Аннотация. Представлены результаты исследований влияния компонентов альдегидной и фенольной природы на цветовые характеристики коньячных дистиллятов. Коньяк приобретает типичные свойства в процессе длительной выдержки в дубовых бочках или в контакте с дубовой клепкой. Экстрагируемые из древесины дуба вещества (дубильные, производные лигнина, летучие компоненты) могут вступать в различные реакции, образуя вторичные продукты, которые принимают участие в формировании окраски коньячного дистиллята, вместе с тем их вклад недостаточно изучен. Цель работы – оценить влияние отдельных компонентов альдегидной природы (ароматические альдегиды, ацетальдегид, глюкоза) и фенольных веществ (галловая кислота, галлотанин, эллаготанин) на оптические характеристики коньячных дистиллятов. Исследования проводили с использованием модельных систем на основе молодого коньячного дистиллята в процессе индуцированного окисления. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют об участии компонентов альдегидной природы и фенольного комплекса в формировании окраски выдержанных коньячных дистиллятов, основную роль в котором играет количественный и качественный состав фенольных веществ. Характерным признаком изменения оптических показателей модельных систем с танинами при индуцированном окислении явилось увеличение доли желтых оттенков в окраске при снижении интенсивности окраски в результате образования продуктов окисления и выведения их в осадок. В системах с галловой кислотой при окислении установлено образование аддуктов, увеличивающих долю красных оттенков в окраске. Карбонильные соединения оказывают влияние на трансформацию цветовых характеристик коньячного дистиллята, способствуя окислению фенольных веществ. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при обосновании критериев для контроля процессов созревания и качества коньячных дистиллятов. ..., Study results of the effect of aldehyde and phenolic components on the color characteristics of brandy distillates are presented. Brandy takes on its typical properties during long aging in oak casks or in a contact with oak stave. Substances extracted from the oak wood (tannins, lignin derivatives, volatile components) can enter into various reactions, producing secondary products that take part in the formation of brandy distillate color. However, their contribution is not well understood. The aim of the work is to evaluate the effect of individual aldehyde components (aromatic aldehydes, acetaldehyde, glucose) and phenolic substances (gallic acid, gallotannin, ellagotannin) on the optical characteristics of brandy distillates. The studies were carried out using model systems based on young brandy distillate in the process of induced oxidation. The results obtained indicate the participation of aldehyde components and phenolic complex in the formation of aged brandy distillate color, the main role in which is played by quantity and quality composition of phenolic substances. A specific character of changing optical parameters in model systems with tannins during induced oxidation was an increase in the proportion of yellow tinges in the color with a decrease in color intensity as a result of releasing oxidation products and their precipitation. In the systems with gallic acid during oxidation, the formation of adducts was established, which increased the proportion of red tinges in the color. Carbonyl compounds affect transformation of color characteristics of brandy distillate, contributing to the oxidation of phenolic substances. Introduction. Currently, few epidemiological data on a relation between impaired purine and carbohydrate metabolism and testosterone deficiency in overweight men due to adipose tissue and metabolic syndrome (MS) are available.Aim: to study relationships between disturbances in carbohydrate and purine metabolism and testosterone level in men with adipose tissue excess and MS.Materials and Methods. There were enrolled 64 overweight men to the study. The patients were divided into 3 groups based on the body mass index (BMI): group 1 – with overweight (n = 24), group 2 – with the first degree of obesity (n = 21), group 3 – with the second and third degree of obesity (n = 19). A correlation analysis was carried out between the data on carbohydrate and purine metabolism related to testosterone level and body composition, as well as additionally assessing the level of inter-group difference.Results. A relationship between the parameters of carbohydrate and purine metabolism and the level of total testosterone has been established along with overdeveloped adipose tissue. A weak negative correlation was found across the sample between testosterone and glucose, insulin, and the НОМА-IR (Homeostasis Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance) index. i.e., the higher the glucose level, the higher НОМА-IR index, and the lower the testosterone level. In addition, it was found that along with increasing BMI it was paralleled with higher insulin level. The number of patients with fasting blood glucose levels above 5.6 mmol/L and insulin resistance also increased. In the group with I degree of obesity, a negative correlation was found between the levels of total testosterone and uric acid.Conclusion. Thus, the thesis is confirmed that the more significant the violation of carbohydrate and purine metabolism, the more profound could be androgenic deficiency. Thus, it is obvious that normalization of body composition and removal of excessive adipose tissue would provide a more effective solution in choosing a strategy to treat androgen deficiency and disorders of carbohydrate and purine metabolism in overweight men.

Introduction. Small-leaved linden flowers are mainly used for aquatic extracts, and their pharmacological benefit is based on water-soluble polysaccharides.Aim. The aim of this study was to investigate the rate of accumulating all reducing sugars in small-leaved linden flowers, collected in agro- and urbo-cenoses of the Voronezh region.Materials and methods. 51 sites were selected for collecting flowers from the small-leaved linden, which is a widespread deciduous tree species in Russia. In order to determine the total level of reducing sugars in the samples, we measured glucose levels using the method described in Pharmacopeia article "Linden Flower". Correlation coefficients were analyzed to examine in detail the effect of the major pollutants (heavy metals and arsenic) on the accumulation of reducing sugars in small-leaved linden flowers.Results and discussion. All analyzed samples of medicinal plant raw materials were benign in terms of their reducing sugar levels. Samples collected in control (protected) areas contained reducing sugar levels 13.31 to 16.89 %, which is 6–8 times more than the lower numerical value established by the Pharmacopoeia article. In the agrocenoses of the region, the concentration of reducing sugars varied from 6.12 to 16.68 %, which is 3–8 times more than the value given in the Pharmacopoeia article. In the urbocenoses of the region, a lower level of reducing sugars was found compared to samples from protected areas (2.35–13.49 %). Correlation coefficients showed a noticeable negative impact of cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, zinc, as well as a moderate negative effect of lead and mercury on the accumulation of reducing sugars in the small-leaved linden flowers.Conclusion. The lowest concentrations of reducing sugars were detected in samples harvested along the streets of large cities in the region, and along highways, roads and railways. This suggests that anthropogenic factors might negatively impact the accumulation of reducing sugars in small-leaved linden flowers in these areas. At the same time, it is possible that saccharide complexes might have reacted with heavy metals instead of the complexing agent when levels of reducing sugars in the samples were quantitatively determined. This would have the effect of underrepresenting reducing sugar levels in the raw materials.

