The integration of anionic Ti4L6 (L = embonate) cages and π-conjugated coordination cations into ordered structures can produce high-performance nonlinear optical (NLO) materials. More specifically, by employing Ti4L6 cages for assembly with mixed N,N-chelated and P,P-chelated type conjugated organic ligands and Ag+ ions, three cage-based structures have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Among them, an ion pair structure with strong π–π accumulation exhibits a significant third-order NLO response, and an excellent optical limiting effect has been experimentally verified. Simple Summary: To address the physiological response to low-temperature stress in the invasive turtle species, we investigated the hepatic metabolite alteration of Trachemys scripta elegans hatchlings under low-temperature treatments. Our results indicated that the levels of hepatic metabolites, e.g., stearolic acid, taurohyocholate, and spermidine, changed significantly in low-temperature-exposed turtles. Despite having only limited impacts on fatty acid and energy metabolism, short-term low-temperature exposure might alter the immune ability of turtles. Investigating the physiological and biochemical changes of ectothermic species before entering hibernation would contribute to the understanding of how they adapt to low-temperature environments. Here, red-eared slider turtle (Trachemys scripta elegans) hatchlings were maintained under different thermal treatments (24 °C, slowly decreasing temperatures from 24 °C to 14 °C, and to 4 °C). Hepatic metabolite alterations were measured to assess the metabolic impacts of low-temperature stress in this species. Of these differentially changed metabolites, some (e.g., raffinose, spermidine, allocholic acid, taurohyocholate, 2-ketobutyric acid, acetylcysteine) were shown to decrease, while others (e.g., stearolic acid, D-mannose) increased in low-temperature treatments. Our results indicated that short-term low-temperature stress might have limited impacts on lipid and energy metabolism in this species. The changes in other metabolites (e.g., allocholic acid, taurohyocholate, spermine, acetylcysteine) might be associated with a low food intake (and thus reduced digestive performance) and weakened immune ability of low-temperature-exposed animals. Background: The immune system appears to play a crucial role in how breast cancer responds to chemotherapy. In this study, we investigated a peripheral marker of immune and inflammation named the neutrophil to albumin ratio (NAR) to explore its potential relationship with pathological complete response (pCR) in locally advanced breast cancer patients who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC). Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of 212 consecutive breast cancer patients who received NAC. The NAR was calculated by examining the complete blood cell count and albumin level in peripheral blood before starting NAC. Through ROC curve analysis, we determined the optimal cutoff value for NAR as 0.0877. We used Pearson's chi-square test or Fisher's exact test to evaluate the relationship between NAR and pCR, as well as other clinical and pathological characteristics. Logistic regression models were employed for univariate and multivariate analyses. Results: The results of both univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that NAR was associated with tumor pathological regression. The NAR high group had a higher pCR rate compared to the NAR low group (OR 3.127 [95% CI 1.545– 6.328]; p = 0.002). The energy release process of the Mg-based hydroreactive fuels directly affects the performance of water ramjet engines, and the burning rate is one of the key parameters of the Mg-based hydroreactive fuels. However, there is not enough in-depth understanding of the combustion process of Mg-based hydroreactive fuels within the chamber of water ramjet engines, and there is a lack of effective means of prediction of the burning rate. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the flame structure of Mg-based hydroreactive fuels with a high metal content and analyze the impact of the water injection velocity and droplet diameter on the combustion property. A combustion experiment system was designed to replicate the combustion of Mg-based hydroreactive fuels within water ramjet engines, and the average linear burning rate was calculated through the target line method. On the basis of the experiment, a combustion–flow coupling solution model of Mg-based hydroreactive fuels was formulated, including the reaction mechanism between Mg/H2O and the decomposition products from an oxidizer and binder. The model was validated through experimental results with Mg-based hydroreactive fuels at various pressures and water injection velocities. The mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) in the experimental results was less than 5%, proving the accuracy and validity of the model. The resulting model was employed for simulating the combustion of Mg-based hydroreactive fuels under different water injection parameters. The addition of water injection resulted in the creation of a new high-temperature region, namely the Mg/H2O non-premixed combustion region in addition to improving the radial diffusion of the flame. With the increasing water injection velocity, the characteristic distance of Mg/H2O non-premixed combustion region is decreased, which enhances the heat transfer to burning surface and accelerates the fuel combustion. The impact of droplet parameters was investigated, revealing that larger droplets enhance the penetration of the fuel-rich gas, which is similar to the effect of injection velocity. However, when the droplet size becomes too large, the aqueous droplets do not fully evaporate, resulting in a slight decrease in the burning rate. These findings enhance the understanding of the mechanisms behind the burning rate variation in Mg-based hydroreactive fuels and offer theoretical guidance for the optimal selection of the engine operating parameters. The icing phenomenon in nature can cause serious economic losses and security concerns. Eco-friendly anti-icing and deicing surfaces have been developed to address these issues. In this study, a photothermal superhydrophobic coating was fabricated by a facile polymerization process in the presence of micro–nano structured SiO2/TiN particles followed by a two-step spraying technology. The optimal coating displays remarkable superhydrophobic performance with a water contact angle of 159.1° and a water roll-off angle as low as 1.2°; it survives tape peeling, Taber abrasion, and solution immersion and demonstrates weather and corrosion resistance. More importantly, the SiO2/TiN coating shows excellent anti-icing/deicing property and can withstand multiple icing/thawing cycles. The excellent anti-icing/deicing performance is attributed to the robust superhydrophobic surface and the photothermal effect of TiN nanoparticles. The prevalence of papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) has been rising in recent years. Despite its relatively low mortality, PTC frequently metastasizes to lymph nodes and often recurs, posing significant health and economic burdens. The role of iodine in the pathogenesis and advancement of thyroid cancer remains poorly understood. