This paper describes the SemEval--2016 Task 3 on Community Question Answering, which we offered in English and Arabic. For English, we had three subtasks: Question--Comment Similarity (subtask A), Question--Question Similarity (B), and Question--External Comment Similarity (C). For Arabic, we had another subtask: Rerank the correct answers for a new question (D). Eighteen teams participated in the task, submitting a total of 95 runs (38 primary and 57 contrastive) for the four subtasks. A variety of approaches and features were used by the participating systems to address the different subtasks, which are summarized in this paper. The best systems achieved an official score (MAP) of 79.19, 76.70, 55.41, and 45.83 in subtasks A, B, C, and D, respectively. These scores are significantly better than those for the baselines that we provided. In this paper, we consider a generalization of percolation: percolation of three related fluids on a honeycomb lattice. K. Izyurov and A. Magazinov proved that percolations of distinct fluids between opposite sides on a fixed hexagon become mutually independent as the lattice step tends to 0. This paper exposes this proof in details (with minor simplifications) for nonspecialists. We describe SemEval-2017 Task 3 on Community Question Answering. This year, we reran the four subtasks from SemEval-2016:(A) Question-Comment Similarity,(B) Question-Question Similarity,(C) Question-External Comment Similarity, and (D) Rerank the correct answers for a new question in Arabic, providing all the data from 2015 and 2016 for training, and fresh data for testing. Additionally, we added a new subtask E in order to enable experimentation with Multi-domain Question Duplicate Detection in a larger-scale scenario, using StackExchange subforums. A total of 23 teams participated in the task, and submitted a total of 85 runs (36 primary and 49 contrastive) for subtasks A-D. Unfortunately, no teams participated in subtask E. A variety of approaches and features were used by the participating systems to address the different subtasks. The best systems achieved an official score (MAP) of 88.43, 47.22, 15.46, and 61.16 in subtasks A, B, C, and D, respectively. This paper describes the fifth year of the Sentiment Analysis in Twitter task. SemEval-2017 Task 4 continues with a rerun of the subtasks of SemEval-2016 Task 4, which include identifying the overall sentiment of the tweet, sentiment towards a topic with classification on a two-point and on a five-point ordinal scale, and quantification of the distribution of sentiment towards a topic across a number of tweets: again on a two-point and on a five-point ordinal scale. Compared to 2016, we made two changes: (i) we introduced a new language, Arabic, for all subtasks, and (ii)~we made available information from the profiles of the Twitter users who posted the target tweets. We describe the design, the evaluation setup, and the results of the 2016 WMT shared task on cross-lingual pronoun prediction. This is a classification task in which participants are asked to provide predictions on what pronoun class label should replace a placeholder value in the target-language text, provided in lemmatised and PoS-tagged form. We provided four subtasks, for the English-French and English-German language pairs, in both directions. Eleven teams participated in the shared task; nine for the English-French subtask, five for French-English, nine for English-German, and six for German-English. Community Question Answering (cQA) provides new interesting research directions to the traditional Question Answering (QA) field, e.g., the exploitation of the interaction between users and the structure of related posts. In this context, we organized SemEval-2015 Task 3 on "Answer Selection in cQA", which included two subtasks: (a) classifying answers as "good", "bad", or "potentially relevant" with respect to the question, and (b) answering a YES/NO question with "yes", "no", or "unsure", based on the list of all answers. We set subtask A for Arabic and English on two relatively different cQA domains, i.e., the Qatar Living website for English, and a Quran-related website for Arabic. We used crowdsourcing on Amazon Mechanical Turk to label a large English training dataset, which we released to the research community. Thirteen teams participated in the challenge with a total of 61 submissions: 24 primary and 37 contrastive. The superfluid, pair condensed spin-1/2 Fermi gases are supposed to exhibit at nonzero wave vector a still unobserved collective excitation mode in their pair-breaking continuum. For an odd prime $p$ and a supersingular elliptic curve over a number field, this article introduces a fine signed residual Selmer group, under certain hypotheses on the base field. This group depends purely on the residual representation at $p$, yet captures information about the Iwasawa theoretic invariants of the signed $p^\infty$-Selmer group that arise in supersingular