Анализ их работы позволяет выявить причинно-следственный характер их эксплуатационного состояния. In the pulp and paper industry, paper-making machines are used for the manufacture of paper products. The use of waste-pulp and paper production, as an additive, makes it possible to develop cement-ground mixtures with specified physical and mechanical characteristics for the device of layers of road clothes of logging roads. Укрепление местных грунтов является актуальной темой в строительстве автомобильных дорог в лесной зоне. Применение отходов целлюлозно-бумажного производства в качестве добавки позволяет разрабатывать цементогрунтовые смеси с заданными физико-механическими характеристиками для устройства слоев дорожных одежд лесовозных автомобильных дорoг.

The article is devoted to solving an important scientific and technical task, improving the technology of production of tissue-paper. The study pays special attention to the problems related to the use of recovered paper, microscopic images of the surface of samples obtained from recovered paper sampling at various stages of the production of tissue-paper at the enterprise of Syktyvkar Tissue Group OJSC are presented. The main result of scientific research was a preliminary assessment of the study of the recovered paper stock preparation technology at the enterprise, for which the sampling from various stages of production were examined by a scanning electron microscope, which made it possible to visually assess the degree of cleaning of recovered paper from impurities from images of the microstructure of the surface of various scales. The chemical composition of the main additives was established by energy-dispersive X-ray spectral micro assay (EDX). Preliminary assessment of the nature of contamination, visual assessment of the microstructure of samples obtained from recovered paper stock from various stages of cleaning, allowed the engineers of the enterprise to evaluate the effectiveness of individual units of the stock preparation department for the production of tissue-paper. The obtained data will make it possible to specify the scientific and technical task and direct subsequent scientific work to improve the recovered paper stock preparation unit, which more requires perfection., Статья посвящена решению важной научно-технической задачи, совершенствованию технологии производства санитарно-гигиенических видов бумаги. В работе особое внимание уделяется проблемам, связанным с использованием макулатуры, представлены микро- и макроскопические снимки поверхности образцов, полученных из макулатурной массы, отобранной на различных стадиях производства санитарно-гигиенических видов бумаги на предприятии ОАО «Сыктывкар Тиссью Групп». Основным результатом научных исследований стала предварительная оценка работы технологии подготовки бумажной массы из макулатуры на предприятии, для чего полученные образцы с различных стадий производства исследовались сканирующим электронным микроскопом, что позволило визуально, с изображений микро- и макроструктуры поверхности различного масштаба, предварительно оценить степень очистки макулатуры от примесей. Химический состав основных загрязнений был установлен энергодисперсионным рентгеноспектральным микроанализом (EDX). Предварительная оценка природы загрязнений, визуальная оценка микроструктуры образцов, полученных из бумажной массы с различных стадий очистки, позволила инженерам предприятия оценить эффективность работы отдельных узлов массоподготовительного отдела производства санитарно-гигиенических видов бумаги. Полученные данные позволят конкретизировать научно-техническую задачу и направить последующую научную работу на совершенствование узла подготовки макулатурной массы, которая в большей степени требует совершенства.

Данная работа посвящена исследованию конструкции силового электрического кабеля с пропитанной бумажно-пластиковой изоляцией и ее ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ÑÑ‚Ð². This work is devoted to the study of the design of power electric cable with impregnated paper-plastic insulation and its electrophysical properties. Conducting an experiment in a drying cabinet to measure the conductivity. Processing and analysis of obtained data, drawing conclusions from the results. Experimental work was carried out in the research laboratory of SPbPU: to measure conductivity of samples an installation consisting of a two-electrode cell, insulated cabinet and A2-4 picoamperometer was used. As a result of the performed work current and temperature dependences were obtained, electrophysical properties of cables with paper-plastic insulation were investigated on the basis of the existing model and advantages of its use in the modern world were revealed.

