Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema „Diversität“ im österreichischen Kunst- und Kultursektor mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Museen sowie dessen Umsetzung und Auswirkungen betreffend Personalrecruiting und -zusammensetzung sowie die hieraus resultierende Erschließung von neuen, diversen Zielgruppen von Besucher*innen. Aufgrund unterschiedlicher persönlicher Hintergründe bringt ein diverser Personalstand nicht nur positive Folgewirkungen mit sich, sondern birgt auch Konfliktpotenzial in sich, das thematisiert wird. Es soll geprüft werden, ob die Berücksichtigung von Diversitätsaspekten innerhalb der Institutionen tatsächlich gelebt wird oder ein reines Lippenbekenntnis nach außen für mediale Auftritte darstellt. Auch die Frage nach möglichen Grenzen der Umsetzung und Akzeptanz von Diversität wird gestellt. Grundlage der Arbeit bilden Leitfadeninterviews mit sechs Expert*innen aus fünf österreichischen Museen, die ihren wissenschaftlichen und verwaltungstechnischen Tätigkeiten in unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen nachgehen und zu fünf Überthemen bestehend aus 18 Oberkategorien befragt wurden. Anhand beispielhafter Zitate auf Basis der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring werden Gemeinsamkeiten, aber auch unterschiedliche Zugänge zu Diversität zusammenfassend herausgearbeitet. Die Diskussion der Ergebnisse zeigt, dass die befragten Museen Diversität als wichtigen Gradmesser für institutionellen Erfolg ansehen, die Maßnahmen zur Umsetzung von Diversität im Bereich des Personalrecruitings und der Zielgruppenorientierung innerhalb der verschiedenen Museen jedoch stark variieren. The present thesis is going to address the topic of “diversity” in the field of Arts and Culture with a focus on Austrian museums as well as its implementation and effects on the recruitment and composition of personnel and the possible effects on new and diverse target groups of visitors. Due to different personal backgrounds, a diverse composition of employees does not only imply positive effects but contains conflict potential. Furthermore, it shall be examinated if the consideration of diversity aspects is really taken into account within the institutions or if it only turns out a lip service in public for media appearances. In addition, the question concerning possible borders of implementation and acceptance of diversity will be examined in this thesis. The basis for this thesis build guided interviews with six experts coming from five different museums who perform their scientific and administrative duties within different hierarchy levels, who were questioned to five headline topics, consisting of 18 categories. Based on exemplary quotes following the Qualitative Content Analysis by Mayring similarities and differences concerning their diversity approach are elaborated. The discussion of the results show that the interviewed museums consider diversity an important key indicator for the success of their institutions but measures for the implementation of diversity in the fields of personnel recruiting and target groups orientation differ substantially within the different kinds of museums.

Background Primary care reform has been on the political agenda in Canada and many industrialized countries for several decades; it is widely seen as the foundation for broader health system transformation. Federal investments in primary care, including major cash transfers to provinces and territories as part of a 10-year health care funding agreement in 2004, triggered waves of primary care reform across Canada. Nevertheless, Commonwealth Fund surveys show, Canada continues to lag behind other industrialized nations with respect to timely access to care, electronic medical record use and audit and feedback for quality improvement in primary care. This paper evaluates the pace and direction of primary care reform as well as the extent of resulting change in the organization and delivery of primary care in Ontario, Canada’s most populous province. Methods Qualitative and quantitative methods were used for this study. A literature review was conducted to analyze the core dimensions of primary care reform, the history of reform in Ontario, and the extent to which different dimensions are integrated into Ontario’s models. Quantitative data on the number of family physicians/general practitioners and patients enrolled in these models was examined over a 10-year period to determine the degree of change that has taken place in the organization and delivery of primary care in Ontario. Results There are 11 core reform dimensions that individually and collectively shift from conventional primary care toward the more expansive vision of primary health care. Assessment of Ontario’s models against these core dimensions demonstrate that there has been little substantive change in the organization and delivery of primary care over 10 years in Ontario. Conclusions Primary care reform is a multi-dimensional construct with different reform models bundling core dimensions in different ways. This understanding is important to move beyond the rhetoric of “reform” and to critically assess the pace and direction of change in primary care in Ontario and in other jurisdictions. The conceptual framework developed in this paper can assist decision-makers, academics and health care providers in all jurisdictions in evaluating the pace of change in the primary care sector, as well as other sectors.

