Photo modulated optical reflectance (PMOR) is an ideal ultra-shallow junction area metrology technique for measurement of transistor dopant distribution in integrated circuit fabrication, and the characterization of process parameters such as implant energy, implant angle, and implant dose has a significant impact on the accuracy of the ion implantation process. This study utilized deep learning to analyze various process parameters concurrently and assessed its performance on boron-doped silicon samples, the data were obtained from the power curves measured from Carrier Illumination (CI) experiments in PMOR, a deep learning model with multi-task learning architecture was developed and trained to characterize multiple process parameters, and the PMOR model incorporating a multi-task learning architecture for process parameters demonstrated superior performance in terms of accuracy and speed of characterization. The analyses indicated that applying deep learning methods to CI metrology in PMOR technology is feasible. In particular, compared with the conventional carrier irradiation technique, the ability to obtain the implantation dose and doping profile along with other process parameters such as implantation energy, implantation angle, and implantation type can better assist in the accurate realization of the ion implantation process with acceptable accuracy and time cost. Currently, the measurement of guide rail straightness error is basically a direct measurement, which cannot meet the requirements of online straightness error measurement in the machining process of the machine tool. Therefore, this paper proposes a straightness error evaluation model based on the recess pressure, which can realize the online measurement of the straightness error of hydrostatic guideways. To address the nonlinear relationship between the recess pressure and the linear deviation data of the guideway in an experiment, based on deep learning, the hydrostatic guideway straightness error was evaluated. First, the experimental data are analyzed and processed by feature, and a sliding window is processed using the data time sequence. Second, a long short-term memory network model is constructed based on an attention mechanism, the model parameters are obtained through orthogonal experiments, and the theoretical straightness error of the hydrostatic guideway is obtained via training. Finally, the theoretical values and experimental values of straightness error are compared and evaluated with the multilayer perceptron and recurrent neural network models. Background: Mechanical unloading-induced bone loss threatens prolonged spaceflight and human health. Recent studies have confirmed that osteoporosis is associated with a significant reduction in bone microvessels, but the relationship between them and the underlying mechanism under mechanical unloading are still unclear. Methods: We established a 2D clinostat and hindlimb-unloaded (HLU) mouse model to simulate unloading in vitro and in vivo. Micro-CT scanning was performed to assess changes in the bone microstructure and mass of the tibia. The levels of CD31, Endomucin (EMCN) and histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) in tibial microvessels were detected by immunofluorescence (IF) staining. In addition, we established a coculture system of microvascular endothelial cells (MVECs) and osteoblasts, and qRT‒PCR or western blotting was used to detect RNA and protein expression; cell proliferation was detected by CCK‒8 and EdU assays. ChIP was used to detect whether HDAC6 binds to the miRNA promoter region. Results: Bone mass and bone microvessels were simultaneously significantly reduced in HLU mice. Furthermore, MVECs effectively promoted the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts under coculture conditions in vitro. Mechanistically, we found that the HDAC6 content was significantly reduced in the bone microvessels of HLU mice and that HDAC6 inhibited the expression of miR-375-3p by reducing histone acetylation in the miR-375 promoter region in MVECs. miR-375-3p was upregulated under unloading and it could inhibit MVEC proliferation by directly targeting low-density lipoprotein-related receptor 5 (LRP5) expression. In addition, silencing HDAC6 promoted the miR-375-3p/LRP5 pathway to suppress MVEC proliferation under mechanical unloading, and regulation of HDAC6/miR-375-3p axis in MVECs could affect osteoblast proliferation under coculture conditions. Conclusion: Our study revealed that disuse-induced bone loss may be closely related to a reduction in the number of bone microvessels and that the modulation of MVEC function could improve bone loss induced by unloading. Background: Pulmonary artery involvement (PAI) is not rare in Takayasu arteritis (TA). Persistently elevated pulmonary arterial pressure in TA‐PAI patients leads to pulmonary hypertension (PH), and eventually cardiac death. Thus, the early detection of right ventricular dysfunction before the onset of PH is important. Purpose: To explore the potential of right ventricular global peak longitudinal and circumferential strain (RVGLS and RVGCS, respectively) in detecting right ventricular myocardial damage in TA‐PAI patients without PH. Study Type: Retrospective. Population: One hundred and six TA patients (39.6 ± 13.9 years), of whom 52 were non‐PAI and 54 were PAI patients (36 without PH and 18 with PH), along with 58 sex‐ and age‐matched healthy volunteers (HVs) (36.7 ± 13.2 years). The involved arteries were validated by aorta magnetic resonance (MR) angiography and pulmonary artery computed tomography angiography. Field Strength/Sequence: 3 T/Cine imaging sequence with a steady‐state free precession readout. Assessment: Cardiac MRI‐derived parameters measured by two radiologists independently were compared among HVs, and TA patients with and without PAI. In addition, these indices were further compared among HVs, and TA‐PAI patients with and without PH. Statistical Tests: Student's t test, one‐way ANOVA analysis, Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis, and reproducibility analysis. A P‐value of <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Although the TA‐PAI patients without PH had a similar RV ejection fraction (RVEF) with HV (P = 0.348), RVGLS (non‐PH 20.6 ± 3.7% vs. HV 24.0 ± 3.1%) was significantly lower and RVGCS (non‐PH 14.8 ± 3.9% vs. HV 13.0 ± 2.7%) higher. The TA‐PAI patients with PH had significantly poorer RVGLS (PH 13.5 ± 3.8% vs. non‐PH 20.6 ± 3.7%) and RVGCS (PH 10.9 ± 3.2% vs. non‐PH 14.8 ± 3.9%) than those without PH. Data Conclusion: Right ventricular dysfunction was detected in the TA‐PAI patients without PH. Fe2O3 supported LaMnO3 is an effective selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification catalyst, but its reaction mechanism has not been reported yet. This article is based on the density functional theory (DFT) method to study the denitrification reaction mechanism of LaMnO3/Fe2O3 catalyst, in order to guide the development and application of denitrification catalysts. The conclusion is as follows: NH3, NO, and O2 molecules can form stable adsorption on the surface of La MnO3/γFe2O3 catalysts, and NH3 molecules are more likely to be adsorbed on Mn ions. Under the oxidation of lattice oxygen, NH3 will gradually dehydrogenate to form NH2, and then will react with NO in the air to form the transitional intermediate NH2NO, to produce N2 and H2O. The mechanisms are same on Mn and Fe sites. The dehydrogenate of NH3 to form NH2 is rate determining step. Compared with pure γFe2O3, the energy barrier decreases to promote the SCR process. Traveling wave solutions are a class of invariant solutions which are critical for shallow water wave equations. In this paper, traveling wave solutions for two perturbed KP-MEW equations with a local delay convolution kernel are examined. The model equation is reduced to a planar near-Hamiltonian system via geometric singular perturbation theorem, and the qualitative properties of the corresponding unperturbed