Актуальность. Отходы ОАО «Байкальский ЦБК» несут реальную угрозу возникновения социально-экологической катастрофы озера Байкал и всего Южного Прибайкалья, поэтому особенно остро стоит проблема разработки комплексных решений по ликвидации накопленных лигнинсодержащих отходов. Одним из перспективных направлений переработки такого типа отходов можно считать использование естественных природных процессов, например, вымораживание в зимний период времени года вследствие отрицательных температур или самозарастание вследствие естественных процессов сукцессии. Цель: разработать экологически безопасную технологию переработки коллоидных лигнинсодержащих отходов целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности. Методы: опытно-промышленные испытания на Солзанской промплощадке ОАО «Байкальский ЦБК» по вымораживанию лигнинсодержащих отходов и получению из них почвогрунтов путем смешивания с добавками; выполнение количественного химического анализа с использованием методов атомно-абсорбционной и атомно-эмиссионной спектрометрии, высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии, токсикологического анализа. Результаты. Опытно-промышленные испытания показали, что после вымораживания происходит разрушение коллоидной структуры лигнинсодержащих осадков с уменьшением объема до 40 %, влажности до 60 %, а также со снижением токсичности с третьего (умеренно опасные) в четвертый (малоопасные) и пятый класс (практически неопасные) опасности отходов в зависимости от его состава. После вымораживания полученный осадок при внесении различных добавок (золы ТЭЦ, осадок канализационных очистных сооружений) можно применять как почвогрунты и удобрения для рекультивации нарушенных земель и выращивания сельскохозяйственных культур. Таким образом, разработана экологически безопасная технология переработки отходов целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности с получением почвогрунтов, которая является малоэнергозатратной и не содержит дорогостоящего импортного оборудования. The relevance. The waste of Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill causes a real danger of a social and environmental disaster for Lake Baikal and the entire Southern Baikal region, therefore, the problem of developing integrated solutions for dumping the accumulation of lignincontaining waste is especially acute. One of the promising areas for processing this type of waste is the use of natural processes, for example, freezing in winter, temperature detection or self-overgrowth of the occurrence of natural succession. The main aim of the research is to develop an environmentally friendly technology for processing colloidal lignin-containing waste from the pulp and paper industry. Methods: pilot tests at the Solzan industrial site of Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill for freezing lignin-containing wastes and obtaining soils from them by mixing with additives; performing quantitative chemical analysis using the methods of atomic absorption and atomic emission spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography, toxicological analysis. Results. Pilot tests have shown that after freezing, the colloidal structure of lignin-containing sediments is destroyed with a decrease in volume up to 40 %, humidity up to 60 %, and also with a decrease in toxicity - from the third (moderately hazardous) to the fourth (low hazardous) and fifth class (practically non-hazardous) of hazard of the waste depending on its composition. After freezing, the resulting sludge with the introduction of various additives (CHP ash, sewage treatment plant sludge) can be used as soil ground and fertilizers for reclamation of disturbed lands and crops. Thus, an environmentally friendly technology was developed for processing waste from the pulp and paper industry to obtain soil ground, which is low-energy and does not contain expensive imported equipment.

A review of the wastewater treatment plant system was carried out, as well as an analysis of the pollutant components in the discharged effluents prior to the modernization.Solutions for minimizing the damage to water objects from polluting were considered, an exhaustive comparative description of the equipment for the introduction into the system of water treatment plants was presented.As a result of the study, the choice of equipment for the disc filter system and its implementation at the stage of deep treatment was proposed and justified, as well as a diagram of water treatment facilities and an analysis of the indicators of polluting components in treated effluents after the introduction of this equipment.Finally, an economic justification for these activities was carried out according to the calculations of environmental and economic damage, as well as total payments for compensating for the negative impact on the water body.

At an international online expert meeting held on September 16, 2021, the results of the empagliflozin research program EMPA-REG Outcome, EMPEROR-Reduced and EMPEROR-Preserved were reviewed. We analyzed cardiovascular and renal outcomes during the treatment with empagliflozin in patients with chronic heart failure, regardless of the presence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The positive results of the EMPEROR-Preserved study are updated and their significance for clinical practice is discussed. Several proposals have been adopted that will accelerate the introduction of empagliflozin therapy into practice in patients with heart failure and overcome clinical inertia.На состоявшемся 16 сентября 2021 г. международном онлайн-совещании экспертов рассмотрены результаты программы исследований эмпаглифлозина: EMPA-REG Outcome, EMPEROR-Reduced и EMPEROR-Preserved. Проанализированы данные о частоте развития осложнений сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и болезни почек при применении эмпаглифлозина по сравнению с плацебо у пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью независимо от наличия сахарного диабета 2-го типа. Отмечена важность положительных результатов исследования EMPEROR-Preserved и обсуждено их значение для клинической практики. Принят ряд предложений, которые позволят ускорить внедрение терапии эмпаглифлозином в клиническую практику лечения пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью и преодолеть клиническую инертность.

