Oncolytic viruses (OVs) represent a category of viruses that selectively replicate within tumor cells, destroying cancer cells through a dual mechanism involving viral oncolysis and the stimulation of the host's anti-tumor immune response. This selectivity ensures the virus targets and eliminates cancer cells while sparing healthy cells. Oncolytic virus immunotherapy refers to treatments utilizing either native or genetically modified OVs designed to replicate within tumor cells selectively. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) have demonstrated potential in facilitating the safe transportation and targeted release of oncolytic viruses at the tumor site due to their inherent tumor-specific homing capability. Utilizing MSCs as carriers for oncolytic viruses can enhance the delivery of these therapeutic agents to the tumor site, eliminating the need for direct tumor injection and reducing the associated side effects.

Upacara Adat Turun Bantayan di Desa Cikeléng, Kecamatan Japara, Kabupaten Kuningan, adalah salah satu tradisi budaya yang sarat akan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Upacara ini diadakan sebagai bentuk ungkapan rasa syukur masyarakat atas hasil panen yang melimpah serta untuk memohon keberkahan di masa mendatang. Dalam upacara ini, terdapat berbagai prosesi yang penuh dengan makna simbolis, seperti Nincak Endog yang melambangkan kelahiran dan keberlanjutan kehidupan, serta Meuleum Harupat yang mencerminkan ketahanan dan kekuatan dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode hermeneutik untuk mengungkapkan dan menafsirkan makna yang terkandung dalam setiap prosesi upacara. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan para tokoh adat serta masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upacara ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritus keagamaan dan sosial, tetapi juga sebagai media pelestarian budaya yang memperkuat identitas komunitas. Nilai-nilai seperti kebersamaan, rasa syukur, dan spiritualitas yang terkandung dalam upacara ini memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga harmoni sosial serta menjaga hubungan manusia dengan alam. Pelestarian upacara ini penting untuk mempertahankan warisan budaya yang memiliki relevansi tinggi dalam kehidupan masyarakat modern.

The purpose of this study is to test and implement the feasibility of Augmented Reality (AR) media in social studies learning that has been designed in previous research, as well as develop an implementation strategy. Augmented Reality (AR) learning media focuses on teachers and students in the classroom in social studies learning. Meanwhile, AR media helps teachers contextualize social studies learning and can be used as a source of social studies learning Quantitative research approaches use research designs and methods, namely through product testing or socialization, the level of effectiveness using pseudo-experiments in three schools in Bandung City Junior High School. The study results provide information about the feasibility and testing of AR media products that are suitable for use in social studies learning. This states that 97% of students are interested in AR learning. The effectiveness of AR media applications in social studies learning obtained a very high response from students, 90%, while the responses of teachers and students showed promising results in using AR media applications in the classroom.

Climate change and increasing global temperatures have increased the frequency and intensity of forest fires, making fire risk evaluation increasingly important. This study aims to improve the accuracy of predicting forest fuel drought conditions (Drought Code) by using the XGBoost algorithm optimized with RandomizedSearchCV. The research methods include collecting data related to forest fires, preprocessing data to ensure quality and consistency, and using RandomizedSearchCV for XGBoost hyperparameter optimization. The results showed that the optimized XGBoost model resulted in a decrease in Mean Squared Error (MSE) and an increase in R-squared value compared to the default model. The optimized model achieved an MSE of 0.0210 and R2 of 0.9820 on the test data, indicating significantly improved prediction accuracy for forest fuel drought conditions. These findings emphasize the importance of hyperparameter optimization in improving the accuracy of predictive models for forest fire risk assessment.

This research explores the potential of gastronomic tourism in the Lake Toba region of Indonesia, focusing on the unique culinary identity and traditions of the Batak tribe. Batak culinary practices are firmly rooted in local traditions and environmental conditions, with major traditional foods and drinks such as Tuak, Na Niura, and Mie Gomak having strong cultural values. Currently, Lake Toba gastronomic tourism has not become a leading tourism destination. The purpose of this study is to examine how environmental and cultural factors affect local cuisine and beverages in the Lake Toba region and to identify challenges and opportunities in promoting these gastronomic assets effectively. This qualitative research uses interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data. Key stakeholders, including local business owners and Batak cultural experts were interviewed using non-probability snowball sampling to gain comprehensive insights into the region's culinary identity. The results of the study highlight the cultural significance and potential tourist attraction of traditional Batak food and beverages. However, challenges such as tourists' lack of knowledge about local cuisine were identified. The study shows that a more structured and strategic approach, including annual food festivals and culinary tours, is needed to increase the demand for Lake Toba's Gatronomi tourism. This study underscores the need for an annual Lake Toba Gastronomy festival to utilize local culinary heritage, thereby increasing cultural preservation and tourism development in the Lake Toba region.

Purpose – The study aims to explore how integrating recent fundamental values (RFVs) from conventional accounting studies enhances the accuracy of a machine learning (ML) model for predicting stock return movement in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach – The study uses multilayer perceptron (MLP) analysis, a deep learning model subset of the ML method. The model utilizes findings from conventional accounting studies from 2019 to 2021 and samples from 10 firms in the Indonesian stock market from September 2018 to August 2019. Findings – Incorporating RFVs improves predictive accuracy in the MLP model, especially in long reporting data ranges. The accuracy of the RFVs is also higher than that of raw data and common accounting ratio inputs. Research limitations/implications – The study uses Indonesian firms as its sample. We believe our findings apply to other emerging Asian markets and add to the existing ML literature on stock prediction. Nevertheless, expanding to different samples could strengthen the results of this study. Practical implications – Governments can regulate RFV-based artificial intelligence (AI) applications for stock prediction to enhance decision-making about stock investment. Also, practitioners, analysts and investors can be inspired to develop RFV-based AI tools. Originality/value – Studies in the literature on ML-based stock prediction find limited use for fundamental values and mainly apply technical indicators. However, this study demonstrates that including RFV in the ML model improves investors’ decision-making and minimizes unethical data use and artificial intelligence-based fraud.

This study investigates the effect of companies’ sustainability performance on their future earnings management. Applying moral licensing theory, we predict that sustainability performance decreases accruals, while increases real earnings management. We analyse a dataset comprising of 47,186 firm-year observations from 44 countries during 2002–2021. We use a two-stage Heckman approach to address potential endogeneity and conduct supplementary fixed-effects regression tests for separate periods of before-after crisis and regulatory effectiveness, quality and enforcement. Our findings suggest that firms with superior sustainability performance have an impact on decreased (increased) accrual-based (real) earnings management. We also found a greater impact of sustainability initiatives by companies in countries with lower regulatory effectiveness, lower regulatory quality standards, and mandatory government regulation. This study is the first in encompassing SDGs practices through advanced testing, analysis and offering insights into the implications of government regulation on management decisions on earnings. Our research provides practical contributions for policymakers to evaluate ongoing efforts and development of corporate ESG-related policies as well as investors in using earnings information.