system are analyzed by using dynamical system approach. The persistence of the bounded traveling wave solutions for the perturbed KP-MEW equations with delay is investigated. By using a criterion for the monotonicity of ratio of two Abelian integrals and Melnikov’s method, the existence of kink (anti-kink) wave solutions and periodic wave solutions of the model equation are established. The result shows that the delayed KP-MEW equations with positive perturbation and the one with negative perturbation exhibit completely diverse dynamical properties. These new findings greatly enrich the understanding of dynamical properties of the traveling wave solutions of perturbed nonlinear wave equations with local delay convolution kernel. Perennial grasses have developed intricate mechanisms to adapt to diverse environments, enabling their resistance to various biotic and abiotic stressors. These mechanisms arise from strong natural selection that contributes to enhancing the adaptation of forage plants to various stress conditions. Methods such as antisense RNA technology, CRISPR/Cas9 screening, virus-induced gene silencing, and transgenic technology, are commonly utilized for investigating the stress response functionalities of grass genes in both warm-season and cool-season varieties. This review focuses on the functional identification of stress-resistance genes and regulatory elements in grasses. It synthesizes recent studies on mining functional genes, regulatory genes, and protein kinase-like signaling factors involved in stress responses in grasses. Additionally, the review outlines future research directions, providing theoretical support and references for further exploration of (i) molecular mechanisms underlying grass stress responses, (ii) cultivation and domestication of herbage, (iii) development of high-yield varieties resistant to stress, and (iv) mechanisms and breeding strategies for stress resistance in grasses. Balancing the hardness and electrical conductivity of copper alloys within complex compositions and processes poses a formidable challenge. This study proposes a strategy combining machine learning with the Pareto front techniques to identify optimal combinations of composition and processing for Cu-xTi (1.5 ≤ x ≤ 5.4, in wt.%) alloys. Through thermodynamic calculations, precipitation simulations, and experimental characterizations, the microstructural evolution of β'-Cu4Ti precipitates in the designed alloys was explored. The interpretability and predictability of the machine learning model played a crucial role in understanding impact of complex alloy compositions and processing on the evolution of properties, thereby guiding the design of Cu-Ti alloys towards improved attributes. A novel strategy integrating machine learning with Pareto front is proposed for alloy design, facilitating the rapid screening of Cu-Ti alloys that exhibit superior hardness and electrical conductivity simultaneously. There is a great demand for precision fish farming in aquaculture, and accurate fish counting is essential for precise control and monitoring of fish farming processes. Traditional fish counting is manual, time-consuming, and labor-intensive. Image recognition is an effective method for automatic counting. However, the accuracy of automatic detection in real environments is limited by the different sizes, swimming styles of fish, and the potential for mutual occlusion between multiple moving objects. This study introduces a BoTS-YOLOv5s-seg model based on YOLOv5s to achieve accurate detection of fish edge by using the YOLOv5s instance segmentation model and improving the loss function to SIoU loss while improving non-maximum suppression to reduce missed detection of overlapping objects, and finally incorporating a bottleneck transformer to make the model more focused on valid image information and reduce the model parameters. The BoTS-YOLOv5s-seg model proposed in this study to a realistic scenario with a farmed fish dataset had better performance and resulted in a small model size of only 7.1 M, and the values of mAP@0.5 and GFLOPs of the proposed algorithm reached 90.9% and 25.4, respectively, surpassing the traditional YOLOv5s-seg, YOLOv5m-seg, and YOLOv5l-seg in terms of detection results. The asset-backed securitization of public-private partnership (PPP-ABS) provides new opportunities to achieve the infrastructure sustainable development goals (SDGs). It is considered to be a refinancing instrument for PPP projects and an alternative investment instrument for institutional investors. Compared with other investment instruments, PPP-ABS has many investment advantages. However, PPP-ABS investment is a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. In order to explore the factors influencing PPP-ABS investment and how institutional investors making decision, an empirical study is conducted in this paper. Firstly, the critical external factors influencing PPP-ABS investment decision-making, including investment environment, the stability of PPP projects' cash flow, asset-backed securitization (ABS) design, and relevant parties' dutiful and contractual capacity, were identified through literature review. Then, the hesitant fuzzy numbers were used to describe the criteria values and the dispersion rate of hesitant fuzzy numbers was used to determine the criteria weights. Next, the prospect theory was used to evaluate the alternative projects' value and the VIKOR method was used to rank the projects and determine the optimal project. Finally, five PPP-ABS projects from different industries were selected for a case study, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. All above studies are expected to provide helpful reference for institutional investors' investment decision-making. Blue honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L.) is a deciduous shrub with perennial rootstock found in China. The objectives of this study were to explore the drought tolerance of blue honeysuckle, determine the effect of drought stress on two photosystems, and examine the mechanism of acquired drought tolerance. In this study, blue honeysuckle under four levels of simulated field capacity (100%, 85%, 75%, and 65% RH) was grown in split-root pots for drought stress treatment, for measuring the changes in chlorophyll content, photosynthetic characteristics, and leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. The chlorophyll content of each increased under mild stress and decreased under moderate and severe stress. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration, and stomatal conductance of blue honeysuckle decreased with the increase in water stress. However, the water utilization rate and stomatal limit system increased under mild and moderate stress and decreased under severe stress. The maximum fluorescence (Fm), maximum photochemical efficiency, and quantum efficiency of photosystem II decreased with the decrease in soil water content, and the initial fluorescence increased significantly (p < 0.01). With the decrease in soil water content, the energy allocation ratio parameters decreased under severe drought stress. The main activity of the unit reaction center parameters first increased and then decreased. ABS/CSm, TRo/CSm, ETo/CSm, and REo/CSm gradually declined. After a comprehensive analysis, the highest scores were obtained under adequate irrigation (CK). The key technologies for the ultrathin small outline package (TSOP) of large-sized high-speed chips have been designed and developed in this paper. The designing techniques, such as a 25 µm precise positioning dice attaching technique, a lead frame unit structure without a base island, and a lead co-plane layout inside the frame, were developed. The TSO package outline with a large number of leads, a frame unit arrangement, and a frame distribution with a base island and without one were improved. The technological problems, including the reduction in thickness, wafer cutting, chip sticking bonding, and plastic sealing, were