In 1949 V.A. Rokhlin introduced into ergodic theory the k-fold mixing and puzzled the mathematical community with the problem of the mismatch of these invariants. Here's what Rokhlin wrote: "The proposed work arose from the author's attempts to solve the well-known spectral problem of the theory of dynamical systems: are there any metrically different dynamical systems with the same continuous (in particular, Lebesgue) spectrum? Using new metric invariants introduced for this purpose, the author tried to find among the ergodic automorphisms of compact commutative groups automorphisms of various metric types. This paper presents the experience of developing and utilizing computer simulations for student laboratory assignments in atomic physics, specifically focusing on emission atomic spectra. The fundamental component of each laboratory assignment is a computer simulator of a spectrograph, which displays atomic line spectra on the monitor screen. The simulator operates by converting the wavelength of radiation into an RGB triplet. Calibration of the spectrograph is conducted using the atomic spectrum of mercury. The configuration of setup parameters and experimental conditions is unique to each student conducting the laboratory assignment using the simulator. Individualized parameters, stored in Google Sheets, are transferred to the HTML template of the laboratory assignment via the Google Apps Scripts service. We generalize methods, developed by S. Ghilardi, and apply them to a subsystem J$_2$ of bimodal provability logic GLB. We describe projective formulas in J$_2$ in terms of Kripke semantics and prove that logic J$_2$ has finitary unification type. Examples of rigid Poisson suspensions without roots are presented. The discrete rational component in spectrum of an ergodic automorphism S prevents some roots from existing. If S is tensorly multiplied by an ergodic automorphism of the space with a sigma-finite measure, discrete spectrum disappears in this product, but the memory of it can remain in the form of the absence of roots. The main result of the article says that the formal power series equal to the ratio of two neighboring Chebyshev polynomials, after some renormalization, approximates the generating function of the Catalan numbers. We present a proof of this result using continued fractions. The paper presents various modifications of the Frank-Wolfe algorithm in the equilibrium traffic assignment problem. The Beckman model is used as a model for experiments. In this article, first of all, attention is paid to the choice of the direction of the basic step of the Frank-Wolfe algorithm. Algorithms will be presented: Conjugate Frank-Wolfe (CFW), Bi -conjugate Frank-Wolfe (BFW), Fukushima Frank-Wolfe (FFW). Each modification corresponds to different approaches to the choice of this direction. Some of these modifications are described in previous works of the authors. In this article, following algorithms will be proposed: N-conjugate Frank-Wolfe (NFW), Weighted Fukushima Frank-Wolfe (WFFW). These algorithms are some ideological continuation of the BFW and FFW algorithms. Thus, if the first algorithm used at each iteration the last two directions of the previous iterations to select the next direction conjugate to them, then the proposed algorithm NFW is using more than N previous directions. In the case of Fukushima Frank-Wolfe, the average of several previous directions is taken as the next direction. According to this algorithm, a modification WFFW is proposed, which uses a exponential smoothing from previous directions. Experiments with various modifications were carried out on several datasets representing urban structures and taken from publicly available sources. The relative gap value was taken as the quality metric. The experimental results showed the advantage of algorithms using the previous directions for step selection over the classic Frank-Wolfe algorithm. In addition, an improvement in efficiency was revealed when using more than two conjugate directions. For example, on various datasets, the modification 3FW showed the best convergence. The paper tests the validity of the critique of the fiscal theory of the price level. A stochastic general equilibrium model with continuous time is constructed. An active fiscal policy and a passive monetary policy have been set. Monetary policy manages the interest rate through the Taylor rule. The stochastic default factor in the special form is introduced. A complete definite system of equations is obtained for the detection of equilibrium. It is asserted that the peculiarities of the approach to modeling are of critical importance for verifying the presence of certain hypotheses and formulating conclusions. For a locally isotropic focusing Kerr medium with anomalous chromatic dispersion, collisions of left- and right-polarized spatiotemporal optical solitons have been numerically simulated. Stable propagation of such ``light bullets'' in a moderate nonlinear regime is supported by a transverse parabolic profile of the refraction index in a multimode waveguide. In such systems, the transverse motion of centers of mass of wavepackets occurs on classical trajectories of the harmonic oscillator, while the longitudinal motion is uniform. Therefore tangent collisions of two solitons are possible as well as head-on collisions. As the result, an inelastic collision between two solitons with opposite circular polarizations can produce either two binary light bullets containing the left and the right polarization in some proportion, or more evolved bound structures., Comment: 7 pages, 15 figures, in Russian