Iwasawa theory. The present paper describes singing voice synthesis based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Singing voice synthesis systems based on deep neural networks (DNNs) are currently being proposed and are improving the naturalness of synthesized singing voices. As singing voices represent a rich form of expression, a powerful technique to model them accurately is required. In the proposed technique, long-term dependencies of singing voices are modeled by CNNs. An acoustic feature sequence is generated for each segment that consists of long-term frames, and a natural trajectory is obtained without the parameter generation algorithm. Furthermore, a computational complexity reduction technique, which drives the DNNs in different time units depending on type of musical score features, is proposed. The algebras $\mathcal{L}_{g,n}(H)$ have been introduced by Alekseev-Grosse-Schomerus and Buffenoir-Roche in the middle of the 1990's, in the program of combinatorial quantization of the moduli space of flat connections over the surface $\Sigma_{g,n}$ of genus $g$ with $n$ open disks removed. In this thesis we apply these algebras $\mathcal{L}_{g,n}(H)$ to low-dimensional topology (mapping class groups and skein algebras of surfaces), under the assumption that the gauge algebra $H$ is a finite dimensional factorizable ribbon Hopf algebra which is not necessarily semisimple, the guiding example being the restricted quantum group $\bar U_q(\mathfrak{sl}_2)$ (where $q$ is a $2p$-th root of unity). First, we construct from $\mathcal{L}_{g,n}(H)$ a projective representation of the mapping class group of $\Sigma_{g,0}$. We provide formulas for the representations of Dehn twists generating the mapping class group and we use these formulas to show that our representation is equivalent to the one constructed by Lyubashenko--Majid and Lyubashenko via categorical methods. For the torus $\Sigma_{1,0}$ with the gauge algebra $\bar U_q(\mathfrak{sl}_2)$, we compute explicitly the representation of $\mathrm{SL}_2(\mathbb{Z})$ and we determine its structure. Second, we introduce a diagrammatic description of $\mathcal{L}_{g,n}(H)$ which enables us to define in a very natural way the Wilson loop map $W$. This map associates an element of $\mathcal{L}_{g,n}(H)$ to any link in $(\Sigma_{g,n} \!\setminus\! D) \times [0,1]$ which is framed, oriented and colored by $H$-modules. It has recently been claimed by Baccini and coauthors that due to ANVUR's bibliometric evaluations of individuals, departments, and universities, in Italy there has been a surge in self-citations in the last ten years, thus increasing the "inwardness" of Italian research more than has happened abroad. We have studied the database of Ioannidis et al. published on 12 August 2019 of the one hundred thousand most "highly cited" scientists, including about two thousand Italians, and we found that the problem of self-citations in relation to this scientific elite is not significant in Italy, while perhaps observing a small deviation in the low scores in the rankings. The effect indicated by Baccini et al. consequently, does not seem worrying for the scientific elite (we quantified it in 2 percent of the total of scientists of the "best" one hundred thousand), and is probably largely concentrated in the further less cited scientists. Evaluation agencies like ANVUR should probably exclude self-citations in future evaluations, for the noise introduced by the young researchers. The overall state of health of the Italian research system and the positive effect of the ANVUR assessments are demonstrated by the number of Italian researchers in the top one hundred thousand, which has increased by comparing the "career" databased of 22 years, with that of the "young" researchers in the "2017" database. Italy, looking at the elite researchers, not only is not the most indulgent in self-citations, but has shown the best improvements, proving that the introduction of ANVUR had a positive effect. Indeed, all countries apart from Italy have suffered a decline, even substantial (-20 percent on a national Japan scale), of the number of researchers present in the 2017 data sets compared to career data. To construct realistic mathematical models from the first principles, the authors suggest using the stochastization method. In a number of works different approaches to stochastization of mathematical models were considered. The pair-condensed unpolarized spin-$1/2$ Fermi gases have a collective excitation branch in their pair-breaking continuum (V.A. Andrianov, V.N. Popov, 1976). We study it at zero temperature, with the eigenenergy equation deduced from the linearized time-dependent BCS theory and extended analytically to the lower half complex plane through its branch cut, calculating both the dispersion relation and the spectral weights (quasiparticle residues) of the branch. In the case of BCS superconductors, so called because the effect of