The article presents the results of studies of the physicomechanical properties of composites based on cement and gypsum binders with the use of crushed waste of bulk products, including hard-to-process waste of recycled paper, as a fibrous material. Представлены результаты исследований физико-механических свойств композитов на основе цементных и гипсовых вяжущих с использованием в качестве волокнистого материала измельченных отходов бумажных продуктов, в том числе трудноперерабатываемых отходов мелованной бумаги.

ГОСТ 26493–85 регламентирует параметры вибрации оборудования целлюлозно-бумажных производств. Однако этот стандарт устарел, не учитывает современные конструкции технологического оборудования и требования новых государственных и международных стандартов. В статье сделана попытка нормирования и мониторинга вибрации технологического оборудования с учетом современных требований. Установлено два критерия оценки вибрационного состояния оборудования. Первый критерий нормирует среднее квадратическое значение амплитуды вибрации в октавных полосах частот, второй – тренд амплитуды вибрации по общему уровню. В качестве примера рассмотрены нормирование и мониторинг вибрации мельниц. Выявлена необходимость разделения по конструктивному признаку на две группы. Численно определены границы зон и тренда вибрации мельниц. Вибрационное состояние оценивается по четырем критериям: хорошо; удовлетворительно; необходимо улучшение и недопустимо. После чего принимается решение о возможном ограничении формы функционирования оборудования (предупреждение или останов). Внедрение норм и мониторинга вибрации оборудования ускорит переход к ремонтам по техническому состоянию. Методы нормирования и мониторинга вибрации технологического оборудования могут быть применены в других отраслях промышленности. GOST 26493–85 regulates parameters of vibration of equipment of pulp-and-paper manufactures. However this standard is obsolete, does not take into account modern designs of the process equipment and requirement of new state and international standards. In article attempt of normalization and monitoring of vibration of the process equipment is made in view of modern requirements. It is established two criteria of an estimation of vibrating condition of equipment. The first criterion normalizes average quadratic value of amplitude of vibration in octave strips of frequencies, on second – trend of amplitude of vibration on the general level. As an example normalization and monitoring of vibration of mills is considered. Necessity of division to constructive attribute on two groups is revealed. Numerical borders of zones and trend of vibration of mills are determined. The vibrating condition is estimated by four criteria: well; satisfactory; improvement is necessary and is inadmissible. Then it is made decision on possible restriction of the form of functioning of the equipment (the prevention or stop). Introduction of norms and monitoring of vibration of the equipment will speed up transition to repairs on a technical condition. Methods of normalization and monitoring of vibration of the process equipment can be applied in other industries.

The article considers the translations of W. Thackeray’s parody Yellowplush Papers published in the journal Biblioteka dlya Chtenia (The Reader’s Library) in 1854 and 1860 as an example of intertextual interaction between the original and the translated texts. The parody was written in the genre of silver-fork novel, which was rather popular in the English literature of the 1820s and 1830s.The genre was of interest for both Russian writers and translators at different stages of literary development (secular novellas of the 1820s and 1830s, translations of certain Western fashionable novels of the 1850s and 1860s and the Russian fashionable novel of the 1870–1880s). Thus, the translations of Thackeray’s parody under analysis can be treated as a certain stage of development of the given genre in the Russian culture. The analysis of some fragments has revealed the attempts of the Russian translators, on the one hand, to render the artistic peculiarities of Thackeray’s parody to Russian readers, including its intertextuality, which was achieved in different ways (by using colloquialisms, translating the author’s references to foreign culture realities, rendering the author’s irony, and using techniques similar to the original ones). On the other hand, the translators’ desire to ‘incorporate’ the text into Russian literature is quite obvious for them. They try to make the text understandable for the Russian readers, which is evident due to numerous allusions to the texts of the Russian culture, reduction of specific fragments, inclusion of translator’s remarks, and interpretation of the parody finale. The translators targeted both the existing parody samples of Russian literature and the unique specificity of the original. Evidently, these translation techniques met the readers’ expectations and corresponded to the requirements of the Russian translation culture. Thus, the question asked in the title is impossible to be answered unambiguously. The elements of parody are closely connected with both the cultural traditions of the source language and with the references to fashionable novel which was accepted by the popular literature and was not developed in the Russian culture of the 19th century. So the works of this genre, to say nothing of its parodies, could not be rendered without losses into a target language.