In a two-dimensional approximation, the probability density and current for a photoelectron near the localization of a quantum vortex are theoretically investigated. The wave function in the momentum representation, which we found earlier, is simplified near zero, corresponding to the center of the vortex. This allows us to obtain a simple analytical expression for it, which has the structure of a Gaussian wave packet and contains basic information about the vortex. It is used to analyze the temporal evolution of a quantum vortex, both in momentum and coordinate space. The effect of the intensity of an ionizing ultrashort laser pulse on the shape of a quantum vortex is also investigated., Comment: in Russian language

This paper presents the experimental results on research of growth processes of GaAs layers on silicon substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. The formation of buffer Si layer in a single growth process has been found to significantly improve the crystalline quality of the GaAs layers formed on its surface, as well as to prevent the formation of anti-phase domains both on offcutted towards the [110] direction and on singular Si(100) substrates. It has been demonstrated that the use of cyclic thermal annealing at temperatures 350-660{\deg}C in the flow of arsenic atoms makes it possible to reduce the number of threading dislocations and increase the smoothness of the GaAs layers surface. At the same time, the article considers possible mechanisms that lead to an improvement in the quality of the surface layers of GaAs. It is shown that the thus obtained GaAs layers of submicron thickness on the singular Si(100) substrates have a mean square value of surface roughness 1.9 nm. The principal possibility of using thin GaAs layers on silicon as templates for forming on them light-emitting semiconductor heterostructures with active area based on self-organizing InAs quantum dots and InGaAs quantum well is presented. With the growth of coal production, the load on the production capacity of coal enterprises also increases, which leads to a concomitant increase in dust formation in both opencast and underground methods of mining coal deposits. Dust, generated during drilling, blasting operations, excavation, loading, crushing and transportation of mined rock is one of the factors that has a negative impact on the health of mining workers and on the level of environmental pollution with solid particles. Thus, increasing the efficiency of controlling the concentration of solid particles in the mine atmosphere and dust deposits is an urgent scientific and technical task. In doing so, the use of modern digital technologies within the framework of the industry 4.0 concept makes it possible to develop approaches that can significantly improve the quality of monitoring the state of the mine atmosphere at coal mining enterprises. This article provides a theoretical basis and test results for a system for continuous automatic monitoring of dust concentration in a mine atmosphere as the component of the multifunctional coal mine safety system. It is shown that monitoring the state of mine workings aerological safety can be carried out in real time through the system of the new generation using artificial intelligence. Generalizations of the theorems of Eberlein and Grothendieck on the precompactness of subsets of function spaces are considered: if $X$ is a countably compact space and $C_p(X)$ is a space of continuous functions in the pointwise topology convergence, then any countably compact subspace of the space $C_p(X)$ is precompact, that is, it has a compact closure. The paper provides an overview of the results on this topic. It is proved that if a pseudo-compact $X$ contains a dense Lindelof $\Sigma$-space, then pseudocompact subspaces of the space $C_p(X)$ are precompact. If $X$ is the product Cech complete spaces, then bounded subsets of the space $C_p(X)$ are precompact. Meromorphic differentials on Riemann surfaces are said to be real-normalized if all their periods are real. Moduli spaces of real-normalized differentials on Riemann surfaces of given genus with prescribed orders of their poles and residues admit stratification by orders of zeroes of the differentials. Subsets of real-normalized differentials with the fixed polarized module of periods compose isoperiodic subspaces, which also admit this stratification. The problem of evolutionary complexification of life is considered one of the fundamental aspects in contemporary evolutionary theory. Parasitism is ubiquitous, inevitable, and arises as soon as the first replicators appear, even during the prebiotic stages of evolution. Both in theoretical approaches (computer modeling and analysis) and in real experiments (replication of biological macromolecules), parasitic processes emerge almost immediately. An effective way to avoid the elimination of the host-parasite system is through