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are recognized to function as competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) that modulate gene expression and play a role in various cancer stages. Consequently, this research aimed to elucidate the mechanism by which circRNA influences the impact of iodine on PTC. Our research indicates that high iodine levels can exacerbate the malignancy of PTC via the circ_0004851/miR-296-3p/FGF11 axis. These insights into iodine's biological role in PTC and the association of circRNA with the disease could pave the way for novel biomarkers and potentially effective therapeutic strategies to mitigate PTC progression. Objective: With the increase in the prevalence rate and improvements in the survival of breast cancer patients, there is a growing interest in understanding the level of psychosocial adjustment in these patients. The study aimed to describe the illness perception and psychosocial adjustment levels of both breast cancer patients and their spouses, to use the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM) to clarify the actor-partner relationships between spouses, and to explore the impact of illness perception on psychosocial adjustment to the disease within the joint actions of both spouses. Methods: A total of 216 female patients with breast cancer and their spouses participated in the study. They were selected from two tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province, China from October 2022 to May 2023 using a convenience sampling method. The participants were assessed using the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire and the Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale to examine the relationship between illness perception and psychosocial adjustment. AMOS24.0 was used to test and analyze the actor-partner interdependence model. Results: The illness perception score (57.75 ± 10.91) was slightly higher than that of the spouse (57.10 ± 11.00), and the psychosocial adjustment score (64.67 ± 6.33) was slightly lower than that of the spouse (64.76 ± 7.49). The results of the actor-partner interdependence model indicated that there was a couple partner between breast cancer patients and their spouses: the spouse's illness perception significantly affected the patient's psychosocial adjustment (β = 0.095, p = 0.015); the patient's illness perception also significantly affected the spouse's psychosocial adjustment (β = 0.106, p = 0.033). Among them, the patient's psychosocial adjustment was found to be related to the patient's illness comprehensibility or coherence of illness (β = 0.433, p = 0.009), the spouse's emotional illness representation (β = 0.218, p = 0.037), and the spouse's illness comprehensibility or coherence of illness (β = 0.416, p = 0.007), while the spouse's psychosocial adjustment was only related to the spouse's illness comprehensibility or coherence of illness (β = 0.528, p = 0.007). Conclusions: The psychosocial adjustment of breast cancer patients is affected by both their own and spouse's illness perception. Therefore, in the future, the healthcare staff can implement early psychological interventions for patients diagnosed with breast cancer and their spouses as a unit to promote the psychosocial adjustment of them. Aims: This study aimed to identify different profiles of chronic disease resource utilization among patients with coronary heart disease in Tibet and explore the relationship between these profiles and quality of life. Design: A cross‐sectional study. Methods: Patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in a tertiary hospital in Tibet and its cooperative points from January 2021 to July 2021 were selected as the study participants. All participants completed a general information questionnaire, the Chronic Disease Resource Utilization Questionnaire (CIRS) and the Health Status Survey Short Form (SF‐36). Chronic disease resource utilization was profiled, and its relationship to quality of life was explored using hierarchical linear regression. Results: A total of 382 patients were enrolled in this study. Regarding chronic disease resource utilization, the participants were divided into three latent profiles: 'Poor utilization group' (n = 151), 'Effective utilization group' (n = 155) and 'Full utilization group' (n = 76). Different profiles of chronic disease resource utilization of patients were significantly associated with quality of life (R2 =.126, p <.001). Conclusion: Healthcare providers should identify patients with different profiles, define their utilization features of chronic disease resources and adopt targeted interventions to guide them in acquiring enough disease support resources to improve their quality of life. Implication: Understanding different resources using preferences of coronary heart disease patients can help healthcare providers and related sectors to provide other supports based on different profiles of patients, thus enhancing their quality of life. Background: As a biomarker targeting vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2), 18F‐9‐fluoropropyldihydrotetrabenazine (18F‐FP‐DTBZ) positron emission tomography (PET) is highly accurate in diagnosing Parkinson's disease (PD) and assessing its severity. However, evidence is insufficient in patients with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). Objective: We evaluated the striatal and extrastriatal monoaminergic disruption of PSP and differences in patterns between patients with PSP, PD, and healthy controls (HCs) using 18F‐FP‐DTBZ PET, as well as its correlations with the clinical characteristics of PSP. Methods: We recruited 58 patients with PSP, 23 age‐ and duration‐matched patients with PD, as well as 17 HCs. Patients were scanned using 18F‐FP‐DTBZ PET/computed tomography, and images were spatially normalized and analyzed based on the volume of interest. Results: VMAT2 binding differed significantly in the striatum and substantia nigra among the groups (P < 0.001). A more severe disruption in the caudate was noted in the PSP group (P < 0.001) than in the PD group. However, no differences were found in the nucleus accumbens, hippocampus, amygdala, or raphe between the PD and PSP groups. Within the PSP group, striatal VMAT2 binding was significantly associated with the fall/postural stability subscore of the PSP Rating Scale, especially in the putamen. Furthermore, VMAT2 binding was correlated with Mini‐Mental State Examination or Montreal Cognitive Assessment in the hippocampus. Conclusions: Caudate disruptions showed prominent differences among the groups. Aims We sought to explore