Manufacturers constantly modernize and improve technologies and equipment. In connection with perfection of technologies sorting of paper weight became much more effective. This article is devoted to fabrication of novel preceramic paper-derived functionally graded composites (FGM) based on Ti3SiC2 MAX-phase. Functional materials with a porosity gradient were fabrication by spark plasma sintering of stacked preceramic papers at 1050 °C for 5 min. Phase composition, microstructure and hardness were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and the Vickers method, respectively.

В экспериментальной части выпускной квалификационной работы была проведена оценка соответствия идентификационным признакам и маркировки требованиям нормативной документации, определены масса, толщина, плотность, влажность, Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ впитываемость воды при одностороннем смачивании, линейная деформация бумажно-Ð±ÐµÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð². Drawing paper was chosen as the objects of research. In the experimental part of the final qualifying work, an assessment of compliance with identification signs and marking with the requirements of regulatory documents was carried out, weight, thickness, density, moisture, surface water absorbency with one-sided wetting, linear deformation of paper and white goods were determined. In the economic section, the structure of the assortment and consumer preferences of paper and white goods were analyzed. The developed recommendations for improving the assortment and nomenclature of quality indicators of paper and white goods can be used in the practical activities of specialists in the field of trade, as well as in the educational process of educational institutions.

Работа связана с начальным исследованием свойств электроизоляционной бумаги из бактериальной целлюлозы с нанонаполнителями. Проанализированы стадии развития электрического пробоя ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² с диоксидом кремния. Сопоставлены величины электрической прочности композитов с разной концентрацией наночастиц и стандартной бумаги К-120. Исследована морфология ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¸ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð². Построены гистограммы распределения по размеру волокон, пор и кластеров наночастиц для композитов разного состава. Обращено внимание на неоднородное распределение нанонаполнителя по Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ материалов. Замечено, что электрический пробой материалов из бактериальной целлюлозы сопровождается длительной фазой присутствия стримеров и микроразрядов. Получено преимущество по показателю электрической прочности в 3-5 раз для ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² в сравнении с традиционной электроизоляционной бумагой. Выдвинуты предположения о влиянии наночастиц на динамику пробоя. Рекомендовано устранение неравномерности распределения наночастиц в бактериальной целлюлозе., Thesis concerns the study of the novel, made of nanofilled bacterial cellulose, electrical insulation paper’s features. The electrical breakdown development stages for composites filled with nanosilica has been analyzed. The electrical strength parameters of the composites with different nanoparticles weight content and standard electrical insulation paper K-120 has been compared. The composites morphology has been studied with scanning electron microscope. The bar graphs of the fibers, pores and nanoparticle clusters size distribution of the different composite samples has been built up. The heterogeneity of the nano fillers distribution on the material’s surface is noted. It is shown that the composites made of bacterial cellulose significantly longer resists the micro-discharges and streamers presence. The increased electrical strength of the composites, up to 3-5 times bigger than traditional electrical insulation paper, is obtained. The hypothesis about nanosilica impact on electrical breakdown dynamic are given. A nanoparticles distribution and dispersion methods are recommended consider to during the further researches will be concerned with bacterial cellulose nanofilled composites.

Within the framework of this study, the properties of obtained ceramics based on Al2O3 by spark plasma sintering (SPS) using preceramic papers are considered. This method makes it possible to obtain ceramic materials of the required shape, as well as to regulate their physicochemical properties to the required values. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the crystal structure of aluminum oxide samples was carried out alongside with determination of mechanical properties.