compartmentalization. In both theory and experiments, the pressure of parasitism leads to the complexification of the host-parasite system into a network of cooperative replicators and their parasites. Parasites have the ability to create niches for new replicators. We study a problem of damping a control system described by functional-differential equations of natural order $n$ and neutral type with non-smooth complex coefficients on an arbitrary tree with global delay. The latter means that the delay propagates through internal vertices of the tree. Minimization of the energy functional of the system leads to a variational problem. We establish its equivalence to a certain self-adjoint boundary value problem on the tree for equations of order $2n$ with nonlocal quasi-derivatives and multidirectional shifts of the argument, as well as Kirchhoff-type conditions emerging at the internal vertices. Modern machine learning techniques in the natural language processing domain can be used to automatically generate scripts for goal-oriented dialogue systems. The current article presents a general framework for studying the automatic generation of scripts for goal-oriented dialogue systems. A method for preprocessing dialog data sets in JSON format is described. A comparison is made of two methods for extracting user intent based on BERTopic and latent Dirichlet allocation. A comparison has been made of two implemented algorithms for classifying statements of users of a goal-oriented dialogue system based on logistic regression and BERT transformer models. The BERT transformer approach using the bert-base-uncased model showed better results for the three metrics Precision (0.80), F1-score (0.78) and Matthews correlation coefficient (0.74) in comparison with other methods., Comment: in Russian language

In this paper, we consider two variants of the concept of sharp minimum for mathematical programming problems with quasiconvex objective function and inequality constraints. It investigated the problem of describing a variant of a simple subgradient method with switching along productive and non-productive steps, for which, on a class of problems with Lipschitz functions, it would be possible to guarantee convergence with the rate of geometric progression to the set of exact solutions or its vicinity. It is important that to implement the proposed method there is no need to know the sharp minimum parameter, which is usually difficult to estimate in practice. This article presents the PaSTiLa algorithm for automated labeling of large time series on a cluster with GPUs. The method automatically selects snippet length values based on the new proposed criterion and allows to search for patterns with high performance. This article presents a method for recovering missing values in multidimensional time series. The method combines neural network technologies and an algorithm for searching snippets (behavioral patterns of a time series). The phase formation of terbium chromium borate in melt solutions based on bismuth trimolybdate and lithium tungstate was studied. It was shown that there is no trigonal phase of terbium chromium borate in a system based on bismuth trimolybdate at all component ratios. The ratio of components of a system based on lithium tungstate has been found, at which trigonal TbCr$_3$(BO$_3$)$_4$ crystals are formed at temperatures above 1100$^\circ$C, and below this temperature only a monoclinic phase is formed. The work deals with the qualification of semidiscrete hyperbolic type equations. We study a class of equations of the form $$\frac{du_{n+1}}{dx}=f\left(\frac{du_{n}}{dx},u_{n+1},u_{n}\right),$$ here the unknown function $u_n(x)$ depends on one discrete $n$ and one continuous $x$ variables. Qualification is based on the requirement of the existence of higher symmetries. The case is considered when the symmetry is of order 5 in continuous directions. Let $G$ be the generalized free product of two groups with an amalgamated subgroup. We propose an approach that allows one to use results on the residual $p$-finiteness of $G$ for proving that this generalized free product is residually a finite nilpotent group or residually a finite metanilpotent group. This approach can be applied under most of the conditions on the amalgamated subgroup that allow the study of residual $p$-finiteness. This work is devoted to the problem of synchronization of two Morris-Lecar neuron models. The Morris-Lecar model is a second-order system of differential equations, which describes an uneasy relationship between the membrane potential and the activation of ion channels inside the membrane. Synchronization, which is a state of a network when models begin to act similarly in some sense, of such models is interesting not only from a mathematical point of view, but also from a biological one, because synchronous activity plays a very important role in brain functioning. The speed gradient algorithm, which is a continuous version of gradient algorithms, was applied to solve this problem. The algorithm of coupling strength control was obtained. It ensures the achievement of the control goal. In the development of materials for structural purposes, the main focus is on the advantageous combination of mechanical and volume-mass