Введение. Одной из важных задач анестезии является защита организма от реакции на операционный стресс. Цель исследования - оценить выраженность стресс-реакции при различных методах анестезии при функциональной эндоскопической эндоназальной риносинусохирургии у детей. Материал и методы. Исследование было проведено у 100 пациентов в возрасте от 6 до 17 лет с оценкой физического состояния по шкале ASA 1-2. В зависимости от метода поддержания анестезии пациенты были разделены на две сопоставимые группы. Отличались группы анальгетической составляющей. 1-ая группа: регионарные методы анестезии — крылонёбная анестезия нёбным доступом (палатинальная) и инфраорбитальная внутриротовым доступом, выполняемые билатерально. 2-ая группа: внутривенное введение раствора трамадола. Проводился анализ глюкозы, лактата и кортизола в плазме крови, взятых до анестезии ингаляционным анестетиком, в момент травматичного этапа операции, и в момент наложения швов, в конце операции. Результаты. В динамике значения глюкозы, лактата и кортизола плазмы крови не имели статистически значимых различий между группами на всех этапах исследования. Выводы. Все варианты проводимых анестезий позволяли обеспечить высокую степь анестезиологической защиты при функциональной эндоскопичекой эндоназальной риносинусохирургии у детей., Introduction. One of the important tasks of anesthesia is to protect the body from the reaction to operational stress. The aim is to evaluate the severity of stress reactions in various methods of anesthesia in functional endoscopic endonasalrhinosinus surgery in children. Material and methods. Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder, which results from insufficient secretion of insulin and/or its action, thus leading to hyperglycemia. Liver damage is known to be among the most common complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D) and is common in T1D. Comparison of the leukocyte phenotypes in liver tissue with appropriate blood parameters may assess degree of liver damage and search for approaches to correction of liver destruction in diabetes mellitus. Therefore, we aimed for assessment of changes in liver injury markers in blood and the numbers of leucocytes (CD45+ cells), T lymphocytes (CD3+ cells) and macrophages in the liver in experimental models of types 1 and 2diabetes. The experiment was conducted on 30 male Wistar rats. Alloxan at the dose of 170 mg/kg of body weight was used for T1D modeling. To provide a model of T2D, streptozotocin and nicotinamide were injected at the doses of 65 mg/kg, and 110 mg/kg respectively. Intact animals were used as a comparison control. Biochemical, hematological, immunohistochemical and morphometrical methods were used in the study. In T1D and T2D groups, levels of glucose (10.88±0.47 mmol/l and 10.78±0.42 mmol/l) and glycosylated hemoglobin (6.73±0.78% and 6.60±0.20% correspondingly) were rather close to each other and exceeded the values of intact rats (5.20±0.40 mmol/l and 4.07±0.30%). At the same time, the increase in total leucocyte number and fraction of peripheral blood leucocytes against normal levels were more pronounced in the T2D group than in T2D group. In liver of rats from the both diabetic groups, increased numbers of sinusoidal cells, macrophages, CD45+ cells and CD3+ cells relative to intact rats were detected. However, in rats from T1D group, CD45+ cells were distributed, mainly, in the liver parenchyma, whereas in rats in T2D group they showed sinusoidal location. At a similar degree of increasing macrophage numbers, and total CD45+ cells number, higher counts of sinusoidal cells and CD3+ cells, located both in the parenchyma and perivascular area, were found in rats of T2DM group compared with this parameter in T1DM group. An increase in ALT activity confirms a more significant damage to liver cells in animals of the T2DM group, whereas, in T1DM group, an increased AST activity and a less pronounced increase in ALT activity indicate uniformly distributed cytolysis. The results of our study showed, that, despite similar hyperglycemia level, the inflammatory process at the level of the whole organism and local inflammatory process in the liver are more pronounced in the T2DM group. Сахарное сорго – сельскохозяйственное растение, способное генерировать высокое содержание водорастворимыхсахаров в соке стебля (18–22%). Благодаря своим биологическим особенностям возделывание этой культурыраскрывает широкие возможности использования в различных отраслях АПК засушливых регионов мира: этоальтернативный источник сырья в приготовлении сочных и концентрированных кормов, в пищевой промышленностии в качестве возобновляемого источника энергии. В данной статье представлены результаты по подбору исходногоматериала для селекции новых гибридов F1 и сортов с высоким содержанием в соке стебля как моносахаров, так идисахаров. В анализе сахаристости принимали участие сорта, гибриды и линии (всего 93), выведенные в институтеФГБНУ РосНИИСК «Россорго». Выявлены образцы с различным соотношением моно– и дисахаров: от 8,9:86,6% до97,0:2,8 %, соответственно. Для повышения содержания сахарозы в соке стебля предлагается в селекционный процессвовлекать сорт Капитал и линии Л–75, Л–21, Л–5, Л–4, у которых дисахаров 17,74–19,18%, а моносахаров – 1,89–3,38%. С целью ведения селекции в направлении высокого содержания моносахаров следует использовать сорт Чайка,характеризующегося 13,76 % моносахаров и незначительным количеством дисахаров – 0,36 % в острозасушливыхусловиях года., Sugar sorghum is an agricultural plant capable of generating a high content of water–soluble sugars in the juice of the stem(18–22%). Due to its biological characteristics, the cultivation of this crop opens up wide possibilities for use in variousbranches of the agro–industrial complex of arid regions of the world: it is an alternative source of raw materials in thepreparation of rich and concentrated feeds used both in the food industry and as a renewable energy source. This articlepresents the results of the selection of starting material for the breeding of new F1 hybrids and varieties with a high content ofboth monosaccharides and disaccharides in the stem juice. The analysis of sugar content involved varieties, hybrids, and lines(93 in total) bred at the Institute of RosNIISK "Rossorgo". The study identifies samples with different ratios of mono– anddisaccharides from 8,9:86,6% to 97,0:2,8%, respectively. To increase the sucrose content in the stem juice, it is proposed toinvolve the "Kapital" variety and the lines L–75, L–21, L–5, L–4 in the breeding process, in which the ratio of disaccharides is17.74–19.18%, and monosaccharides – 1.89–3.38%. The author has considered pathological conditions of the digestive tract, arising in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) of types 1 and 2. It is supposed that the absence of an increased content of blood insulin, occurring in healthy volunteers during the first minutes prior to and immediately after the intake of food stimulates an energy deficit of the organs of the gastrointestinal tracr (GIT). Moreover, the absence of a decrease of the blood glucose level during this period exerts an inhibitory effect on the digestive centers of the nervous system. In order to improve the digestive processes in patients with DM of type 1 it is necessary to recreate the physiological curve of the blood insulin concentration by means of a combination of small doses of insulin of an ultrashort action with ordinary doses of insulin of a short action or via correcting the existing regimens of introduction., Рассмотрены патологические состояния пищеварительного тракта, которые возникают у больных сахарным диабетом (СД) 1-го и 2-го типов. Предполагается, что отсутствие при СД имеющего место у здоровых добровольцев повышения содержания инсулина в крови в первые минуты до и сразу после начала приема пищи обуславливают энергодефицит органов желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ). Кроме того, отсутствие снижения уровня глюкозы в крови в этот период оказывает тормозящее влияние на пищеварительные центры нервной системы. Для улучшения процессов пищеварения у больных СД 1-го типа необходимо воссоздать физиологическую кривую концентрации инсулина в крови путем комбинации малых доз инсулина ультракороткого действия с обычными дозами инсулина короткого действия, или же путем коррекции существующих схем введения., Розглянуті патологічні стани травного тракту, які виникають у хворих на цукровий діабет 1-го і 2-го типів. Передбачається, що відсутність у хворих на ЦД, яка має місце у здорових добровольців, підвищення вмісту інсуліну в крові в перші хвилини до і відразу після початку прийому їжі спричиняє енергодефіцит органів шлунково-кишкового тракту. Для поліпшення процесів травлення у хворих на цукровий діабет 1-го типу необхідно відтворити фізіологічну криву концентрації інсуліну в крові шляхом комбінації малих доз інсуліну ультракороткої дії зі звичайними дозами інсуліну короткої дії або ж шляхом корекції існуючих схем уведення.