The article focuses on the relevant for the pulp and paper industry in the direction of reduction of energy consumption for the production of cardboard from recovered paper with the preservation of its mechanical parameters. The reduction cost is due to the partial replacement of the technology of traditional conventional preparation of the recovered paper with dry defibration. The dry defibration method affects the structural, mechanical and deformation properties of the cardboard. The purpose of the work is to obtain dependencies, listed characteristics on recovered paper content prepared by dry method. In order to maintain the mechanical and deformation properties of the cardboard when adding dry-defibrated fibers, it is necessary to correctly distribute them in the test liner layers and to set the stage of supply of dry-defibrated recovered paper into the process flow. To this end, various applications of the dry recovered paper preparation technique were experimentally analyzed, fed to and ground in an aqueous medium, and dry fibers were used to form a two-layer and three-layer test-liner cardboard. The maximum content of fibers prepared by the dry method to obtain a multilayer test-liner was 50% by weight of the cardboard, even though the main mechanical parameters, including tensile strength, bending stiffness, and short-span compression strength (SCT), changed slightly. Established optimal composition of cardboard, allowed using the results of experimental studies for industrial development. The article also provides a technical and economic estimation of different ways of dry defibration technology., Статья посвящена актуальному для целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности направлению снижения энергетических затрат при производстве картона из макулатуры с сохранением его механических показателей. Снижение энергетических затрат происходит за счет частичного замещения технологии традиционной мокрой подготовки макулатуры сухим диспергированием. Использование сухого способа диспергирования оказывает влияние на структурные, механические и деформационные свойства картона. Цель работы – получение зависимостей перечисленных характеристик от содержания макулатуры, подготовленной сухим способом. Для сохранения механических и деформационных свойств картона при добавлении волокон, подготовленных сухим способом, необходимо правильно распределить их в слоях тест-лайнера и установить место подачи, подготовленной сухим способом, макулатуры, в технологический поток. Для этого в работе экспериментально анализировались различные варианты использования технологии сухой подготовки макулатуры с подачей в массу и с последующим размолом в водной среде, а сухие волокна использовались для формования двух- и трехслойного картона тест-лайнера. Максимальное содержание волокон, подготовленных сухим способом для получения многослойного тест-лайнера, составило 50% от массы картона, при этом основные механические и деформационные показатели, в том числе сопротивление на разрыв, жесткость при изгибе, сопротивление сжатию на коротком расстоянии, изменились незначительно. Установленная оптимальная композиция картона позволила рекомендовать результаты экспериментальных исследований при проведении промышленной выработки. В статье также приведена оценка вариантов использования технологии сухой подготовки макулатуры для производства многослойного тест-лайнера.

Chapter XXXII of «The Posthumous Papers of the Pickwick Club» by Charles Dickens is compared in two Russian versions. The author draws conclusions on the historical evolution of the attitude towards word-for-word translation.

На основе документов из архива вице-короля Индии Минто рассматривается положение и деятельность англо-индийского сообщества в Британской Индии в период 1905–1908 гг., его позиция в отношении индийского национального движения. Сделаны выводы о значении архива Минто для изучения истории Индии начала XX в.

Рассмотрены вопросы введения электронного уголовного судопроизводства, в частности электронного уголовного дела, что необходимо для эффективного использования материалов в процессе расследования и разрешения уголовных дел, оптимизации процесса ознакомления с материалами уголовного дела участников процесса. Разграничены вопросы технического и правового характера и определения масштаба изменения уголовно-процессуального законодательства с введением в уголовно-процессуальный оборот категории «электронное уголовное дело». Пронализированы различные точки зрения на категорию «уголовное дело», преимущества и трудности введения электронного уголовного дела. Особое внимание уделено понятию «материалы уголовного судопроизводства» при осуществлении судебного контроля и в стадии исполнения приговора.

В статье на примере выполненных на кафедре научных исследований студентов проведен обзор и показано, что использование в научно-исследовательской работе студентов статистического анализа MS Excel способствует формированию профессиональных компетенций, созданию системного и критического мышления при изучении биохимии. Приводятся экспериментальные данные по обоснованию методики определения поверхностной плотности и зольности бумаги, картона и других листовых материалов, которая основывается на измерении интенсивности рассеянного и проходящего рентгеновского излучения.

Influence of the thermochemical processing (the cook) conditions and of the milling on characteristic of the waste paper with polyurethan and polyaziridin was studied. The waste paper was reduced to the degree size of the particles 5...8 mm in mill of the dry grind and chemical processing under higher temperature (to 70°C) by solution, contain sodium persulfate and hydroxide; duty of water 6. Duration of cook varied from 1 to 5 hours, expense of persulfate sodium varied from 2 to 12%, hydroxide sodium – from 0.5 to 3% from mass of the waste-papers. The secondary fiber was obtaining by breaking-up of the pulp in the hydropulper. The dependency of the length and factor of the form of the secondary fiber from conditions cook was absent. The slight width increasing of the fibers with the higher pH of cooking liquor was determined: from 26.5 мкм under pH 3–4 to 29 мкм under pH 8–9. The conjectural reason is swelling of the cell wall. The waste paper milling was executed in the «stream-barrier» machine. The strength properties of the paper correspond with the feature, inherent of the secondary pulp., Изучено влияние условий термохимической обработки (варки) и массного размола на свойства вторичного волокна (макулатурной массы) из влагопрочной бумаги, покрытой полиуретановой дисперсией с поперечной сшивкой полиазиридином. Макулатуру измельчали до размера частиц 5–8 мм в мельнице сухого помола, обрабатывали раствором персульфата и гидроксида натрия при температуре 70°С и гидромодуле 6. Продолжительность варки варьировали от 1 до 5 ч, расход персульфата натрия – от 2 до 12%, гидроксида натрия – от 0.5 до 3% от массы а. с. макулатуры. Вторичное волокно получали роспуском пульпы в гидроразбивателе (дезинтеграторе). Зависимость длины и фактора формы вторичных волокон от условий варки отсутствовала. Установлено небольшое увеличение ширины волокон сповышением рН варочного раствора: от 26.5 мкм при рН 3–4 до 29 мкм при рН 8...9. Предположительная причина – набухание клеточной стенки. Размол макулатурной массы выполняли гидродинамическим (безножевым) способом вустановке «струя–преграда». Прочностные свойства бумажных отливок соответствуют характеристикам, присущим вторичным волокнистым полуфабрикатам.