Background: Management of presenile cataracts with nystagmus and chronic kidney (CKD) disease is a separate problem in anesthetic procedures. The risk of anesthesia in patients with chronic kidney disease is accumulation of nephrotoxic metabolites, unstable hemodynamic during intraoperative, and fluid overload. Case: A 43-year-old man with a diagnosis of immature presenile cataract with nystagmus and comorbid CKD was planned for phacoemulsification and intraocular lens. The anesthetic technique used was regional anesthesia with peribulbar block. Site injections in the inferotemporal and medial canthus with local anesthetic drugs levobupivacaine 0.5% 5 ml and lidocaine 2% 3 ml. Discussion: Combination of peribulbar block and mild sedation provides effective analgesic and anxiolytic effects. Peribulbar blocks in nystagmus besides sensory blocks can also block motoric function so that the position of the eyeball is in center. Conclusion: The peribulbar blockade anesthetic technique can be considered as an alternative safe anesthetic technique for cataract surgery with nystagmus and CKD.

The research aims to identify a number of data related to the process of developing symbols and the cultural values created. Traditional sports games in the current era are increasingly being replaced by digital games. The type of research used is descriptive research. Researchers conducted open interviews which initially carried out in-depth observations in order to see the problem. It can be seen that the problem is that many students at SDN Tanipah school are influenced by gadgets and often play gadgets, namely games in them, so that it is influenced in the formation of the students' character in controlling themselves to communicate, work together and be responsible in it. The research results obtained in the acceptance of traditional sports games in schools are because in modern developments these games are able to become an alternative to digital games which influence the character of students. These traditional sports games are able to become a forum for character building for students at an early age today.

Development is something that is done to make things better in the future, according to the 1945 Constitution, the goal of Indonesia's national development is to create a more educated society and reduce violence, but this goal has not been fully achieved. One indicator that shows that the national development goals have not been achieved is the still high level of poverty in Indonesia. High levels of poverty will increase the costs of implementing development and will indirectly hamper development. The development process is not only related to growth but also increasing welfare, security, justice and the quality of natural resources and human resources. The development process, both in the economic and other fields, always involves human resources as the main foundation. The research was made with the aim of looking at the influence of the Human Development Index, Unemployment and Poverty on Indonesia's Economic Growth. The research method used is quantitative research by taking secondary data from BPS.

Obesity is a chronic low-grade inflammatory condition that occurs in the White Adipose Tissue (WAT). Diet is the strongest factor regulating energy balance and influencing inflammatory responses in the body. This inflammatory response can be calculated using the Dietary Inflammatory Index (DII). The aim of this research was to determine the differences between DII values for obese and non-obese people in the work area of the Sumbersari Public Health Center, Jember Regency, which was carried out from May to June 2023. This was a cross-sectional study with sample selection through a simple random sampling method. Thirty participants were included in each group. Data collection was carried out using the Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), and the data were analyzed using an independent t-test. The normality test was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and the data were normally distributed. The results obtained that There was a significant difference (p=0,000) between the DII values of the normal and obese groups. It is known that the average DII value in the normal group was +2,29 and in the obese group was +1,32, indicating that the normal group had a higher pro-inflammatory diet than the obesity group. In conclusion, there was a significant difference between the DII values in obese and non-obese groups in the working area of the Sumbersari Community Health Center, Jember Regency.

This study investigates differences in farmer income and body weight estimation for male and female Bali cattle in extensive farming in Jaro Subdistrict, Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan. A random sampling approach was used, involving farmers from nine villages. Statistical analyses revealed a significant difference (p < 0.05) in the body weights of male Bali cattle measured by an animeter compared to those estimated by middlemen. In contrast, no significant difference (p > 0.05) was observed for female Bali cattle. These differences significantly impacted farmer income for male cattle because the income estimated by the animeter exceeded that estimated by the middlemen (p < 0.05). However, no significant difference (p > 0.05) was observed between the two estimation methods for female cattle. In addition, no significant relationship was observed between the estimates made by the middlemen and those made by the animeter for both sexes of Bali cattle. This study used the Monte Carlo simulation to predict demand for male and female Bali cattle in 2024. On average, farmers were able to supply between two and three male Bali cattle and between three to seven female Bali cattle per month. To ensure a steady income, farmers are advised to supply at least one male or female Bali cattle. Moreover, farmer groups are encouraged to compensate for cattle shortages or surpluses, thereby ensuring a stable supply for middlemen and consumers.

Purpose ― This paper evaluates Indonesia's trade integration efforts and their impact on export competitiveness from 1989 to 2021. It examines the evolution of trade arrangements, starting with the ASEAN Preferential Trade Arrangement (APTA) and progressing to bilateral agreements. Methods ― Based on Leamer and Stern, the Constant Market Share Analysis (CMSA) measures Indonesia’s export competitiveness over the years. Findings ― The results indicate no significant improvement in competitiveness during the analysis period, with export growth primarily driven by the effect of world growth. Although competitiveness did not shift markedly over time, it remained positive overall, suggesting a buffer effect during economic crises. Implications ― The paper suggests Indonesia should pursue deeper trade integration and unilateral economic reforms. Drawing on Korea’s experience, combining export promotion policies with trade agreements could enhance market access and foster internal competitiveness. Originality ― This study provides long-term insights into Indonesia’s export competitiveness amidst global trade integration efforts and offers policy recommendations based on the success of Korea’s trade reforms.

Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) have drawn significant attention due to their exceptional properties and diverse range of applications, particularly in nanomedicine. The distinctive properties of MSNs, such as their high surface area, tunable pore size, and versatile surface chemistry, make them ideal candidates for various biomedical applications. This review aims to present a detailed understanding of MSNs, from synthesis and characterization to their versatile applications in biomedicine, highlighting their significant potential in advancing healthcare technologies. The synthesis methods for MSNs were comprehensively discussed, emphasizing the influence of parameters like solvent, base, alkoxysilane concentrations, and template surfactants on the size and shape of the nanostructures. Different types of MSNs, including MCM-41, SBA-15, KIT-6, and hollow MSNs, are discussed, along with their synthesis protocols and unique characteristics. The review also covers various spectroscopic techniques, such as XRD, XPS, FTIR, NMR, and fluorescence spectroscopy, which are crucial for characterizing MSNs. Furthermore, the biomedical applications of MSNs are highlighted, demonstrating their potential in drug delivery systems, imaging, and diagnostics. The review concludes with a discussion of the future perspectives and challenges in the field, providing insights into potential developments and the prospects for clinical translation.