Ghrelin, a peptide hormone mostly produced by stomach, plays an important role in regulation of feeding behavior, energy balance and glucose homeostasis.to determine the relationships between fasting serum levels of ghrelin, body composition, adipose tissue endocrine function and glucose variability (GV) in type 2 diabetic subjects with and without obesity.We observed 124 individuals with type 2 diabetes, including 42 non - obese subjects and 82 patients with obesity. Thirty non - obese healthy subjects were acted as control. The concentrations of ghrelin, leptin, resistin, and visfatin in the fasting serum were determined by Multiplex analysis. Статья посвящена исследованию полисахаридов, выделенных из базидиомицетного сырья I. Hispidus, и изучению их физико-химических свойств. Методом последовательной водной экстракции из грибного сырья выделены водорастворимые полисахариды и выход составил 9.44%. Полисахариды были разделены на нейтральные фракции методом ионообменной хроматографии и очищены от белков и пептидов. В процессе разделения было определено, что образец полисахарида состоял из однородных полисахаридов, при этом содержание углеводов в образце очищенного полисахарида составило 99.4%. Определен углеводный состав полисахаридов, установлено, что полисахарид состоит в основном из остатков глюкозы и в незначительных количествах содержит остатки фруктозы и рамнозы. Определены молекулярная масса и молекулярно-массовое распределение методом эксклюзионной хроматографии. Величина ММ полученного образца полисахарида составила 18.7 кДа, индекс полидисперсности 1.3. Результаты ИК-, 1Н- и 13С ЯМР спектроскопических исследований показали, что полисахарид по структурным характеристикам относится к полисахариду β-глюканового типа β-(1,3) и β-(1,6)., The article is devoted to the study of polysaccharides isolated from the basidiomycete raw material I. hispidus and studying their physical and chemical properties. Water-soluble polysaccharides were isolated from mushroom raw materials by the method of sequential water extraction and the yield was 9.44%. Polysaccharides were separated into neutral fractions by ion exchange chromatography and purified from proteins and peptides. During the separation process, it was determined that the polysaccharide sample consisted of homogeneous polysaccharides, while the carbohydrate content of the purified polysaccharide sample was 99.4%. The carbohydrate composition of polysaccharides was determined, it was found that the polysaccharide consists mainly of glucose residues and contains minor amounts of fructose and rhamnose residues. Molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were determined by size exclusion chromatography. The Mw of the polysaccharide sample obtained was 18.7 kDa, the polydispersity index was 1.3. The results of IR-, 1H- and 13C NMR spectroscopic studies have shown that the polysaccharide, according to its structural characteristics, belongs to the β-glucan type polysaccharide having β-(1,3) and β-(1,6)-glycosidic bounds.

The paper presents the results of a study of the rheological properties of glucose solutions prepared using water exposed to an electromagnetic field with a frequency of 30 to 200 MHz. The studies were carried out with solutions with a concentration of 20%, the shear rate varied in the range of 100–1000 s-1. As a result of the study, a distinct influence of the influence of the electromagnetic field was found, while the quantitative response depends on the shear rate, frequency of the electromagnetic field and the time of exposure of water from the moment of field exposure to preparation of the solution. In the overwhelming majority of cases, there is a decrease in the viscosity of solutions at a shear rate of 1000 s-1 as a result of exposure to an electromagnetic field. A quantitative correlation between the change in viscosity and the frequency and time of post-field exposure was not found. In some cases (shear rate 200 and 500 s-1), there is a multidirectional change in viscosity versus exposure time. The results are compared with those previously obtained for agar solutions. A unidirectional change in the viscosity of glucose and agar solutions was found as a result of the action of an electromagnetic field on the solvent, which can serve as evidence of its structural reorganization. An explanation for the observed dependences is proposed, which is based on a change in the hydration interactions of glucose molecules in solution and, as a consequence, a change in the force and energy characteristics under shear stresses., В работе представлены результаты исследования реологических свойств растворов глюкозы, приготовленных сиспользованием воды, подвергшейся воздействию электромагнитного поля частотой от 30 до 200 МГц. Исследования проводились с растворами концентрацией 20%, скорость сдвига изменялась винтервале 100–1000 с-1. В результате исследования обнаружено отчетливое влияние воздействия электромагнитного поля, при этом количественный отклик зависит от скорости сдвига, частоты электромагнитного поля и времени выдержки воды от момента воздействия электромагнитным излучением до приготовления раствора. В подавляющем большинстве случаев наблюдается уменьшение вязкости растворов при скорости сдвига 1000 с-1 в результате воздействия электромагнитного поля. Количественная корреляция изменения вязкости с частотой и временем послеполевой выдержки не обнаружено. В некоторых случаях (скорость сдвига 200 и 500 с-1) наблюдается разнонаправленное изменение вязкости от времени выдержки. Проведено сопоставление результатов с ранее полученными для растворов агара. Обнаружено однонаправленное изменение вязкости растворов глюкозы и агара в результате воздействия электромагнитного поля на растворитель, что может служить доказательством его структурной реорганизации. Предложено объяснение наблюдаемым зависимостям, которое основывается на изменении гидратационных взаимодействий молекул глюкозы в растворе и, как следствие, изменение силовых и энергетических характеристик при сдвиговых напряжениях.