the ion lattice is replaced by a short-range electron-electron interaction, we also include the Coulomb interaction and we restrict ourselves to the weak coupling limit $\Delta/\mu\to 0^+$ ($\Delta$ is the order parameter, $\mu $ the chemical potential) and to wavenumbers $q=O(1/\xi)$ where $\xi$ is the size of a pair; when the complex energy $z_q$ is expressed in units of $\Delta$ and $q$ in units of $1/\xi$, the branch follows a universal law insensitive to the Coulomb interaction. In the case of cold atoms in the BEC-BCS crossover, only a contact interaction remains, but the coupling strength $\Delta/\mu$ can take arbitrary values, and we study the branch at any wave number. At weak coupling, we predict three scales, that already mentioned $q\approx 1/\xi$, that $q\approx(\Delta/\mu)^{-1/3}/\xi$ where the real part of the dispersion relation has a minimum and that $q\approx (\mu/\Delta)/\xi\approx k_{\rm F}$ ($k_{\rm F}$ is the Fermi wave number) where the branch reaches the edge of its existence domain. Near the point where the chemical potential vanishes on the BCS side, $\mu/\Delta\to 0^+$, where $\xi\approx k_{\rm F}$, we find two scales $q\approx(\mu/\Delta)^{1/2}/\xi$ and $q\approx 1/\xi$. In all cases, the branch has a limit $2\Delta$ and a quadratic start at $q=0$. These results were obtained for $\mu>0$, where the eigenenergy equation admits at least two branch points $\epsilon_a(q)$ and $\epsilon_b(q)$ on the positive real axis, and for an analytic continuation through the interval $[\epsilon_a(q),\epsilon_b(q)] $. We find new continuum branches by performing the analytic continuation through $[\epsilon_b(q),+\infty[$ or even, for $q$ low enough, where there is a third real positive branch point $\epsilon_c(q)$, through $[\epsilon_b(q),\epsilon_c(q)]$ and $[\epsilon_c(q),+\infty[$. On the BEC side $\mu<0$ not previously studied, where there is only one real positive branch point $ \epsilon_a(q)$, we also find new collective excitation branches under the branch cut $[\epsilon_a (q),+\infty[$. For $\mu>0$, some of these new branches have a low-wavenumber exotic hypoacoustic $z_q\approx q^{3/2}$ or hyperacoustic $z_q\approx q^{4/5}$ behavior. Stellar spectra with a high resolution of 115000 obtained with the HARPS spectrograph provide an opportunity to examine turbulence velocities and their depth distributions in the photosphere of stars. Fourier analysis was performed for 17 iron lines in the spectra of 13 stars with an effective temperature of 4900--6200 K and a logarithm of surface gravity of 3.9--5.0 as well as in the spectrum of the Sun as a star. Models of stellar atmospheres were taken from the MARCS database. The standard concept of isotropic Gaussian microturbulence was assumed in this study. A satisfactory fit between the synthesized profiles of spectral lines and observational data verified the reliability of the Fourier method. The most likely estimates of turbulence velocities, the rotation velocity, and the iron abundance and their photospheric depth distribution profiles were obtained as a result. Microturbulence does not vary to any significant degree with depth, while macroturbulence has a marked depth dependence. The macroturbulence velocity increases with depth in the stellar atmosphere. The higher the effective temperature of a star and the stronger the surface gravity, the steeper the expected macroturbulence gradient. The mean macroturbulence velocity increases for stars with higher temperatures, weaker gravity, and faster rotation. The mean macro- and microturbulence velocities are correlated with each other and with the rotation velocity in the examined stars. The ratio between the macroturbulence velocity and the rotation velocity in solar-type stars varies from 1 (the hottest stars) to 1.7 (the coolest stars). We introduce Thompson field theory, a class of toy models of conformal field theory in which Thompson's group T takes the role of a discrete analogue of the chiral conformal group. T and the related group F are discrete transformations of dyadic partitions of the circle and the unit interval, respectively. When vectors or tensors are associated with partitions, one can construct a direct limit Hilbert space, here called the semicontinuous limit, and F and T have unitary representations on this space. We give an abstract description of these representations following the work of Jones. We also show that T can be thought of as acting on the boundary of an equal-time Poincar\'e disk in AdS3. This defines a representation of T on the Hilbert space that contains all tree-like holographic states, as introduced by Pastawski, Yoshida, Harlow, and Preskill. It also establishes a bulk-boundary correspondence through Imbert's isomorphism between T and Penner's Ptolemy group. A device based on a three-block Fresnel zone plate interferometer is proposed for hard X-ray phase-contrast imaging. The device combines a low requirement for the coherence of the initial