One factor that determines teachers' success in teaching is the teacher's ability to plan lessons. Careful and good lesson planning can help create an effective learning environment, maximize students' potential, and increase their learning success. It also assists teachers in teaching in a more structured and directed manner, positively impacting student learning outcomes. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the ability of pre-service high school teachers to plan lessons based on the Merdeka Curriculum. This research is a descriptive study with 37 pre-service high school teachers as subjects. Data were collected using angles, portfolios, and interview sheets which were then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the pedagogic competence of pre-service high school teachers in terms of the ability to plan lessons according to the Merdeka Curriculum was 23% at a low level, 47% at a medium level, and 30% at a high level. Therefore, pre-service high school teacher's ability to plan to learn needs to be improved, especially in learning design scenarios and assessments. The results of this research contribute as input to related parties, in this case, the Institute of teacher education and Training Institutes, in developing teacher education and training programs that are relevant and adaptive to current educational developments.

Introduction: This study aimed to find the general distribution of certain variables as risk factors for lower extremity amputation among diabetic foot patients at the Inpatient Ward of the Department of Internal Medicine, Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital, Surabaya, from 2019 to 2020. Methods: This was a descriptive-retrospective study using data from medical records. The International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 was used to calculate the distribution. Results: The mean ± SD of age was 55.38 ± 7.503 years old and was slightly female-biased. The median (min-max) blood sugar level was 212.00 (85–446) mg/dL. Fifteen out of 16 patients had an HbA1c beyond 7.0%. The body mass index (BMI) of most patients was between normal and overweight, with a mean ± SD of 24.018 ± 4.1827. Fifteen percent of patients were smokers. Strokes were present in 3.9% of patients, cardiovascular diseases were present in 13.73% of patients, prior lower extremity amputation (LEA) history was present in 15.7% of patients, hypertension was present in 49% of patients, and dyslipidemia was present in 13 of 15 patients. The mean estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was 70.15 ± 34.498 mL/min/1.732. Conclusion: Older age, high blood sugar, high HbA1c levels, nephropathy, dyslipidemia, and hypertension had a high prevalence. Smoking, cardiovascular diseases, strokes, and prior amputation had a low prevalence. Gram-negative bacterial infection was observed in almost all reported patients. ABI results were either mostly not assessable or abnormally high. Most of the patients’ Wagner gradings were in the worst category.

The increasing demand for technology and data necessitates the enhancement of infrastructure for the Control Tower Dashboard Geographic Information System (CTD GIS) application at PT XYZ. The current system operates within a Virtual Private Server (VPS) Cloud environment but faces challenges such as data loading delays and increasing demands for broader functionalities. To address these issues, a comprehensive future infrastructure recommendation is outlined, including upgrading ArcGIS Server, integrating with Portal for ArcGIS, implementing ArcGIS Datastore, utilizing NAS Storage, and incorporating Script & VGA Server. Through the proposed infrastructure changes, the CTD GIS application is poised to navigate the dynamics of data growth, providing geospatial insights to support better decision-making processes at PT XYZ.

Television is one of the most widely used media for receiving sound and image transmissions worldwide, particularly in Indonesia. Government regulations require all television broadcasters in Indonesia to cease analog broadcasts and transition to digital broadcasts. Consequently, a device known as the Set Top Box (STB), equipped with a low noise amplifier (LNA), converts DVB-T2 digital signals into images and audio suitable for analog televisions. Tests were conducted to evaluate its signal reception capabilities. These tests took place at four Palembang city locations, utilizing indoor and outdoor antennas. The results revealed that the device's signal strength ranged from -48.7 dBm, reaching 100% signal quality, to the weakest signal at -97 dBm. Moreover, an average difference of 6.9 dB was observed between indoor and outdoor testing for each frequency. Furthermore, analyzing the average signal strength based on distance showed that the highest strength of -56.2 dBm occurred at a distance of 1.5 km from the transmitter during outdoor testing. In comparison, the weakest strength of -91.6 dBm occurred at a distance of 1.8 km during indoor testing. Additionally, a signal strength comparison between test locations indicated that the most significant difference was between the Kamboja and Plaju locations. The LNA device achieved its highest gain value of 15.2 dB. Various factors, including antenna direction, obstructions such as buildings, antenna height, signal stability, and the distance between the transmitter and receiver, influence the signal quality.

The synthesis of anethole-lauryl methacrylate (LMA) copolymer had been carried out by cationic polymerization using BF3O(C2H5)2 as the initiator without the use of solvent at room temperature (28-30 °C) over atmospheric N2 conditions. Polymerization was conducted by varying LMA concentration i.e. 2%, 4%, and 6%, (w/w) with respect to the anethole weight. Structural determination of co-poly(anethole-LMA) was done using FTIR and 1H-NMR spectrophotometer. The relative molecular weight (Mv) of co-poly (anethole-LMA) was measured by an Ostwald Viscometer at room temperature. Morphological characterization and surface area analysis of co-poly(anethole-LMA) was performed using SEM and SAA, respectively. The successful synthesis of co-poly(anethole-LMA) was proven by the disappearance of vinyl group absorption at 1696, 1638, 965, and 938 cm-1 of the FTIR spectra, as well as the loss of vinyl group proton signals at 6.4-5.5 ppm in the 1H-NMR spectra. Increasing the weight of the LMA affected the characteristics of co-poly(anethole-LMA). The relative molecular weight of co-poly(anethole-LMA) was found to rise by increasing the weight of LMA. The Mv of co-poly(anethole-LMA) 2%, 4%, and 6% were 32378.62, 50611.05, and 65133.79 g/mol, respectively. The morphology of co-poly(anethole-LMA) showed that the surface distance between particles was getting tighter and the highest surface area in co-poly(Anethole-LMA) 6% was 233.80 m2/g.

This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the fish farming group in Beji Village, Semarang Regency, regarding the operational technicalities of pellet printing machines to empower village communities. The method used in this service was training, which included lectures, questions and answers, and direct practice in making fish food pellets with material provided to participants, including knowledge of tool operation, tool components, and troubleshooting on tools. This service partner was a fish farming group in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, to improve the community's economic level around the new campus of the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic in Ngobo sub-district, which borders Beji sub-district. This service evaluation instrument used an assessment of the training participants by practicing operating, disassembling, and installing spare parts for the fish pellet printing machine themselves. The results of this service showed that most members of the fish farming group in Beji sub-district could operate the fish pellet press and care for it well. Apart from that, the quality and quantity of catfish feed increased because the the fish farming group had been able to produce fish feed independently.