Aim. To determine the relationship between the blood aldosterone levels and parameters of carbohydrate metabolism in patients with heart failure (HF) with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).Material and methods. This cross-sectional study included 158 patients with stable HFpEF. HFpEF was established in the presence of symptoms and/or signs of HF, left ventricular ejection fraction >50%, increased blood NT-proBNP levels, and characteristic structural cardiac changes according to echocardiography. The study did not include patients with primary hyperaldosteronism and those taking mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists within the previous 6 weeks. In all patients, the blood aldosterone and carbohydrate metabolism parameters were assessed. The aldosterone levels were determined by the enzyme immunoassay and the concentration of 40-160 pg/ml was considered the reference values. Diabetes was diagnosed in the following cases: history of diabetes, treatment with antidiabetic drugs, blood glucose level ≥7,0 mmol/L in two samples or glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >6,5%. Prediabetes was recorded if the blood glucose level in a patient without diabetes was in the range of ≥5,6 mmol/L andResults. In 99 patients (62,7%, group 1), the aldosterone levels were within the normal range, while in the remaining 59 patients (37,3%, group 2), it exceeded the upper limit. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью поиска доступных внетренировчных средств повышения работоспособности и ускорения процессов восстановления в практике спорта. Изучали влияние гипероксической газовой смеси на скорость восстановления показателей углеводного обмена у пловцов после тренировочных занятий разной направленности. Спортсменам (n=30) было предложено выполнить три вида нагрузок разной направленности. Тестирование проводили дважды: первое - восстановление в обычном режиме, второе – восстановление с использованием гипероксии в течение 10 мин. Установлено, что дыхание смесью с повышенным содержанием кислорода оказывает наибольший эффект на восстановление показателей лактата и глюкозы после тренировочных занятий, направленных на развитие анаэробно-алактатного и анаэробно-гликолитического механизма энергообразования., The relevance of the current study lies in the need to search for available out-of-training means to improve performance and accelerate recovery processes in sports. The research set the following goals: 1. Studying the effect of polymer granule size on the kinetics of glucose sorption. 2. Analysis of the influence of imprinting of a polymer matrix on the character of diffusion of glucose molecules. 3. Determination of sorption modes under dynamic conditions. 4. Identification of the optimal sorbent in terms of dynamics and kinetics of glucose sorption for further use in chromatographic processes. The work was fulfilled in IMC RAS, where were synthesized polymers and held kinetics and dynamics of glucose sorption. Kinetic and dynamic curves of the sorption of the target component were constructed using the OriginProLab software. As a result, the fraction of the imprinted polymer was found to have the best saturation time and the contribution of specific binding of glucose molecules to imprint sites. Based on the research at IMC RAS it was discovered that imprinting of template glucose molecules into the prepolymerization complex significantly influenced on the kinetic curves and changed the sorption mode under dynamic conditions.

The presence of a strong synergistic effect of the binary quercetin–glucose composition in the reaction with peroxyl radicals generated during the auto- and initiated oxidation of cottonseed oil was established. The highest antiradical activity showed the synergistic compositions at a ratio of 60:40%. The established synergism refers to the type when products, formed during reaction, interacts with peroxy radicals more effectively than the original individual substances. Such products may be intermolecular hydrogen-bonded complexes of quercetin and glucose, the existence of such complexes confirmed by NMR spectroscopy. DFT method showed that the most stable is the donor H-complex, where quercetin acts as a hydrogen donor. A quantitative measure of the electron-donating properties of H complexes – the ionization potential – was calculated in the gas phase. The ionization potential of the donor complex is lower so its reducing ability in reaction with radicals is higher than that of the monomeric antioxidant.This can explain the presence of the maximum synergistic effect in the quercetin-glucose mixture at the ratio of 60:40%, when, probably, the proportion of donor H-complexes in the reaction mixture is maximum. Obtained results make it possible to carry out a targeted search for effective antioxidant synergistic flavonoid–carbohydrate compositions in plant extracts., Установлено наличие выраженного синергического эффекта бинарной композиции кверцетин–глюкоза в реакции с пероксильными радикалами, генерированными в процессе авто- и инициированного окисления хлопкового масла. Наиболее высокую антирадикальную активность проявили синергические композиции в соотношении 60:40%. Установленный синергизм относится к типу, когда при взаимодействии реактантов образуется продукт, более эффективно взаимодействующий с пероксирадикалами, чем исходные индивидуальные вещества. Такими продуктами могут быть межмолекулярные комплексы кверцетина и глюкозы с водородной связью, что подтверждено методом ЯМР-спектроскопии. Методом DFT показано, что наиболее стабильным является донорный Н-комплекс, где кверцетин выступает в качестве донора водорода. Количественная мера электронодонорных свойств Н-комплексов – потенциал ионизации – рассчитывался в газовой фазе. Потенциал ионизации донорного комплекса меньше, а значит, его восстанавливающая способность в реакции с радикалами выше, чем у мономерного антиоксиданта. Этим можно объяснить наличие максимального синергического эффекта в смеси кверцетин-глюкоза в соотношении 60:40%, когда, вероятно, доля донорных Н-комплексов в реакционной смеси максимальна. Полученные результаты позволяют проводить целенаправленный поиск эффективных антиоксидантных синергических композиций флавоноид–углевод в составе растительных экстрактов.

An analysis of the literature over the past 20 years has shown that when controlling the quality of drugs containing monosaccharides, as well as studying the composition of simple sugars in polysaccharide complexes of medicinal plants and not only, preference is given to physicochemical methods, as the most express, sensitive and informative. No means have been found in the scientific literature to identify and quantify simultaneously various monosaccharides by high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC). An economical and rapid method has been developed for the identification and quantitative determination of simple reducing sugars (by the example of glucose, rhamnose and xylose) by the HPTLC method. The optimal conditions for their chromatography in a thin layer of sorbent with a quantitative interpretation of HPTLC data on a personal computer were experimentally selected and theoretically substantiated. In a detailed study of the influence of the polarity of the system on the value of Rf, the intervals of values of the polarity of the eluent were chosen, in which these dependences become linear. Using the proposed dependencies, you can select different systems for the separation of monosaccharides in a thin layer of sorbent, so that the value of Rf fit into the optimal values. The proposed method was tested on medicinal plant raw materials of nettle dioica and sea buckthorn fruits of various conservation methods. Zones of simple sugars of characteristic color were found on the chromatograms of extracts from the studied raw materials, among which glucose, xylose and rhamnose were identified by the characteristic value of Rf values in comparison with reliable standard samples. The technique can be used in quality control of substances, single-component and complex preparations, plant objects, dietary supplements, premixes and products of the food industry., Анализ литературы за последние 20 лет показал, что при контроле качества лекарственных средств, содержащих моносахариды, а также при исследовании состава простых сахаров в полисахаридных комплексах лекарственных растений, биологически активных добавок, изделиях пищевой и косметического назначения и не только, предпочтение отдается физико-химическим методам как наиболее экспрессным, чувствительным и информативным. Способов, позволяющих идентифицировать и количественно определить одновременно различные моносахариды методом высокоэффективной тонкослойной хроматографии (ВЭТСХ), в научной литературе не обнаружено. Разработана экономичная и экспрессная методика идентификации и количественного определения простых восстанавливающих сахаров (на примере глюкозы, рамнозы и ксилозы) методом ВЭТСХ. Экспериментально подобраны и теоретически обоснованы оптимальные условия их хроматографирования в тонком слое сорбента с количественной интерпретацией данных ВЭТСХ на персональном компьютере. При детальном изучении влияния полярности системы на величину Rf были выбраны интервалы значений полярности элюента, в котором данные зависимости становятся линейными. С помощью предложенных зависимостей можно подбирать различные системы для разделения моносахаридов в тонком слое сорбента таким образом, чтобы величина Rf укладывалась в оптимальные значения. Предлагаемый способ был апробирован на лекарственном растительном сырье крапивы двудомной и плодов облепихи крушиновидной различных способов консервации. На хроматограммах извлечений из исследуемого сырья обнаружены зоны простых сахаров характерной окраски, среди которых идентифицированы глюкоза, ксилоза и рамноза по характерному значению величин Rf в сравнении с достоверными стандартными образцами. Методика может быть использована в контроле качества субстанций, монокомпонентных и комплексных препаратов, растительных объектов, биологически активных добавок, премиксов и изделий пищевой промышленности.