the latent classifications of psychosocial adaptation in young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and analyse the characteristics of different profiles of AMI patients. Methods and results A cross-sectional study was performed in 438 Chinese young and middle-aged patients with AMI. The investigation time was 1 month after discharge. Three different self-report instruments were distributed to the participants, including the Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale, the Perceived Stress Scale, and the Social Support Rating Scale. The seven dimensions of the Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale were then used to perform a latent profile analysis. All participants signed informed consent forms in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Finally, a total of 411 young and middle-aged AMI patients were enrolled. Three distinct profiles were identified, including the 'well-adapted group' (44.8%), 'highlight in psychological burdens group' (25.5%), and 'poorly adapted group' (29.7%). The influencing factors included stress perception, social support, occupational type, and marital status (P < 0.05). Conclusion The psychosocial adaptation of young and middle-aged AMI patients can be divided into three profiles. Clinical nurses can carry out individualized psychological interventions according to the characteristics of patients in different potential profiles to improve the psychosocial adaptation of patients and the prognosis of their disease. Patient: Female, 70-year-old Final Diagnosis: Chemical burn in the oral cavity Symptoms: Heightened salivation * intense burning sensation * oral edema Clinical Procedure: -- Specialty: Dentistry Objective: Rare disease Background: Chemical burns in the oral cavity, although rare, cause more severe tissue damage than thermal burns, continuing tissue destruction even after removing the causative substance. Prompt identification of the substance, exposure extent, time from injury to treatment, and the injured area are imperative for effective management. This report details severe oral burns in an elderly woman from accidental NaOH ingestion. Case Report: A 70-year-old female patient was presented to our hospital approximately 15 h after inadvertent consumption of approximately 20 ml of NaOH (sodium hydroxide) solution. This incident led to oral discomfort and restricted mouth opening. The ingested solution, erroneously assumed to be a beverage, was later identified as a potent alkaline substance typically employed in grease removal. Initial manifestations included intense burning sensation, oral edema, and heightened salivation, which exacerbated on the following day, adversely impacting her alimentation and verbal communication. Clinical examination disclosed extensive damage to the oral mucosa. The diagnosis encompassed a chemical burn in the oral cavity coupled with chronic gastritis. The treatment regimen comprised dietary limitations, administration of famotidine for gastric acid suppression, intravenous hydration, nutritional support, oral care with Kangfuxin liquid, and nebulization therapy. Six months after therapy, she exhibited complete recovery, with the absence of discomfort and restored normal oral functions. Conclusions: Timely and targeted treatment strategies, particularly nebulization medication and Kangfuxin liquid, are effective in managing chemical burns in the oral cavity, promoting wound healing, and preventing complications. The article discusses a new algorithm for efficiently constructing constraint force fields in musculoskeletal systems with redundant muscles. The algorithm is inspired by the convergent force field found in the spinal cord and uses optimized parameters as motor primitives. By reducing the dimension of the solution space, the algorithm improves computational efficiency and accuracy in controlling musculoskeletal robots. Summary: Dynamic DNA methylation regulatory networks are involved in many biological processes. However, how DNA methylation patterns change during flower senescence and their relevance with gene expression and related molecular mechanism remain largely unknown.Here, we used whole genome bisulfite sequencing to reveal a significant increase of DNA methylation in the promoter region of genes during natural and ethylene‐induced flower senescence in carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus L.), which was correlated with decreased expression of DNA demethylase gene DcROS1. Silencing of DcROS1 accelerated while overexpression of DcROS1 delayed carnation flower senescence.Moreover, among the hypermethylated differentially expressed genes during flower senescence, we identified two amino acid biosynthesis genes, DcCARA and DcDHAD, with increased DNA methylation and reduced expression in DcROS1 silenced petals, and decreased DNA methylation and increased expression in DcROS1 overexpression petals, accompanied by decreased or increased amino acids content. Silencing of DcCARA and DcDHAD accelerates carnation flower senescence. We further showed that adding corresponding amino acids could largely rescue the senescence phenotype of DcROS1, DcCARA and DcDHAD silenced plants.Our study not only demonstrates an essential role of DcROS1‐mediated remodeling of DNA methylation in flower senescence but also unravels a novel epigenetic regulatory mechanism underlying DNA methylation and amino acid biosynthesis during flower senescence. In order to meet the development needs of modern traffic, the small radius curved bridge of tramcar has been widely used. Because of the irregular nature of the curved bridge, its seismic response is more intense and complex than that of other bridge types. How to minimize the seismic damage of curved bridge in design is worth in-depth study. Based on a practical project, the three-dimensional finite element models of different pier height arrangements are established. Through nonlinear dynamic time history analysis, the internal force response and displacement response of each pier under the arrangement of equal height, gradient, concave island and convex island are investigated, and some suggestions are put forward for seismic design of curved bridges. Through comparison and analysis, it is shown that in the seismic design of the small radius curved bridge of tram, the equal height layout should be preferred, and the gradient type should be avoided as much as possible, and the necessary seismic reinforcement measures should be taken for the fixed piers in practical engineering. [Purpose/Significance] Generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been widely used in many fields, and the application of this technology has become popular among researchers. However, there are few studies on the willingness of researchers willingness to accept generative AI. This leads to an insufficient understanding of the psychological mechanism, cognitive process and behavioral pattern of users' acceptance of