Objective To analyzed the hygienic test and benefit analysis of traditional sterilized hand towel and disposable sterile toilet paper before surgical hand disinfection. Methods From October 2021 to November 2021, the sanitary examination of surgeons and nurses after surgical hand disinfection was selected as the research object, and 100 people were selected according to different professional titles, including 50 doctors and 50 nurses, by self-control method. Control group: in the first week, traditional sterilized hand towels were used for hand-drying, and hygienic tests were performed after surgical hand disinfection. Experimental group: In the second week at the same time, the same people were required to use disposable sterile toilet paper to dry their hands and hygienic tests were performed after surgical hand disinfection. The hygiene and benefits of the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the results of hygienic tests between the two groups. In terms of material cost, the cost of sterilized hand towel was higher than disposable sterile toilet paper. Conclusion The application of disposable sterile toilet paper before surgical hand disinfection has no influence on the hygienic test of surgical hand disinfection, which can effectively reduce operating costs and save manpower in the operating room. (目的 分析外科手消毒前使用传统灭菌擦手毛巾、一次性无菌擦手纸的卫生学检测及效益分析。方法 2021年10月—11月, 参加手术医生、护士外科手消毒操作后的卫生学检验作为研究对象, 采用自身对照的方式, 按不同职称抽取100人, 医生、护士各50人。对照组: 在第1周使用灭菌擦小毛巾干手, 进行外科手消毒后卫生学检测; 实验组: 在第2周同样时间, 同样人群使用一次性无菌擦手纸干手, 然后进行外科手消毒后卫生学检测, 对两组的卫生学和效益进行评价。结果 两组手术人员外科手消毒后卫生学检测结果无显著差异; 材料成本上, 灭菌擦手小毛巾的成本高于一次性无菌擦手纸。结论 外科手消毒前使用一次性无菌擦手纸对外科手消毒卫生学检测无影响, 能有效降低手术室运营成本, 节约人力。)

This paper summarized the hospice care practice of a patient with terminal phase of breast cancer, and discussed the care of pain control, nausea and vomiting, palliation and sedation for terminal cancer patients with cancer-related pain. This paper focused on psychological support and spiritual comfort for terminal cancer patients, so as to provide reference for future studies on hospice care in clinical practice. The extended care service plays an important role in improving the condition and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases. This paper introduced the concept of extended care, and summarized the ways of extended care service for elderly patients with chronic diseases in China. This paper also concluded the nursing quality assessment and limits in research of extended care for chronic diseases in the elderly, and provided reference for the future research direction and establishment of extended care program for elderly patients with chronic diseases in China. (延续性护理服务对改善老年慢性病患者病情、提高生活质量具有重要的作用。本文就当前国内关于老年慢性病延续护理的相关护理模式、护理质量评估及局限性进行综述, 以期为新形势下制定我国老年慢病患者延续护理服务提供参考。)

Objective To explore the effect of curriculum teaching of Nursing Research based on BOPPPS model under the guidance of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP). Methods Totally114 nursing undergraduates of academic year 2020 were selected as teaching objects, including 58 in the control group and 56 in the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group adopted the BOPPPS teaching mode guided by the concept of KAP. At the end of the course, the scientific research knowledge of the nursing students was measured by closed-book exams and evaluation of review paper writing. A survey using self-assessment questionnaire was conducted to investigate the learning effectiveness and research ability of nursing students. The participation rate in research activities and paper submission rate were compared between two groups. Results The outcomes of closed-book exams , quiz and evaluation of review paper in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Nursing students in the observation group achieved higher outcomes in self-assessment of learning effectiveness and research ability compared with those in the control group (P＜0. 05). The participation rate in research activities and paper submission rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Under the guidance of KAP concept, BOPPPS model can improve the teaching effect of Nursing Research courses and enhance the scientific research consciousness and ability of nursing undergraduates. (目的 探讨知识、信念与行为(KAP)理念指导下基于BOPPPS模型的《护理研究》课程教学效果。方法 选取安徽中医药大学2020级114名护理本科生为教学对象, 分为两组: 对照组58人, 观察组56人。对照组采用传统的授课方式, 观察组采用KAP理念指导下的BOPPPS教学模式。课程结束后采用考试与随堂测试的方式对护生进行考核, 并对护生综述撰写质量进行评分。采用自制的学生学习效果自我评价表和科研能力自评量表对两组护生进行问卷调查。统计和比较两组护生本学期科研活动参与率及论文投稿率。结果 观察组护生期末成绩、随堂考核成绩和综述成绩得分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组护生学习效果自我评价和科研能力自我评价结果优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组护生科研活动参与率和文章投稿率均高于对照组(P＜0. 05)。结论 KAP理念指导下基于BOPPPS模型可以提高《护理研究》课程的教学效果, 提高护理本科生的科研意识与能力。)

Starting from the concept and practice of continuity nursing, this paper focuses on the development of long-term care insurance that is conducive to the popularization and application of continuity nursing. In this paper, a combination of Problem-based Learning (PBL), Case-based Learning(CBL)and Flipped Classroom was used to conduct teaching ward round of nursing for a patient with thyroid disease. Taking the clinical teaching round of a patient with stony goiter as an example, this paper explored the transformation from the conventional clinical teaching method of nursing to the comprehensive application of multi-mode joint of clinical teaching. Focusing on the nursing students, the multi-mode joint model was a problem-oriented and case-based approach. It constructed a new type of teaching ward round of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing by taking clinical thinking ability as motif, disease related knowledge as the support, and teacher-student and nurse-patient interaction as means. It provides theoretical and practical basis for comprehensively improving the quality of nursing work, teaching quality and patient satisfaction, and exploring the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing talents. Dry eye is one of the most common ophthalmic diseases besides refractive error, which has great influence on patients' daily life and work. In this paper, by reviewing the Traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods of dry eye in recent years, it is found that thunder moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and atomization, eye scraping, acupoint massage, Traditional Chinese medicine external application and auricle point sticking pressure are the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques commonly used in dry eye in clinical practice. This paper further pointed out that combined application of a variety of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques and the application of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing is expected to further improve the effect of dry eye nursing. Integrative nursing is a nursing model that combines the advantages of western and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing. This paper compares the differences between the TCM and Western medicine in the nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis, and exhibits the advantages of integrative nursing in controlling the progress of chronic bronchitis and focuses on the clinical application progress of integrative nursing in chronic bronchitis. Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer and the most common cause of cancer-related mortality among women worldwide. The incidence of breast cancer has been increasing over the past decades around the world. This paper reviewed the studies about origins and development of training and practice for specialist breast nurses. A brief analysis and summary about importance, role and training methods were given in the paper, in order to provide reference for establishment of training system for specialist breast nurses in China. Stroke has seriously threatened the health of all mankind as one of the global public health problems. As a common complication, post-stroke anxiety not only reduces the patient’s quality of life , but also increases the risk of stroke recurrence and delays the recovery process. This paper reviews the influencing factors, clinical manifestations, evaluation methods and interventions of post-stroke anxiety, in order to provide a theoretical basis and new ideas for further understanding of post-stroke anxiety and improving patients' anxiety. A peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) can provide long-term and safe intravenous access for cancer patients with chemotherapy and patients who need long-term infusion and parenteral nutrition. This paper reviews studies on causes and countermeasures of difficulties in PICC insertion under ultrasound guidance. Common actors influencing the PICC insertion includes vascular access selection, vasospasm, puncture position, puncture operator and so on. Targeted nursing interventions should be carried out to prevention risk factors and improve the success rate of PICC placement, therefore reducing the pain of patient during PICC insertion under ultrasound guidance. Swallowing dysfunction in elderly stroke patients is a common and significant clinical problem that has a considerable impact on their health and quality of life. Studies have indicated that impaired swallowing function in elderly stroke patients is associated with multiple factors, including the location and extent of the stroke, the degree of damage to the neural pathways, and related inflammatory responses. Interventions for swallowing dysfunction in elderly stroke patients have gradually become more diverse and individualized. This paper reviewed the studies on dysphagia in elderly stroke patients, summarized etiologic and pathophysiologic mechanisms, assessment tools, and treatment of dysphagia, and provided reference for diversifying clinical research and treatment. Integrated Traditional Chinese and western Medicine nursing is of great importance to the routine management of stroke patients. The application of implantable venous access port (IVAP) in cancer patients is becoming increasingly common. The complications of the IVAP include infection, blockage, thrombosis, catheter dysfunction, etc. Poor nursing of the infusion port leads to the highest incidence of related infections, high costs, and serious consequences for patients. This paper summarized the risk factors related to the IVAP in perspectives of catheter, patient, disease and medical staff, and provided reference for clinical prevention of related complications. Peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) represent one of the most common modes of central venous access used in chemotherapy and enteral nutrition in elderly patients with malignant tumors. However, the clinical application of PICC may cause a series of complications including infection, catheter blockage, thrombosis, catheter dislocation, etc. The catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI) is one of the most serious complications after PICC placement. This paper reviewed studies on risk factors of PICC-related infection in elderly patients with malignant tumors, in order to provide reference for clinical practice. Cognitive impairment after stroke is one of the common complications of stroke, which seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis of stroke patients. This paper aims to analyze the risk factors, evaluation and intervention measures of post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) by collecting literature data in the past five years, summarize the clinical studies on non-drug treatment, further propose all-round extension, standard and high-quality non-drug treatment interventions, and provide clinical basis for standardizing non-drug treatment of PSCI patients. Exercise rehabilitation has been proven as a promising intervention for recovery of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction. Based on the analysis of individual’s condition, early exercise rehabilitation plan should be designed systematically and logically to reduce the mortality due to acute myocardial infarction, prevent complications, promote the early rehabilitation and improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life of the patient. This paper summarized the status quo of exercise rehabilitation and its research status, potential problems and clinical practice in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention, and provided reference for the establishment of exercise rehabilitation plan after percutaneous coronary intervention. With the global increase in the aging population, the pain management in elderly patients has becoming a great concern. This paper reviewed the guideline related the pain management for the elderly. The quality and rating of guidelines were evaluated by using AGREE Ⅱ, and the recommendations for pain management care were summarized. It provides a basis for standardizing the pain management in the elderly, so that clinical practitioners can form the pain management guidelines according to the characteristics of the elderly in China. This paper summarized the nursing management of an elderly long-term bedridden patient with purple urine bag syndrome. Given the association between purple urine bag syndrome and urinary tract infection, nurses had enhanced the interventions on catheter maintenance and urinary tract infection prevention. Meanwhile, comprehensive nursing interventions including diet guidance, constipation prevention and psychological care were carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms and negative emotions, and improve treatment adherence