The aim of the work is to determine the concentration of heavy metals migration Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Hg in bidistillated water (bidistillate) from cardboard and paper samples of school notebooks of different manufacturers. The amount of Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Hg migrating into bidistilled water from cardboard and paper samples of school notebooks was determined by the method of stripping voltammetry. It is detected that Zn, Pb and Cu migrate from 12 studied samples to bidistilled water, while Cd migrates from 5 samples, and Hg – from ten samples of cardboard and paper of school notebooks. The maximum permissible migration concentrations of Zn, Cd, Pb, Hg, according to TR CU 007/2011, are not exceeded in any studied sample of cardboard and paper school notebooks. The largest total migration of heavy metals was 215.6 mg/kg or 0.379 μg from 1 sheet, and the smallest – 24.54 mg/kg or 0.177 μg from 1 sheet of the cardboard cover of the notebook.

A novel coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2 (COVID19) is especially dangerous for elderly and senile patients. Preventive measures for elderly people should cover three areas: 1) direct prevention of the viral infection, 2) preservation of the functional status and prevention of geriatric syndromes, including the use of social support measures, 3) control of comorbidities. The clinical pattern of COVID-19 in older patients may be atypical, while the mildness of symptoms (no fever, cough, shortness of breath) may not correspond to the severity of the prognosis. Delirium may be the first manifestation of COVID-19, which requires special care in its screening. Management of elderly and senile patients with COVID19 should include measures for delirium prevention, the detection and improvement of nutrition. The risk of malnutrition with sarcopenia increases with hospitalization of a patient, especially when using artificial ventilation, is associated with an unfavorable prognosis during hospitalization, accelerates the progression of senile asthenia and reduces the quality of life. Geriatric assessment is the cornerstone of determining the management of an elderly patient.

It was found that the exposure to low-temperature gas discharge plasma at atmospheric pressure is an effective way of paper cleaning from fungal spores. This effect is explained by the specific mechanisms of micro-discharges excitation and maintaining that ensure efficient (up to 90 %) reduction in the number of viable mould spores without local heating biopolymeric materials.