successfully solved. The designed large-sized package products have many advantages, such as high availability, low cost, high reliability, and a short production cycle. Amazons is a computerized board game with complex positions that are highly challenging for humans. In this paper, we propose an efficient optimization of the Monte Carlo tree search (MCTS) algorithm for Amazons, fusing the 'Move Groups' strategy and the 'Parallel Evaluation' optimization strategy (MG-PEO). Specifically, we explain the high efficiency of the Move Groups strategy by defining a new criterion: the winning convergence distance. We also highlight the strategy's potential issue of falling into a local optimum and propose that the Parallel Evaluation mechanism can compensate for this shortcoming. Moreover, We conducted rigorous performance analysis and experiments. Performance analysis results indicate that the MCTS algorithm with the Move Groups strategy can improve the playing ability of the Amazons game by 20–30 times compared to the traditional MCTS algorithm. The Parallel Evaluation optimization further enhances the playing ability of the Amazons game by 2–3 times. Experimental results show that the MCTS algorithm with the MG-PEO strategy achieves a 23% higher game-winning rate on average compared to the traditional MCTS algorithm. The integrity of caprock sealing is a crucial factor in guaranteeing the safety and long-term feasibility of CO2 saline aquifer storage. In this study, we identified three principal mechanisms that give rise to topseal failure: (1) gradual CO2 seepage through the upper cap, (2) capillary seal failure resulting from the pressure increment due to CO2 injection, and (3) localized overpressure causing cap rupture. Through the integration of numerical simulation and geomechanics, this study offers a sealing assessment for the caprock. The thorough analysis of the sealing performance of the Guantao formation reveals that after 2000 years of CO2 injection, the caprock would undergo intrusion by 35 m without any leakage risk. Moreover, investigations into CO2–water–rock interactions suggest that precipitation reactions outweigh dissolution reactions, leading to a decreased permeability and an enhanced sealing performance. The most likely fracture mode identified is shear fracture with a critical caprock fracture pressure of 36.48 MPa. In addition to these discoveries, it is significant to consider ongoing research aimed at enhancing our ability to predict and manage potential risks associated with carbon capture and storage technologies. Sexism and gender controversies often occur on the internet in contemporary China. The prevalence of male effeminacy is a part of the growing diversity of gender representations. This article investigates the dominant discourses surrounding the debate on male feminization, and netizens' stance in Chinese social media discourse. By employing corpus-assisted critical discourse analysis, the study identifies four dominant discourses: resistance discourse, anti-discrimination discourse, patriarchal discourse, and nationalistic discourse. These discourses are constructed using various strategies, such as abstraction, authorization, categorization, and morality strategies, and are inextricably intertwined with China's sociocultural background and broader social contexts. This study offers insights into the clash between conventional and liberal views on 'soft masculinity' and exemplifies how Chinese netizens actively leverage social media platforms to express views on gender issues. Background: The pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics of nirmatrelvir (NMV) are unknown in Chinese patients with COVID‐19. Objectives: To understand the PK, as well as PK–PD characteristics of NMV for optimizing the dose in Chinese patients with COVID‐19. Methods: We enrolled 141 participants who received NMV 300 mg/ritonavir (RTV) 100 mg b.i.d. for 5 days. The NMV concentrations were analyzed using 251 blood samples. PK/PD of NMV was investigated in these COVID‐19 patients using a nonlinear mixed‐effects model. Results: The patients had a mean age of 82 years (range, 34–97). The absorption rate constant and apparent clearance of NMV in this Chinese cohort were 0.253 h−1 and 6.83 L/h, respectively, similar to Caucasian patients. No covariates affected NMV clearance. Predicted peak (Cmax) and trough concentration (Cmin) under 300 mg NMV/100 mg RTV b.i.d. were 4004 and 1498 ng/mL, respectively. Although higher AUC and Cmin were weakly associated with a slight increase in the number of cycle threshold (CT) of viral genes, no significant correlation was found, indicating a weak relationship between drug exposure and efficacy (CT). Conclusions: In all, our findings suggest no ethnic PK differences, a weak and clinically insignificant relationship between drug exposure and efficacy, suitable dosage for Chinese patients (including the elderly) based on PK parameters, and the need for further studies to determine optimal regimens for high‐risk patients due to inter‐individual variability. Monitoring of reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as O2˙−, etc., in organisms is of great significance, not only for their essential role in biological processes, but their excessive production may also result in many diseases. Flavin (FL) is a fluorophore that naturally exists in flavoenzymes, and its fluorescent emission (FE) becomes negligible when reduced. This enables the application of FL derivatives as fluorescent sensors for ROS. We presented a theoretical investigation to address the impact of amino substitution on the photophysical properties of aminoflavins (AmFLs). Resulting from the interplay of electronic and positional effects, amination at C8 enhances the electronic coupling between the ground state and the first singlet excited state by enlarging the adiabatic energy change of the electronic transitions and the emission transition dipole moments, weakens the vibronic coupling by decreasing the contribution of isoalloxazine to the frontier molecular orbitals, redshifts the absorption band, and enhances the fluorescent emission drastically in 8AmFL. Using subterranean rock cores as samples, the impact of depletion exploitation and cyclic gas injection on the occurrence and dynamic utilization of condensate oil and the damage to reservoirs were studied. Initially, the internal pore structure of the rock core was analysed using computer tomography (CT), followed by depletion and cyclic gas injection experiments, with insitu CT scanning of the samples. The results indicate that under different fracture apertures, condensate oil exhibits wave flow and slug flow states. The production effectiveness of cyclic gas injection is significantly superior to depletion exploitation production, with condensate oil saturation decreasing by over 30%. During cyclic gas injection, fractures serve as the main flow channels, with condensate oil being extracted first. In cyclic gas injection, the most significant effect is seen during the first injection, with a decrease in oil saturation of around 3%. Subsequent injections show decreases of approximately 1% and 0.5% in oil saturation respectively. As the gas injection volume increases, the extent of cumulative production rate improvement also gradually increases; however, once the injection volume reaches the reservoir pressure, the rate of cumulative production rate improvement will gradually decrease. These findings provide technical support for optimizing the development mode of condensate gas reservoirs, clarifying the seepage law of condensate oil and gas, and providing technical support for the efficient development of fractured condensate gas reservoirs. The binding of peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor γ (PPARγ) to the orphan nuclear receptor Nur77 facilitates the ubiquitination and degradation of Nur77, and leads to aberrant fatty acid uptake for breast cancer progression. Because of its crucial role in clinical prognosis, the