generative AI, which limits the ability of theoretical innovation and practical exploration in user information behavior. This study focuses on researchers acceptance of generative AI. By studying the evaluation process of ChatGPT by college students, it explores the acceptance behavior of generative AI. At the same time, it verifies the applicability of the AIDUA model in the new context, and introduces the new variable of school identity, which further extends the AIDUA model. [Method/Process] Based on the cognitive assessment theory and the AI acceptance framework (AIDUA), this paper constructs a theoretical model of the intention to use generative artificial intelligence, and develops and empirically tests the theoretical model of the intention to use generative AI. Taking college students as the main research object, based on the maturity scale in authoritative literature at home and abroad, 8 variables and 29 observation variables such as social influence, hedonic motivation and anthropomorphism were designed. College students with experience in using generative AI were invited to participate in the questionnaire survey. SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the data from 294 valid questionnaires collected. SmartPLS 3.2.9 was used to construct a structural equation model to test the hypothesis, and the JN method was used to detect the regulatory effect. [Results/Conclusions] The study found that users went through three stages of decision making before using generative AI. The PLS-SEM results show that: 1) Social influence, hedonic motivation and anthropomorphism significantly affect performance expectancy and effort expectancy, and anthropomorphism is the strongest variable affecting performance expectancy and effort expectancy. 2) Performance expectancy and effort expectancy are significantly negatively correlated with negative emotions, while hedonic motivation has no significant effect on negative emotions. 3) Negative emotions are significantly negatively correlated with users' intension to use. 4) School identity moderates the relationship between effort expectancy and negative emotions. This study combines anthropomorphic research on college students' acceptance of generative AI, and provides a framework for the acceptance of generative AI. Researchers can use this framework to better study the acceptance of AI. This study has some limitations. In the future, we will focus on the following three aspects: 1) to evaluate the users' acceptance of generative AI in different usage scenarios. 2) to use samples of other groups to test the applicability of the model, such as civil servants, librarians, researchers and other groups. 3) to incorporate variables from other technology acceptance models into the model, such as ease of use and practicality. It is a significant research direction for highly complex musculoskeletal robots that how to develop the ability of motion learning and generalization. The cooperations of multiple brain regions are crucial to improving motion performance. Inspired by the neural mechanisms of structures, functions, and interconnections of basal ganglia and cerebellum, a biologically inspired integration model for motor learning of musculoskeletal robots is proposed. Based on the neural characteristics of the basal ganglia, the basal ganglia actor network, which mainly simulates the dorsal striatum, outputs motion commands, and the basal ganglia critic network, which simulates the ventral striatum, estimates action-state values. Their network parameters are updated using the soft actor-critic method. Based on the sensorimotor prediction mechanism of the cerebellum, the cerebellum network evaluates the state feature extraction quality of the basal ganglia actor network and then updates the weights of its feature layer. This learning method is proven to converge to the optimal policy. Furthermore, drawing on the mechanism of dopaminergic dynamic regulation in the basal ganglia, the adaptive adjustment of target entropy and the dopaminergic experience replay are proposed to further improve the integration model, which contributes to the exploration-exploitation trade-off of motor learning. The bio-inspired integration model is validated on a musculoskeletal system. Experimental results indicate that this model can effectively control the musculoskeletal robot to accomplish the motion task from random starting locations to random target positions with high precision and robustness. Simple Summary: A promising approach to combat aggressive prostate cancer involves androgen receptor degraders, which break down the crucial protein driving cancer progression. In contrast to traditional drugs, these degraders offer a potential solution to drug resistance. Methods like PROTACs have shown promise in reducing androgen receptor levels in cells and clinical benefits in patients. Six PROTACs and two other degraders have entered early clinical trials for potential treatment. While progress has been made in understanding these degraders, it is essential to stay updated on emerging developments. This article provides an overview of advancements in this field since 2020. Induced protein degradation has emerged as an innovative drug discovery approach, complementary to the classical method of suppressing protein function. The androgen receptor signaling pathway has been identified as the primary driving force in the development and progression of lethal castration-resistant prostate cancer. Since androgen receptor degraders function differently from androgen receptor antagonists, they hold the promise to overcome the drug resistance challenges faced by current therapeutics. Proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs), monomeric degraders, hydrophobic tagging, molecular glues, and autophagic degradation have demonstrated their capability in downregulating intracellular androgen receptor concentrations. The potential of these androgen receptor degraders to treat castration-resistant prostate cancer is substantiated by the advancement of six PROTACs and two monomeric androgen receptor degraders into phase I or II clinical trials. Although the chemical structures, in vitro and in vivo data, and degradation mechanisms of androgen receptor degraders have been reviewed, it is crucial to stay updated on recent advances in this field as novel androgen receptor degraders and new strategies continue to emerge. Background: In this study, the prognostic and reproductive outcomes of women who underwent excision of uterine myomas and were sutured using different techniques while undergoing a cesarean section were investigated. Methods: A total of 299 females who underwent cesarean section between January 2015 and June 2022 due to a scarred uterus were enrolled in this study. These participants were segregated into two categories: the experimental group (comprising 155 cases) in which uterine myoma (single lesion) was excised during the cesarean procedure, and