radiation (the interferometer operates in the amplitude division mode) with an optical magnification of the image. A numerical simulation of the image formation is carried out, taking into account the limited source-interferometer distance, the size and spectral width of the X-ray source. In certain scientific domains, there is a need for tensor operations. To facilitate tensor computations,computer algebra systems are employed. In our research, we have been using Cadabra as the main computer algebra system for several years. Recently, an operable second version of this software was released. In this version, a number of improvements were made that can be regarded as revolutionary ones. The most significant improvements are the implementation of component computations and the change in the ideology of the Cadabra's software mechanism as compared to the first version. Bioacoustic sensors, sometimes known as autonomous recording units (ARUs), can record sounds of wildlife over long periods of time in scalable and minimally invasive ways. Deriving per-species abundance estimates from these sensors requires detection, classification, and quantification of animal vocalizations as individual acoustic events. Yet, variability in ambient noise, both over time and across sensors, hinders the reliability of current automated systems for sound event detection (SED), such as convolutional neural networks (CNN) in the time-frequency domain. In this article, we develop, benchmark, and combine several machine listening techniques to improve the generalizability of SED models across heterogeneous acoustic environments. As a case study, we consider the problem of detecting avian flight calls from a ten-hour recording of nocturnal bird migration, recorded by a network of six ARUs in the presence of heterogeneous background noise. Starting from a CNN yielding state-of-the-art accuracy on this task, we introduce two noise adaptation techniques, respectively integrating short-term (60 milliseconds) and long-term (30 minutes) context. First, we apply per-channel energy normalization (PCEN) in the time-frequency domain, which applies short-term automatic gain control to every subband in the mel-frequency spectrogram. Secondly, we replace the last dense layer in the network by a context-adaptive neural network (CA-NN) layer. Combining them yields state-of-the-art results that are unmatched by artificial data augmentation alone. The present paper describes a singing voice synthesis based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Singing voice synthesis systems based on deep neural networks (DNNs) are currently being proposed and are improving the naturalness of synthesized singing voices. In these systems, the relationship between musical score feature sequences and acoustic feature sequences extracted from singing voices is modeled by DNNs. Then, an acoustic feature sequence of an arbitrary musical score is output in units of frames by the trained DNNs, and a natural trajectory of a singing voice is obtained by using a parameter generation algorithm. As singing voices contain rich expression, a powerful technique to model them accurately is required. In the proposed technique, long-term dependencies of singing voices are modeled by CNNs. An acoustic feature sequence is generated in units of segments that consist of long-term frames, and a natural trajectory is obtained without the parameter generation algorithm. The purpose of this paper is to develop a numerical method for finding an equilibrium point in a model, in which the loss function of each object (subject) is described by a convex function with respect to one of its variables. Such models are found in medicine, economics, game theory, and biology. For the more complex case, with nonsmooth functions describing the state of each element of the system as damage, loss, or gain, the Steklov average integrals are used that turn nonsmooth functions into smooth ones. Numerical methods for finding equilibrium points in the more general non-smooth case are constructed. In the process of optimization, the diameters of the sets, over which the averaging takes place, are decreased in accordance with the optimization steps. All limit points are proved to be equilibrium points. Under some conditions, the convergence rate can be estimated using the Kantorovich theorem. We consider 1-skeletons of the symmetric and asymmetric traveling salesperson polytopes whose vertices are all possible Hamiltonian tours in the complete directed or undirected graph, and the edges are geometric edges or one-dimensional faces of the polytope. It is known that the question whether two vertices of the symmetric or asymmetric traveling salesperson polytopes are nonadjacent is NP-complete. A sufficient condition for nonadjacency can be formulated as a combinatorial problem: if from the edges of two Hamiltonian tours we can construct two complementary Hamiltonian tours, then the corresponding