interaction between Nur77 and PPARγ is an attractive target for anti‐breast‐cancer therapy. However, developing an inhibitor of the Nur77‐PPARγ interaction poses a technical challenge due to the absence of the crystal structure of PPARγ and its corresponding interactive model with Nur77. Here, ST‐CY14, a stapled peptide, is identified as a potent modulator of Nur77 with a KD value of 3.247 × 10−8 M by in silico analysis, rational design, and structural modification. ST‐CY14 effectively increases Nur77 protein levels by blocking the Nur77‐PPARγ interaction, thereby inhibiting lipid metabolism in breast tumor cells. Notably, ST‐CY14 significantly suppresses breast cancer growth and bone metastasis in mice. The findings demonstrate the feasibility of exploiting directly Nur77‐PPARγ interaction in breast cancer, and generate what to the best knowledge is the first direct inhibitor of the Nur77‐PPARγ interaction available for impeding fatty acid uptake and therapeutic development. Reducing interface nonradiative recombination is important for realizing highly efficient perovskite solar cells. In this work, we develop a synergistic bimolecular interlayer (SBI) strategy via 4-methoxyphenylphosphonic acid (MPA) and 2-phenylethylammonium iodide (PEAI) to functionalize the perovskite interface. MPA induces an in-situ chemical reaction at the perovskite surface via forming strong P-O-Pb covalent bonds that diminish the surface defect density and upshift the surface Fermi level. PEAI further creates an additional negative surface dipole so that a more n-type perovskite surface is constructed, which enhances electron extraction at the top interface. With this cooperative surface treatment, we greatly minimize interface nonradiative recombination through both enhanced defect passivation and improved energetics. The resulting p-i-n device achieves a stabilized power conversion efficiency of 25.53% and one of the smallest nonradiative recombination induced Voc loss of only 59 mV reported to date. We also obtain a certified efficiency of 25.05%. This work sheds light on the synergistic interface engineering for further improvement of perovskite solar cells. Reducing interface nonradiative recombination is important for realizing highly efficient perovskite solar cells. Background: The study evaluated the performance of the Mindray N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in a healthy population in China, focusing on creating a reference range for future clinical applications adjusted according to different demographics. Methods: The study measured NT-proBNP in 2277 healthy individuals. We analyzed age and sex-stratified data, performed precision, accuracy, linearitcvy, and detection limit studies, and evaluated method comparison and consistency between Roche and Mindray assays on 724 serum samples. We used Excel 2010, Medcalc, and GraphPad Prism 9. Results: In males, the 97.5th centile NT-proBNP concentration at age < 45, 45 to 54, 55 to 64, 65 to 74 and ≧ 75 were 89.4 ng/L, 126 ng/L, 206 ng/L, 386 ng/L and 522 ng/L, respectively. In females, the concentration of NT-proBNP at the same age was 132 ng/L, 229 ng/L, 262 ng/L, 297 ng/L and 807 ng/L, respectively. The repeatability precision coefficient of variation (CV%) for NT-proBNP was between 0.86 and 1.65 in analytical performance. In contrast, the reproducibility precision (CV%) for NT-proBNP was between 1.52 and 3.22, respectively. The study found a bias of accuracy of 3.73% in low-value samples (concentration: 148.69) and 7.31% in high-value samples (concentration: 1939.08). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) of 125 ng/L were 96.6%, 92.3%, 84.2%, and 98.5%, respectively. In contrast, those of 300 ng/L were 94.0%, 98.2%, 95.7% and 97.5%, respectively. Conclusions: The Mindray NT-proBNP assay showed increased levels in both males and females with age, with higher levels in women. It performs well and aligns with manufacturer specifications. A miniaturized and wideband four-port multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna pair for Wi-Fi mobile terminals application is proposed. The proposed antenna pair consists of four multi-branch antenna elements arranged orthogonally, with an overall size of 40 × 40 × 3.5 mm3 and each antenna element size of 15.2 × 3.5 mm × 0.8 mm3. The performance of the proposed antenna shows the advantages of a wide frequency band, low mutual coupling, high efficiency, and a compact structure. The wideband characteristics of the antenna elements are achieved through multi-mode resonance. The suppression of coupling is accomplished by strategically positioning the four compact antenna elements to ensure their maximum radiation directions are orthogonal, thus eliminating the need for an additional decoupling structure. In this paper, the proposed antenna is optimized in terms of the parameters then simulated and measured. The simulated results illustrate that an impedance bandwidth of the antenna is about 15% (5.06~5.88 GHz) with S11 < −10 dB, excellent port isolation exceeds 20 dB between all ports, a high radiation efficiency ranges from 51.2% to 89.9%, the maximum gain is 4.5 dBi, and the ECCs are less than 0.04. The measured results show that the −10 dB impedance bandwidth of the antenna is about 13% (5.13~5.80 GHz), the isolation between the antenna elements is better than 21 dB, the radiation efficiency ranges from 51.8% to 92.3%, the maximum gain is 5.3 dBi, and the ECCs are less than 0.05. The proposed four-port MIMO antenna works on the 5G LTE band 46 and Wi-Fi 6E operating bands. Characterization and integration of the genome, epigenome, transcriptome, proteome and metabolome of different datasets is difficult owing to a lack of ground truth. Here we develop and characterize suites of publicly available multi-omics reference materials of matched DNA, RNA, protein and metabolites derived from immortalized cell lines from a family quartet of parents and monozygotic twin daughters. These references provide built-in truth defined by relationships among the family members and the information flow from DNA to RNA to protein. We demonstrate how using a ratio-based profiling approach that scales the absolute feature values of a study sample relative to those of a concurrently measured common reference sample produces reproducible and comparable data suitable for integration across batches, labs, platforms and omics types. Our study identifies reference-free 'absolute' feature quantification as the root cause of irreproducibility in multi-omics measurement and data integration and establishes the advantages of ratio-based multi-omics profiling with common reference materials. Organisms alter the primary texture of sediments, leading to alteration in petrophysical properties mediated by a textural and mineralogical contrast between burrow-fill and sediment host, which affects reservoir properties and fluid flow characteristics. In this article, in order to understand the microscopic pore structure and flow state of fluids in microscopic pores of bioturbated reservoirs, Ophiomorpha-bearing bioturbated reservoirs in the Neogene Sanya Formation of the Qiongdongnan Basin in the northern South China Sea were selected to research. Micro-CT was applied to scan selected core plugs, and a 3D pore structure model was established. The geometric characteristics of the microscopic pore structure were quantitatively and visually characterized by a modified maximal ball algorithm, and connectivity analysis of the pore structure was carried out. Numerical simulations of the percolation characteristics of the analyzed bioturbated reservoir samples were performed using digital core software (Avizo) and multi-physics field simulation software (Comsol). The results show that: (1) 3D pore structures reveal that pore volume, pore area, pore equivalent radius, throat area, throat equivalent radius and throat length have a large distribution range; among them, the pore volume has the largest distribution range, which can vary by six orders