and recovery of the patient. This paper summarized the postoperative nursing measures for a patient undergoing left-sided pneumonectomy for lung cancer. Based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS), comprehensive nursing interventions such as exercise training, nutritional support, prevention of pulmonary embolism, pain control, prevention of postoperative complications and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing interventions were carried out to shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the quality of postoperative nursing after lung cancer surgery. Very severe aplastic anemia is a very rare and serious disease of hematopoietic system, which is characterized by continuous impairment of hematopoietic function of bone marrow, resulting in insufficient number of three types of cells (red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets) in whole blood cells. This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with severe aplastic anemia complicated with multiple infections. According to the patient's existing symptoms, key issues of nursing were clarified including infection prevention and control, illness condition monitoring, risk assessment and prevention of falls and bleeding. In addition to routine personalized care psychological care was carried out to improve the patients’ treatment adherence. This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing of a patient with hemorrhagic shock after surgery for arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limb. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as illness condition monitoring, postoperative complications prevention and psychological care were carried out. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing practice of an elderly hypertensive patient with COVID-19. An integrative nursing plan was established based on the syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing, acupoint application and intradermal needling were carried out in addition to the routine nursing interventions including nursing evaluation, disinfection and isolation, illness condition monitoring, oral care, health education, psychological care and so on. This paper summarized the practice of umbilical moxibustion combined with acupoint application therapy based on the theory of nourishing yang in spring and summer for a patient with heart failure. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and principle of treatment in line with seasons’ change, the patient was treated with the umbilical moxibustion combined with acupoint application therapy. Ulcerative colitis is an immune-mediated inflammatory bowel disease characterized by recurrent diarrhea, abdominal pain, and mucous, pus, and bloody stools. Both Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine have their own strengths in the prevention and control of ulcerative colitis. There is an urgent need of developing effective combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine therapy, as well as integrative nursing interventions, for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Bullosis diabeticorum is a distinct, spontaneous, noninflammatory, blistering condition of acral skin that is unique to patients with diabetes mellitus, resulting in the infection, ulcer, gangrene and even amputation. This paper summarized the nursing practice of patient with bullosis diabeticorum combined with diabetic foot ulcer. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing of a case of severe diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) with acute intestinal obstruction complicated with pneumonia secondary to gastric adenocarcinoma treated with anti-PD-1. The main points of nursing included: disease monitoring, nausea and vomiting nursing, lack of knowledge and other general nursing measures. The key and difficult points of nursing for this case were complicated with intestinal obstruction and ICPis related diabetes. Therefore, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing and corresponding nursing measures were taken to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the rehabilitation of the patient. Crohn's disease is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Its symptom cluster can damage patients’ psychical and psychological health. It is required to enhance the symptom cluster management of patients with Crohn's disease. Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) are used as first-line central venous catheters for the delivery of chemotherapy and supportive care in cancer patients. However, PICCs-related complications, such as phlebitis, blockage, infection and allergic dermatitis may increase the level of pain and affect the following treatment. This paper summarized the nursing experience of allergic dermatitis after PICC placement in a breast cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. Based on analyzing the relevant factors of allergic dermatitis and syndrome differentiation, timely medication, psychological intervention, dietary guidance, and other nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the local symptoms such as sitching, inflammation, rash and redness. This paper summarized the Nursing of a patient with post-stroke constipation of Qi-deficiency type treated by Baliao acupoints moxibustion and acupuncture combined with oral administration of Yiqi Runchang decoction. A comprehensive assessment of nursing risk was carried out before treatment. Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment such as moxibustion and acupuncture at Baliao acupoints were performed to improve the recovery of intestinal function. The patient received oral administration of Yiqi Runchang decoction to regulate the body constitution. In addition, a prescription of drinking habits was administrated to promote defecation, and other interventions such as dietary guidance, exercise and emotion care were carried out to relieve the symptoms of Qi-deficiency syndromes. This paper summarizes the nursing practice of moxa stick moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure in treating insomnia in a patient with syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency after lung cancer surgery. Pain is a common and distressing symptom in critically ill patients. Environment during hospitalization, operational diagnosis and treatment and other issues may increase the pain level of the patient. Given the numerous adverse psychological and physiological consequences caused by uncontrolled pain, pain management should be considered as the core element of treatment. The auricular acupuncture with thumbtack needle, as a typical Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique, has proven to be a very safe, painless and easy-to-operate method in clinical practice.
