Purpose This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of informational nursing support for nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (NVP). Methods An exhaustive search was performed using five databases, and experimental or quasi-experimental studies with abstracts satisfying PICO were selected. We examined the texts of the selected articles and finally selected those that met our inclusion criteria. Using Cochrane's Risk of Bias ver.2, we independently assessed risk of bias in five domains and pooled the results to assess quality. Items with differing results were discussed and final ratings were combined. Results A total of six papers were adopted. Subjective symptoms of NVP were measured using the Index of Nausea, Vomiting, and Retching, The Motherisk Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea, and the Visual Analogue Scale. Quality of Life (QOL) of pregnant women was measured using Health-Related Quality of Life for Nausea and Vomiting during Pregnancy. Additionally, a paper tracked the duration of NVP. Intervention methods included telephone visits, a combination of interviews and telephone visits, lectures in small groups, and a combination of lectures and discussions. All studies included a baseline survey, followed by surveys at two and four weeks postintervention. One paper had weekly follow-ups until NVP converged. It was suggested that nursing support, which mainly included information provision for NVP, can be expected to have a certain effect in alleviating the pain experienced by pregnant women. However, as a result of quality evaluation using Risk of Bias ver.2, all papers were rated as "high risk of bias" or "some concern." Conclusion In the existing studies examining the effects of nursing support for NVP, the risk of bias was inevitable because of the nature of the intervention. Therefore, it is imperative to increase the reliability of the results by conducting randomized controlled trials, publishing the protocol prior to the start of the study, unifying scales for measuring subjective symptoms of NVP, and limiting outcome indicators to one. Objective To clarify the latest evaluation indices and employed scales capable of systematically evaluating patient education material to utilize these in the evaluation of "Midwifery Guidelines for Pregnant Women Giving Birth and Their Families." Subjects and Methods A search of the literature was conducted using the web version of Igaku Chuo Zasshi and PubMed. Papers describing the evaluation of patient education material were extracted based on titles, abstracts, and whole manuscripts. The extracted papers were sorted according to the type of patient education material, evaluators, evaluated domains, and evaluated items. Results Twelve papers were extracted, of which 3 were regarding the evaluation of audiovisual education material and 10 were regarding the evaluation of text-based education material. One paper evaluated both audiovisual and text-based education materials. The evaluations of patient education material differed in the evaluated domain and scale used according to the type of education material. In particular, the evaluations of the readability of text-based patient education material involved scores such as the Flesch Reading Ease, Flesch-Kincaid, and Simple Measure of Gobbledygook (SMOG), while other domains were evaluated using the DISCERN instrument, the LIDA instrument, the Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool (PEMAT-P), and the Visual Aesthetics of Websites Inventory (VisAWI). Evaluations were performed by two evaluators for all of the papers. In the evaluations of text-based education materials, evaluation from multiple domains using scales according to the purpose of the patient education material was found to be necessary, in addition to evaluating readability. Conclusions We will further examine the use of readability evaluation scales and the Japanese version of the PEMAT, which can evaluate comprehensibility and ease of actions, for the purpose of evaluating "midwifery guidelines for pregnant women giving birth and their families." "Geyi" used to be a methodology to preach Buddhist ideas in China when Buddhism first arrived in China. Borrowing from analogous concepts and terminology which are familiar to the local people to explain the ideas of an unacquainted Buddhism - this is the meaning of Geyi. It is an interesting phenomenon to see a reversed trend of Geyi is going on in the latest development of Buddhist psychology. "Reverse Geyi" is a methodology to adopt Western terminology to explain and interpret Chinese traditional thoughts. In the recent development of Buddhist psychology, using Western psychology theories and concepts to explain, interpret or elaborate Buddhist ideas about the mind is an obvious trend in academia. While "Geyi" could be regarded as a temporary means for people to understand Buddhist ideas, what is the purpose of adopting "Reverse Geyi"? This paper intends to explore the role of "Reverse Geyi" in the recent development of Buddhist psychology. To achieve this objective, this paper first studied the discourse of researchers in this field. What are the goals they want to achieve? Why are they adopting Western psychology to interpret Buddhist ideas about the mind? There are two main goals that the researchers want to achieve, including 1) popularizing Buddhist psychology's knowledge, and 2) modernizing Buddhist psychology. With the analysis of relevant examples, this paper concludes that