of magnitude, indicating that the pore size distribution of the bioturbated reservoir is uneven and has strong heterogeneous characteristics; (2) the connected pore structure is very complex, and as the equivalent radius of connected pore increases, the coordination number also gradually increases, the better the connectivity. Numerical percolation simulation results also suggested that larger connected pore space plays a key role in the effective permeability of the reservoir. Beef production is the primary contributor to greenhouse gas emissions in animal husbandry. But the carbon emission distribution, potential for carbon reduction, and pathways in the main links of the beef cattle industry chain are not yet clear. Balancing efficiency and fairness while taking tailored emission reduction paths according to local conditions is crucial in helping to achieve the low-carbon animal husbandry and "dual carbon" goals. This research adopts an industry chain perspective to assess four leading beef production regions' carbon emissions, potential, and pathways in China from 2007 to 2021. We use life cycle assessment, the potential index which considers efficiency and fairness; the results are as follows: (1) The potential for carbon emission reduction in China's beef industry showed an inverted U-shaped change trend from 2007 to 2021, and the average potential for carbon emission reduction in most provinces fluctuated around 0.500. (2) The main producing areas of China's beef industry were divided into four areas of high efficiency and low fairness (Area A); high efficiency and high fairness (Area B); low efficiency and low fairness (Area C); and low efficiency and high fairness (Area D). Purpose: To examine whether a 7-day or 24-h recall period of Perioperative Symptom Assessment for Patients Undergoing Lung Surgery (PSA-Lung) was appropriate for symptom assessment after discharge. Methods: A total of 377 patients were recruited in a cohort study of patients who underwent lung surgery. We measured patient symptoms daily and weekly using the two recall period versions of the PSA-Lung scale, respectively. The psychometric properties of both versions were calculated. Spearman rank correlation coefficients and kappa (k) coefficients were used to measure the association between items score measured by the two version scales each week. Cohen's d effect size and mixed linear model were used to measure responsiveness to change over time. Results: Spearman rank correlation coefficients between the symptom scores generated by the 7-day and 24-h versions (range 0.48–0.77; all P < 0.05). The correlations increased in patients in stable condition (weekly symptom change < 2). Cronbach's α coefficients for both ratings were > 0.87 and both had good test–retest reliability. The longitudinal analysis and Cohen's d effect sizes showed that both ratings had good ability to detect changes in all items. Conclusion: The 7-day retrospective scale was as effective as the 24-h retrospective scale in terms of psychometric performance. In the stage where the patient's symptoms change rapidly, it is recommended to use the 24-h retrospective scale for symptom monitoring. State space models (SSM) with selection mechanisms and hardware-aware architectures, namely Mamba, have recently shown significant potential in long-sequence modeling. Since the complexity of transformers' self-attention mechanism is quadratic with image size, as well as increasing computational demands, researchers are currently exploring how to adapt Mamba for computer vision tasks. This paper is the first comprehensive survey that aims to provide an in-depth analysis of Mamba models within the domain of computer vision. It begins by exploring the foundational concepts contributing to Mamba's success, including the SSM framework, selection mechanisms, and hardware-aware design. Then, we review these vision Mamba models by categorizing them into foundational models and those enhanced with techniques including convolution, recurrence, and attention to improve their sophistication. Furthermore, we investigate the widespread applications of Mamba in vision tasks, which include their use as a backbone in various levels of vision processing. This encompasses general visual tasks, medical visual tasks (e.g., 2D/3D segmentation, classification, image registration, etc.), and remote sensing visual tasks. In particular, we introduce general visual tasks from two levels: high/mid-level vision (e.g., object detection, segmentation, video classification, etc.) and low-level vision (e.g., image super-resolution, image restoration, visual generation, etc.). Metagenomics is a novel genomic tool employed to accurately study the composition of microbial communities in their ecological environments, including mass transport systems. Despite the potential significance of these sites as sources of exposure, the pathogenic microbiomes in these constructed settings remain unexplored. In this study, high-throughput sequencing was utilized to identify the microbiota obtained from the Metropolitan Transport of Shanghai (MTS) during the spring and summer. A diverse range of microbiota, especially pathogens, and models for mapping diversity and environmental variables were analyzed using the metagenomic techniques. The results indicate that bacteria accounted for 95.26% of the categorized genes in the 108 aerosol samples analyzed during the spring and summer, with the remaining 4.73% attributed to eukaryotes, viruses, and archaea. We successfully identified 86 microorganisms that align with the National Microbiology Data Center's List of Pathogenic Microorganisms, uncovering unique characteristics of various species with potential health implications throughout across seasons. Additionally, the distribution and diversity of the microbiota were significantly influenced by temperature, humidity, season, and time of day. The study's findings establish a framework for investigating and evaluating potential public health risks, offering early warning of biosecurity concerns related to these built environments. They also provide a comprehensive and unbiased perspective on the characteristics of microbial communities and potential pathogens in urban metros. The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of storage temperature and pH on phenolic compounds of Phyllanthus emblica juice. Juice was stored at different temperatures and pH for 15 days and sampled on 2‐day intervals. The browning index (BI, ABS420 nm), pH, centrifugal precipitation rate (CPR), and phenolic compounds were evaluated. The results showed 4°C and pH 2.5 could effectively inhibit browning and slow down pH drop of P. emblica juice. The result of orthogonal partial least square‐discriminant analysis showed P. emblica juice stored at 4°C and pH 2.5 still had a similar phenolic composition, but at 20°C, 37°C, and pH 3.5, the score plots were concentrated only in the first 3 days. Additionally, gallic acid (GA) and ellagic acid (EA) were screened out to be the differential compounds for browning of P. emblica juice. The contents of GA, epigallocatechin (EGC), corilagin (CL), gallocatechin gallate (GCG), chebulagic acid (CA), 1,2,3,4,6‐O‐galloyl‐d‐glucose (PGG), and EA were more stable at 4°C and pH 2.5. Overall, during storage at 4°C and pH 2.5, it could inhibit the increase of GA and EA and decrease of CL, GCG, CA, and PGG, whereas EGC did not show significant difference between storage conditions. The CPR was higher at 4°C, while pH 2.5 could reduce the CPR. In conclusion, in order to maintain stability of phenolic compounds and extended storage period, the P. emblica juice could be stored at low temperature and adjust the pH to increase the stability of juice system. Mechanism analysis and technical scheme optimization on CO2 displacement and CO2 storage are based on the high-pressure physical properties of CO2-added formation oil. Oil and natural gas samples from the BZ25-1 block in the Bohai oilfield were used to conduct high-pressure physical