and CO2sorption was investigated by determining equilibrium data. The effects of the amount of initiator and swelling time on the porous structure and CO2sorption were discussed in detail. The results indicated that porous P([amim]BF4-AN) with benzoyl peroxide (BPO)0.1g and swelling 20h has the higher CO2sorption capacity.

With the development of wireless sensor network (WSN), Internet of Things (IOT) has been widely adopted by different fields. Cultural heritages preservation is one of the typical application scenes in these fields. The cultural heritages are always in the special environments, such as open land or damp tomb cave, which is very suitable for IOT. In this paper, some current preservation technologies and solutions are analyzed, and existing problems are described. Finally, a novel cultural heritage preservation solution based on IOT is proposed, and a corresponding prototype system is introduced and verified.

The Titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1)/cordierite monolithic catalysts prepared by wash coating-method were investigated by means of experiments in which we discussed the effects of TS-1 mass fraction in slurry, coating times and solvent viscosity on loading amount and adhesiveness. The results of cyclohexanone ammonization in self-made recirculating reactor showed that the activity and stability of TS-1 monolithic catalysts supported on cordierite honeycomb were better than traditional TS-1 powder in slurry reactor.

Orthogonal experiment design and variance analysis were adopted to investigate the hydrogen desorption properties of NaAlH4and LiAlH4, which consisted of three stages, ball-milled under argon. Optimum milling condition was very important for the performance of NaAlH4and LiAlH4, which was obtained from the orthogonal experiments. The orthogonal experiment design considered three experimental factors, i.e. weight ratio of ball to power, weight ratio of ɸ8 ball to ɸ4 ball and milling time, which varied on three different levels, respectively. According to the range analysis and variance analysis from the orthogonal experiments, the weight ratio of ball to powder and ɸ8 ball to ɸ4 ball had more impacts on the hydrogen desorption time of NaAlH4,while the most sensitive influencing factor of LiAlH4was milling time. NaAlH4had the optimum performance when the weight ratio of ball to power was 30:1, the weight ratio of ɸ8 ball to ɸ4 ball was 0.5:1 and milling time was 0.5h. LiAlH4had the optimum performance when the weight ratio of ball to power was 40:1, the weight ratio of ɸ8 ball to ɸ4 ball was 0.5:1 and milling time was 2h.

TS-1 monolithic catalysts were prepared on cordierites honeycomb ceramics supports by dip-coating method in TS-1/H2O suspension. The cordierites honeycomb ceramics supports were treated with different methods, such as coated with a thin layer of sodium silicate, immersed in 0.5N hydrochloric acid. The monolithic catalysts were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy. The distribution of TS-1 Catalysts onto supported was observed. The immobilized stability of TS-1 monolithic catalysts was evaluated by ultrasonic cleaning and washing out experiment. TS-1 catalysts were uniformly deposited onto inner smoothed surface of cordierites honeycomb ceramics supports, which ware coated sodium silicate film. And experiment data proved that TS-1 catalysts may be firmly immobilized onto supports coated sodium silicate.

The experiment results show that the microstructure control plays a key role for enhancing toughness of heavy thick X80 plates at low temperature, especially DWTT property. The toughness of heavy thick X80 plate at low temperature is not only related to the bainite grains and M/A islands, but also impacted by the original austenite grain size. Finer original austenite grain size benefits to increase the BF/AF ratio in volume of a base material enlarge the crystal orientation difference of microstructure transformation inside austenite. Cracks on a broken section of DWTT samples can (a) penetrate the coarse grains directly, (b) propagate in Zig-Zaga way in the fine grains, and (c) be around the boundary of original austenite grains. The stable and high toughness of heavy thick X80 steel plates from the mass production can be achieved at low temperature made with the reasonable chemistry, clean steel, non-defect slab technologies and OHTP rolling practice.