The use of credit cards is increasing in today's digital era. This increase has resulted in many cases of fraud which have had a negative impact on credit card owners. To overcome this, many financial institutions have developed credit card fraud detection systems that can identify suspicious transactions. This study uses a classification method, namely random forest and decision tree to identify illegal transactions using a credit card, which then compares the results and attempts to create a model that can be useful for detecting fraud using a credit card that is more accurate and effective. The result of this study is that the accuracy provided by the Decision Tree Classifier is 0.98, while the accuracy provided by the Random Forest Classification is also 0.975. The conclusion obtained that the decision tree has a higher level of accuracy compared to the Random Forest Classification Algorithm, which is 98%. On the other hand, the Random Forest classification algorithm has a slightly lower level of accuracy compared to the Decision Tree classification algorithm, with an accuracy rate of 97.5%

As coal mining activities ceased in Sawahlunto, tourism, and the creative industry emerged as alternative avenues for the city's development. Legam is a player in the creative industry, specifically in the fashion sub-sector, specializing in coal-based jewelry production, a material abundant in Sawahlunto. Employing a na­r­rative approach and conducting interview data collection, this research aimed to identify the role of Legam Jewelry in supporting social entrepreneurship. A social entrepreneurship approach served as the analytical fra­mework, considering Legam Jewelry's unique business operations. Differences in the locations of raw ma­te­rial sources, workers' residences, and the business owner's domicile increased operational costs. It was interesting to comprehend Legam's motivation for maintaining this location difference between Bandung and Sawahlunto. The research findings indicated that Legam aligned its business processes with social entre­pre­neurship ele­ments such as social value, civil society, innovation, and economic activities. Despite being deemed capable of fulfilling these social entrepreneurship elements, several critical points required attention in Legam's business processes. One such point related to the need for government support to facilitate physical exhibitions after the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. In creating a massive social impact, efforts were necessary to en­courage the emergence of similar entrepreneurs in Sawahlunto and other regions.

This study uses a qualitative research approach to discuss the obstacles to the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAUD-driving schools in Situbondo Regency. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through in-depth interviews with PAUD teachers in kindergartens in Situbondo, including Nurul Anshor Islamic Kindergarten, DWP 1 Besuki Kindergarten, DWP 1 Asembagus Kindergarten, Kartika IV-71 Kindergarten, Nurul Huda Kindergarten, DWP 1 Jatibanteng Kindergarten, and Hasyim Asy'ari Kindergarten, direct observation in schools that were the object of research, and document analysis related to the implementation of the independent curriculum. The results of this study show obstacles. These obstacles include differences in students' learning styles and initial abilities, adaptation to the "All Day Without Mom" program, the use of less attractive worksheets, limited facilities and infrastructure, limited understanding of IT teachers, limited budget, and difficulties in preparing school documents. The recommendations proposed to overcome these obstacles are teacher training and support, cooperation with parents, development of interesting learning materials, improvement of facilities and infrastructure, IT training for teachers, efficient budget management, and support in the preparation of school documents. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that PAUD schools in Situbondo District can improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the independent curriculum and the quality of education for PAUD children holistically and sustainably.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the Liquid Assets Ratio (LAR) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) variables and the profitability of Indonesian Commercial Banks as measured by Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Return on Asset (ROA). The study's observational term, from 2013 to 2022, spans 10 years. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) financial statements are where the study's data was derived from. The data analysis technique employed Multiple linear regression is the approach of data analysis that is used. The data is first checked with traditional assumption tests, such as normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests, before employing this method. The findings demonstrated that the LAR variable has no appreciable impact on the profitability of Indonesian commercial banks. The NPL variable exhibits a large influence on the profitability of commercial banks in Indonesia, whereas the former has a negligible impact. In this study, the independent variables can account for up to 89.7% of the variation in the dependent variable, with the remaining variation being impacted by other variables.

The development of high-efficiency photocatalysts plays an important role in the application of solar energy conversion. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) with an anatase crystalline phase is well-known as semiconductor thin layers for solar cells. This work has constructed a novel TiO2 hollow sphere (HST) in a 2-step synthesis. The first step is coating the SiO2 template with TiO2 to build a core-shell of SiO2@TiO2 (CSST). The second step is etching via sonication to elute the SiO2 from CSST and construct the HST. The annealing of CSST for 1 to 6 hours and etching for 1 to 7 hours has resulted in the HST with different crystallite sizes and microstrains. The HST of ~90 nm has been fabricated with crystallite size of 9.53 to 20.54 nm and microstrain from 0.34 to 3.42. It was found that the optimum crystallite size and microstrain of HST obtained via annealing the CSST for 2 hours and etching for 5 hours has the best photooxidation of I- under UV irradiation. The optimum crystallite size and microstrain of HST via annealing and etching times can be recommended for the future of solar cell fabrication and applications.

This article aims to design a model for forecasting the number of vehicles arriving at the battery swap station (BSS). In our case, we study the relevance of the proposed approach given the rapid increase in electric vehicle users in Indonesia. Due to the vehicle electrification program from the government of Indonesia and the lack of supporting infrastructure, forecasting battery swap demands is very important for charging schedules. Forecasting the number of vehicles is done using machine learning with the long short-term memory (LSTM) method. The method is used to predict sequential data because of its ability to review previous data in addition to the current input. The result of the forecasting using the LSTM method yields a prediction score using the root-mean-square error (RMSE) of 2.3079 x 10-6 . The forecasted data can be combined with the battery charging model to acquire predicted hourly battery availability that can be processed further for optimization and scheduling.

During the pandemic, nutraceuticals are needed to boost immunity. Indonesia is one of the countries that has the potential to produce nutraceutical goods based on rhizomes like ginger, turmeric, temulawak, and other types of rhizomes. These rhizomes have been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years. This refresher contains significant health-promoting effects. Turmeric contains several components of active compounds that can act as antioxidant compounds and increase body immunity. Effervescent tablets are one sort of food product that could be made utilizing turmeric as an ingredient. The purpose of this study was to develop a formula for effervescent tablets that make use of turmeric extract and are mixed with vitamin C, which is known also to aid increase body immunity and other bodily health functions. The design is a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) Factorial pattern employing two factors: turmeric extract (30 40 %b/b) and vitamin C (5, 10, 15 %b/b). The experimental responses that were used were the solubility time, the pH value of the solution, and the antioxidant capacity (IC50 value). An increase in vitamin C concentration is associated with a corresponding rise in solution pH, which, according to SPSS analysis, reaches a maximum value of 3.96. Effervescent tablets with 40% turmeric extract and 15% vitamin C have the lowest IC50 value (0.89 mg/ml). The result represents the product's antioxidant potential to ward off free radicals in a reasonable level. This formula also has the quickest solubility time when compared to other formulae for the fabrication of effervescent tablets, with a time range of 190 seconds for 1 tablet (± 3 grams).