property experiments to explore the impacts of CO2-CH4 mixed gas on the properties of formation oil. After injecting different amounts of mixed gas, the saturated pressure was measured by constant mass expansion test, the viscosity was measured by falling ball method, the expansion coefficient was measured by gas injection expansion test, and the gas–oil ratio and volume coefficient were obtained by single degassing test. The results show that with gas injection, the saturation pressure and dissolved gas–oil ratio of formation oil increase, the volume coefficient and expansion factor go up, while the oil viscosity reduces. With the increase in gas addition, the properties of formation oil continue to improve, but the increase in improvement becomes flat. With the increase in pressure, the amount of dissolved gas in the formation oil will also increase. High-purity CO2 is more helpful to change the properties of formation oil, while the gas mixed with CH4 is more beneficial to elevate the formation energy. For the BZ 25-1 block, the gas injection amount of about 80 mol% is appropriate and the CO2 purity of 60% can well balance the oil properties improvement and the formation pressure elevation. Reaumuria songarica, a drought‐resistant shrub, is widely distributed and plays a crucial role in the northern deserts of China. It is a key species for desert rehabilitation and afforestation efforts. Using the Maxent model to predict suitable planting areas for R. songarica is an important strategy for combating desertification. With 184 occurrence points of R. songarica and 13 environmental variables, the optimized Maxent model has identified the main limiting factors for its distribution. Distribution patterns and variation trends of R. songarica were projected for current and future climates (2030s, 2050s, 2070s, and 2090s) and different scenarios (ssp_126, ssp_370, and ssp_585). Results show that setting parameters to RM (regulation multiplier) = 4 and FC (feature combination) = LQHPT yields a model with good accuracy and high reliability. Currently, R. songarica is primarily suitable for desert control in eight provinces and autonomous regions, including Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai, and Ningxia. The total suitable planting area is 148.80 × 104 km2, representing 15.45% of China's land area. Precipitation (Precipitation of the wettest month, Precipitation of the warmest quarter, and Annual precipitation) and Ultraviolet‐B seasonality are the primary environmental factors limiting the growth and distribution of R. songarica. Mean temperature of the warmest quarter is the primary factor driving changes in the distribution of suitable areas for R. songarica under future climate scenarios. In future climate scenarios, the suitable planting area of R. songarica will shrink, and the distribution center will shift towards higher latitude, potentially indicate further desertification. The area of highly suitable habitat has increased, while moderately and less suitable habitat areas have decreased. Increased precipitation within R. songarica's water tolerance range is favorable for its growth and reproduction. With changes in the suitable cultivation area for R. songarica, priority should be given to exploring and utilizing its germplasm resources. Introduction and cultivation can be conducted in expanding regions, while scientifically effective measures should be implemented to protect germplasm resources in contracting regions. The findings of this study provide a theoretical basis for addressing desertification resulting from climate change and offer practical insights for the development, utilization, introduction, and cultivation of R. songarica germplasm resources. The Jimsar Sag is an important shale oil exploration target area in the Junggar Basin, northwestern China. The Permian Lucaogou Formation, with a thickness of 200–300 m, is the primary exploration target. High-frequency variation in lithology is a typical feature of the Lucaogou Formation, reflecting the fluctuation of the depositional environment and organic matter enrichment. The evolution of the depositional environment and accumulation mechanism of organic matter still need to be elucidated for the Lucaogou Formation. High-resolution sampling of the entire Lucaogou Formation was applied to a 248 m long core from Well JX in the Jimsar Sag to examine the depositional environment and organic matter enrichment. The findings unveiled that the Lucaogou Formation was deposited under a hot and arid climate, within the confines of a closed saline paleo-lake, where sediments endured an extended period of anoxic conditions, displayed periodic oscillations in paleo-temperature and paleo-salinity values over time, alongside a continuous rise in paleo-water depth. The predominant source lithology of the Lucaogou Formation is felsic igneous rock. Small-scale transgression and hydrothermal sedimentation occurred during the deposition of the Lucaogou Formation. The prevailing hot climate and enduring reducing environment fostered ideal circumstances for the enrichment of organic matter in the Lucaogou Formation. With the development of science and technology and the popularization of green environmental protection, electric vehicles have gradually entered people's lives, greatly alleviating these problems. As a power supply device for electric vehicles, the performance of batteries directly affects various indicators of vehicles. Due to their long lifespan and high energy density, lithium-ion batteries are now the preferred source of power for electric vehicles. However, due to various factors in the manufacturing and operation of lithium-ion batteries, there are often differences among individual cells. The power balance and performance of a battery pack are closely related. Thus, battery equalization is an important standard for a battery management system to work normally, and it is also one of the various battery management application problems. This paper reviews battery equalization systems and various active equalization circuits and summarizes the working principle and research progress of each active equalization circuit. Then, various active equalization circuits are analyzed and compared, and dynamic equalization for a second-life battery is introduced to enrich this review of equalization technology. In this paper, quantitative two-dimensional (2-D) phase-field simulations were performed to gain insight into the effects of B and Nb for Al-Ti-Nb balanced-ratio GH4742 alloys. The microstructure evolution during the precipitation process was simulated using the MICRESS (MICRostructure Evolution Simulation Software) package developed in the formalism of the multi-phase field model. The coupling to CALPHAD (CALculation of PHAse Diagram) thermodynamic databases was realized via the TQ interface. The morphological evolution, concentration distribution, and thermodynamic properties were extensively analyzed. It is indicated that a higher Nb content contributes to a faster precipitation rate and higher amounts and the smaller precipitate size of the γ′ phase, contributing to better mechanical properties. The segregation of the W element in γ′ precipitate due to its sluggish diffusion effect has also been observed. Higher temperatures and lower B contents accelerate the dissolution of boride and reduce the precipitation of borides. With the increased addition of B, the formation of borides may have a pinning effect on the grain boundary to hinder the kinetic process. In addition, borides are prone to precipitate around the interface rather than in the bulk phase. Once the M3B2 borides nucleate, they grow in the consumption of γ′ phases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Topical ophthalmic solutions (eye drops) are becoming increasingly popular in treating and preventing ocular diseases for their safety, noninvasiveness, and ease of handling. However, the static and dynamic barriers of eyes cause the extremely low bioavailability (<5%) of