In this paper, a method for producing amorphous cellulose (AC) was studied by treatment of initial cellulosic materials (MCC and mixed paper waste paper) with a cold solvent, containing 7% NaOH and 12% urea, at different solvent to cellulose (R) ratios, ml/g. Using X-ray diffraction, it was found that after treatment of MCC with the solvent at R = 3, the crystalline modification (CM) of CI of the initial cellulose is converted to CM CII, having a low crystallinity degree. In the case, where the initial cellulose is treated with the solvent at R ≥ 5, a completely amorphous cellulose (AC) is formed. Due to its high hydrolyzability, the AC with concentration of 50 g/L is converted into glucose almost completely within 48 hours under the action of the CTec-3 enzyme preparation at a dose of 30 mg/g dry substrate. The obtained AC sample can be used as an amorphous standard in the study of enzymatic hydrolysis of various types of cellulose and lignocellulose. It was found that the most beneficial enzymatic saccharification of AC is carried out at increased concentration of the cellulosic substrate, 150 g/L. Due to the high cost of MCC, it is preferable to use low-cost cellulosic raw material, such as mixed waste paper, for the industrial production of AC and glucose., В данной работе изучен метод получения аморфной целлюлозы путем обработки исходного целлюлозного материала (МCC и смешанной бумажной макулатуры) холодным растворителем, содержащим 7% NaOH и 12% мочевины, при различных соотношениях растворителя к целлюлозе (R), мл/г. С помощью дифракции рентгеновских лучей было обнаружено, что после обработки MCC растворителем при R=3 кристаллическая модификация (СМ) CI исходной целлюлозы превращается в СМ CII с низкой степенью кристалличностью. В том случае, когда исходную целлюлозу обрабатывают растворителем при R ≥ 5, образуется полностью аморфная целлюлоза (AC). Благодаря высокой гидролизуемости, АC с концентрацией 50 г/л практически полностью превращается в глюкозу в течение 48 ч под действием ферментного препарата CTec-3 при дозе 30 мг/г сухого субстрата. Полученный образец АC может быть использован вкачестве аморфного стандарта при исследовании кристалличности и ферментативного гидролиза различных видов целлюлозы и лигноцеллюлозы. Установлено, что наиболее выгодно проводить ферментативную сахарификацию АC при повышенной концентрации субстрата, 150 г/л. Из-за высокой стоимости MCC, для промышленного производства AC и глюкозы предпочтительно использовать дешевое целлюлозное сырье, такое например, как смешанная бумажная макулатура.

The nature of nutrition modifies the metabolism of substances and ensures either normal functioning, or contributes to metabolic disorders and the development of pathologies. A study was made of the effect of different feeding diets (lipid, carbohydrate and protein) on the blood biochemical profile of adult sexually mature rats. The work was performed on 28 white laboratory male rats weighing 180–250 g, which were 4 groups: the first (1) group (n=7) was fed exclusively with lipids (fat tail fat), the second (2, n=7) — carbohydrates (sugar), the third (3, n=7) — proteins, and the fourth (4, n=7) — standard food. The levels of glucose, cholesterol, total protein and albumin were determined by the colorimetric method. It was revealed that when taking lipid food in the blood, levels of cholesterol, glucose, total protein and albumin increased; when consuming carbohydrate feed — the content of glucose and lipids; when consuming a protein diet — total protein, albumin and lipids. The concentration of cholesterol increased with the use of all types of diet, especially significantly with lipid. Thus, glucose concentration increased with carbohydrate and lipid diets; total protein — with protein; glucose equally — with lipid and carbohydrate. The highest concentration of albumin is observed with a lipid diet, the lowest — with a carbohydrate.

При изучении динамики основных углеводов в хвое некоторых интродуцентов рода Picea (в ботаническом саду Петрозаводского университета) установлено, что изменение содержания различных фракций углеводов связано со сменой фенологических фаз. Обнаружены четкие изменения в содержании крахмала, фруктозы и олигосахаридов в период прекращения вегетации и наступления глубокого покоя. Выявлены сходство и рамичия в динамике содержания изучаемых фракций углеводов в хвое аборигенного (Picea abies) и интродуцированных видов рода Picea. Перспективность интродукции многолетних растений, в том числе хвойных, в зоны с довольно суровым климатом во многом определяется степенью их зимостойкости. A total of 150 patients were examined. According to BMI, in individuals with various degrees of obesity, there were no significant differences in the number of visceral adipose tissue and in the effect on the level of TG, glucose and HDL-C. An increase in the content of visceral adipose tissue leads to a significant increase in the level of triglycerides, glucose and a decrease in the content of HDL-C. In patients with a visceral adipose tissue content less than 10%, the median TG was 1.13 [0.76; 1.46] mmol / l; glucose 5.52 [4.99; 5.71] mmol / l; HDL-C 1.24 [1.06; 1.42] mmol / l. In patients with a visceral adipose tissue content 11% or more, the median TG was 1.585 [1.12; 2.12] mmol / l; glucose 5.97 [5.46; 6.93] mmol / l; HDL-C 1.02 [0.86; 1.31] mmol / l. All differences are highly significant p < 0.004. The level of visceral adipose tissue 16% or more is combined with an increase in the median of triglycerides and glucose above normal values: more than 1.7 mmol / l and 6.5 mmol / l, respectively. The degree of obesity does not reflect the severity of metabolic disorders, which play an important role, as factors in the development of cardiovascular diseases. The accumulation of visceral adipose tissue is clearly associated with an increase in the level of TG and glucose and a decrease in the level of HDL-C. The purpose of the study was to asses changes in cerebral macrocirculation and metabolism parameters in patients with concomitant cerebral injury during infusions of ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate at a dose of 12.5 to 100 mg/h depending on a source pattern of the cerebral blood flow. Materials and methods. The study included 25 patients with severe concomitant cerebral injury who administered ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate (EMHPS) intravenously in addition to the standard therapy at a dose of 12.5 mg/h for 1 hour, then the dose was increased up to 25 mg/h within 1 hour, then up to 50 mg/h within 1 hour followed by an infusion at a dose of 100 mg/h for 1 hour. Cerebral macrocirculation parameters were analyzed every hour before each dose increase. Transcranial dopplerography (TDG) was used to assess the following linear blood flow velocity (LBFV) parameters: systolic (Vmax), diastolic (Vmin), medium (Vm) LBFV, pulsation index (PI) and resistance index (RI), as well as glucose and lactate levels, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and the pH level in venous blood from a jugular vein. Results. Positive changes of LBFV parameters in the form of cerebral perfusion increase were recorded in patients with hindered perfusion and hypoperfusion patterns after EMHPS infusions at a dose of 12.5 to 100 mg/h. Patients with a mild vasospasm pattern presented favorable changes in LBFV parameters including a decrease in velocity parameters, normalization of the pulsation index and the resistance index which confirmed normalization of the vascular tone and vasospasm elimination. Positive changes in LBFV parameters in patients with a hyperperfusion pattern were noticed in the form of the reduction of hyperemia manifestations and normalization of the vascular tone. Patients with a severe vasospasm pattern presented normalization of the vascular tone. Normalization of LBFV parameters was accompanied by normalization of the lactate level, lactate dehydrogenase activity and the pH level in venous blood. Optimal values were found in infusions at a dose of 50—100 mg/h. Conclusion. Infusions of EMHPS at a dose of 12.5—100 mg/h to patients with concomitant cerebral trauma resulted in normalization of LBFV and metabolism parameters in patients with all kinds of CBF patterns.