adopting "Reverse Geyi" as a means to achieve those two goals is useful temporarily. It cannot be adopted as a long-term strategy. This paper examines the translation history of Xuanzang's Chinese rendition of the Prajñāpāramitāhṛdaya, also known as the Heart Sūtra, by analyzing a diverse range of extant historical documents. It explores three distinct perspectives: Firstly, it investigates how Xuanzang obtained the Sanskrit text of the Heart Sūtra before his pilgrimage to India, drawing upon biographical sources that mention his acquisition from a sick monk in Sichuan. Plausible routes through which the text likely entered Sichuan are explored, including the involvement of foreign monks or transmission from Buddhist kingdoms in Northeast India. Secondly, Xuanzang's translation process, which took place around 649 CE, is studied, employing a collaborative approach with a scribal assistant. The analysis reveals that Xuanzang adopted a combination of literal translation, strategic omissions, amplifications, and paraphrasing techniques to convey the intended meaning while adhering to the nuances of Chinese literary style. Notably, this paper presents the intriguing possibility that Xuanzang may have translated the text as a blessing for the ailing Emperor Taizong, a patron ofhis translation projects. Thirdly, the reception of the translated text within Tang society is investigated, highlighting its significance as a concise embodiment of Prajñāpāramitā philosophy. This paper also explores the utilization of the translation in various religious rituals, including funerary rites, acts of repentance, apotropaic practices, and national protection and blessing ceremonies. Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is an aggressive extranodal large B-cell lymphoma, cocurrence in the same organ with other malignancies is very rare, especially in the lung. Here, we report a rare case of lung adenocarcinoma with IVLBCL. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to diarrhea associated with fever and cough. A computed tomography (CT) scan of the chest showed an irregular patchy high-density shadow in the upper lobe of the right lung with ground-glass opacity at the margin. After admission, the patient was given anti-infection treatment, but still had intermittent low fever (up to 37.5 oC). The pathological diagnosis of percutaneous lung biopsy (PLB) was lepidic-predominant adenocarcinoma with local infiltration, which was proved to be invasive nonmucinous adenocarcinoma of the lung with IVLBCL after surgery. This paper analyzed the clinicopathological characteristics and reviewed the relevant literature to improve the knowledge of clinicians and pathologists and avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis. Background and objective Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and the heaviest disease burden in China. In recent years, lung cancer has shown a high incidence trend, seriously affecting the health of the population. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of lung cancer incidence in 2019 and the trend of incidence rate from 2010-2019 in the tumor registration area of Gansu province, in order to provide a reference basis for the development of lung cancer prevention and control strategies in Gansu province. Methods By analyzing the cases of lung cancer incidence in the tumor registration area of Gansu province in 2019, we calculated the incidence rate, medium incidence rate, world incidence rate and other related indexes; we used Joinpoint to calculate the annual percentage change (APC) for trend analysis. Results In 2019, a total of 3757 new cases of lung cancer were reported in Gansu province, accounting for 14.96% of all new malignant tumors. The incidence rate, medium incidence rate and world incidence rate and world rate of lung cancer were 40.52/105, 25.78/105, 25.86/105; and the cumulative rate of 0-74 years old, and the truncation rate of 35-64 years old were 3.23%, 40.03/105, respectively. The incidence of lung cancer rises with age, and is high in the age group of 40 years and above, and the incidence peaks in the male and female populations in the group of 75 years and above, and the group of 80 years and above, respectively. The crude incidence rate of lung cancer in the tumor registration area of Gansu province from 2010-2019 showed an overall increasing trend, and the rate of increase was relatively fast, with an APC 5.39% (P<0.05); Separately, according to gender, urban and rural areas, the incidence of lung cancer in all populations showed an increasing trend, and the APC of male, female, urban and rural populations were 4.98%, 6.39%, 6.26%, and 4.64%, respectively (all P<0.05). According to the trend analysis of lung cancer incidence rate by age group, only lung cancer incidence in the age group of 65 years and above increased at an annual average rate of 4.15% (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence rate of lung cancer in the tumor registration area of Gansu province from 2010 to 2019 shows a rising trend year by year, and there are differences in the incidence of lung cancer in people of different genders, regions and age groups, so comprehensive prevention and control work should be carried out for the key populations of lung cancer incidence. Starting from the administrative nature of basic attributes in the course of organizational management, relying on the perspectives of structural functionalism and organizational behavior, and using individual actions as a