eye drops, making ocular therapy challenging. Thus, drug-eluting corneal contact lenses (DECLs) have been intensively investigated as a drug delivery device for their attractive properties, such as sustained drug release and improved bioavailability. In order to promote the clinical application of DECLs, multiple aspects, i.e., drug release and penetration, safety, and biocompatibility, of these drug delivery systems were thoroughly examined. In this review, we systematically discussed advances in DECLs, including types of preparation materials, drug-loading strategies, drug release mechanisms, strategies for penetrating ocular barriers, in vitro and in vivo drug delivery and penetration detection, safety, and biocompatibility validation methods, as well as challenges and future perspectives. Biofilms are groups of microorganisms protected by self-secreted extracellular substances. Biofilm formation on the surface of biomaterial or engineering materials becomes a severe challenge. It has caused significant health, environmental, and societal concerns. It is believed that biofilms lead to life-threatening infection, medical implant failure, foodborne disease, and marine biofouling. To address these issues, tremendous effort has been made to inhibit biofilm formation on materials. Biofilms are extremely difficult to treat once formed, so designing material and coating bearing functional groups that are capable of resisting biofilm formation has attracted increasing attention for the last two decades. Many types of antibiofilm strategies have been designed to target different stages of biofilm formation. Development of the antibiofilm material can be classified into antifouling material, antimicrobial material, fouling release material, and integrated antifouling/antimicrobial material. This review summarizes relevant research utilizing these four approaches and comments on their antibiofilm properties. The feature of each method was compared to reveal the research trend. The identification of prognostic and predictive biomarker signatures is crucial for drug development and providing personalized treatment to cancer patients. However, the discovery process often involves high-dimensional candidate biomarkers, leading to inflated family-wise error rates (FWERs) due to multiple hypothesis testing. This is an understudied area, particularly under the survival framework. To address this issue, we propose a novel three-stage approach for identifying significant biomarker signatures, including prognostic biomarkers (main effects) and predictive biomarkers (biomarker-by-treatment interactions), using Cox proportional hazard regression with high-dimensional covariates. To control the FWER, we adopt an adaptive group LASSO for variable screening and selection. We then derive adjusted p-values through multi-splitting and bootstrapping to overcome invalid p values caused by the penalized approach's restrictions. Our extensive simulations provide empirical evaluation of the FWER and model selection accuracy, demonstrating that our proposed three-stage approach outperforms existing alternatives. Furthermore, we provide detailed proofs and software implementation in R to support our theoretical contributions. Finally, we apply our method to real data from cancer genetic studies. Cisplatin is a particularly potent antineoplastic drug. However, its usefulness is restricted due to the induction of nephrotoxicity. More recent research has indicated that β-hydroxybutyrate (β-HB) protects against acute or chronic organ damage as an efficient healing agent. Nonetheless, the therapeutic mechanisms of β-HB in acute kidney damage caused by chemotherapeutic drugs remain unclear. Our study developed a model of cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury (AKI), which involved the administration of a ketogenic diet or β-HB. We analyzed blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) levels in serum, and used western blotting and immunohistochemical staining to assess ferroptosis and the calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase kinase 2 (Camkk2)/AMPK pathway. The mitochondrial morphology and function were examined. Additionally, we conducted in vivo and in vitro experiments using selective Camkk2 inhibitor or activator to investigate the protective mechanism of β-HB on cisplatin-induced AKI. Exogenous or endogenous β-HB effectively alleviated cisplatin-induced abnormally elevated levels of BUN and Cr and renal tubular necrosis in vivo. Additionally, β-HB reduced ferroptosis biomarkers and increased the levels of anti-ferroptosis biomarkers in the kidney. β-HB also improved mitochondrial morphology and function. Moreover, β-HB significantly attenuated cisplatin-induced cell ferroptosis and damage in vitro. Furthermore, western blotting and immunohistochemical staining indicated that β-HB may prevent kidney injury by regulating the Camkk2-AMPK pathway. The use of the Camkk2 inhibitor or activator verified the involvement of Camkk2 in the renal protection by β-HB. This study provided evidence of the protective effects of β-HB against cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity and identified inhibited ferroptosis and Camkk2 as potential molecular mechanisms. Cisplatin induces disruptions in mitochondrial energy metabolism and lipid peroxidation. Both endogenous and exogenous β-hydroxybutyrate can protected against cisplatin-induced renal damage by repairing mitochondrial energy homeostasis and preventing ferroptosis, and this protective effect might be attributed to Camkk2 regulation. β-HB protects against cisplatin-induced renal damage both in vivo and in vitro. Moreover, β-HB is effective in attenuating cisplatin-induced lipid peroxidation and ferroptosis. The virtual power plant (VPP) has been recognized as an effective way to facilitate penetration of renewable and distributed energy resources in electricity markets. This paper introduces an adaptive curtailment strategy for a VPP comprising a wind power plant and uncertain demand, and explores the economic advantage of adaptively adjusting wind power curtailment. A two-stage stochastic model is proposed to deal with the uncertainties in wind power generation (WPG), load demand and market prices. In the model, the bid decision is made in the face of uncertainties in the first stage, while the control (curtailment) decision is made based on realized uncertain parameters in the second stage. This paper provides the closed-form optimal curtailment decision and characterizes the optimal bid decision. An efficient binary search algorithm is developed for optimizing the bid decision. By using a distribution-free approach, we show that as the prediction accuracy of WPG improves, the optimal bid decision converges toward the expected minimal power exchange, leading to a decrease in expected operational cost with diminishing marginal return. Numerical experiments based on real-world data demonstrate that compared with the existing greedy strategy and coordinated strategy, the proposed model can decrease the expected operational cost up to 16.9% and 11.0%, respectively. Background: This study investigated the current status of the quality of life (QOL) of drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) patients in Nanjing, China, and analyzed the influencing factors. Methods: The survey was conducted among patients with DR-TB who were hospitalized in the tuberculosis department of the Second Hospital of Nanjing (Nanjing Public Health Medical Center) from July 2022 to May 2023. The Chinese version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF) questionnaire was used to investigate the QOL levels of patients with DR-TB, and a multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the QOL influencing factors. Results: A total of 135 patients participated in the study; 69.6% were male, the average age was 46.30 ± 17.98 years, 13.33% had an education level of elementary school or below, and 75.56% were married. The QOL scores were 51.35 ± 17.24, 47.04 ± 20.28, 43.89 ± 17.96, and 35.00 ± 11.57 in the physiological, psychological, social, and environmental domains, respectively. The differences between the four domain scores and the Chinese normative results were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors related to the physiological domain included residence, family per-capita monthly income, payment method, adverse drug reactions (ADRs), and comorbidities; psychological domain correlates included educational level, family per-capita monthly income, course of the disease, and caregivers; social domain correlates included age and comorbidities; and factors related to the environmental domain included age, education level, and comorbidities. Conclusions: In Nanjing, China, patients with younger age, higher education level, living in urban areas, high family per-capita monthly income, no adverse drug reactions, no comorbidities, and having caregivers have better quality of life. Future interventions to improve the quality of life of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis could be tailored to a specific factor. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Nafion, a widely used proton exchange membrane in fuel cells, is a representative perfluorosulfonic acid membrane consisting of a hydrophobic Teflon backbone and hydrophilic sulfonic acid side chains. Its thermal conductivity (k) is critical to fuel cell's thermal management. During fuel cell operation, water molecules inevitably enter Nafion and could strongly affect its k. In this work, we measure the k of Nafion of different water content (λ). Findings reveal that k is significantly low in a vacuum environment characterized as 0.110 W m−1 K−1, but at λ ∼1, a notable increase is observed, reaching 0.162 W m−1 K−1. Moreover, k at λ ≈ 6 is 60% higher than that of λ ∼1. This exceptional k increase is far beyond the theoretical prediction by the effective medium theory that only considers simply physical mixing. Rather this k increase is attributed to the formation of water clusters and channels with increased λ, creating thermal pathways through hydrogen bonding, thereby improving chemical connections within the Nafion structure and augmenting its k. Furthermore, it is observed that Nafion's k reaches the maximum value of 0.256 W m−1 K−1 at λ ≈ 6, with no further increase up to λ ≈ 10.5. This phenomenon is explained by the coalescence of water clusters at λ ≈ 6, forming channels that optimize heat transfer pathways and connections within the Nafion structure. Moreover, the free movement of water molecules within water channels (λ > 6) shows physical alterations in Nafion structure (significant volume increase), which have a lesser impact on k. Improving peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation efficiency to enhance simultaneous generation of radicals and non‐radicals is essential for removing new pollutants (NPs) in complex waters. However, achieving this with standard lattice‐structured heterogeneous catalysts remains challenging due to inefficient electron transfer. Here, CuCo2O4 properties are successfully tuned by controlling lattice distortion, enabling simultaneous PMS oxidation and reduction. Unlike the slow rate of electron transfer in heterogeneous metal catalysts with standard lattice structures, the highly active binary lattice distortion in CuCo2O4 alters the structure and electron distribution, exposes more Cu and Co sites, lowers the PMS adsorption barriers, and realizes the synergistic production of SO4•−/•OH), and 1O2. The k‐value for ciprofloxacin is as high as 17.83 min−1 M−1, 29.42 times higher than that with non‐binary lattice distortion. Additionally, the developed intermittent reactor consistently maintains a removal rate above 95% over five cycles in actual wastewater treatment scenarios. In this work, a thermally tunable optical resonator operating in the visible wavelength range is reported, which consists of a bilayer structure composed of a thin silver layer and a dielectric coating of [Fe(HB(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)3)2] switchable spin‐crossover (SCO) molecules. White light is coupled to the resonant structure using a prism and the resulting resonance spectra are investigated as a function of the incident angle and temperature. Switching the SCO molecules from the low‐spin to the high‐spin state gives rise to a substantial blueshift of the resonances reaching up to 30 nm (associated with a reflectance modulation of up to 70%), which can be linked, through transfer‐matrix simulations, to the variation of the optical thickness of the molecular layer. Interestingly, the study demonstrated that the large thermal tunability of the device also gives rise to a photothermal nonlinearity, which can be leveraged for achieving optical limiting applications. Overall, through the present study, it is shown that molecular SCO nanomaterials can be superior to commonly used thermo‐optical switches and well‐established optical phase‐change materials for applications requiring high broadband optical transparency in the visible spectral domain. The 143 A.D. west Gangu earthquake is documented to have occurred in the West Qinling area, which is located on the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau. Initial limited historical records suggest the earthquake took place along the West Qinling fault (WQLF) in the western region of Gangu County. However, the absence of corresponding geological and geomorphological evidence has posed a considerable challenge in accurately quantifying parameters such as the precise location, magnitude, and seismogenic fault segment in earlier investigations. In this study, a comprehensive examination of multiple residual surface rupture zones within the macroseismic zone of this earthquake enabled the determination of the seismogenic structure, magnitude, and rupture zone scale through diverse methodologies, which include field geological investigations, chronology testing, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) aerial surveying, and interpretation of landslides along the fault zone. The results reveal that the seismogenic structure of this seismic event is associated with the Zhangxian fault segment of the WQLF, also marked by a dense distribution of large landslides from Zhangxian to Yuanyangzhen. The epicenter was identified at the eastern end of the Zhangxian fault segment of the WQLF. Furthermore, the magnitude of the 143 A.D. west Gangu earthquake is estimated to be approximately Ms 7–7.3, with the residual surface rupture zone intermittently extending over about 22 km and a maximum horizontal dislocation along the rupture zone of 2.8 ± 0.5 m. Developing effective strategy to passivate surface defects in quantum dots (QDs) is critical to achieving high‐efficiency and long‐life perovskite light‐emitting diodes (LEDs). Here, the supramolecular interaction underpinning of organic‐inorganic components is exploited and a facile method is proposed to generate multiple‐hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular‐perovskite crystal structures on QD surfaces by introducing O‐Tolylbiguanide (O‐Tg) during QD synthesis, enabling bright, conductive, and water‐resistant CsPbI3 QDs. Compared with commonly used oleic acid and oleylamine ligands, the biguanide functional group in O‐Tg not only forms multiple hydrogen bond interactions with lead halide octahedra passivating both bridging‐ and terminal‐halogen ion defects, but also compatibly occupies the A‐site position stabilizing the crystal structure simultaneously. With fewer nonradiative defects and introduced hydrophobic benzene rings preventing eroding of polar molecules, CsPbI3 QDs exhibit remarkable photoluminescence quantum yields of 96%, and their film can be submerged in water for 30 h without degrading. The corresponding LEDs display a high external quantum efficiency (21.2%) and offer superior operational stability with a lifetime (T90) of 25 h at a constant current density as high as 50 mA cm−2.