vertices of the traveling salesperson polytope are not adjacent. We consider a heuristic simulated annealing approach to solve this problem. It is based on finding a vertex-disjoint cycle cover and a perfect matching. We consider the traveling salesperson problem in a directed graph. The pyramidal tours with step-backs are a special class of Hamiltonian cycles for which the traveling salesperson problem is solved by dynamic programming in polynomial time. The polytope of pyramidal tours with step-backs $PSB (n)$ is defined as the convex hull of the characteristic vectors of all possible pyramidal tours with step-backs in a complete directed graph. The skeleton of $PSB (n)$ is the graph whose vertex set is the vertex set of $PSB (n)$ and the edge set is the set of geometric edges or one-dimensional faces of $PSB (n)$. We propose and study a concept of renormalized solution to the problem $\Delta_p u=0$ in $\mathbb{R}^N_+$, $|\nabla u|^{p-2}u_{\nu} + g(u) = \mu$ on $\partial\mathbb{R}^N_+$, where $10\right\rbrace $, $u_{\nu}$ is the normal derivative of $u$, $\mu$ is a bounded Radon measure, and $g:\mathbb{R}\rightarrow\mathbb{R}$ is a nonlinear term. We develop stability results and, using the symmetry of the domain, apriori estimates on hyperplanes, and potential methods, we obtain several existence results. In particular, we show existence of solutions for problems with nonlinear terms of the absorption type in both subcritical and supercritical cases. Regarding the problem with source, we study the power nonlinearity $g(u)=-u^q$, showing existence in the supercritical case, and nonexistence in the subcritical one. We also give a characterization of removable sets when $\mu\equiv 0$ and $g(u)=-u^q$ in the supercritical case. In this manuscript I summarise the work I have carried out in the last 10 years. My research projects are articulated around various fields in astrophysics having, as unifying theme, the 3D modelling and the observation of stellar atmospheres. In particular, my field of research covers all late type stars, from the Main Sequence stars to the advanced stages (red giant and supergiant stars). My work is based on the quantitative analysis of images, synthetic spectra, bolometric luminosity, planetary transits of different types of stars and on the modeling of their atmospheres. They include the use and development of 3D simunlations that are necessary for the interpretation of the data obtained with the new instruments equipping the space borne and ground telescopes. Interferometry and spectroscopy hold a privileged place in my research. My research themes concern interdisciplinary aspects by addressing questions related to atmospheric physics in relation to 3D hydrodynamic models. The predictions thus obtained are used to drive a vast campaign of interferometric, astrometric, photometric, spectroscopic and imaging observations. The given paper presents an overview of modern RESTful API description languages (belongs to interface description languages set) - OpenAPI, RAML, WADL, Slate - designed to provide a structured description of a RESTful web APIs (that is useful both to a human and for automated machine processing), with related RESTful web API modeling frameworks. We propose an example of the schema model of web API of the service for pre-trained distributional semantic models (word embeddings) processing. This paper discusses stochastic numerical methods of Runge-Kutta type with weak and strong convergences for systems of stochastic differential equations in It\^o form. At the beginning we give a brief overview of the stochastic numerical methods and information from the theory of stochastic differential equations. The problem of which Gauss diagram can be realized by plane curves is an old one and has been solved in several ways. In this paper, we present a direct approach to this problem. We show that needed conditions for realizability of a Gauss diagram can be interpreted as follows "the number of exits = the number of entrances" and the sufficient condition is based on Jordan curve Theorem. A condensate of pairs in an isolated, homogeneous, unpolarised, finite-size spin 1/2 Fermi gas at low nonzero temperature T, undergoes with time a phase change with a random component, due to coupling to the gas thermal phonons. With the quantum second Josephson relation relating the derivative of the condensate phase operator to the phonon occupation numbers, and linearised kinetic equations giving the evolution of occupation number fluctuations, we access the behaviour of the phase change variance at times much longer than the phonon collision time. The case of a convex phonon branch is similar to the Bose gas case: the leading collisional processes are the Beliaev-Landau 3-phonons processes, and the variance is the sum of a ballistic term and of a delayed diffusive term, whose analytical expressions are given in the thermodynamic limit. The concave case is more exotic. It is