В статье рассмотрены механизмы нарушения речи у детей с нарушениями артикуляционного аппарата, показана роль артикуляции и речевых кинестезий в формировании фонематической системы. The article analyzes the main results of the use of a systemic approach to the study of speech disorders in children in the scholarly papers of Professor Z. A. Repina. The review considers the mechanisms of speech disorders in children with articulatory disorders and clarifies the role of articulation and speech kinesthesias in the formation of the phonemic system. Based on the identification and analysis of the leading defects in the mechanisms of speech disorders in rhinolalia and dysarthria, the scholar demonstrates the significative function of the phoneme as a unit of the phonemic system and describes the possibilities of its study and formation through the semantics of a word, a sentence, and a text.In the formation of the phonemic system of children with impaired articulation apparatus, an important role is given to the development of phonemic awareness and phonemic analysis.

В статье рассматриваются принципы, направления и этапы психолого-педагогического изучения детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. The article presents a model of psycho-pedagogical observation of children with disabilities. It reports the importance of timely detection and qualification of deviations in the development of the child for the design of an individual program of psycho-pedagogical support and the provision of effective psychological and pedagogical assistance to children with disabilities.

В статье представлен анализ неврологической симптоматики и механизмов нарушений двигательной сферы у дошкольников со стертой дизартрией. The article presents an analysis of the symptoms and mechanisms of motor disorders in preschoolers with trite dysarthria. The role of the child's motor activity in their cognitive development is specially noted. It is shown that the primary link in the mechanism of the impairment of development of children with trite dysarthria is a disturbance in the motor sphere.

Статья посвящена вопросу психолого-педагогической диагностики функциональной грамотности у детей с нарушениями слуха и речи. В образовательных программах для детей с нарушениями слуха и речи основное внимание уделяется развитию интегративных компонентов функциональной грамотности, что связано с трудностями обучающихся в коммуникации с окружающими. Известно, что развитие интегративных компонентов функциональной грамотности возможно лишь в условиях целенаправленного педагогического воздействия с учетом особенностей интеллектуального и речевого развития каждого ученика. Авторами рассмотрена специфика формирования функциональной грамотности у детей с нарушениями слуха и речи, показана необходимость диагностики уровня ее развития. The article is devoted to the issue of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics of functional literacy in children with hearing and speech impairments. In educational programs for children with hearing and speech impairments, the main attention is paid to the development of integrative components of functional literacy, which is associated with the difficulties of students in communicating with others. It is known that the development of integrative components of functional literacy is possible only under the conditions of purposeful pedagogical influence, taking into account the peculiarities of the intellectual and speech development of each student. The authors considered the specificity of the formation of functional literacy in children with hearing and speech impairments, and showed the need to diagnose the level of its development.

The article looks at the role of the motor analyzer in the development of preschool children with trite dysarthria taking into account analysis of the level-based organization of movements.

Methods of metallographic analysis, scanning probe microscopy and X-ray analysis were used to study changes in the surface of copper electroplating under the influence of cold air plasma. Under optical microscopy, changes in the structure of the surface were not established. A change in the surface relief was noticeable in the transverse section when examined by the sighting metallography. Scanning probe microscopy revealed a change in the surface morphology – a reduction in roughness and smoothing of relief fragments. The established features can be essential for the development of methods for improving the wear resistance of electroplated coatings. The variations in the level of stresses of the 3rd kind can be assumed to be the structural mechanism of the observed changes.

The article deals with the problem of studying professional motivation of students-defectologists in the process of pastoral work. In order to change the attitude towards people with disabilities on the part of society, the state implements the “Accessible Environment” program, within which social adaptation of people with disabilities takes place. One of the areas of activity under this program presupposes training of high-quality defectological personnel capable of ensuring the highest quality training and the most effective inclusion of people with disabilities in society. We study the dynamics of polydisperse dust particles in a rf post-discharge plasma. The levitation of charged particles after the discharge switching-off is found, and the velocities of their fall are measured. A model of the dynamics of particles in the afterglow plasma is proposed to estimate their size and residual charge.

An influence of RF air plasma and RF electromagnetic field pre-sowing treatments on germination and level of fungal and bacterial infection of seeds of some important agricultural plants has been studied. Two plasma systems (plan-parallel and cylindrical) were used for treatment. It is shown that the treatments provide a fungicidal and bactericidal effects and positively influenced seeds germination. The modification of seed coat surface structure is investigated with scanning electron microscopy.