logical starting point, this paper analyzes the practical patterns of high-level sports teams in Chinese universities and then conducts typological construction. It summarizes three types of construction paths embedded at the macro, meso, and micro levels, and thus identifies the problems existing in each path during the construction process. Then, combined with the conceptual framework of "system-interest-concept", it is deconstructed to explore the future action plan for high-level sports teams in universities in the future. Research suggests that there are three main types of construction paths in high-level sports teams in universities such as "layer by layer code addition", "horizontal code comparison", and "subject code selection", and also represents the following problems such as the lock-in effect of administrative forces in their respective institutional environments, non Pareto changes in the distribution of interests among functional departments of universities, and biased choices of multiple construction goals by administrative officials, which can be improved from three aspects including normative guidance of the system, effective incentives for interests, and flexible constraints of ideas. By the methods of content analysis, literature review, and logical induction, this paper discusses the ideological foundation for conducting ideological and political education in sports psychology curriculum, and based on this, characteristics of parenting focusing on a holistic view of mind and body, the nurturing view of positive psychology, the professional view of service to others, and the practice-oriented ethical view of nurturing has been analyzed in the course of sports psychology. After clarifying the overall characteristics of the course, the elements of the course's ideology would be drawn and mined from three aspects including book teaching, student experience and sportsmanship. In the process of integrating curriculum ideological and political resources into classroom practice, teachers promote the conversion of the value of the curriculum by emphasis on the ideological and political elements, innovation in the concept of ideological and political curriculum education through intellectual and emotional unity, accurately grasping the uniqueness of sports students to teaching, reconstructing the evaluation system of the ideological and political education of the curriculum for giving back to teaching to promote the implementation of the ideological and political in sports psychology curriculum, in order to give full play to the positive role of the ideological and political education, and finally to provide the high-quality talents guarantee for the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a sporting leading nation and the realization of a powerful socialist modernization country. Taking the Guanxian Plum Blossom Fist Inheritance Association as a research case, this paper explores the process of master-apprentice interaction and organizational construction. The interaction between master and apprentice in the association includes: (1) communication and collaboration: master guides and punishes disciples to develop behavioral norms, and strengthens the relationship between master and apprentice in the gradual progress of skills; (2) emotional interaction: master devoted himself to the inheritance of martial arts in exchange for emotional feedback from his disciples; (3) ceremonial sharing: the worship ritual establishes a master apprentice relationship, and the ancestor worship conference strengthens organizational identity. The association is constructed in the interaction between masters and apprentices: (1) in the inheritance of skills, apprentices integrate the association into their understanding of the master, and the master and apprentices jointly maintain the good image of the association, ultimately forming common goals and behavioral norms; (2) in emotional communication, the enhancement of a disciple's sense of belonging is manifested in the progressive and sublimation of emotions towards the association from admiration, care to attachment; (3) in ritual sharing, worship of masters and ancestors permeate the emotional shaping system to enrich the narrative of martial arts and promote identity. In short, masterapprentice interaction is the integration and promotion of emotions and rituals around the inheritance of Wushu, and folk Wushu organizations should promote the inheritance of skills through the integration of emotions and rituals. Using the methods of literature review and inductive analysis, and based on the problems faced by the "mature city" and the paths to their solution, this paper attempts to analysis Olympic legacy from Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The study shows that Tokyo 2020 has developed a legacy of urban construction in the sub-city of Rinkai, a legacy of promoting the construction of a "symbiotic society", a legacy of environmental improvement in the context of the "Tokyo Solution" of sustainable development, and a legacy of scientific and technological innovation in the form of digitalization and intelligent technology. The Olympic legacy practices mentioned above provide new samples of the interaction between "mature city" and the Olympic Games, and also offer some beneficial lessons on the precepts of Olympic legacy and post-games extension in terms of full-cycle governance, people-centeredness, multi-participant participation, and scientific and technological support.