RIP-Pd-Test reagent indicator paper based on 1-phenyl-5-(3,4-dihydro-6-methyl-4-oxo-3H-pyrimidin-2-yl)-formazan-6-cellulose has been proposed for determining the palladium content using the sorption-reflectometry and visual-test methods in objects of complex composition. The RIP synthesis technique was described. The estimated composition of the metal complex formed as a result of the heterogeneous indicator reaction at pH 1.5–2.5 was indicated, and the forced coordination of palladium : reagent = 1:1 was ensured. When the RIP interacted with palladium (II) ions, the yellow indicator strip became green with different intensities. Under the selected conditions, the high selectivity for the detection and determination of Pd(II) was shown. With the help of the «Ecotest-2040» portable reflectometer, the reflectometry measurements were carried out using the red LED with the radiation wavelength of 660 nm. For the visual testing, the color scales were used. The indicator reaction was proposed to be carried out in three modes: without concentration and with concentration of the test solution in 100 and 1000 times on the reaction indicator zone of the paper strip (using the pocket pumping device). By the statistical method, the limit of Pd(II) determination for the visual test method (40, 0.47, 0.042 mg/l) was estimated. The palladium detection limit using the reflectometer (19, 0.22, 0.018 mg/l) for the three modes, respectively, was calculated by 3s criterion. The found values of the limiting concentrations were comparable with the metrological characteristics of the known analysis methods in which solid-phase reagents were used. The trueness of the palladium determinations in technological objects of complex composition and drugs has been proven by the independent methods - atomic emission, spectrophotometric and gravimetric methods of analysis. При взаимодействии РИБ с ионами палладия(II) желтая индикаторная полоса становилась зеленого цвета разной интенсивности. В выбранных условиях показана высокая селективность обнаружения и определения Pd(II). Рефлектометрические измерения проводили с помощью портативного рефлектометра «Экотест-2040», используя красный светодиод с длиной волны излучения 660 нм; для визуального тестирования применяли цветовые шкалы. Индикаторную реакцию предложено проводить в трех режимах: без концентрирования и с концентрированием исследуемого раствора в 100 и 1000 раз на реакционной индикаторной зоне бумажной полосы (применяя карманное прокачивающее устройство). Статистическим методом оценены значения предела определения Pd(II) для визуально-тестовой методики (40, 0.47, 0.042 мг/л) и по 3s-критерию вычислены значения предела обнаружения палладия с использованием рефлектометра (19, 0.22, 0.018 мг/л) для трех режимов, соответственно. Найденные значения предельных концентраций сопоставимы с метрологическими характеристиками известных методик анализа, в которых применяли твердофазные реагенты. Правильность определений палладия в технологических объектах сложного состава и лекарственных препаратах доказана независимыми методами – атомно-эмиссионным, спектрофотометрическим и гравиметрическим методами анализа. Полученная в работе зависимость напряженности электрического поля воздуха от длины разрядного промежутка удовлетворительно объясняет значения пробивных напряжений образцов конденсаторной бумаги при изменении их марок и толщины. Построена зависимость пробивной напряженности воздуха при нормальных условиях в диапазоне 1,36…5,54 мкм на основании расчета электростатических полей в моделях конденсаторной бумаги с сегментными поперечными сечениями цилиндрических объемов воздуха и воды. Проведено сопоставление полученной зависимости с известными экспериментальными данными. Полученные данные в диапазоне 2…5,54 мкм наиболее близки экспериментальным данным Пешо. Wood is of great practical importance as a starting material for the recovery of cellulose. Wood plays not only an important economic role as a building and finishing material, but is also one of the cheapest and most widely used raw materials for the industrial production of cellulose vines. In turn, the grinding equipment serves to divide the cellulosic materials into fibers, from the grinding of the fibers and imparting certain properties to them. One of the most important properties of paper is mechanical strength. The standard provides for certain requirements for different types of paper, depending on the consumer conditions for the use of finished products. Durability of paper is determined by various indicators characterizing: paper resistance to a gap, breakdown, tear, an anguish, lengthening to a gap. In this work, the role of milling of fibrous materials in the general preparatory cycle of pulp and paper production is considered, the advantages of knife-free milling are presented, the factors determining the strength of paper are considered, functional dependencies of the main physical and mechanical characteristics of the finished product on the complex parameter of the quality of pulp milling and the complex parameter of the machine are obtained. Numerical value of complex parameter of grinding quality is determined depending on duration of grinding., Большое практическое значение в качестве исходного материала для выделения целлюлозы имеет древесина. Древесина играет не только важную народно-хозяйственную роль в качестве строительного и отделочного материала, но и является одним из наиболее дешевых и широко используемых видов сырья для промышленного производства целлюлозы. В свою очередь, размалывающее оборудование служит для разделения целлюлозных материалов на волокна, измельчения волокон и сообщения им определенных свойств. Одним из важнейших свойств бумаги является механическая прочность. Стандарт предусматривает определенные требования к разным видам бумаги, в зависимости от потребительских условий использования готовой продукции. Прочность бумаги определяют различными показателями, характеризующими: сопротивление бумаги разрыву, продавливанию, раздиранию, надрыву, удлинению до разрыва. Вданной работе рассмотрена роль размола волокнистых материалов в общем подготовительном цикле целлюлозно-бумажного производства, представлены преимущества безножевого размола, рассмотрены факторы, определяющие прочность бумаги, получены функциональные зависимости основных физико-механических характеристик готового продукта от комплексного параметра качества помола волокнистой массы и комплексного параметра машины. Определено численное значение комплексного параметра качества размола, в зависимости от продолжительности размола.

The purpose of the final qualification work: search for optimal method of forest supply to pulp and paper mill under adverse conditions and evaluation of its efficiency. It was proposed to solve the problem of uninterrupted supply of raw materials to the pulp and paper mill under adverse road conditions using MOBISTEC mobile pavement. Application of the final qualification work results. The results are applicable to the pulp and paper mill to optimize logistic processes. Conclusions. The MOBISTEC-covered temporary timber roads are an advantageous alternative to building traditional gravel roads to transport forest from hard-to-reach areas with adverse climatic conditions.