The proposed method for calculation of the energy value of culture media is based on stoichiometric properties of biological oxidative reactions in the cell and allows for assessment of the nutritional value of organic substrates with consideration of their elemental composition. Three organogen elements (carbon, hydrogen and oxygen) participate in the third stage of catabolism, which is the universal way of biological oxidation of organic nutritive substrate compounds. Their content in the composition of an organic compound (or food substrate) allows for calculation of the amount of energy converted into work during cellular metabolism. The idea to calculate the energy value of a food substrate is based on the principle of energetic conjugation, according to which the useful energy of food substrates within the cell is accumulated in the energy-rich adenosine triphosphate (ATP) bonds formed by biological oxidation of the substrate. Calculation of the energy values of organic substrate is traditionally based on the energy of the abiotic oxidation. The proportion of the useful energy converted into work is not considered in this case. The inherent problem of this approach is that the amount of ATP has been calculated only for several universal metabolites with known oxidative pathways, such as pyruvate and acetate. The proposed method is based on stoichiometric patterns and makes it possible to calculate the amount of ATP from the elemental composition of compounds and the mass fractions of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. The results of calculation of biological oxidation energy obtained by this method coincide with the published data on biological oxidation metabolites in the citric acid cycle. The presented method, based on the composition of the compounds, allows for calculation of the energy value of any food substrate or culture medium containing a variety of organic compounds, including the case when their metabolic pathway of biological oxidation is unknown and the calculation of the bioenergetic value seems impossible.

The literature review presents an analysis of publications describing the use of a glucose%insulin mixture as a cardioprotective agent in acute myocardial infarction and in cardiac surgeries with extracorporeal circulation (ECC). It summarizes historical aspects of implementation of the glucose%insulin therapy in cardiology and car% diac surgery. Possible mechanisms of action of the glucose-insulin-potassium mixture in acute ischemia and myocardial infarction were analyzed (normalization of electrical processes on the cardiomyocyte membrane, replenishment of metabolic substrates and increased production rate of adenosine triphosphoric acid due to glycolysis, decreased intensity of non%esterified fatty acid oxidation, decreased apoptosis, etc.). It discusses results of clinical studies evaluating prescription of the mixture for acute myocardial infarction, including data from metaanalyses. It demonstrated that the role and the clinical efficacy of the preventive and therapeutic measure under consideration in acute myocardial infarction are still the subject of discussion and require further research. It also analyzed modern concepts explaining the cardioprotective effects of insulin and glucose during surgeries with ECC (decreased insulin resistance, activation of anaplerosis, stimulation of intracellular signaling pathways maintaining the viability of cells, reduction of the severity of systemic inflammatory response, immunomodulating effect, etc.). Review discusses results of clinical studies including data from randomized clinical trials and metaanalyses performed over the last 5 years that demonstrated the absence of the effect of the glucose%insulin therapy on the hospital mortality. Various studies demonstrated its positive effects including decreased incidence of peri% operative myocardial infarctions and intensity of inotropic support, increased values of postoperative cardiac index, decreased duration of postoperative mechanical ventilation and ICU stay, etc. Review concludes that the interest to the therapeutic and preventive use of the glucose%-nsulin mixture in both emergency cardiology and cardiac surgery has been revived recently.

Немаловажную роль в развитии патологии нейроцитов по типу отёк-набухание играют сдвиги со стороны водно-электролитного обмена и глюкозы крови, которые, в свою очередь, зависят от активности эндокринной системы почек и островков Лангерганса поджелудочной железы. An experimental study was performed on outbred male rats. In the first series of chronic experiments we studied the process of glucose absorption in an isolated loop of a jejunum in 12 rats. In the second series we studied the changes of lipid peroxidation during immobilization with the introduction of MFB and without in 18 rats in each group. Rats were operated in a special way. During all the days of immobilization there is an increased DK in serum of rats, reaching maximum on the seventh day of daily one hour immobilization. Lipid peroxidation products (conjugated dienes, malonicdialdehyde) and antioxidant activity of serum in chronic immobilization stress (1 hour a day during 7 days) and glucose absorption in a jejunum were investigated. Activation of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and its correlation with inhibition of glucose absorption rate were revealed. 2-ethyl-6-methyl- 3-hydroxypyridine succinate (EMHPS) administration of a 10 mg/kg a day dose for 7 days resulted in primary and end lipid peroxidation product decrease and increase in blood serum antioxidant activity. Under EMHPS correction, the glucose absorption rate approached the control group level in chronic immobilization stress. Activation of lipid peroxidation was suggested as one of the possible mechanisms of glucose absorption reduction during stress. Activation of the POL can be one of the decline reasons of the glucose absorption process during stress.

The metabolic characteristics of blood of animals following subchronic exposure of gaseous mixtures containing singlet oxygen were investigated. The experiment was carried out on Wistar rats. In the blood the concentration of glucose, lactate, the activity of catalase, aldehyde dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase were determined after 30 and 60 days after externally-inhalation. It is shown that prolonged use for 30 days gas mixture containing singlet oxygen, increases the detoxification function and antioxidant reserve of erythrocytes, decreases the concentration of glucose in blood, leading to reduction of the coefficient of energy reaction balance and the accumulation of lactate in erythrocytes. Long-term results (60 day) of externally-inhalation of a gas mixture containing singlet oxygen, reveal a violation of energy metabolism blood normalizing the specific activity of aldehyde dehydrogenase and increasing the catalase of erythrocytes, increasing concentration of glucose in blood.

