In this paper, we use panel data of 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2012 to 2020 to analyses the economic level development adopting the entropy method, and then by a Tobit panel regression model to analyze the impact of education on the development of economic quality. It turns out that: (1) Relationship between education level and economic quality development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is an inverted "U" shaped; (2) the overall distribution present a trend of rapid development of education and faster economic quality development in the Beijing-Tianjin region and slower development in the Hebei district; (3) finally, on the basis of the measured relationship between education and economic quality development , from the outcome of the modulation variables, the horizontal of transportation, the level of Internet advancement, the level of manufacturing employment on the level of economic mass development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region play a role in promoting. In view of the above, practical suggestions put forward to optimize the allocation of educational resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and to boost harmonized high-quality economic development.

The distribution of red blood cells (RBCs) in the microcirculation determines the oxygen delivery and solute transport to tissues. This process relies on the partitioning of RBCs at successive bifurcations throughout the microvascular network and it is known since the last century that RBCs partition disproportionately to the fractional blood flow rate, therefore leading to heterogeneity of the hematocrit (i.e. volume fraction of RBCs in blood) in microvessels. Usually, downstream of a microvascular bifurcation, the vessel branch with a higher fraction of blood flow receives an even higher fraction of RBC flux. However, both temporal and time-average deviations from this phaseseparation law have been observed in recent works. Here, we quantify how the microscopic behavior of RBCs lingering (i.e. RBCs temporarily residing near the bifurcation apex with diminished velocity) influences their partitioning, through combined in vivo experiments and in silico simulations. We developed an approach to quantify the cell lingering at highly-confined capillary-level bifurcations and demonstrate that it correlates with deviations of the phase-separation process from established empirical predictions by Pries et al. Furthermore, we shed light on how the bifurcation geometry and cell membrane rigidity can affect the lingering behavior of RBCs, e.g. rigid cells tend to linger less than softer ones. Taken together, RBC lingering is an important mechanism that should be considered when studying how abnormal RBC rigidity in diseases such as malaria and sickle-cell disease could hinder the microcirculatory blood flow or how the vascular networks are altered under pathological conditions (e.g. thrombosis, aneurysm).

China launched the Deep Resources Exploration and Mining (DREAM) program in 2016. Since then, the program has made significant progress in the exploration of critical minerals, such as rare earth, rare, and rare scattered metals. A “five-in-one” model, based on climate, landform, parent rocks, carrier minerals, and pH values of weathering crust, has been established for rare earth prospecting in South China. It has led to a major breakthrough in the discovery of a new type of ion-adsorption rare earth deposit in the weathered crust of low-grade metamorphic rocks in southern Jiangxi, South China. A pegmatite beryllium (Be), skarn beryllium-tungsten (Be-W), cassiterite sulfide tin-tungsten-beryllium (Sn-W-Be), independent fluorite, and lead-zinc (Pb-Zn) vein five-in-one model was developed for the prospecting of rare metals such as Be and W and polymetals in the Zhaxikang-Cuonadong ore-concentrated area of the eastern Himalayas. A series of metallogenic models has been proposed for the investigation of lithium (Li) resources, leading to important breakthroughs in the prospecting of large to superlarge Li deposits in the Jiajika (western Sichuan), Dahongliutan (southwestern Xinjiang), and Xiaoshiqiao (central Yunnan) ore fields. Meanwhile, the DREAM program has achieved significant advancements in its knowledge of the ultranormal enrichment of indium, germanium, gallium, niobium, and rare earth elements in the western Yangtze block, Southwest China.

The study of ancient glass, as an important branch of scientific and technological archaeology, is an important physical material for exploring the economic, technological and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries on the Silk Road. It is very important for studying the development of ancient society and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. In this paper, we focus on the composition analysis and identification of ancient glass products, based on data mining in the annexes and with the help of software analysis, we give the weathering pattern of glass surface, predict the chemical composition content before weathering, as well as cluster analysis and correlation analysis of different types of glass and their chemical compositions. In this paper, a sample of glass types and the correlation of their chemical compositions is established for analysis. Based on this, a decision tree classification model was built to classify the artifacts in the sample and determine the magnitude of the chemical composition of the classification criteria. The Elbow method (elbow rule) is used to determine the optimal number of aggregated classes k, and K-Means clustering analysis is performed, and then the decision tree classification model is used to quasi-determine and classify the subclass classification criteria for the clustered results. Finally, the XGBoost model is trained to achieve the prediction of the given sample types.

In brief Almost total lack of sperm-borne RNAs is regarded as one of the key factors that leads to the abnormal development of somatic cell nuclear transfer embryo. This paper reveals a need for us to further explore the roles of the paternal regulatory factors on embryonic development in early embryos. Abstract Mature sperm contain both coding and non-coding RNAs, which can be delivered into an oocyte with the sperm at fertilization. Accumulating evidences show that these sperm-borne RNAs play crucial roles in epigenetic reprogramming, cytoskeleton remodeling, embryonic development, and offspring phenotype. Almost total lack of sperm-borne RNAs is regarded as one of the key factors that leads to the abnormal development of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryo. bta-miR-183 was found to be highly expressed in bovine sperm and can be delivered into oocytes during fertilization in our previous study, and in this study, EZR was confirmed as a target gene of bta-miR-183 in early embryos by bioinformatics, luciferase, and gain-of-function and loss-of-function experiments. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the density of microvilli on the surface of SCNT embryos was significantly higher than that onin vitro fertilized embryos and was significantly reduced by injection of bta-miR-183 mimic. EZR-siRNA injected into SCNT embryos had a similar effect. This indicated that the lack of bta-miR-183 might lead to abnormal changes in microvilli by downregulating ezrin protein. In addition, gain-of-function studies showed that bta-miR-183 significantly improved developmental competence of SCNT embryo in terms of cleavage (76.63% vs 64.32%, P < 0.05), blastocyst formation (43.75% vs 28.26%, P < 0.05), apoptotic index (5.21% vs 12.64%, P < 0.05), and the trophoblast ratio (32.65% vs 25.58%, P < 0.05) in day 7 blastocysts. Thus, the present study indicated that bta-miR-183 might play crucial roles in the formation of microvilli and embryo development by regulating expression of EZR mRNA.

An organic transistor-based sensor functionalized with graphene oxide and a phenylboronic acid derivative shows an accurate detectability for glucose in human blood plasma by the minimization of physical protein adsorption on the detection electrode.

The aim of this study was to find new protein biomarkers that could be used to detect hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the serum. We identified 11 proteins in the tissue that could be used to classify samples from HCC and control subjects. The 11 identified tissue biomarkers were combined with 10 commonly used serum HCC biomarkers for further verification in a large number of serum samples from HCC patients and healthy controls. 17 of the 21 prospective serum biomarkers were determined to be differentially expressed through collinearity and significance analysis. Through the method of supervised learning, a random forest model was constructed to reduce the dimensionality of the number of differentially expressed proteins, and finally, 4 differentially expressed proteins were identified: AFP, GDF15, CEACAM-1, and MMP-9, and suggested to have potential application in clinical diagnosis of HCC.

We report a synthesis method for the selective 6-endo cyclization of o-phenylacrylamides to obtain 3,4-dihydroquinolinones via aryl anions formed by two-electron reduction under electrochemistry using phenanthrene as the reduction mediator.