the control group (consisting of 144 cases) in which only the cesarean section was conducted. A comparison between the two groups was carried out based on the following parameters: volume of intraoperative bleeding (mL), additional measures taken for intraoperative hemostasis (n, %), percentage (%) of patients experiencing postoperative fever, duration required for the passage of gas (hours [h]), length of hospital stay (days [d]), weight of newborns (kg) and their Apgar scores, and the reproductive outcomes of the experimental group assessed two years after the surgical procedure. Results: In the experimental group, the amount of bleeding during surgery, occurrence of postoperative fever among women, time taken for patients to resume passing gas, and length of hospital stay were 540.65 ± 269.12 mL, 9.03%, 15.99 ± 4.68 h, and 5.08 ± 1.18 days, respectively. In contrast, the control group had values of 409.03 ± 93.24 mL, 2.77%, 16.24 ± 4.92, and 4.47 ± 0.70 days, respectively (P < 0.05). No notable increase was observed in the need for additional intraoperative hemostasis measures, and there was no significant difference in the time it took for patients to pass gas after the surgery. All newborns had positive health status. In the experimental group, 25 patients underwent subsequent pregnancies, and 15 of them successfully reached full-term deliveries, all of which had positive outcomes. Conclusion: Combining myomectomy with various suture methods during cesarean delivery did not cause excessive bleeding and resulted in healthy newborns. The occupation process and survival strategies of prehistoric humans on the Tibetan Plateau are important scientific questions for understanding human adaptation to extreme high-altitude environments. Here, we report a newly discovered microlithic site at Daiqu (DQ) in the Tongtian River basin of the central-eastern plateau. We collected 239 lithic artifacts from the DQ site for typological analysis. OSL and AMS14C dating samples were collected from the human active layer. Lipid residues from hearth sediments were analyzed, and we simulated and assessed environmental extremity and route accessibility for the site. Dating results suggest that the stable sedimentary layers began to form around 10.96 ± 0.56 ka BP at the DQ site. Human activity at DQ as early as 9271 ± 143 cal a BP, making it the earliest reported Holocene site with accurate stratigraphic dating on the plateau hinterland to date. Hearths and lithic artifacts indicate that the DQ site was a frequently used seasonal hunting camp, where quality lithic raw material was obtained and microliths processed. Prehistoric humans occupying the site relied on non-ruminant terrestrial animals as food resources. The DQ site is ideally situated to serve as a transit station for hunter-gatherers as they migrated between high and low elevations. Self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) is crucial for achieving a glycemic target and upholding blood glucose stability, both of which are the primary purpose of anti-diabetic treatments. However, the association between time in range (TIR), as assessed by SMBG, and β-cell insulin secretion as well as insulin sensitivity remains unexplored. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the connections between TIR, derived from SMBG, and indices representing β-cell functionality and insulin sensitivity. The primary objective of this study was to elucidate the relationship between short-term glycemic control (measured as points in range [PIR]) and both β-cell function and insulin sensitivity. This cross-sectional study enrolled 472 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). To assess β-cell secretion capacity, we employed the insulin secretion-sensitivity index-2 (ISSI-2) and (ΔC-peptide0–120/Δglucose0–120) × Matsuda index, while insulin sensitivity was evaluated using the Matsuda index and HOMA-IR. Since SMBG offers glucose data at specific point-in-time, we substituted TIR with PIR. According to clinical guidelines, values falling within the range of 3.9–10 mmol were considered "in range, " and the corresponding percentage was calculated as PIR. We observed significant associations between higher PIR quartiles and increased ISSI-2, (ΔC-peptide0–120/Δglucose0–120) × Matsuda index, Matsuda index (increased) and HOMA-IR (decreased) (all P < 0.001). PIR exhibited positive correlations with log ISSI-2 (r = 0.361, P < 0.001), log (ΔC-peptide0–120/Δglucose0–120) × Matsuda index (r = 0.482, P < 0.001), and log Matsuda index (r = 0.178, P < 0.001) and negative correlations with log HOMA-IR (r = -0.288, P < 0.001). Furthermore, PIR emerged as an independent risk factor for log ISSI-2, log (ΔC-peptide0–120/Δglucose0–120) × Matsuda index, log Matsuda index, and log HOMA-IR. Purpose: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) negatively affects the quality of life of pregnant women and is influenced by several factors. Research to date treats pregnant women with gestational diabetes as a homogeneous group based on their quality of life. We attempted to identify subgroups based on self-reported quality of life and explored variables associated with subgroups. Methods: From September 1, 2020 to November 29, 2020, pregnant women with GDM from two hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method. Medical records provided sociodemographic data, duration of GDM, pregnancy status, and family history of diabetes. Participants completed validated questionnaires for quality of life, anxiety and depression. Latent profile analysis was used to identify profiles of quality of life in pregnant women with GDM, and then a mixed regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of different profiles. Results: A total of 279 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of the latent profile analysis showed that the quality of life of pregnant women with GDM could be divided into two profiles: C1 "high worry-high support" group (75.6%) and C2 "low worry-low support" group (24.4%). Daily exercise duration and depression degree are negative influencing factors, making it easier to enter the C1 group (p < 0.05). Disease duration and family history of diabetes are positive influencing factors, making it easier to enter the C2 group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The quality of life of pregnant women with GDM had obvious classification characteristics. Pregnant women with exercise habits and depression are more likely to enter the "high worry-high support" group, and health care providers should guide their exercise according to exercise guidelines during pregnancy and strengthen psychological intervention. Pregnant women with a family history of diabetes and a longer duration of the disease are more likely to fall into the "low worry-low support" group. Objectives: To assess the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided thermal ablation for low-risk papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) via