analysed at time scales $T^{-9}$, allowing one to restrict to 2 phonons $\rightarrow$ 2 phonons small-angle Landau-Khalatnikov processes. The total number of phonons is conserved and the phonon mean occupation numbers at equilibrium can exhibit a negative chemical potential, assumed isotropic. The phase change variance is then the sum of a ballistic term, of a diffusive term, of exotic subsubleading terms and of a constant term. The analytic expression of some of the corresponding coefficients is obtained, as well as the diverging leading behavior of the other ones when the phonon chemical potential tends to 0. When this chemical potential is 0, the variance sub-ballistic part becomes superdiffusive, with an exponent 5/3 and an exactly-known coefficient. For a nonzero infinitesimal phonon chemical potential, a law is found, interpolating between superdiffusive and diffusive phase spreading. The resurgence of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques offers as an alternative option, which is possibly superior over traditional ideas and performance. In this manuscript of the habilitation \`a diriger des recherches (HDR), the author presents some of his work over the last ten years. The main topic of this thesis is cosmic shear, the distortion of images of distant galaxies due to weak gravitational lensing by the large-scale structure in the Universe. Cosmic shear has become a powerful probe into the nature of dark matter and the origin of the current accelerated expansion of the Universe. Over the last years, cosmic shear has evolved into a reliable and robust cosmological probe, providing measurements of the expansion history of the Universe and the growth of its structure. I review the principles of weak gravitational lensing and show how cosmic shear is interpreted in a cosmological context. Then I give an overview of weak-lensing measurements, and present observational results from the Canada-France Hawai'i Lensing Survey (CFHTLenS), as well as the implications for cosmology. Herein, we generate pseudo-features based on the multivariate probability distributions obtained from the feature maps in layers of trained deep neural networks. Further, we augment the minor-class data based on these generated pseudo-features to overcome the imbalanced data problems. The drive towards exascale computing is opening an enormous opportunity for more realistic and precise simulations of natural phenomena. The process of simulation, however, involves not only the numerical computation of predictions but also the analysis of results both to evaluate the simulation quality and interpret the simulated phenomenon. In this context, one may consider the duality between transaction and analytical processing to be repositioned in this new context. The co-habitation of simulation computation and analysis has been named after in situ analysis, whereas the separation in different systems considered as in-transit analysis. In this paper we focus in the latter model and study the impact of transferring varying block size data from the simulation system to the analytical one. We use the Remote Direct Memory Access protocol (RDMA) that reduces the interference on performance caused by data copies and context switching. It adopts an in-memory data transfer strategy combined with TCP, using the BSD sockets API and the Linux splice(2) syscall. When modeling such phenomena as population dynamics, controllable ows, etc., a problem arises of adapting the existing models to a phenomenon under study. For this purpose, we propose to derive new models from the rst principles by stochastization of one-step processes. Research can be represented as an iterative process that consists in obtaining a model and its further re nement. The number of such iterations can be extremely large. This work is aimed at software implementation (by means of computer algebra) of a method for stochastization of one-step processes. As a basis of the software implementation, we use the SymPy computer algebra system. Based on a developed algorithm, we derive stochastic di erential equations and their interaction schemes. We demonstrate the existence of a collective excitation branch in the pair-breaking continuum of superfluid Fermi gases and BCS superconductors. At zero temperature, we analytically continue the equation on the collective mode energy in Anderson's Random Phase Approximation or Gaussian fluctuations through its branch cut associated with the continuum, and obtain the full complex dispersion relation, including in the strong coupling regime. The branch exists as long as the chemical potential $\mu$ is positive and the wave number below $\sqrt{2m\mu}/\hbar$ (with m the fermion mass). In this paper we present two deep-learning systems that competed at SemEval-2018 Task 3 "Irony detection in English tweets". We design and ensemble two independent models, based on recurrent neural networks (Bi-LSTM), which operate at the word and