properties. Due to the development of production, solid plates are increasingly being replaced by modern composite materials with improved properties, one of the varieties of which is layered composites with a honeycomb core. The most widespread are three-layer plates with solid face layers and a hexagonal honeycomb core. However, with the development of new technologies, including 3D printing, honeycombs with new geometries are gaining popularity, the mechanical properties of which make it possible to obtain layered composites with improved features. In this paper, three-layer plates with solid face layers and a tetrachiral honeycomb core are investigated. The influence of discretization (number of unit cells), relative density and thickness of the honeycomb core on the stress state of three-layer composites subjected to static bending under various boundary conditions is studied. Mathematical modeling is carried out within the framework of the theory of elasticity by the finite element method via three-dimensional modeling in the Comsol Multiphysics system, as well as using algorithms developed by the author for analyzing the stress state of multilayer plates with tetrachiral honeycombs by solving a plane problem of the theory of elasticity. As a result, good agreement is shown between the numerical results obtained using algorithms for solving a plane problem and via three-dimensional finite element modeling in the Comsol Multiphysics system, while the numerical results are qualitatively consistent with laboratory test data., Comment: in Russian language

Our previous paper shows that the (vertex) spanning tree degree enumerator polynomial of a connected graph $G$ is a real stable polynomial (id est is non-zero if all variables have positive imaginary parts) if and only if $G$ is distance-hereditary. We consider various iterative algorithms for solving the linear equation $ax=b$ using a quantum computer operating on the principle of quantum annealing. Assuming that the computer's output is described by the Boltzmann distribution, it is shown under which conditions the equation-solving algorithms converge, and an estimate of their convergence rate is provided. In this work, a mixed problem for a time-fractional equation with a delayed argument and pseudodifferential operators related to Laplace operators with non-local boundary conditions in Sobolev classes is studied. The solutions to the initial-boundary problem are constructed as a series of the eigenfunctions of a multidimensional spectral problem. The eigenvalues of the spectral problem are found, and the corresponding system of eigenfunctions is constructed. We present spectrally disjoint Sidon automorphisms whose tensor squares are isomorphic to a planar shift. Spectra of such automorphisms do not possess the group property. To check the singularity of spectrum, we use polynomial rigidity of operators associated with Kolmogorov linear determinism. The work examines ferromagnetic films with strong uniaxial anisotropy of the "easy plane" type and substantiates that paired nano-scaled perforations in such films can be used as memory cells for recording and storing data in the ternary number system. The problem of reading the state of cells of this type has been studied, and an approach to solving it has been proposed, which consists in measuring the response of the system to a picosecond pulse of an external magnetic field. In proton therapy, depth scanning of the irradiated object is performed by changing the Output Energy (OE) of the accelerated beam. In pulsed linear accelerators, adjustment of the OE is usually by changing the amplitude and/or phase of the field in the accelerating elements from one RF pulse to another. The application of non-inertial traveling wave accelerating sections makes it possible to change quickly the phase of the accelerating field during the RF pulse. The phase of the field in the constant gradient section is determined both by the phase of the input RF signal and by the process of wave propagation in the dispersive structure. The calculation results of the traveling wave propagation in the accelerating structure when the phase of the input RF signal changes and the results of simulation the dynamics of particles confirm the change in the linac's OE during the RF pulse. The paper investigates the behavior of 0 degree domain boundaries arising in uniaxial magnetic films with flexomagnetoelectric effect in a magnetic field. It is shown that at certain orientations of the magnetic field, it is possible to significantly enhance (or weaken) the degree of manifestation of the flexomagnetoelectric effect in the studied films. In addition, by varying the magnitude and directions of the magnetic field, it is possible to significantly lower (up to zero) the value of the critical electric field of the origin of this inhomogeneity. It is also established that a 0 degree domain boundary of non-Anelian type, in which induced bound charges do not create a resultant field (field shielding), when a magnetic field directed perpendicular to the plane of rotation of magnetic moments is applied, a flexomagnetoelectric effect occurs, which increases with increasing magnitude of the magnetic field., Comment: 9 pages, in Russian language, 12 figures