a prospective multicenter study. Methods: From January 2017 through June 2021, low-risk PTMC patients were screened. The management details of active surveillance (AS), surgery, and thermal ablation were discussed. Among patients who accepted thermal ablation, microwave ablation (MWA) was performed. The main outcome was disease-free survival (DFS). The secondary outcomes were tumor size and volume changes, local tumor progression (LTP), lymph node metastasis (LNM), and complication rate. Results: A total of 1278 patients were included in the study. The operation time of ablation was 30.21 ± 5.14 min with local anesthesia. The mean follow-up time was 34.57 ± 28.98 months. Six patients exhibited LTP at 36 months, of whom 5 patients underwent a second ablation, and 1 patient received surgery. The central LNM rate was 0.39% at 6 months, 0.63% at 12 months, and 0.78% at 36 months. Of the 10 patients with central LNM at 36 months, 5 patients chose ablation, 3 patients chose surgery and the other 2 patients chose AS. The overall complication rate was 1.41%, and 1.10% of patients developed hoarseness of the voice. All of the patients recovered within 6 months. Conclusions: Thermal ablation of low-risk PTMC was observed to be safe and efficacious with few minor complications. This technique may help to bridge the gap between surgery and AS as treatment options for patients wishing to have their PTMC managed in a minimally invasive manner. Aims: To describe the experiences and perceptions of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with a prolonged decision‐making phase of treatment‐seeking. Background: Previous attempts to reduce the treatment‐seeking time of AMI have been less than optimal. Due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic, the situation of prehospital delay is possibly worse. Decisions to seek treatment are influenced by multiple factors and need individualised interventions. Understanding patients' external and internal experiences and psychological perceptions is essential. Design: Meta‐synthesis. Data sources: We searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus and four Chinese databases from inception to April 2022. Methods: We screened the retrieved articles with predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria, and reviewed articles using Thomas and Harden's (BMC Medical Research Methodology, 2008 8, 45) qualitative thematic synthesis approach. The Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal tool for qualitative research was used to assess the quality of studies. Results: Twenty‐one studies were included, identifying four themes and nine sub‐themes. The four primary themes were difficulty recognising and attributing symptoms, attempt to act, unwillingness to change and self‐sacrifice. Conclusion: Deciding to seek treatment is a complex social and psychological process, which needs comprehensive interventions considering personal and sociocultural factors and factors related to the COVID‐19 pandemic. Implications for the profession and/or patient care: Details of interventions for decisions to seek treatment in AMI patients need to be further designed and evaluated. Impact: Results would help healthcare professionals to implement individualised management of decision‐making of treatment‐seeking among AMI patients, and improve medical records of patients' prehospital experiences. Two-dimensional (2D) materials demonstrate promising potential as high-efficiency photocatalysts. However, the intrinsic limitations of aluminum nitride (AlN), such as inadequate oxidation capacity, a high carrier recombination rate, and limited absorption of visible light, pose considerable challenges. In this paper, we introduce a novel co-doping technique with dysprosium (Dy) and carbon (C) on a 2D AlN monolayer, aiming to enhance its photocatalytic properties. Our first-principles calculations reveal a reduction in the bandgap and a significant enhancement in the visible light absorption rate of the co-doped Al24N22DyC2 structure. Notably, the distribution of the highest occupied molecular orbital and the lowest unoccupied molecular in proximity to Dy atoms demonstrates favorable conditions for carrier separation. Theoretical assessments of the hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction activities further corroborate the potential of Al24N22DyC2 as a competent catalyst for photocatalytic reactions. Background: Cardiovascular implantable electronic devices (CIED) are more and more widely used in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases. However, CIED implantation may also result in a variety of physical, psychological, and social problems among patients. To help patients adapt to life after CIED implantation, it is important to know patients’ needs from their perspectives. Explore the needs of CIED patients from their perspectives to guide healthcare providers to improve their quality of life. Methods: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, the VIP database, the Wanfang database, and the China Biomedical Literature database were searched for qualitative studies on the experience of patients with CIED dating from January 2000 to August 2022. The quality of each article was evaluated according to the 2016 edition of the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Qualitative Research Quality Evaluation Criteria and an integrative meta-synthesis was undertaken. Results: A total of 18 documents were included, and 111 categories were extracted. Analysis of the data resulted in the identification of 3 themes and 12 subthemes. The first theme, Equipment Symbiosis, included “Mixed feelings about the device as part of the body”, “Mixed feelings about the patient’s role”, and “Mixed feelings about an electrical stimulus”. The second theme, External Support, included “Husband and wife relationship damaged”, “Eager to participate, unwilling to be overprotected”, “Want to return to work but are forced to leave”, and “Information supply and demand mismatch”. The third theme, Self-coping, included “How to face a doctor”, “How to deal with activity restrictions”, “How to face yourself”, “How to face the future”, and “How to face death”. Conclusions: Healthcare providers need to accelerate technological innovation and clinical adoption of CIED. Additionally, healthcare providers need to establish a diverse support system led by medical staff, with family members, peers, and society working together, and improve CIEDs remote monitoring to help patients improve their quality of life. In circuit quantum electrodynamics, qubits are typically measured using dispersively coupled readout resonators. Coupling between each readout resonator and its electrical environment, however, reduces the qubit lifetime via the Purcell effect. Inserting a Purcell filter counters this effect while maintaining high readout fidelity but reduces measurement bandwidth and, thus, limits multiplexing