As part of the design studies of future power and research nuclear reactors, the validation of neutron and photon calculation schemes requires the implementation of nuclear heating measurements. Such measurements are usually performed in very low-power reactors, whose core dimensions are accurately known and where irradiation conditions are entirely controlled. The use of thermoluminescent dosimeters is particularly well suited to gamma heating measurements, although the TLDs are also sensitive to neutrons depending on their composition. Hence, for gamma heating assessment in a mixed gamma–neutron field, the neutron sensitivity correction factors of TLDs has to be accurately determined to ensure a better interpretation of doses measured in a reactor with reduced uncertainties. This paper presents the CANDELLE experiment, which is dedicated to the implementation of a pure neutron field calibration of lithium-enriched TLDs, by using the Platform for Studies and Research on Nuclear Energy platform of LPSC. This calibration step is part of a promising approach that has been recently developed at INFN for medical purposes, aiming at determining the gamma and neutron contributions to the doses measured by LiF TLDs in the mixed field, from the peak height ratios of the gamma and neutron calibration glow curves of this type of TLDs. The test irradiations conducted at LPSC within the first phase of the CANDELLE project allowed retrieving the peak height of LiF TLDs in fast neutron field, hence providing an early assessment of the neutron components of doses measured in the EOLE reactor at CEA Cadarache with around 10% uncertainty at $1\sigma$ . From these preliminary results, the second phase of the project will be devoted, on the one hand, to the use of moderator screens aiming at achieving a thermal neutron field while avoiding a too strong attenuation of the flux, and on the other hand, to the determination of the neutron spectrum at different locations within the irradiation area.

Unter der Vielzahl von Definitionen des Burnout-Syndroms (BO) ist die am häufigsten zitierte von Maslach und Jackson (1986) und charakterisiert BO durch drei Komponenten: emotionale Erschöpfung, Depersonalisation und persönliche Leistungseinbuße. Das BO geht mit psychischen, somatischen und psychosomatischen Gesundheitsproblemen einher, ist jedoch keine Berufskrankheit, sondern gilt als arbeitsbedingte Gesundheitsgefahr. In der ICD-10 findet sich das BO unter der Kategorie Z73.0. Die Literatur gibt mehr als 130 mögliche Symptome an. Ein für BO spezifisches existiert nicht. Zur Entstehung gibt es verschiedene Phasenmodelle. Bei über 60 Berufsgruppen ist BO bisher beschrieben worden. Für die Therapie und Prävention sind psychosoziale Interventionen als individueller Ansatz bei den Betroffenen und als institutioneller Ansatz bei der Organisation und dem Arbeitsplatz möglich. Für die szientometrische Analyse aller BO-Artikel von 1983 bis 2006 aus Web of Science (WoS) und zum Datenbankvergleich zu speziellen Fragestellungen aus PubMed (PM) wurden folgende Bewertungsparameter benutzt: für ein wachsendes Forschungsaufkommen die Anzahl und der Zuwachs der Publikationen, als Resonanz auf die Publikationen die Zitationen und Zitationsraten, für das Renommee der Journale die Höhe des Impact-Faktors (IF) und der H-Faktor als Rangordnung der Autoren innerhalb eines Fachgebietes. Durch „Density-equalizing mapping“ erfolgte die Darstellung der Anzahl der Publikationen in jedem Land. Eine positive Trend-Analyse und der Anstieg von „articles“ und „meeting abstracts“ weist das BO als ein aktives Forschungsgebiet aus. Die Mehrzahl der BO-Artikel kommen aus Journalen mit niedrigem IF zwischen 0-3. In den Jahren ab 2005 jedoch wurden einige Artikel in Quellenjournalen mit IF bis 50 gefunden. Mit 66 Artikeln ist Schaufeli aus den Niederlanden (NL) der produktivste Autor, der auch mit 26 den höchsten H-Faktor hat. Ein Artikel von Aiken et al. wurde mit 54 Zit./Jahr am häufigsten zitiert. Die USA dominieren mit 43% der Gesamtartikelanzahl, gefolgt von UK (10%), Kanada (8%) und den NL (7%). Kanada steht mit 12,7 Zit./Art. an erster Stelle vor den NL (9,7 Zit./Art.) und den USA (9,3 Zit./Art.). 7,5Zit./Art. beträgt der Durchschnittswert bezogen auf alle Artikel. Die USA dominieren als Zentrum der Zusammenarbeit der Länder. Der überwiegende Teil sind bilaterale Kooperationen und ab 1998 ist ein deutliches Ansteigen der Gesamtanzahl festzustellen. An der Spitze der produktivsten Forschungsinstitute steht die Utrecht University (100 Publikationen) bei überwiegend nationaler Zusammenarbeit. In der Gruppe der produktivsten Institute lag die Michigan University mit 23,8 Zit./Art. an der Spitze. Englisch ist die dominierende Sprache mit 92% in WoS und 85% in PM. Der Faktor stress ist in jedem zweiten Artikel beider Datenbanken vorhanden. Prevention ist in 45% der Artikel in PM und nur 8% in WoS Thema der Untersuchung, während work related Faktoren in 20% beider Datenbanken zu finden sind. Auffällig ist die geringe Anzahl der Artikel, in denen „mental disorder“ oder „physical disorder“ ein Untersuchungsthema sind. Die Berufsgruppe „nursing“ ist mit 39% in PM und 22% in WoS vorhanden, es folgt „teacher“ mit 21% in PM und 10% in WoS. The method of density-equalizing mapping illustrates the number of publications in each particular country. A positive signal in the trend-analysis and the increasing part of the two document-types articles and meeting abstracts shows the burnout-syndrome as an active field of research. The greater number of articles was found in journals with low impact-factors between 0 and 3, however between 2005 and 2006 some articles were found in journals with high impact-factors up to 50. The most productive author is Schaufeli (66) who gathered the highest h-factor 26. With 54 citations /year the article from Aiken et al was most cited.
