Objective To analyzed the hygienic test and benefit analysis of traditional sterilized hand towel and disposable sterile toilet paper before surgical hand disinfection. Methods From October 2021 to November 2021, the sanitary examination of surgeons and nurses after surgical hand disinfection was selected as the research object, and 100 people were selected according to different professional titles, including 50 doctors and 50 nurses, by self-control method. Control group: in the first week, traditional sterilized hand towels were used for hand-drying, and hygienic tests were performed after surgical hand disinfection. Experimental group: In the second week at the same time, the same people were required to use disposable sterile toilet paper to dry their hands and hygienic tests were performed after surgical hand disinfection. The hygiene and benefits of the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the results of hygienic tests between the two groups. In terms of material cost, the cost of sterilized hand towel was higher than disposable sterile toilet paper. Conclusion The application of disposable sterile toilet paper before surgical hand disinfection has no influence on the hygienic test of surgical hand disinfection, which can effectively reduce operating costs and save manpower in the operating room. (目的 分析外科手消毒前使用传统灭菌擦手毛巾、一次性无菌擦手纸的卫生学检测及效益分析。方法 2021年10月—11月, 参加手术医生、护士外科手消毒操作后的卫生学检验作为研究对象, 采用自身对照的方式, 按不同职称抽取100人, 医生、护士各50人。对照组: 在第1周使用灭菌擦小毛巾干手, 进行外科手消毒后卫生学检测; 实验组: 在第2周同样时间, 同样人群使用一次性无菌擦手纸干手, 然后进行外科手消毒后卫生学检测, 对两组的卫生学和效益进行评价。结果 两组手术人员外科手消毒后卫生学检测结果无显著差异; 材料成本上, 灭菌擦手小毛巾的成本高于一次性无菌擦手纸。结论 外科手消毒前使用一次性无菌擦手纸对外科手消毒卫生学检测无影响, 能有效降低手术室运营成本, 节约人力。)

This paper summarized the hospice care practice of a patient with terminal phase of breast cancer, and discussed the care of pain control, nausea and vomiting, palliation and sedation for terminal cancer patients with cancer-related pain. This paper focused on psychological support and spiritual comfort for terminal cancer patients, so as to provide reference for future studies on hospice care in clinical practice. The extended care service plays an important role in improving the condition and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases. This paper introduced the concept of extended care, and summarized the ways of extended care service for elderly patients with chronic diseases in China. This paper also concluded the nursing quality assessment and limits in research of extended care for chronic diseases in the elderly, and provided reference for the future research direction and establishment of extended care program for elderly patients with chronic diseases in China. (延续性护理服务对改善老年慢性病患者病情、提高生活质量具有重要的作用。本文就当前国内关于老年慢性病延续护理的相关护理模式、护理质量评估及局限性进行综述, 以期为新形势下制定我国老年慢病患者延续护理服务提供参考。)

Objective To explore the effect of curriculum teaching of Nursing Research based on BOPPPS model under the guidance of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP). Methods Totally114 nursing undergraduates of academic year 2020 were selected as teaching objects, including 58 in the control group and 56 in the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group adopted the BOPPPS teaching mode guided by the concept of KAP. At the end of the course, the scientific research knowledge of the nursing students was measured by closed-book exams and evaluation of review paper writing. A survey using self-assessment questionnaire was conducted to investigate the learning effectiveness and research ability of nursing students. The participation rate in research activities and paper submission rate were compared between two groups. Results The outcomes of closed-book exams , quiz and evaluation of review paper in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Nursing students in the observation group achieved higher outcomes in self-assessment of learning effectiveness and research ability compared with those in the control group (P＜0. 05). The participation rate in research activities and paper submission rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Under the guidance of KAP concept, BOPPPS model can improve the teaching effect of Nursing Research courses and enhance the scientific research consciousness and ability of nursing undergraduates. (目的 探讨知识、信念与行为(KAP)理念指导下基于BOPPPS模型的《护理研究》课程教学效果。方法 选取安徽中医药大学2020级114名护理本科生为教学对象, 分为两组: 对照组58人, 观察组56人。对照组采用传统的授课方式, 观察组采用KAP理念指导下的BOPPPS教学模式。课程结束后采用考试与随堂测试的方式对护生进行考核, 并对护生综述撰写质量进行评分。采用自制的学生学习效果自我评价表和科研能力自评量表对两组护生进行问卷调查。统计和比较两组护生本学期科研活动参与率及论文投稿率。结果 观察组护生期末成绩、随堂考核成绩和综述成绩得分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组护生学习效果自我评价和科研能力自我评价结果优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组护生科研活动参与率和文章投稿率均高于对照组(P＜0. 05)。结论 KAP理念指导下基于BOPPPS模型可以提高《护理研究》课程的教学效果, 提高护理本科生的科研意识与能力。)

In this paper, a combination of Problem-based Learning (PBL), Case-based Learning(CBL)and Flipped Classroom was used to conduct teaching ward round of nursing for a patient with thyroid disease. Taking the clinical teaching round of a patient with stony goiter as an example, this paper explored the transformation from the conventional clinical teaching method of nursing to the comprehensive application of multi-mode joint of clinical teaching. Focusing on the nursing students, the multi-mode joint model was a problem-oriented and case-based approach. It constructed a new type of teaching ward round of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing by taking clinical thinking ability as motif, disease related knowledge as the support, and teacher-student and nurse-patient interaction as means. It provides theoretical and practical basis for comprehensively improving the quality of nursing work, teaching quality and patient satisfaction, and exploring the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing talents. Dry eye is one of the most common ophthalmic diseases besides refractive error, which has great influence on patients' daily life and work. In this paper, by reviewing the Traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods of dry eye in recent years, it is found that thunder moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and atomization, eye scraping, acupoint massage, Traditional Chinese medicine external application and auricle point sticking pressure are the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques commonly used in dry eye in clinical practice. This paper further pointed out that combined application of a variety of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques and the application of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing is expected to further improve the effect of dry eye nursing. Integrative nursing is a nursing model that combines the advantages of western and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing. This paper compares the differences between the TCM and Western medicine in the nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis, and exhibits the advantages of integrative nursing in controlling the progress of chronic bronchitis and focuses on the clinical application progress of integrative nursing in chronic bronchitis. Meanwhile, this paper also discusses the limitations, necessity and feasibility of the development and clinical practice of integrative nursing in China. Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer and the most common cause of cancer-related mortality among women worldwide. The incidence of breast cancer has been increasing over the past decades around the world. This paper reviewed the studies about origins and development of training and practice for specialist breast nurses. A brief analysis and summary about importance, role and training methods were given in the paper, in order to provide reference for establishment of training system for specialist breast nurses in China. This paper summarized the nursing practicve of a newborn with congenital bilateral chylothorax. The key points of nursing included intensive nursing management of airway, closed thoracic drainage nursing, correct evaluation of neonatal pain and corresponding nursing measures, nursing and observation of special medication, strict implementation of disinfection and isolation measures, and total parenteral and enteral nutrition nursing at the same time. After careful treatment and nursing, the newborn baby was cured and discharged on the 44th day of hospitalization. This paper summarized the nursing practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine emotion regulation in relieving anxiety of a patient undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy. This paper summarized the preoperative nursing practice of a patient undergoing endovascular exclusion for thoracic aortic ulcer. Guided by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine emotion regulation, the music-guided imagination technology combined with acupoint application therapy by syndrome differentiation were carried out to control the blood pressure of the patient before surgery. This paper summarized the practice of emotional nursing by syndrome differentiation combined with narrative nursing for a patient with blood stasis and qi stagnation type lumbar disc herniation accompanied by emotional distress. Based on the analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation and concept of emotional nursing by syndrome differentiation, the technique of clearing tendons and moving cupping along the bladder meridian on the back, the six character formula breathing method, dietary regulation, and daily life maintenance were carried out to relieve the emotional distress symptoms. Individualized nursing interventions by using narrative nursing skills were carried out to relieve the negative emotions of the patient. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a type 1 diabetic patient with diabetic gastroparesis and chronic hepatitis B Virus infection. This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with gastric distention of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and Bian-stone ironing and rubbing therapy. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing bundles for a patient undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction. The basic nursing plan was formulated based on a comprehensive nursing risk assessment. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing bundles included monitoring of vital signs, postoperative health education, intra-aortic ballon pump-associated catheter maintenance, skin care, Psycho-Cardiology care and interventions on sleep quality, abdominal distension, chest tightness and difficulty breathing syndrome. The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing bundles are effective to relieve the symptoms, reduce the postoperative complications and improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patient undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction. The incidence of type diabetes mellitus tends to increase with gradual aging of the population, leading to the increasing number of patients with diabetic foot ulcers. Patients may suffer from emotional disorder at any stage of disease. The emotional status is highly related to the development of diabetic foot ulcers, and has a major influence on following treatment and quality of life of patients. The current therapy model combines two evidence-based treatments: drug therapy including anxiolytics and newer antidepressants, non-drug therapy including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychological care, music therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional nursing. This paper reviewed studies on pathogenesis, development and interventions on diabetic foot complicating anxiety disorder. By searching ancient books and literature, this paper summarized the development history of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot ironing therapy and its treatment methods, therapeutic effects and application progress in spleen and stomach diseases, and to understand the research status of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot ironing therapy in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. Current researches findings showed that Traditional Chinese Medicine hot ironing therapy were effective in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, and more in-depth researches should be conducted to improve the clinical practice and ensure the therapeutic effect. This paper summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with third degree scalded in lower limbs during physiotherapy. In the process of nursing and treatment, in addition to routine dressing change treatment and relevant theories of Qi-blood in surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the process of benefiting air temperature Yang and enriching blood and promoting blood circulation throughout was carried out and divided the treatment into two stages, namely, removing the fusty and pus in the early stage, removing the fusty and promoting the muscle in the later stage, and supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains to clear heat and detoxify, reduce swelling and remove the degeneration. This paper summarizes the practical of medical integration model in the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing ward round for a patient with lumbar disc herniation. Based on the review of patient’s clinical data, responsible nurse had reported the case analysis, and doctors had comprehensively analyzed the illness condition of the patient. The key nursing contents were discussed and nursing measures were jointly formulated. Through the integration of medical and nursing rounds, the professional complementarity between medical and nursing can be rebuilt, and a mode consisting of medical treatment, nursing care and patient participation can be achieved. Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women today. Surgical treatment is an important part of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer. Breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL) is a complication after breast cancer surgery. This paper reviewed studies on Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive treatment of acute lactational mastitis at early stage. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive treatment could be divided into oral administration and external application, and most common interventions adopted in the clinical practice were manual expression, Huolong Cupping therapy and moxibustion, Gua Sha, collaterals pricking and cupping. The majority of researches were clinical observations and case reports, and there is a need of research with more sample size and standard methodology. The constipation is a common complication after lumbar surgery. Constipation can be effectively relieved by pharmacologic interventions. However, there are limitations such as drug dependence and adverse effects. The acupoint application therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow shows advantages in the treatment of constipation. This paper summarized the current state of acupoint application therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow, and provided reference for clinical nursing practice in relief of constipation after lumbar surgery. This paper summarized the nursing practice of a patient with constipation after surgery of thoracic vertebra compression fracture treated by midnight-noon ebb-flow acupiont application combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot compress. Based on the comprehensive nursing assessment, targeted nursing interventions on pain, postoperative constipation, anxiety and potential complications were carried out. This paper summarized the interventions dealing with exudate from abdominal drainage tube. Methods aiming to reduce the exudate were listed as follows: placement of drainage tube with extraperitoneal tunnel method, choice of reasonable pipeline, reducing the causes of elevated intra-abdominal pressure, maintaining drainage tube patency. Disposed methods after occurrence of exudate were as follows: application of foam dressings, hydrocolloid dressings, fixed tubes, usage of a pocket to collect exudates and building an integrated model for prevention of exudate. This paper also aimed to provide reference for nursing workers to prevent and deal with exudate from abdominal drainage tube, improve patient comfort, reduce medical workload and improve nursing quality. A peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) can provide long-term and safe intravenous access for cancer patients with chemotherapy and patients who need long-term infusion and parenteral nutrition. This paper reviews studies on causes and countermeasures of difficulties in PICC insertion under ultrasound guidance. Common actors influencing the PICC insertion includes vascular access selection, vasospasm, puncture position, puncture operator and so on. Targeted nursing interventions should be carried out to prevention risk factors and improve the success rate of PICC placement, therefore reducing the pain of patient during PICC insertion under ultrasound guidance. Swallowing dysfunction in elderly stroke patients is a common and significant clinical problem that has a considerable impact on their health and quality of life. Studies have indicated that impaired swallowing function in elderly stroke patients is associated with multiple factors, including the location and extent of the stroke, the degree of damage to the neural pathways, and related inflammatory responses. Interventions for swallowing dysfunction in elderly stroke patients have gradually become more diverse and individualized. This paper reviewed the studies on dysphagia in elderly stroke patients, summarized etiologic and pathophysiologic mechanisms, assessment tools, and treatment of dysphagia, and provided reference for diversifying clinical research and treatment. The application of implantable venous access port (IVAP) in cancer patients is becoming increasingly common. The complications of the IVAP include infection, blockage, thrombosis, catheter dysfunction, etc. Poor nursing of the infusion port leads to the highest incidence of related infections, high costs, and serious consequences for patients. Exercise rehabilitation has been proven as a promising intervention for recovery of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction. With the global increase in the aging population, the pain management in elderly patients has becoming a great concern. This paper reviewed the guideline related the pain management for the elderly. The quality and rating of guidelines were evaluated by using AGREE Ⅱ, and the recommendations for pain management care were summarized. It provides a basis for standardizing the pain management in the elderly, so that clinical practitioners can form the pain management guidelines according to the characteristics of the elderly in China. Very severe aplastic anemia is a very rare and serious disease of hematopoietic system, which is characterized by continuous impairment of hematopoietic function of bone marrow, resulting in insufficient number of three types of cells (red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets) in whole blood cells. This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with severe aplastic anemia complicated with multiple infections. According to the patient's existing symptoms, key issues of nursing were clarified including infection prevention and control, illness condition monitoring, risk assessment and prevention of falls and bleeding. In addition to routine personalized care psychological care was carried out to improve the patients’ treatment adherence. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing practice of an elderly hypertensive patient with COVID-19. An integrative nursing plan was established based on the syndrome differentiation. This paper summarized the practice of umbilical moxibustion combined with acupoint application therapy based on the theory of nourishing yang in spring and summer for a patient with heart failure.