Предметом настоящей работы является изучение влияния целлюлозы бамбука на работоспособность электроизоляционной бумаги, впервые изготовленной из указанного сырья по российской Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸. Исследования выполняются в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ договора № 772 от 24.09.2017 между СПбПУ и университетом Бинь Зыонг (Социалистическая Республика Вьетнам). Актуальность и практическая значимость темы обусловлены: выявлением перспектив применения указанного злакового растения в качестве самовоспроизводящегося сырья для производства высоковольтной ЭИБ во Вьетнаме (в перспективе, возможно, и в РФ), а также - расширением представлений о взаимосвязи особенностей целлюлозного волокна и работоспособности компонентов бумажно-пропитанной изоляции. Исследованы электрофизические и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ свойства Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ†Ð¾Ð² бумаги из бамбука и бактериальной целлюлозы; определен Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð² по волокну; сравнительная нагревостойкость (по изменению предела Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ прочности на разрыв) и сорбционная способность (оптическими методами). Результаты исследования сопоставлены с аналогичными Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ð¼Ð¸ традиционно используемой ЭИБ из целлюлозы сосны. Полученные сведения позволили заключить, что целлюлоза бамбука являются перспективным волокном для создания Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¸ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð², как для Республики Вьетнам (из национального сырья), так и для России. Вывод 5 основан на Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ²Ð¾ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð²Ðµ по ряду показателей ЭИБ из бамбука (адаптируемого к климату РФ) над прототипом из сосны, что имеет существенное значение с позиции экологии и лесосбережения., The subject of this work is the study of the effect of bamboo cellulose on the performance of electrical insulation paper, which has been produced from the mentioned raw materials according to Russian technology for the first time. The research is carried out within the framework of the International Agreement No 772 of 24 September 2017 between SPbPU and Binh Duong University (the Socialist Republic of Vietnam). The relevance and practical significance of the topic are conditioned by the identification of prospects for the use of this cereal plant as a self-reproducing raw material for the production of high-voltage EIP in Vietnam (in perspective, possibly, in the Russian Federation), as well as the expansion of ideas about the relationship between the features of cellulose fibre and the performance of the components of paper-impregnated insulation. The electrophysical and mechanical properties of experimental samples of paper made of bamboo and bacterial cellulose were investigated; their composition by fibre, comparative heat resistance (by changing the mechanical tensile strength), and sorption capacity (by optical methods) were determined. The results of the study are compared with similar characteristics of the traditionally used EIP made of pine pulp. The obtained data allowed us to conclude that bamboo cellulose is a promising fibre for the creation of high-voltage dielectrics, both for the Republic of Vietnam (from 6 national raw materials) and for Russia. The conclusion is based on the superiority in several indicators of EIP made of bamboo (adapted to the climate of the Russian Federation) over the prototype made of pine, which is of significant importance from the point of view of ecology and forest conservation.

This paper is devoted to the synthesis of composites based on Ti3SiC2/Zr-system using preceramic paper and Zr powder as feedstock. The composites of alternating layers of preceramic paper with Ti3SiC2 - powder filler and zirconium powder were sintered in spark plasma under pressure 50 MPa for 10-30 minutes at a temperature range from 1400 to 1600 °С. The influence of spark plasma sintering parameters on sintered materials` s microstructure and phase composition was analyzed.

This article is devoted to fabrication of gradient Ti3SiC2-based composites using preceramic papers as a feedstock. The initial raw material is a stack of preceramic paper with a powder filler Ti3SiC2, the content of which varies from 60 to 90% every three layers. The composites were obtained by spark plasma sintering (SPS) method at 10 MPa pressure for 10 min holding time. The sintering temperature was 1523 K. The microstructure and phase composition of the obtained gradient composites were analyzed.

In this work the flexural strength of Ti3Al(Si)C2 - based composites was measured at room temperature, 800 and 1000 °С. Preceramic paper - derived composite sintered at 1150°С and 50 MPa demonstrates the flexural strength over 900 MPa at room temperature. The flexural strength of composites decreased from 700 and 620 MPa with increasing testing temperature from 800 and 1000 °С, respectively. Moreover, the composites demonstrate plastic deformation at 1000 °С, which results in anomalous displacement of sample under mechanical load.
