The aim of the study was to examine the correlations between markers of chronic systemic inflammation (CHD), inflammatory endothelial activation, blood lipid spectrum, antioxidant system, liver and heart function in patients with stable coronary heart disease in combination with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The study involved 110 people with coronary heart disease: stable angina pectoris, II FC, CH 0-I in combination with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease aged 40-69 years. The analysis of indicators of a lipid spectrum of blood is made, studied the level of ceruloplasmin, cytokines (IL-6, TNFα, IL-10), circulating endothelial microparticles (CEM) CD32+ CD40+ in the blood, the expression of kappa B inhibitor mRNA gene α (IkBα) of nuclear kappa B transcription factor in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was studied and echocardiography, liver ultrasound with color and pulse Doppler imaging were performed (blood flow velocity in portal and hepatic veins was established). The relationship between the variables was then studied by correlation analysis. Conclusion. The correlation analysis established the relationship between the expression of mRNA IkBα nuclear transcription factor Kappa B with chronic systemic inflammation of low intensity, lipid metabolism with dysfunctional changes in blood flow in the liver (blood flow velocity in the portal vein), we can conclude that chronic systemic inflammation at the molecular genetic level plays an important role in the development of both coronary heart disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and confirms the common pathogenetic mechanism of this comorbid pathology.

The article contains a list of introduced specimens of the genus Lonicera L. in the collection fund of the Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden-Institute. The PABSI collection includes 50 specimens of introduced plants of the genus Lonicera, belonging to 16 species, 8 intraspecific taxa and 2 hybrids. The age of collection honeysuckles is from 8 to 82 years. Most of the samples of honeysuckle surveyed are viable and are distinguished by high decorative qualities, winter-hardy and retain their vital form. The most viable, promising for introduction and have high decorative qualities are L. involucratа and L. caerulea. The study is one of the stages of a comprehensive description of plants states when introduced into the conditions of the Far North.

As a result of the evaluation, the plants’ inventory metrics were determined, a visual diagnosis of the trees’ condition was performed, and recommendations for further measures were formulated.

The authors of the article argue that the best way to acquire communication skills is to train in a simulated environment, since such complex skills are best acquired through experiential learning using conversational systems or chatbots, since artificial intelligence-enabled tools can listen to conversations and provide the missing information. or useful information. The authors of the article conclude that the potential of using artificial intelligence to improve intercultural communication and business communication has not yet been fully realized and believe that carefully designed research and development in this area can lead to the creation of new tools that promote more effective and harmonious intercultural communication in educational environment.

This paper analyzes an important and urgent problem that is the relationship between investments in nature, represented by environmental capital and economic growth. In the context of sustainable development and environmental conservation, interest in this topic is becoming increasingly significant. The paper examines the main theoretical concepts related to the impact of environmental capital on the economy, as well as presents the results of empirical studies confirming or refuting hypotheses about the positive impact of investments in nature on economic growth. This analysis allows us to identify key aspects of the interaction between environmental capital and economic development, which can serve as a basis for the development of effective strategies and policies in the field of sustainable development. The article also analyzes various approaches to measuring environmental capital and its impact on economic growth, taking into account the specifics of different regions and countries. Examples of successful investment strategies in nature are discussed, as well as obstacles and challenges facing the adoption of such measures.

The article contains a list of introduced specimens of the genus Sorbus L. - mountain ash in the Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden-Institute located above the Arctic Circle. The collection fund contains 56 samples of introduced plants of the genus Sorbus, belonging to 22 species and 1 subspecies. The article gives a comprehensive assessment of the viability and decorativeness of introduced plants of the genus Sorbus in the conditions of the Kola Subarctic. 75 % of the studied samples retain and are able to restore the growth shape. In half of the samples, the seeds ripen not annually, for reproduction in the culture it is necessary to attract seeds from other regions. Rowans with the highest vitality scores also have higher ornamental qualities. Evaluation of the viability and decorativeness of introduced plants of the genus Sorbus made it possible to divide the studied samples into groups: quite promising highly decorative, viable high and medium decorative, less and unpromising low and medium decorative, unviable medium and low decorative. In the conditions of the Kola Peninsula, the most viable and decorative S. aucuparia, S. aucuparia subsp. sibirica, S. sambucifolia, S. hybrida, S. commixta, S. tianschanica. The introduction of the species S. albovii, S. buschiana, S. fedorovii, S. subfusca, S. turkestanica is not promising, the plants are of interest for scientific collections.

According to the authors, economics and environmental protection should go hand in hand in the modern world, since modern eco-friendly technologies will allow entrepreneurs not only to preserve natural resources, but also to increase financial results and increase the level of business reputation, which will increase the degree of consumer loyalty to the products that such a company produces. Accordingly, it should be concluded that the prospects for interaction between ecology and the economy are extremely wide, their implementation will enable the modern economy to receive a significant incentive for growth and development.

The collection fund of the Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden-Institute contains 56 samples of introduced plants of the genus Sorbus L., belonging to 22 species and 1 subspecies. Sorbus americana, S. aucuparia, S. aucuparia ssp. sibirica, S. commixta, S. gorodkovii, S. sambucifolia bloom and bear fruit every year. S. albovii, S. buschiana, S. fedorovii, S. hybrida, S. koehneana, S. margittaiana, S. matsumurana, S. mougeotii, S. refflexipetala, S. scopulina, S. sitchensis, S. subfusca and S. tianschanica bloom and bear fruit irregularly. S. aria flowers in isolated years, the fruits do not ripen. S. turkestanica does not bloom. S.esserteauiana and S.vilmorinii did not reach generative age. The score of winter hardiness of investigated mountain ashes is 1-3, with the exception of S. albovii, S. buschiana, S. fedorovii, S. subfusca and S. turkestanica, characterized by winter hardiness scores 3-5.