Введение. Нарушения реологических свойств крови при сахарном диабете 2 типа (СД-2) может приводить к снижению микрососудистой перфузии. Основной механизм, вероятно, связан с ухудшением микрореологии эритроцитов, в том числе из-за высокого содержания глюкозы и гликозилирования белков мембран клеток. Цель исследования: провести анализ связи гемореологических характеристик цельной крови и эритроцитов с содержанием глюкозы и гликированного гемоглобина и выявить влияние ряда метаболических гормонов на микрореологию эритроцитов у больных СД-2. Материалы и методы. У 30 больных СД-2 регистрировали параметры гемореологического профиля. Наряду с измерениями вязкости, деформируемости эритроцитов (ДЭ) и их агрегации (АЭ) определяли содержание глюкозы, гликированного гемоглобина и белков плазмы (альбуминов, глобулинов, фибриногена). В in vitro исследованиях регистрировали микрореологические характеристики эритроцитов после их инкубации с глюкозой и рядом метаболических гормонов (инсулином, глюкагоном, адреналином). Результаты. Наиболее существенные отличия гемореологических профилей у больных СД-2 от данных здоровых лиц были в их микрореологической части. Значения глюкозы и гликированного гемоглобина более выражено коррелировали с показателями гемореологического профиля у больных СД-2, чем у здоровых лиц: коэффициент корреляции между АЭ и концентраций глюкозы у больных СД-2 составил 0,660, в контрольной группе — 0,480. Под влиянием инсулина ДЭ достоверно повышалась, а АЭ, напротив, снижалась (p < 0,05). При инкубации эритроцитов с глюкагоном у больных СД-2 и у здоровых лиц АЭ была снижена на сходную величину. Адреналин в трех концентрациях умеренно повышал ДЭ (p < 0,05), а наблюдавшийся прирост АЭ был наибольшим при низкой концентрации гормона (0,01 мкМ). Заключение. Анализ параметров гемореологического профиля у больных СД-2 свидетельствует о нарушениях текучести крови и снижении ее транспортных возможностей. Также было показано, что гормоны, участвующие в регуляции метаболизма, оказывают прямое воздействие на микрореологию эритроцитов., Introduction. Disorders of blood rheological properties in diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM-2) can lead to reduction of microvascular perfusion. The main mechanism is probably associated with impairment of erythrocytes microrheology and also due to high glucose content and glycosylation of cell membrane proteins. Aim: to analyze the relationship between hemorheological characteristics of whole blood and erythrocytes with glucose content and glycated hemoglobin level, and to reveal the infl uence of metabolic hormones on erythrocytes microrheology in patients with DM-2. Materials and methods. In 30 patients with DM-2 we determined hemorheological parameters, blood viscosity, erythrocytes deformability (ED), erythrocytes aggregation (EA), glucose and glycated hemoglobin content, plasma proteins (albumins, globulins, fibrinogen) levels. In in vitro studies we recorded the microrheological characteristics of erythrocytes after their incubation with glucose and with some metabolic hormones (insulin, glucagon, adrenaline). Results. Microrheological parameters in patients with DM-2 diff ered signifi cantly from the parameters in healthy individuals. Glucose and glycated hemoglobin values more evidently correlated with hemorheological parameters in patients with DM-2 than in healthy individuals: the correlation coeffi cient between EA and glucose concentration in patients with DM-2 was 0.660, in healthy individuals — 0.480. Under insulin stimulus ED signifi cantly increased and AE, on contrary, decreased (p < 0.05). During erythrocytes incubation with glucagon EA similar reduced in patients with DM-2 and in healthy individuals. Adrenaline in three concentrations moderately increased ED (p < 0.05), and the observed EA increasing was greatest at low hormone concentration (0.01 μM). Conclusion. Analysis of hemorheological parameters in patients with DM-2 showed disorders of blood fl uidity and decreasing of blood transport capacity. At present, and in the near future, plant materials are supposed to be used as the main raw material for microbial biosynthesis. Необходимость своевременной и точной диагностики гестационного сахарного диабета обусловлена высокой частотой осложнений беременности и заболеваемости новорожденных при данной патологии.С целью диагностики гестационного сахарного диабета рекомендуется использовать пероральный глюкозотолерантный тест. Тест считается положительным (диагноз гестационного сахарного диабета установленным), если как минимум один из показателей гликемии превышает нормальные показатели. Оптимальный срок проведения перорального глюкозотолерантного теста – 24–28 недель беременности, в исключительных случаях – до 32 недели (при высоком риске гестационного сахарного диабета, ультразвуковых признаках диабетической фетопатии).В качестве полезного вспомогательного теста оценки состояния углеводного обмена во время беременности может выступать определение уровня гликированного гемоглобина (НbA1c). Показатель дает интегрированное представление об уровне гликемии на протяжении длительного промежутка времени, может быть использован в выявлении и мониторинге нарушений углеводного обмена во время беременности. Многие исследования подтверждают взаимосвязь гликированного гемоглобина и уровня гликемии. Определение гликированного гемоглобина обладает рядом преимуществ: результат теста на HbA1c не зависит от приема пищи (возможно определение не натощак, что важно при токсикозе у беременной), психоэмоционального состояния пациентки, взятие крови может проводиться в любое время (стабилен в широком диапазоне температур и временном интервале).При установлении диагноза «гестационный сахарный диабет» рекомендуется диета с ограничением легкоусвояемых углеводов и жиров, дозированная физическая нагрузка и контроль гликемии. Aim: to establish the features of clinical and laboratory changes in facial erysipelas in relation to its form. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Twenty-three patients (15 women and 8 men) aged 31 to 78 years who were diagnosed with moderate facial erysipelas, primary facial erysipelas being present in 91% of cases were examined. The investigators studied the biochemical substrates and enzymes and composition of proteins in the serum by an electrophoretic method, the aggregation activity of red blood cells and platelets, plasma hemostasis (a coagulogram, levels of fibrinogen, antithrombin III, and D-dimer), and von Willebrand factor, a marker of vessel wall injury, on hospital admission at disease onset (days 1-3), over time (days 4-6, 7-9), and in convalescence (days 10-12), by obligatorily using control materials. CONCLUSION. Bleeding disorders in facial erysipelas correspond to the vasculite purpuric type of hemorrhagic diathesis (according to the classification developed by Z.S. The changes in the functional properties of red blood cells match with the suppression of metabolic processes. Our phylogenetic theory of pathology (algorrhythm of a disease development) is based on 1) a theory of biological functions and biological reactions in vivo; 2) regulation of biological functions, reactions, and metabolic processes at three phylogenetically different levels: а) autocrine (cell level); b) paracrine (in paracrine-regulated cell communities) and c) total organism level; 3) conceptions on formation of physiological and aphysiological processes («civilization» diseases) at various stages of phylogenesis. Universal pathogenesis of essential arterial hypertension and insulin resistance syndrome is based on functional discrepancy between phylogenetically early regulatory mechanisms at the level of paracrine cell communities and phylogenetically late regulation at the organism level. Pathogenic factors of this discrepancy are impaired biological functions of homeostasis, trophology, endoecology and adaptation. An increase in the content of unesterified fatty acids in the intercellular medium results from activation of lipolysis in paracrine community cells which cannot inhibit phylogenetically late insulin, but not in insulin-dependent adipocytes. The purpose of the investigation was to determine the umbilical cord venous blood level of glucose in full-term newborns and its relationship to the mode of delivery. The investigation included 102 full-term newborn infants, including 33 and 69 babies born via cesar-ean and vaginal delivery, respectively. Umbilical cord serum glucose levels were determined by the glucose oxidase test using a Sap-phire-400 biochemical analyzer. In healthy full-term newborns, the mean umbilical cord blood glucose levels were 4,29±0,88 mmol/1 (minimum, 2,9 mmol/1 and maximum, 5,9 mmol/1). In the presence of Embryonal antitumor modulator of Mkrtchyan (EATM) the releasing of Nox is significantly inhibited, especially in patients with type 2 diabetes. Suppression of the Nox isoforms releasing of EM and SE in patients with diabetes under the influence EATM can be considered as a possible mechanism of its membrane stabilizing effect in vivo.