The thyroid storm is an emergency characterized by multiple organ failure due to severe thyrotoxicosis that is often triggered by other diseases. The diagnosis of thyroid storm is made clinically in a severe thyrotoxic patient with evidence of systemic decompensation. The Burch–Wartofsky Point Scale (BWPS) is a score that is widely used to diagnose thyroid storm, introduced by Burch and Wartofsky in 1993. In Burch–Wartofsky Point Scale, the thyroid storm diagnosis is made if there is clinically severe thyrotoxicosis with a score of 45 in a patient that has a previous history of elevated free fT3 (triiodothyronine) or fT4 (free thyroxine). But in a condition it cannot be distinguished whether a condition is caused by the effects of thyrotoxicosis or due to other diseases, then these symptoms are considered as a result of the effects of thyrotoxicosis. In the Burch–Wartofsky Point Scale, there is a pitfall. If we are accustomed to assuming a worsening of the condition in thyroid patients as a result of the effects of thyrotoxicosis, without trying to exclude the condition due to other conditions can lead to a misdiagnosis of thyroid storm. This article aims to remind us to be careful in applying diagnostic tools in diagnosing a thyroid storm.

This study aims to find out the health level of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank for the period 2017-2021 using the RGEC method. The valuation factors used are Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital factors. The object of this research is the financial statements of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The results showed that the health level of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank based on Risk Profile factors gets a healthy predicate, Good Corporate Governance gets a healthy predicate, Earning gets an unhealthy predicate and Capital gets a very healthy predicate.

This study aims to identify the effect of knowledge of business financial management, and family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this study was a S1 student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muslim Indonesia Makassar, with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling, in 100 semester FEB students as respondents. Quantitative data analysis methods and using several tests such as validity testing, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression tests, and the coefficient of determination test (adjusted r square. positive about entrepreneurial interest. By understanding the effects between these variables, it is hoped that this research can provide insight which is useful in supporting the development of entrepreneurial interests and efforts to increase the number of qualified entrepreneurs.

Umumnya, pengolahan emas di dunia dilakukan melalui proses leaching untuk mengekstrak kandungan emasnya. Salah satu teknik yang biasa digunakan dalam melindi bijih emas terutama yang memiliki kadar rendah yaitu metode heap leaching. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengelola emas dengan teknik tersebut adalah PT J Resources Bolaang Mongondow. Pada proses heap leaching di PT J Resources Bolaang Mongondow ada beberapa parameter yang menjadi penentu hasil akhir dari proses ini, diantaranya yaitu konsentrasi oksigen terlarut dan ukuran bijih. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh aerasi dan ukuran bijih terhadap persen ekstraksi emas melalui prinsip pelindian dengan agitation leach test. Penelitian ini menggunakan bijih emas oksida dengan ukuran +6 dan -6 mm. Kedua ukuran tersebut masing-masing diberi perlakuan aerasi dan non aerasi dalam proses pelindian selama 48 jam. Dari hasil percobaan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa persen ekstraksi tertinggi dihasilkan pada ukuran +6 mm dengan treatment non aerasi yaitu sebesar 90%. Sedangkan pada ukuran -6 mm, persen ekstraksi tertinggi didapatkan pada treatment aerasi sebesar 84%. Setelah dilakukan analisis data ditemukan bahwa hasil ini sangat bergantung pada tingkat oksigen dan kandungan base metal pada proses pelindian.

A new hybrid system, known as photovoltaic–thermal–thermoelectric (PVT-TE), has been proposed to enhance the conversion efficiency of PV cells by incorporating an intelligent thermal management system, which leverages the dual functions of thermoelectric (TE). This study aims to explore the potential for creating a hybrid system that is more efficient and offers improved performance than standalone photovoltaic thermal (PVT) systems. The key parameters for the creation of a hybrid system were analysed, and the theoretical and experimental results were compared to validate the model. The performance of the PVT-TE collector was evaluated through a steady-state analysis using a one dimensional (1D) mathematical model. Energy balance equations were solved using Microsoft Excel and inverse matrix method. Experiments on PVT and PVT-TE collectors were examined at a solar radiation intensity of 593.16 W/m2. The air mass flow rate was set at 0.009, 0.021, 0.039, 0.069 and 0.095 kg/s for specific radiation intensity. The thermal and electrical performance of the hybrid system was higher than that of the conventional PVT system. The PVT-TE system combines photovoltaic and thermoelectric components, including a thermoelectric module and an air collector. The integration improves system efficiency and performance, surpassing previous research efforts. The PVT-TE system with an air collector has innovative features including efficient thermal-electric conversion, integrated component utilisation, and air collector integration. The overall efficiency of the hybrid system was 7.05%–31.13% higher than the theoretical values and 9.64%–34.83% higher than the experimental values. The increase in the output power of the hybrid system was also higher by 32.59%–55.93%. The findings indicate that the integration thermoelectric (TE) with PV cells has the potential to enhance solar thermal systems' performance. This study provides the basis for further analysis and optimisation of PVT-TE hybrid systems.

This study aims to evaluate and document learning outcomes using the SOLO taxonomy model as an indicator of learning outcomes. Higher order thinking skills towards critical thinking elements. This research uses case studies with mixed methods qualitative and quantitative research methods with documentation research instruments of data analysis. The research sample was conducted in 2 4th grade elementary schools in Jakarta which implemented the IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum by using the results of the SOLO taxonomy assessment. Data collection is done by interview method, analysis of the researched data documentation on critical thinking skills using the SOLO Taxonomy framework in the learning process and the level of assessment descriptors as scores or grading student report card assessments. The SOLO taxonomy descriptor level of the highest level of thinking skills is Extended Abstract with an assessment descriptor value of 5 and the lowest descriptor value of 3 (multi-structural) for reporting learning outcomes based on the achievement of student learning outcomes on understanding the concept of knowledge. Stages of students' critical thinking from not knowing to the level of understanding of concepts/learning outcomes related to real life. So it can be concluded that the results of this case study research can be used as an evaluation of the reporting of learning outcomes on critical thinking skills in the learning process and documentation of reporting assessments of learning at the elementary school level. The higher the students' critical thinking skills in understanding the concept of learning outcomes, the students reach the Higher Order Thinking Skills stage or the high-level skills needed in 21st century learning in solving real-life cognitive problems.

This study suggests how adaptive event organizers should be toward virtual and hybrid events, explore the constraints, and recommend policies to support virtual and hybrid events in Indonesia. It uses a quantitative descriptive method, and data are collected through an online survey using the Survey Monkey application. The survey was conducted from August to September 2021, involving 170 event organizer managers. The result shows that they mostly earn income from management fees during the pandemic. Event organizers also take several ways to increase engagement in virtual events, such as combining internal and external resources to serve personnel and technical equipment and to keep the events productive. Policy support through capacity building in some aspects is highly recommended to increase the managerial skills of event organizers to produce higher quality outputs of the event. The suggested training materials cover how to monetize virtual events, how to improve skills in the technological aspects, and how to increase engagement for participants. This research provides an overview of virtual and hybrid events in Indonesia so that the government can take the necessary policies in creating quality events, especially during the pandemic.