The collections of open and closed ground of the northernmost Russian Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden-Institute named after N. A. Aurorin, located 120 km north of the Arctic Circle near the cities of Apatity and Kirovsk (Murmansk region), contain a unique gene pool of introduced and local plants. The collection fund of open ground plants currently includes 1864 species, subspecies, varieties, forms, varieties and plants of hybrid origin from 407 genera of 94 families. An analysis of the existing species diversity of the group of rare and endangered plants in the open ground collections of the Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden was made. The assessment of the risk of extinction of plant species was carried out using the criteria of the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The article contains a list of rare and endangered plants grown in the collection nurseries of the garden. The list of rare endangered plants in the collection fund of the Polar Alpine Botanical Garden did not include inadequately studied taxa with the conservation status DD. The Red List of Threatened Species of the International Union for Conservation of Nature includes 212 plants of the open ground collection of the Polar-Alpine Botanical Gardens Institute in need of protection, belonging to 102 genera of 46 families. 2 species have CR status - species that are on the verge of extinction. 5 species of herbaceous and 6 species of wood introducers have the EN conservation status (endangered species) , 2 species of grassy and 1 species of wood introducers are in a vulnerable position (conservation status VU). There are 6 species of grassy and 2 species of wood introducers in a state close to threatened (environmental status NT). 96 species of herbaceous plants, 2 shrubberys and 90 species and subspecies trees and shrubs have LC conservation status.

The work is devoted to the study of lateral shoots' seasonal growth of introduced species of Crataegus L. in the Kola Peninsula conditions (as exemplified by the city of Apatity). The alternation of the periods of intensive and weakened growth caused by weather conditions is typical for seasonal dynamics of growth of lateral shoots of the samples Crataegus L. introduced in the central part of the Kola Peninsula. The culmination of the linear growth of shoots occurs with an increase in average daily values of temperature and relative humidity of air. Species affiliation affects the duration of linear growth of lateral shoots of introduced Crataegus species.

The article discusses the disadvantages of digital measuring instruments. Formulated the task of modeling the measuring device for different waveforms and measurements with the use of microcomputers. Studied and selected mathematical models to describe the behavior of measuring instruments and for different waveforms. Modeled amperage characteristics of a simple electrical circuit to check the correctness of the choice and implementation of the models. Implemented a program of virtual simulation for signals of different forms. The program allows measurements regardless of the waveform that is a distinctive feature of the developed program.

There are representatives of 27 families, 60 genera, 306 species and 44 intraspecific taxons (3 varians, 17 forms and 24 classes), 22 hybrids, 372 taxon in total, 792 samples in the collections of woody introducents. The collection is dominated by plants of cultural origin, grown from seeds. 88 percents of plants are characterised by score of winter hardiness from 1 to 3. More than a third of the plants have been in testing for 31-40 years. Generative development is typical for most plants.

The results of investigations of chemical composition and emission rates of the welding fume, generated during welding using electrodes for copper alloys, are presented with the aim of improvement of their sanitary and hygienic characteristics. It is shown that in order to create new grades of welding electrodes with improved hygienic characteristics, it is necessary to have the data of the initial sanitary and hygienic evaluation in accordance with international standards. It was established that the use of binder based on pure lithium liquid glass in the coating of electrodes for welding copper alloys, increases the rate of welding fume emission into the air, as well as the content of manganese and copper oxides in it. The minimum rates of harmful emissions were recorded during the use of sodium-potassium binder, which is recommended for mass production of this type of electrodes.

The article discusses the formation of an “Ecological man” by means of psychological practices in the realities of the agricultural sector of the Krasnodar Region. The authors revealed the nature, content and characteristics of the impact of environmental anthropogenic factors on the “environmental man”; determined the criteria and conditions for the formation his ecological culture at the present stage in the realities of modern agribusiness; investigated the state of greening of rural areas of the Krasnodar Region; considered psychological practices as an effective technology for adaptation and life of the “environmental man” in the realities of the agricultural sector. The study allowed: to justify the need for the formation of an “Ecological man” and to propose a system of environmentally-oriented psychological practices for its formation and development, while simultaneously contributing to an increase in the efficiency of the agricultural sector; propose supplementing the monitoring of the ecology system of the Krasnodar Region with psychoecological and mediaecological components; to identify the possibility of highlighting the content of environmental values that determine self-development of a person and a change in attitude to the world. The analysis of structure of the introduced plants of Pinaceae family in vital forms, an origin of initial material, features of wintering and reproductive development is carried out.

Flows of a viscous incompressible liquid with a thermocapillary boundary are investigated numerically on the basis of the mathematical model that consists of the Oberbeck-Boussinesq approximation of the Navier-Stokes equations, kinematic and dynamic conditions at the free boundary and of the slip boundary conditions at solid walls. We assume that the constant temperature is kept on the solid walls. On the thermocapillary gas-liquid interface the condition of the third order for temperature is imposed. The numerical algorithm based on a finite-difference scheme of the second order approximation on space and time has been constructed. The numerical experiments are performed for water under conditions of normal and low gravity for different friction coefficients and different values of the interphase heat transfer coefficient.

The two-dimensional films, flowing down an inclined, non-uniformly heated substrate are studied. The results contain the new mathematical models developed with the help of the long-wave approximation of the Navier-Stokes and heat transfer equations or Oberbeck-Boussinesq equations in the case, when the generalized conditions are formulated at thermocapillary interface. The evolution equations for the film thickness include the effects of gravity, viscosity, capillarity, thermocapillarity, additional stress effects and evaporation.