readout capacity. In this Letter, we develop and implement a multi-stage bandpass Purcell filter that yields better qubit protection while simultaneously increasing measurement bandwidth and multiplexed capacity. We report on the experimental performance of our transmission-line-based implementation of this approach, a flexible design that can easily be integrated with current scaled-up, long coherence time superconducting quantum processors. Heterometallic oxo clusters have been attracting intensive interest due to their unique properties originating from the synergistic interactions between different components. Herein, we report the construction and catalytic applications of a family of copper-doped polyoxo-titanium clusters (Cu-PTCs) coordinated with different acetate derivative ligands. The solvothermal reactions of metal salts and trimethylacetic acid or 1,2-phenylenediacetic acid in ethanol produced Ti6Cu3(μ3-O)4(μ2-O)(OEt)16(L1)4 (L1 = trimethyl acetate, PTC-367) and H2Ti8Cu2Br2(μ4-O)2(μ2-O)4(OEt)20(L2)2 (L2 = 1,2-phenylenediacetate, PTC-368), respectively. When smaller acetic acid was introduced as a stabilizing ligand, higher nuclei H2Ti16Cu3(μ4-O)5(μ3-O)15(μ2-O)3(OiPr)18(Ac)8 (Ac = acetate, PTC-369) and H3Ti29Cu3(μ4-O)6(μ3-O)30(μ2-O)8(OiPr)17(Ac)20 (PTC-370) were prepared. The number of metal ions exposed on the surface of the four clusters changes due to variations in the steric hindrance of functionalizing ligands, and theoretically, so does their catalytic activity as Lewis acids. In light of this, we conducted a carbon dioxide cycloaddition reaction in an atmospheric environment and the four obtained compounds displayed increasing catalytic activities from PTC-367 to PTC-370. Background This study aimed to analyze the relationship between health literacy and quality of life in patients with TB in Tibet and explore the mediating effects of self-efficacy and self-management in the relationship between health literacy and quality of life. Methods We used a convenience sampling method to select 271 cases of patients with TB in Tibet to conduct a survey of their general information, health literacy, self-management, self-efficacy and quality of life, and to construct structural equation models. Results The total health literacy score of patients with TB in Tibet was 84.28±18.57, while the lowest score was for information acquisition ability (55.99±25.66). Scores for quality of life were generally lower than the norm (patients with chronic diseases from other cities in China) (p<0.01). Moreover, self-efficacy and self-management mediated the relationship between health literacy and quality of life (p<0.05). Conclusions In Tibet, patients with TB have a low level of health literacy and an average level of quality of life. Emphasis should be placed on improving information access literacy, role-physicals and role-emotional to improve overall quality of life. Post-assembly modification strategy is used as an effective approach to improve the functional applications of metal-organic cages. The active vertex of the racemic tetrahedral Ti4L6 (L = embonate) cages traps four chiral diamine chelated dinuclear silver ions, obtaining homochiral cages which exhibit helical perovskite stacks. Water is a relatively mild species, however, the effect of H2O on the EC of MOFs is rarely reported. We explored the effect of H2O on the EC in the MOFs (NH2)2‐MIL‐125 and its derivatives with experimental and theoretical investigations. Unexpectedly, a large EC increase of 107 on H2SO4@(NH2)2‐MIL‐125 by H2O was observed. Brønsted acid–base pairs formed with the −NH2 groups, and H2SO4 played an important role in promoting the charge transfer from H2O to the MOF. Based on H2SO4@(NH2)2‐MIL‐125, a high‐performance chemiresistive humidity sensor was developed with the highest sensitivity, broadest detection range, and lowest limit of detection amongst all reported sensing materials to date. With the development of intelligent manufacturing, more and more nonstandard parts are used in high-precision assembly. The robotic assembly method based on attractive region in environment (ARIE) has been proven to have good performance in the high-precision assembly under the limitation of robot system accuracy or sensing accuracy. However, for the assembly of nonstandard parts, especially nonconvex parts, the existing ARIE-based strategy lacks a targeted design. In the assembly process, the nonconvex structure may cause blocking problems, which will lead to assembly failure when using the strategy. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a new assembly method by using the geometric features of constraint region based on the concept of ARIE. Specifically, first, when using the ARIE-based classic strategy, the reasons for the possible blocking problem in the assembly of a class of nonconvex axisymmetric parts are analyzed in detail. Second, a multi-step sliding strategy is proposed based on the theory of ARIE to solve the possible blocking problem in the assembly process. Third, impedance control is used to enable the peg to achieve the desired compliant motion in the proposed strategy. The improvement in the success rate of the proposed method is verified by the comparison experiment of small clearance peg-in-hole assembly, where the structure of the peg is nonconvex and axisymmetric. Porous organic polymers (POPs) with high porosity and tunable functionalities have been widely studied for use in gas separation, catalysis, energy conversion and energy storage. However, the high cost of organic monomers, and the use of toxic solvents and high temperatures during synthesis pose obstacles for large‐scale production. Herein, we report the synthesis of imine and aminal‐linked POPs using inexpensive diamine and dialdehyde monomers in green solvents. Theoretical calculations and control experiments show that using meta‐diamines is crucial for forming aminal linkages and branching porous networks from [2+2] polycondensation reactions. The method demonstrates good generality in that 6 POPs were successfully synthesized from different monomers. Additionally, we scaled up the synthesis in ethanol at room temperature, resulting in the production of POPs in sub‐kilogram quantities at a relatively low cost. Proof‐of‐concept studies demonstrate that the POPs can be used as high‐performance sorbents for CO2 separation and as porous substrates for efficient heterogeneous catalysis. Simple Summary: Prostate cancer is one of topmost health concerns, and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer is the fatal form. Two taxanes, docetaxel and cabazitaxel, are the only two FDA-approved chemotherapeutics that can provide survival benefits to patients with the lethal version of prostate cancer. Taxanes, alongside numerous other naturally occurring products, can promote the assembly and stability of microtubules to halt cell division and promote various cancer cell deaths. Additionally, this group of compounds, named