Aim. To investigate the clinical specifics of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in patients with chronic tonsillitis.Material and methods. The study included 70 patients at early AMI stages (Days 1–2). The following parameters were analysed: anthropometry, blood biochemistry, myocardial necrosis markers, QT interval dispersion, echocardiography and Holter ECG monitoring parameters, and a confirmed medical diagnosis of chronic tonsillitis in medical history.Results. In 31 patients with confirmed chronic tonsillitis, higher body mass index values, a significantly higher incidence of acute heart failure (19,4%; pConclusion. Patients with confirmed chronic tonsillitis were characterised by a more severe clinical course of AMI. There is some evidence that chronic tonsillitis is also associated with metabolic syndrome.

The efficacy of reparative osteogenesis stimulation by local infusion of autologous plasma in combination with ascorbic acid and glucose solutions was experimentally demonstrated in ani- mals (dogs) using the models of transverse acetabular ( n =20) and iliac shaft fracture ( n= 6). Either intraarticular or intraosseous solution infusions via injection system with automatic drug pump were performed from 2nd to 5th day after transverse osteotomy, reposition and stable external fixation. Fixator was dismounted on 21st postoperative day. In control series of experiment (intraarticular and intraosseous infusion of saline) fibrocartilagenous junction was formed and bone deformity due to secondary bone fragments displacement was noted after device removal. In experimental series primary pelvic bone fragments consolidation was observed in 14 days after operation and no displacement of fragments occurred after external fixation device removal.

Образцы окисленного сибунита получали путем окисления водными растворами азотной кислоты или влажной воздушной смесью. Для получения окисленных- сульфированных образцов окисленные угли сульфировали в дымящейся серной кислоте при 200 °С. Катализаторы исследовали методами низкотемпературной адсорбции азота, кислотно- основного титрования NaOH и испытывали в одностадийном процессе гидролиза-дегидратации мехактивированной целлюлозы в гидротермальных условиях при 180 °С. Общее содержание кислотных групп (сульфо-, карбоксильных, лактонных и фенольных) для окисленных образцов сопоставимо, а для окисленных-сульфированных превышает в 1,5-2 раза количество кислотных групп сибунита, сульфированного при 200 °С. Активность катализаторов сопоставима с образцами, сульфированными при 150 и 200 °С. Выходы 5-ГМФ и глюкозы варьируются в пределах 17-20 и 38-42 % соответственно Solid acid catalysts based on graphite-like carbon material “Sibunit-4” have been developed to be utilized in the one-pot process of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural production from cellulose using oxidation and subsequent oxidation-sulfonation methods. The samples of oxidized carbon have been produced via oxidation of the carbon’s surface by water solutions of nitric acid or by wet air mixture; for oxidizedsulfonated samples to be produced oxidized carbons have been additionally sulfonated in fuming sulfuric acid at 200 °С. The catalysts developed have been investigated by methods of low-temperature nitrogen absorption and titration with NaOH and also tasted in the one-pot hydrolysis-dehydration of mechanically activated cellulose under hydrothermal conditions of 180 °С. The total amount of acidic groups (sulfo, carboxyl, lactone, and phenolic) for oxidized samples is comparable and for the oxidized-sulfonated is 1.5-2 times higher than the amount of acid groups in the sibunit sulfonated at 200 ° C. The activity of the catalysts with respect to sulfonated samples at 150 ° C and 200 ° C is comparable. The yields of 5-HMF and glucose ranges of 17-20% and 38-42%, respectively

Наиболее высокие значения конверсии целлюлозы (70–82 % мас.) и выхода глюкозы (27–37,5 % мас.) достигнуты при гидролизе МКЦ после ее размола в шаровой мельнице, а также после механической активации в АГО-2 МКЦ, обработанной раствором щелочи с мочевиной. Катализаторы исследованы методами низкотемпературной адсорбции азота, кислотно-основного титрования. Изучение активности катализаторов в процессе гидролиза механически активированной микрокристаллической целлюлозы проводили при 180 °С и 1 МРа в инертной атмосфере. Основными продуктами процесса являются глюкоза и 5-гидроксиметилфурфурол с максимальными выходами до 46 и 22 %. Исследовано редокс-медиаторное окисление глюкозы до глюконовой кислоты на анодах с нанесёнными высшими оксидами никеля в щелочной среде, с in situ генерированными активными формами кислорода (АФК). Разработаны электроды для нанесения высших оксидов никеля с пористой матрицей, представляющей композитный материал (технический углерод и ФП- 4Д). Изучено влияние плотности тока, температуры, концентрации реагента, схемы введения АФК на кинетику и селективность непрямого окисления глюкозы до глюконовой кислоты. Проведенные исследования показали, что глюкоза и продукты ее окисления блокируют активные центры на поверхности электрода, отвечающие за регенерацию высших оксидов никеля, и снижают электрохимическую активность электрода. Дополнительное введение высокореакционных АФК путем добавления пероксида водорода в объём электролита способствует более глубокому окислению промежуточных продуктов, и приводит к минерализации глюкозы до диоксида углерода и воды. В схеме с катодным восстановлением молекулярного кислорода до пероксида водорода и регенерацией NiOOH на аноде, окисление глюкозы протекает с селективностью тока 28,7 % на процесс образования глюконовой кислоты. The oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid on anodes with the redox- mediators system deposited of the higher nickel oxides in an alkaline medium, to use in situ generated active forms of oxygen has been investigated. Electrodes are designed for the depositing of higher nickel oxide at the porous matrix, which represents the composite material (carbon black and teflon). The effect of current density, temperature, reagent concentration, the scheme of the introduction of active form of oxygen on the kinetics and the selectivity of indirect oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid has been investigated. The studies have shown that active sites on the electrode surface, responsible for the regeneration of the higher oxides of nickel are blocked by glucose and its oxidation products, and it is to reduce the electrochemical activity of the electrode. Additional introduction of active forms of oxygen by the addition of hydrogen peroxide in the electrolyte promotes deeper oxidation of intermediate products, and leads to the mineralization of glucose to carbon dioxide and water. In the scheme with the cathodic reduction of oxygen to hydrogen peroxide and regeneration of NiOOH at the anode, the oxidation of glucose proceeds with the current yield is 28.7 % for the production of gluconic acid.
