Accurate prediction of stock market returns is a very challenging task due to volatile and non-linear nature of the financial stock markets. With the introduction of artificial intelligence and increased computational capabilities, programmed methods of prediction have proved to be more efficient in predicting stock prices. In this work, Artificial Neural Network and Random Forest techniques have been utilized for predicting the next day closing price for five companies belonging to different sectors of operation. The financial data: Open, High, Low and Close prices of stock are used for creating new variables which are used as inputs to the model. The models are evaluated using standard strategic indicators: RMSE and MAPE. The low values of these two indicators show that the models are efficient in predicting stock closing price.

In recent times, Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 (CZTS) quaternary compound has attracted significant attention for application in solar cells, due to its suitable direct band gap, high abundance, low cost and low toxicity. Various vacuum and non- vacuum based methods have been adopted for the fabrication of CZTS thin films. Vacuum based methods such as pulse laser deposition and evaporation have the advantage of controlled chemical composition and higher reproducibility. This work reviews the different vacuum based methods for preparation of CZTS thin films present in the literature. The effect of fabrication conditions and preparation methods on film properties has been analyzed. Present status and progress of CZTS thin film solar cells while identifying future path for more efficient device structure has been presented.

CZTS (Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 ) has shown great promise in the preparation of absorption layer for low cost thin film solar cells because of its ideal band gap, low toxicity and abundance of the constituents. Several physical and chemical based methods are used to fabricate CZTS thin films. Sputtering is one of the more prominent methods of fabrication employed for preparing these CZTS based films. Sputtering offers better control over the film properties as compared to other methods of fabrication. Experimental methods using sputtering have led to successful fabrication of CIGS solar cells, commercially as well. This work summarizes the developmental work of CZTS films via the sputtering route and the performance of the solar cells based on them.

We went from 56kbps wired ARPANET connections limited to the US military in the 1960s, to unimaginably fast wireless 100 Mbps connections in the 2010s. But what the future holds will certainly blow your mind 1Gbps or more and that is still an understatement LIGHT FIDELITY it is or popularly known as Li-Fi. The two-major prospect being aimed is extension or enhancement of the wireless services and to support the number of the exponentially growing user which the RF spectrum is unable to provide due to a limited spectrum of radio waves. So, Li-fi that is based on the visible light spectrum is being designed. It uses a LED and a photodiode or phototransistor to transmit and receive data respectively. Li-fi can be compared with the existing wireless technology i.e. Wi-Fi in terms of speed and security which the former provides better. The aspiration of this research paper is cunning a prototype of Li-fi transmitter and receiver to transmit data. The schematic design was made using Proteus 8 professional. Software coding was done on C language and PIC microcontroller is used. Successful transfer of image and text were achieved. As a deduction, this work gives an originative way of scheming a Li-Fi Prototype.

This paper is intended to give a brief overview on design optimization of micro_cantilever based MEMS binary inverter. This brief includes the design and optimization scheme for reduction of key parameters of inverter. Sensor integration with active electronics is one of the key issues in Sensor system on Chip (SSoC) and this work essentially reduces the need of CMOS-MEMS integration. The integration requires two separate process flows and authors believe that lot of resources can be saved if circuit topologies can also be created via MEMS. The inverter has been designed and optimized in detail with respect to [1]. The analytical and simulated design is converging to similar values and hence the current design which this paper proposes can be significant improvement over other reported design. The operational characteristics of this inverter are best suited for bio-medical, speech and low-frequency operations.

This work focuses on the designing of inter-digitated capacitive device using COMSOL Multiphysics. The designed capacitive device consists of inter-digitated fingers capacitors (IDT) which increases the capacitance of the device proportionally to the number of fingers. The IDT configuration can be utilized for various types of applications such as accelerometer, gyroscope etc. The designed IDT focuses on a general capacitive IDT design that can be altered to fit any application. Response of IDT has also been analyzed. These IDT devices can be an essential component for sensors employed in IoT (Internet of Things)