Coffee is a drink favored by the broader community because of its distinctive taste. One of the kinds of coffee drinks consumed widely is instant ginger coffee. Ginger coffee has the advantage of natural antioxidant potential. It is necessary to innovate new products that are more practical and accepted by consumers and served with cold water, namely tablet effervescent drinks. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of the concentration of ginger-coffee powder and variations in the organic acid on the chemical and physical properties of effervescent tablets. The ginger-coffee powder was made by crystallization with a ratio of 1:1 of them. Tablet effervescent formulated with two kinds of acid, i.e., tartaric acid, malic acid, and a combination. The results showed that increasing ginger-coffee powder concentration significantly decreases moisture content, IC50, hardness, and lightness (L*). In contrast it significantly increased acid content, phenolic content, redness (a*), and yellowness (b*). Tablet with a combination of tartaric acid and malic acid has lower IC50, hardness, and lightness. In contrast, it has higher phenolic compounds, redness, and yellowness. The best formula formaking ginger-coffee effervescent tablets was a concentration of 50 % ginger-coffee powder with a combination of tartaric acid and malic acid.

Abstract Controlling the premature release of hydrophobic drugs like quercetin over physiological conditions remains a challenge motivating the development of smart and responsive drug carriers in recent years. This present work reported a surface modification of mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) by a functional compound having both amines (as a positively charged group) and carboxylic (negatively charged group), namely 4-((2-aminoethyl)amino)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid (AmEA) prepared via simple mechanochemistry approach. The impact of MSN surface modification on physical, textural, and morphological features was evaluated by TGA, N2 adsorption–desorption, PSA-zeta, SEM, and TEM. The BET surface area of AmEA-modified MSN (MSN-AmEA) was found to be 858.41 m2 g−1 with a pore size of 2.69 nm which could accommodate a high concentration of quercetin 118% higher than MSN. In addition, the colloidal stability of MSN-AmEA was greatly improved as indicated by high zeta potential especially at pH 4 compared to MSN. In contrast to MSN, MSN-AmEA has better in controlling quercetin release triggered by pH, thanks to the presence of the functional groups that have a pose-sensitive interaction hence it may fully control the quercetin release, as elaborated by the DFT study. Therefore, the controlled release of quercetin over MSN-AmEA verified its capability of acting as a smart drug delivery system.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran tentang tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet dan gamer eSports yang ada di daerah lahan basah yaitu Banjarbaru dan Banjarmasin, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu menggambarkan dua kelompok: atlet dan gamer. Data yang didapat berdasarkan pengukuran melalui angket survei dan tes lari 1600 m terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Setelah dianalisis dari beberapa indikator amatan, frekuensi dalam melakukan aktivitas olahraga dalam satu minggu, lama aktivitas olahraga yang dilakukan, dan jenis olahraga yang dilakukan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet eSport berada pada kategori kurang. Atlet eSport rata-rata melaksanakan aktivitas olahraga 2 hari dalam satu minggu. Durasi melakukan aktivitas olahraga antara 30 sampai 45 menit. Jenis aktivitas olahraga yang dilakukan atlit eSports adalah jalan kaki dan lari. Sedangkan kelompok gamer memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani dengan kategori sedang. Gamer melaksanakan aktivitas olahraga rata-rata 2 sampai 4 kali dalam satu minggu. Durasi waktu dalam melakukan aktivitas olahraga 45 menit sampai lebih dari satu jam. Jenis aktivitas olahraga yang dilakukan lebih bervariasi yakni jalan, lari, futsal, renang dan bersepeda.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari sejarah Kristen di Batavia, mempelajari sejarah Kristen di Kampung Sawahpondok Gede, mengetahui tentang kegiatan keagamaan umat Kristen di Kampung Sawahpondok Gede. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah, yaitu heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, Agama Kristen masuk ke Indonesia pada abad ke-7 tetapi Batavia tidak bertahan lama pada abad ke-19, ada utusan Zending dan individu yang aktif memberitakan Injil. Diantaranya adalah Pendeta Raja (1824-1884), yang mendirikan Gereja "Rehoboth" di Jatinegara, dan Bapak Anthing (1820-1883), yang merupakan Wakil Ketua Mahkamah Agung. Sementara Tuan Anthing menganggap Batavia sebagai ladang kerja yang sempit dan tandus, dan bahwa pemberitaan Injil oleh pekerja asing dengan menggunakan metode kebarat-baratan tidak mungkin tercapai, katanya, Injil harus diberitakan oleh penduduk asli dengan cara asli. Gereja-gereja di Indonesia telah lama memahami bahwa sekolah Kristen. Lembaga pendidikan Kristen adalah sarana paling strategis tidak hanya dalam konteks mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, tetapi juga mencerdaskan dunia siswa.

The purpose of this research is to find out the problems of learning Sundanese in linguistic and non-linguistic dimensions. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. Sources of data in this study were the deputy head of curriculum, Sundanese language teachers, and class X students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were stationery, interview guides, cell phones, and questionnaires. Data analysis using content analysis. The results of this study are 1) Problems of learning Sundanese language linguistic dimensions phonological errors in 72 cases with a percentage of 53.33%, syntactic errors in 75 cases with a percentage of 55.5%, syntactic errors in 80 cases with a percentage of 59.2, lexical errors -Semantic 20 cases with a percentage of 15%.; 2) The problems of learning Sundanese in the non-linguistic dimension have several obstacles in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the teacher's learning model is still monotonous, the teacher's understanding of IT is still lacking, the learning media is still limited, and there is still a lack of student interest and motivation in learning languages. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi linguistik dan nonlinguistik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian yaitu wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru bahasa Sunda, dan siswa kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu alat tulis, pedoman wawancara, handphone, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi linguistik terdiri dari kesalahan fonologi sebanyak 72 kasus dengan persentase 53,33%, kesalahan morfologi sebanyak 75 kasus dengan persentase 55,5%, kesalahan sintaksis 80 kasus dengan persentase 59,2%, dan kesalahan leksiko-semantis 20 kasus dengan persentase 15%; 2) Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi nonlinguistik terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013, model pembelajaran guru yang masih monoton, pemahaman guru terhadap IT masih kurang, media pembelajaran masih terbatas, dan masih kurangnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar kebahasaan.

This study aims to explore the perceptions of pre-service elementary school teachers towards the concept of education for sustainable development through character education. This study is a descriptive research in which the object of research is 142 pre-service elementary school teachers at one of the universities in Surabaya, Indonesia. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 6 structured questions and 1 open-ended question that was distributed through Google form. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, most of the respondents agreed that education for sustainable development through character education is very important in primary schools Introduction. In addition, aspects that need to be considered in implementing education for sustainable development through character education are the formation of attitudes and values, environmental awareness, social skills development, and holistic learning experiences.