microtubule stabilizing agents, can impede the androgen–androgen receptor complex from moving into the cell nucleus, conquering androgen receptor-containing prostate cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. This review aims to overview the preclinical and clinical studies, clinical uses, and the mechanisms of action of microtubule-stabilizing agents as anti-prostate cancer agents. A variety of microtubule-stabilizing cytotoxic agents (MSA) with diverse chemical scaffolds have been discovered from marine sponges, microorganisms, and plants. Two MSAs, docetaxel and cabazitaxel, are the exclusive chemotherapeutics that convey a survival benefit in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Additional MSAs have been investigated for their potential in treating prostate cancer in both clinical and preclinical settings. Independent of promoting mitotic arrest, MSAs can suppress the nuclear accumulation of androgen receptor (AR), which is the driving force for prostate cancer cell growth and progression. The alternative mechanism not only helps to better understand the clinical efficacy of docetaxel and cabazitaxel for AR-driven CRPC but also provides an avenue to seek better treatments for various forms of prostate cancer. The dual mechanisms of action enable MSAs to suppress AR-null prostate cancer cell proliferation by cell mitosis pathway and to interfere with the AR signaling pathway in AR positive cells. MSA chemotherapeutics, being administered alone or in combination with other therapeutics, may serve as the optimal therapeutic option for patients with either castration-sensitive or castration-resistant prostate cancer. This review provides an overview of the anti-prostate cancer profiles (including preclinical and clinical studies, and clinical use) of diverse MSAs, as well as the mechanism of action. Background: Whether bladder cancer (BCa) invades muscle is a determinant of management. However, the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of muscle invasion is not satisfactory. Statistical Tests: Recursive feature elimination, Pearson correlation coefficient, logistic regression, least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (Lasso) regression analysis, and 5‐fold cross‐validation were used to screen features and build a radiomics model. The clinical data were collected to construct a clinical model and a radiomics‐clinical nomogram. Results: 23,688 features were extracted. After screening, the radiomics scoring model was constructed using nine radiomics features with area under curve (AUC) values of 0.933, 0.913, and 0.931 in the training, validation, and test sets, respectively. The clinical model was constructed using five clinical independent risk factors; the AUC values in the training, validation, and test set were 0.876, 0.859, and 0.824, respectively. After logistic regression analysis, the AUC values of the radiomics‐clinical nomogram were made up of four clinical independent risk factors and radiomics scores were 0.955, 0.922, and 0.935 for the training, validation, and test sets, respectively. The DeLong test between clinical model and radiomics‐clinical nomogram shows P < 0.001. Conclusion: Multi‐sequence and multi‐regional MRI‐based radiomics models could effectively assess the state of BCa muscular invasion. Cognitive dysfunction and brain white matter (WM) injury have been found in adults exposed to hypoxia. However, the mechanisms underlying these impairments remain unclear, and moreover, it is also unclear whether these impairments are reversible after reoxygenation. In this study, adult male mice were exposed to hypoxia for 15 days at a simulated altitude of 4300 m and then reoxygenated for 2 months. Control mice were raised under normoxic conditions. Mice showed a significant decrease in arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) and an increase in heart rate and breath rate after hypoxic exposure, and they displayed anxiety-like emotion and impaired cognitions. Hypoxic mice showed decreased brain WM fractional anisotropy (FA) and increased mean diffusion (MD) mainly in the corpus callosum and internal capsule. The reason for the adult brain WM injury was myelin rather than axon. Further, the myelin injury was due to the obstruction of oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs) differentiation and eventually led to behavioral deficits. More importantly, the changes in physiological indicators, behavioral disorders, and WM injury caused by hypoxia can be recovered after reoxygenation. Taken together, our data indicate that adult brain WM injury caused by hypoxia is reversible after reoxygenation and enhancing OPCs differentiation may be a promising therapy for clinical hypoxic diseases associated with brain injury. In order to study the mechanical properties of inverted cone bottom oil storage tanks under earthquakes when the foundation is uneven, finite element modeling calculation for a 20,000 m3 storage tank is carried out based on ANSYS Workbench. Wind load, hydraulic pressure load, and seismic load are all equalized as distributed loads with varying spatial positions. Considering various combinations of different heterogeneous foundations and seismic loads, and by adjusting the preset foundation bed coefficient, the final foundation bed coefficient and the maximum foundation settlement value when the equivalent stress of the tank floor reaches yield strength under different conditions are calculated. The results show that under the condition of heterogeneous foundation stiffness considering seismic action, when the coefficient of local foundation bed is higher than that of natural silty clay, the requirement for safe use of the inverted cone bottom storage tank can be met. Among the seven simulated heterogeneous foundation forms, the form with high foundation stiffness on the windward side has a great influence on the safety of storage tanks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pore size plays a critical role in determining the performance of metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) in catalysis, sensing, and gas storage or separation. However, revealing the pore‐size/property relationship remains extremely challenging because ideal structure models possessing different pore sizes but having the same components are lacking. In this work, a solvent‐coordination directed structure swelling method was developed for modulating the ratio between the large and narrow pore phases of a flexible MOF, MIL‐88B. Pore‐size‐dependent gas sensitivity and selectivity were studied for the first time in the MIL‐88B samples. The optimized MIL‐88B‐20 % sample showed one of the best sensing performances among all the reported MOF‐based H2S‐sensing materials. This work not only provides a method to synthesize ideal structure models for revealing the relationship between pore‐size and properties, but also may inspire the development of high‐performance gas sensing materials.