character level, in order to capture both the semantic and syntactic information in tweets. Our models are augmented with a self-attention mechanism, in order to identify the most informative words. The embedding layer of our word-level model is initialized with word2vec word embeddings, pretrained on a collection of 550 million English tweets. We did not utilize any handcrafted features, lexicons or external datasets as prior information and our models are trained end-to-end using back propagation on constrained data. Furthermore, we provide visualizations of tweets with annotations for the salient tokens of the attention layer that can help to interpret the inner workings of the proposed models. We ranked 2nd out of 42 teams in Subtask A and 2nd out of 31 teams in Subtask B. Against the backdrop of the development of modern technologies in the field of scientific research the new class of Current Research Information Systems (CRIS) and related intelligent information technologies has arisen. It was called - Research and Development Workstation Environment (RDWE) - the comprehensive problem-oriented information systems for scientific research and development lifecycle support. The given paper describes design and development fundamentals of the RDWE class systems. The RDWE class system's generalized information model is represented in the article as a three-tuple composite web service that include: a set of atomic web services, each of them can be designed and developed as a microservice or a desktop application, that allows them to be used as an independent software separately; a set of functions, the functional filling-up of the Research and Development Workstation Environment; a subset of atomic web services that are required to implement function of composite web service. In accordance with the fundamental information model of the RDWE class the system for supporting research in the field of ontology engineering - the automated building of applied ontology in an arbitrary domain area, scientific and technical creativity - the automated preparation of application documents for patenting inventions in Ukraine was developed. It was called - Personal Research Information System. We study the condensate phase dynamics in a low-temperature equilibrium gas of weakly interacting bosons, harmonically trapped and isolated from the environment. We find that at long times, much longer than the collision time between Bogoliubov quasiparticles, the variance of the phase accumulated by the condensate grows with a ballistic term quadratic in time and a diffusive term affine in time. We give the corresponding analytical expressions in the limit of a large system, in the collisionless regime and in the ergodic approximation for the quasiparticle motion. When properly rescaled, they are described by universal functions of the temperature divided by the Thomas-Fermi chemical potential. The same conclusion holds for the mode damping rates. Our way is based on the relativistic equation of motion expressed in the form of the Newton$'$s second law. In this approach mass appears as a tensor, not as a scalar. In this manuscript we present a calculation of a physical observable in a non-perturbative quantum gravitational physical process from covariant Loop Quantum Gravity. The process regards the transition of a trapped region to an anti--trapped region, treated as a quantum geometry transition akin to gravitational tunneling. Figuratively speaking, this is a quantum transition of a black hole to a white hole. The physical observables are the characteristic timescales in which the process takes place. After an introduction, we begin with two chapters that review, define and extend main tools relevant to Lorentzian spinfoams and their semiclassical limit. We then dedicate a chapter to the classical exterior spacetime, which provides the setup for the problem. In the last two chapters, we arrive at an explicit, analytically well-defined and finite expression for a transition amplitude describing this process and use the semiclassical approximation to estimate the relevant amplitudes for an arbitrary choice of boundary conditions. We conclude that the transition is predicted to be allowed by LQG, with a characteristic duration that is linear in the mass, when the process takes place. Parameters of the family are the coefficients of the differential equation and the initial values of the solution and its derivatives up to the $(m-1)$th-order (by a solution to a family of problems we mean a function of the parameters of the given family that maps each tuple of parameters to a solution to the problem with these parameters). We obtain an exponential-power estimate for the functions of this parametric family that is uniform (with respect to parameters) on any bounded set. We also prove that the maximal element of the set of real parts of monic polynomial roots is a continuous function (of the coefficients of the polynomial).
