Soccer tactical analysis based on the positional data has shown that the team centroid method can be used to determine the geometric center of the team, space control can calculate individual playing area and dominant region, network analysis can measure the team's pass behavior, and machine learning algorithms can automatically identify the characteristics of team tactics. Given that the big data technology is promoting the study revolution in the field of soccer, the positional data can merely singly provide a spatial pattern analysis value, future research shall integrate varied information including training demands, cycle load, competition system, players' fitness and degree of fatigue. By virtue of processing and compressing data of physiology, psychology, position, coach, scout and audience into smaller variables in real time, coaches can be provided objective information and promote the prediction of performance results to some extent after data visualization and reporting. Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of online sporting goods consumption in China based on the big data from Tmall. Methods Big data of online sporting goods transactions of Tmall were obtained. Information search of KEB theory and conditioning process analysis were used to probe into the mediated and moderated function, as well as its path and influence.Evaluation was finally adopted to conclude the consumers' attention to commodity attributes. Results The effect of discount rate on sales of fitness pants and rowing machine was moderated by the number of collections or initial price through the number of reviews.For dumbbell, sports bracelet and other kinds of sporting goods, the moderation of discount rate's effect on sales by the number of reviews was itself moderated by number of collections. Conclusions The online sporting goods on sale in China tends to be low-end, and the market share of online stores features itself with a power-law distribution. The mediated role with moderation is shown in most products such as fitness pants and rowing machines, while the products like dumbbell and sports bracelet are affected by moderated role. As an important data type of digital geometric media, 3D mesh can accurately record the geometric information on the surface of models. The complexity and precision of 3D meshes have been increased, which has brought huge pressure for storage and transmission. In order to improve the compression performance of 3D mesh, a geometry and normal intra-inter prediction encoding method was proposed. Utilizing the correlation of internal components of the normal data (intra-frame) and the correlation between the geometric and normal data (inter-frame), the method was designed to realize the compression of 3D mesh and to effectively maintain geometric- characteristics of decoded 3D mesh. Experimental results show that, in comparison with compressing the normal and geometric data respectively, the proposed prediction encoding methods can significantly increase compression efficiency for 3D mesh with normal data. We introduce the present state of PACS, then illustrate the significance and general requirement of updating PACS and integrating PACS into HIS. We elaborate the characteristics of four integration methods in terms of using the interface, database table, middleware and criterion of HL7/DIC0M based on IHE technology. Currently, there are still many problems about the parts reuse for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in China. The main problem is that the reconstruction for parts library is an arduous work and the retrieve of the design knowledge is difficult. To solve this problem, a coarse-fine-grained and dual-network mapping design. knowledge reuse method for parts design reuse is proposed. On the basis of the current graphic databases and CAD in the SMEs, a fine-grained tree's structure knowledge network for parts is constructed which is called fine-grained knowledge network. The tree's structure is consistent with the structure of the original database. A coarse-grain network's structure knowledge network with outline-style for parts is also constructed which is expressed by OWL. The dual-network mapping design knowledge reuse method for parts design reuse is applied to variant design or adaptive design of SMEs, and it also can be used for future Web-based design reuse for SMEs. Skyline query is one of the most expensive operators in the database system. Some Skyline queries involving multiple tables, which are called Skyline-join queries, are even more costly to evaluate. Therefore, in this paper, we adopt Google's MapReduce, a parallel processing framework, to handle Skyline-join queries. A novel parallel algorithm is proposed to prune the dataset progressively and hence the network transfer cost is reduced. We analyze the theoretical basis of the cooperative sharing in the region. We point out that professional articles and information on social development is the resource content that falls within the intersection of advanced education libraries and public libraries; integration of the regional library resources and the establishment of central unit data base should be about these two facets. Based on that, various services such as unified search, subject navigation, resource push-mailing, archive transmission, archive mutual-assist, and industrial news are to be provided with high efficiency. Related services should be integrated into one-stop service from a user point of view. Meanwhile, accomplishments in early digital library construction--united reference counseling, auto-constructed specialized archive, regional circulation, to name a few--are all to be integrated onto the regional digital library platform in order to realize a complete resolution to the consolidation of digital library in the region. To annotate the query result pages in Deep Web accurately and comprehensively, the domain ontology which can be seen as a global schema Web database to the annotation procedure is introduced in this paper. The Deep Web date is annotated through building the mapping in qurey interface mode, qurey result mode and domain notology. Background and objective It has been reported that there was a close relationship between lung cancer risk and environmental tobacco smoke at workplace. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between workplace environmental tobacco smoke exposure and lung cancer risk among non-smoking subjects. Methods By searching Medline, CENTRAL (the Cochrane central register of controlled trials), EMBASE, CBM, CNKI and VIP et al, we collected both domestic and overseas published documents on workplace environmental tobacco smoke exposure and lung cancer risk. Random or fixed effect models were applied to conduct systematic review on the study results, the combined odds ratio (OR) and the 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated as well. Results 22 reports were included into the combined analysis, which indicated that 25% lung cancer risk was increased by exposing to workplace environment tobacco smoke (OR=1.25, 95%CI: 1.13-1.39, P<0.001). For female the increased risk was 22% (OR=1.22, 95%CI: 1.05-1.42, P=0.011). For male the increased risk was 54%, but it does not reach the statistical significance (OR=1.54, 95%CI: 0.74-3.18, P=0.247). Conclusion Workplace environmental tobacco smoke exposure is an important risk factor of lung cancer risk among non-smoking subjects. Background and objective Malignant grade and death rate are very high for non-small cell lung cancer, and gefitinib is a new molecule target anticancer drug. The aim of this meta analysis is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of gefitinib for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods We searched the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) (The Cochrane Library, Issue 8, 2010), PubMed (1966-2010.8), EMBASE (1974-2010.8), CNKI (1994-2010.8), VIP (1989-2010.8), and CMD Digital Periodicals (1998-2010.8). Two reviewers independently evaluated the quality of the included studies and extracted the data. Meta-analyses were performed by RevMan 5.0 software. Results Thirteen randomized controlled trials (RCTs) involving 6,207 patients were included. The results of meta-analyses showed that: gefitinib showed no remarkable advantage in media survival time, 1 year survival rate, complete response rate (CRR), partial response rate (PRR), stable disease (SD) when compared to Placebo, Docetaxel, Cisplatin+Docetaxel, Pemetrexed. Gifitinib could increase overall survival rate compared to Docetaxel, Cisplatin+Docetaxel (RR=1.41, 95%CI: 1.10-1.80; RR=1.93, 95%: 1.26-2.94). When compared to Placebo, Docetaxel, gifitinib could improve life quality of Total-FACT-L improve rate (RR=1.42, 95%CI: 1.16-1.74; RR=1.66, 95%CI: 1.39-1.97). The major adverse event for gifitinib were rash/acne, dry skin, diarrhea. While gifitinib showed lower hematology toxicity. Conclusion Gifitinib shows more superiority for non-small cell lung cancer, and its clinical application is worthy to be advocated. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the continuous growth of China's economy, there is an increasingly developmental trend to the overseas M&A by Chinese enterprises in the recent few years with some new characteristics coming out. Based on the 141 cases of overseas M&A in the "cross-border M&A and performance measurement database" provided by UIBE (University of International Business and Economics) cross-border M&A research center as well as related data from UNCTAD and Chinese Commerce Ministry, the main characteristics and the tendency to merge and acquire overseas enterprises are discussed in depth. Meanwhile, the problems found in the process of acquisition are explored profoundly so as to find out the inherent rules of such M&A. Base on analysing the need of customer relationship management (CRM), the author designed three-lay system frame including database, Web application and Web Client, using model of overlap transfer strategy. To enhance system security, the author designed and realized security limit model base on role control using RBAC. The system is implemented in Intellij Idea Java and PostgreSQL. A new shape classification of method was proposed. Firstly, the object contour is partitioned into segment, concave or convex, at points with zero curvature value, which correspond to the contour's inflection points, Secondly, different characteristics are extracted in the segment:symmetry, direction, normalization of length and linear. Finally, the four-dimensional parameters of structure are directly applied to the four-dimensional Hidden Markov Model, training and testing the shape database. The experimental database is from MPEG-7 shape B and SQUID two standard image library, experimental results indicate that the algorithm has the advantages of improving fast and high recognition rate, and a better robustness with changes in the shape of the scale, rotation changes, noise pollution and the impact of occlusion. To solve the problem of identifying similar questions in examination database, an algorithm for question similarity identification is proposed in this paper. By introducing domain words to the improvement of the word similarity model in HowNet, a model for question similarity identification is proposed to make the same or similar questions be identified and cut off automatically. This method improves the accuracy of identification compared with other methods. By combining merits of the random selection with those of the backtracking method, a new algorithm of generating papers automatically based on question similarity identification is proposed. It can guarantee the quality of papers. Test results show that the accuracy of question similarity identification of this method is 96% , which approaches to that of manual identification. This method can cut off similar questions not only of the same type, but also of different types. Finally, this method has been applied to the on-line examination of C programming language. A simplification SVM model based on guard vectors is proposed for overcoming the slow speed of training and classification for large scale training set. In order to simplify SVM, the methods of dual transform and linear programming are used to distill guard vectors; based on that, the linearly dependent support vectors are eliminated from SV set. The experiments on the UCI database are done with this algorithm. Neighborhood preserving embedding (NPE) is a subspace learning algorithm,which has the property of preserving local neighborhood structure on the data manifold. Although NPE has been applied in many fields, it. has limitations to solve recognition task. To improve the recognition performance of NPE, a new method, called neighborhood preserving discriminant embedding (NPDE), is proposed for face recognition. NPDE effectively combines the ideas of LDA and NPE, i. e. it can hold the strong discriminating power while preserving the intrinsic geometry relations of the local neighborhoods according to prior class-label information.