Supply chain institutions are management relationships or systematic working system and mutually supportive between several supply chain partnership of institutions. The aim of this study was to determine the role of institutions in the supply chain for cocoa commodities in Bulukumba Regency and to analyze the added value of each actor in the supply chain for cocoa commodities in Bulukumba Regency. The method of determining the sample was done by purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis and supply chain value added analysis were used as Institutional role data analysis using the hayami method. The results of the study showed that supply chain institutions had a role for the success of the cocoa supply chain. Analysis of added value of farmers was Rp. 29,029,000 with added value of the collector traders was Rp. 1,900/kg, wholesalers added value of Rp. 1,900/kg and the added value of the cocoa processing home industry was Rp. 32,500/kg. Therefore, all the institutions involved had their important roles for the success of the cocoa supply chain. The roles were cultivating, providing assistance, processing, buying and selling. The added value of the cocoa processing home industry was high (>50%), while the added value of wholesalers and collector trades low (>50%).

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Fraktur kondilus dan Korpus mandibula merupakan fraktur pada mandibula yang cukup sering terjadi pasca trauma. Komplikasi yang sering terjadi akibat fraktur kondilus dan korpus mandibula pada anak adalah ankilosis dan gangguan sendi sendi temporomandibula. Perawatan fraktur mandibula dapat dengan reduksi terbuka atau reduksi tertutup. Penanganan fraktur secara sederhana dan teknik yang tepat dapat mencegah komplikasi lebih lanjut. Tujuan laporan kasus ini memaparkan dan membahas penatalaksanaan kegawatdaruratan pada pasien remaja yang menderita fraktur kondilus dan korpus mandibula dengan reduksi tertutup. Laporan kasus: Pasien perempuan usia 16 tahun datang ke Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Unpad dengan keluhan perdarahan dari mulut dan sulit membuka mulut akibat kecelakaan lalu-lintas. Pemeriksaan klinis dan radiografis menunjukan adanya fraktur kondilus bilateral dan fraktur korpus mandibula. Pasien dilakukan pembersihan dan penjahitan luka, perawatan fraktur kondilus dengan reduksi tertutup dan fiksasi maksilomandibular dengan arch bar. Kontrol pada minggu ke 12 menunjukkan hasil perbaikan. Simpulan: Penatalaksanaan fraktur kondilus dan Korpus mandibula dengan reduksi tertutup yang tepat menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan secara anantomi dan fungsi pada saat penatalaksaan kedaruratan trauma. Complications that often occur due to condyle and mandibular corpus fractures in children are ankylosis and temporomandibular joint disorders. Mandibular fractures can be treated with open reduction or closed reduction. Simple fracture management and proper technique can prevent further complications. This case report aimed to present and analyse the emergency management of condyle and mandibular corpus fractures in an adolescent patient with closed reduction. Case report: A 16-year-old female patient came to Universitas Padjadjaran Dental Hospital with complaints of oral bleeding and mouth-opening difficulty due to a traffic accident. Clinical and radiographic examination revealed bilateral condylar and mandibular corpus fractures. The patient was cleaned and sutured, treated for condylar fractures with closed reduction and maxillomandibular fixation with arch bars. The improvement showed at the control visit after 12 weeks. Conclusion: Management of condylar and mandibular corpus fractures with properly closed reduction showed satisfactory anatomical and functional results. Introduction During the second wave of Russia-Ukraine war, around 8 million were internally displaced. Negative mental health impact of the war cannot be underestimate. Among internally displaced persons (IDPs), particularly vulnerable category is people with neurocognitive deficits. Stress associated with displacement may cause a change not only in cognitive functions, but also affect the onset or evaluation of behavioral and psychological symptoms. Objectives to study the prevalence of neuropsychiatric disorders in hospitalized patients with dementia, who were internally displaced and to compare with general population frequency. Methods 64 IDPs with dementia (moderate and severe neurocognitive deficits) who were examined during March-September 2022. Cases of newly arrived persons were taken into account, after 1 to 30 days had passed since their relocation. The diagnosis was verified based on the ICD-10 criteria (F00-F01). The degree of neurocognitive deficit was determined using the MMSE and MoCA tests. Affective pathology was studied using the HAM-D, HAM-A, PHQ-9, AES scales. Psychotic symptoms and behavioral disorders were studied based on clinical examination and medical records. The study was conducted in Lviv Regional Psychiatric Hospital. Results among the examined patients, 60 (94% of all examined) had neuropsychiatric disorders. Among this sample, neuropsychiatric symptoms (an isolated symptom or a combination of two or more symptoms) occurred with the following frequency: apathy 16 (26.7%), anxiety49 (81.7%), depressive symptoms 32 (53.3%), agitation and aggression 41 (68.3%), hallucinatory symptoms 8 (13.3%), delusional disorders 34 (56.7%), wandering and disorientation 18 (30%), refusal of food and medicine 12 (20%) Image: Conclusions In this study the frequency of occurrence of certain neuropsychiatric syndromes among IDPs with dementia differed from the studied average frequency of occurrence of the same symptomatology among the general population. In particular, anxiety symptoms among IDPs with dementia occurred 42% more often than on average among patients with dementia in the general population (with a frequency of 81% vs 39%), agitation and aggression - 28% more often (68% vs 40%), and delusions - 16% more often (57% vs 31%). At the same time, symptoms such as apathy (by 19%) and refusal to eat (by 14%) were observed less often among IDPs with dementia than among dementia patients from the general population Disclosure of Interest None Declared

The problems discussed in this study relate to the number of employee work accidents that tend to increase each year significantly due to aspects of the work environment, work equipment and materials, and how to do work. Therefore, this study's purpose of identifying and analyzing employees' occupational health and safety at the Makassar City Fire Department. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative. The population in this study were all firefighters in the Makassar City Fire Department, with a total sample of 214 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observations, interviews, and document review using a Likert's Summated Rating (Likert's) scale analysis and SPSS 17 program assistance. The results showed that the occupational health and safety of the Makassar City firefighter department is a positive category. In addition, 196 respondents or 91,5% positive outlook and 18 respondents or 8,41% have a very positive outlook in environment work, 133 respondents or 37,9% positive outlook and 81 respondents or 37,9% positive outlooks about work equipment and materials. The last aspect shows 135 respondents or 63,1% positive outlooks and 79 respondents or 36,9% positive outlook on how to do the work

The article is aimed at analyzing the domestic and foreign environment of IT services companies; identifying problems, trends and promising solutions for the development of this industry in the future, taking into account the geopolitical and regulatory changes. The article considers the essence of the information product, the evolution of the domestic market from the provision of individual outsourcing services to the development of innovative technologies and providing comprehensive solutions to the business problems of an individual client. A structural analysis of sales of products in the context of legal organization of enterprises and activities according to the CEA, and a dynamic analysis of income and contribution to GDP of the country are carried out. The balance of foreign trade in IT services, the type and geographical structure of export-import operations indicating the main trading partners are analyzed. The main companies that operate in the domestic market are named by the number of employment of professionals and the territorial priority of their location; a characterization of IT specialists of Ukraine by age, experience, level of qualification, mentality and gender, etc. is provided. The main types of activity and the availability of human resources of leading IT companies engaged in information products and having their own centers of global business are allocated. The main competitors along with competitive advantages of domestic IT specialists are determined. The main achievements of the industry are presented. Both the global and national problems of the industry are identified, in particular the impact of the COVID-factor. The main directions of problem solving in the industry environment are proposed.

To date, Ukraine's dairy and milk-processing industry has a number of problems that hinder its effective development. Producers of milk and dairy products are trying to move away from Soviet-era standards and adopt new European technologies. To date, the dairy industry is one of the leading sectors of the economy, which provides the population with food and is a component of food security of the state, which makes this work urgent. The article analyzes the state of the dairy products market in Ukraine for the period from 2016 to 2020. The paper presents the dynamics and forecast of the values of the main economic indicators of the Ukrainian market of milk and dairy products for the next year, formulates recommendations to improve the activities of actors of the market of milk and dairy products in Ukraine. The results are obtained on the basis of structural, dynamic and matrix analysis of the market. Considered the main problems of the dairy industry, including: reducing the number of dairy processing plants, reducing the number of cattle, the low level of technological equipment in production and lack of modern equipment for storage and processing of raw materials. As a consequence, such trends have led to a significant increase in the cost of production of raw milk and an expected increase in the price of finished products, which, in turn, has led to a reduction in demand for dairy products. Using SWOT- and PEST-analysis the properties of the milk and dairy products market of Ukraine as a whole, its subjects and their interaction have been studied and presented in a systematic form. Proposals to improve the state of the market of milk and dairy products in Ukraine are formulated. The proposals are grouped into the following areas: economic activity, technology and resources and state support. The combination of state support measures, entrepreneurial efforts, and reliance on international experience will preserve food security in Ukraine and provide the population with high-quality dairy products in the required quantity, reduce imports, and introduce advanced resource-saving technologies. There is a potential opportunity for Ukrainian producers to reach new international markets, but on condition that product quality indicators are met.

The activities of the United Nations in the 21st century, as in the earlier period, are undoubtedly devoted to protection and promotion of human rights. It promotes the realization of fundamental human rights through specialized agencies in various fields taking in account concerns and needs of vulnerable groups of population, in particular indigenous peoples. The World Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), in its turn, develops policies and implements strategies and programs to guarantee food security and the right to food to aboriginal people around the world, including in Latin America.

The purpose of the article is to study the sphere of foreign trade in agrarian products using statistical methods and analysis of results; identifying business weaknesses in this sector, prospects and opportunities for the development of the agro-industrial sector in Ukraine. The article considers the essence of marketing research in the field of exports of agro-industrial products. The classification of agricultural products and its impact on the formation and activity of the market of agrarian complex are determined. The main commodity groups of agro-industrial products, the contribution of agriculture to the export activities of Ukraine and the role in the international market are identified. A structural analysis of exported products of the agrarian complex and a dynamic analysis on the basis of the export volumes in recent years are carried out, taking into account the division into commodity groups, according to which the progress of the export agribusiness sphere is determined. A dynamic analysis of the number of economic entities in this sphere is carried out, the factors that affect the attractiveness of the agrarian sector for doing business are defined. The commodity structure of agricultural goods is analyzed, determining the main goods in demand and the perspective directions of trade. The geographical structure of exports of agro-industrial goods is analyzed, indicating the main countries participating in the intensive trade. The impact of the COVID-factor on the development and change of agricultural export volumes is indicated. A SWOT analysis of the sphere is carried out, the main problems and possible ways of their elimination in order to further improve international trade in the field of agrarian complex are identified. A forecast of agricultural exports at the end of 2021 and for 2022 is carried out using the extrapolation method.

ABSTRAK Suatu kemudi kapal menurut Safety Of Life At Sea (SOLAS 74) aturan 29 Bab II yang diharuskan untuk kepentingan dan keselamatan serta sesuai yang diisyaratkan pada perangkat kemudi utama pada saat kapal melaju dengan kecepatan ekonomis maksimum, harus dapat disimpangkan sebesar 35 derajat ke kiri dan ke kanan dalam waktu 28 detik. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memutar kemudi dari tengah/midship ke kanan/starboard side 35 derajat dilanjutkan ke midship dilanjutkan ke kiri/port side 35 derajat dilanjutkan ke midship. Hasil pengujian kedua sensor tersebut memiliki respons yang cepat sehingga bisa digunakan sebagai sensor dalam simulasi kemudi kapal ini. Hasil pembacaan sensor potensiometer melalui pembacaan di serial monitor arduino pada tingkat ketelitian potensiometer tersebut didapatkan dengan membagi 1023 dengan 300 sehingga dalam 1 derajat hasilnya 3,41, sedangkan tingkat ketelitian sensor incremental rotary encoder adala 4,571 didapatkan dari 160 dibagi dengan 35. Â ABSTRACT A ship's rudder according to Safety Of Life At Sea (SOLAS 74) rule 29 Chapter II which is required for the sake of safety and as required by the main steering gear when the ship is traveling at maximum economic speed, must be able to deviate 35 degrees to the left and to the left. right in 28 seconds. The test was carried out by turning the rudder from the middle/midship to the right/starboard side 35 degrees, then midship, continuing to the left/port side 35 degrees, then midship. The test results of the two sensors have a fast response so they can be used as sensors in this ship steering simulation. The potentiometer sensor reading results through readings on the Arduino serial monitor at the potentiometer accuracy level are obtained by dividing 1023 by 300 so that in 1 degree the result is 3.41, while the incremental rotary encoder sensor accuracy level is 4.571 obtained from 160 divided by 35. The article is aimed at carrying out a statistical analysis of the activities of Ukrainian enterprises providing temporary accommodation services, as well as identifying problems and providing recommendations for improving the hotel services market in view of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine. The article highlights the relevance of the research and the importance of the hospitality industry in the development of the country’s economy in view of the recent events and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine; the essence and types of hotel and restaurant business and services are considered; the main problems of development of domestic hotel economy, which require urgent solution, are allocated. The results of the carried out structural and dynamic analysis of the industry according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine are provided: changes in the number of accommodation facilities by types, forms of ownership and advantages in territorial placement. The tendencies in the activities of hotels and motels of legal ownership are analyzed, namely: number of units; number of visitors who stayed in them; volume of services sold in total and by regions of Ukraine, etc. As a result of the study, forecast models of the volume of implemented services of hotels and similar means are developed. New ways of development and improvement of the state and activity of the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine are proposed, in particular due to the provision of additional services (self-isolation, doing business, nutritive conditions) and directions of using Internet marketing with parallel work in the online mode. It is concluded that for the effective work of hotel and restaurant enterprises it is necessary to introduce a system of innovative management of enterprises development aimed at increasing the level of competitiveness, individuality, adaptability, improvement, quality.
