Grain boundary (GB) segregation models are derived for multi-principal element alloys (MPEAs) and high-entropy alloys (HEAs). Differing from classical models where one component is taken as a solvent and others are considered solutes, these models are referenced to the bulk composition to enable improved treatments of MPEAs and HEAs with no principal components. An ideal solution model is first formulated and solved to obtain analytical expressions that predict GB segregation and GB energy in MPEAs and HEAs. A regular solution model is further derived. The GB composition calculated using the simple analytical expression derived in this study and data from the Materials Project agrees well with a prior atomistic simulation for NbMoTaW. The simplicity of the derived analytical expressions makes them useful for not only conveniently predicting GB segregation trends in HEAs but also analyzing nascent interfacial phenomena in compositionally complex GBs. Cross‐electrophile coupling (XEC) between aryl halides and alkyl halides is a streamlined approach for C(sp2)−C(sp3) bond construction, which is highly valuable in medicinal chemistry. Based on a key NiII aryl amido intermediate, we developed a highly selective and scalable Ni‐catalyzed electrochemical XEC reaction between (hetero)aryl halides and primary and secondary alkyl halides. Experimental and computational mechanistic studies indicate that an amine secondary ligand slows down the oxidative addition process of the Ni‐polypyridine catalyst to the aryl bromide and a NiII aryl amido intermediate is formed in situ during the reaction process. The relatively slow oxidative addition is beneficial for enhancing the selectivity of the XEC reaction. The NiII aryl amido intermediate stabilizes the NiII–aryl species to prevent the aryl–aryl homo‐coupling side reactions and acts as a catalyst to activate the alkyl bromide substrates. This electrosynthesis system provides a facile, practical, and scalable platform for the formation of (hetero)aryl–alkyl bonds using standard Ni catalysts under mild conditions. Hiking tourism is an essential means of destination development. A holistic understanding of the hiking experience could benefit destination management. This study adopted topic modelling and an online review-based approach to determine the key attributes of hiking tourism in the context of seasonality. Data were collected from TripAdvisor and a comprehensive list of the attributes, discussed by hikers when visiting Dragon's Back Trail in Hong Kong, is constructed and categorized into five aspects. Insights into the hikers' interests and concerns about the experience attributes across seasons are revealed. The results show that the concerns for some attributes are more sensitive in specific seasons compared with other attributes. Precisely, this study found that seasonality has heterogeneous effects on hikers' experience. Surgical gesture recognition is an important research direction in the field of computer-assisted intervention. Currently, research on surgical gesture recognition primarily focuses on robotic surgery, with a lack of studies in traditional surgery, particularly open surgery. Therefore, this study established a dataset simulating open surgery for research on surgical gesture recognition in the field of open surgery. With the assistance of professional surgeons, we defined a vocabulary of 10 surgical gestures based on suturing tasks in open procedures. In addition, this paper proposes a surgical gesture recognition method that integrates the R3D network with a multi-head attention mechanism (R3D-MHA). This method uses the R3D network to extract spatiotemporal features and combines it with the multi-head attention mechanism for relational learning of these features. The effectiveness of the R3D-MHA method in the field of open surgery gesture recognition was validated through two experiments: offline recognition and online recognition. The accuracy at the gesture instance level for offline recognition was 92.3%, and the frame accuracy for online recognition was 73.4%. Finally, its performance was further validated on the publicly available JIGSAWS dataset. Compared to other online recognition methods, the accuracy improved without using additional data. This work lays the foundation for research on surgical gesture recognition in open surgery and has significant applications in process monitoring, surgeon skill assessment and educational training for open surgeries. Leaf functional traits (LFTs) have become a popular topic in ecological research in recent years. Here, we measured eight LFTs, namely leaf area (LA), specific leaf area (SLA), leaf thickness (LT), leaf dry matter content (LDMC), leaf carbon content (LCC), leaf nitrogen content (LNC), leaf phosphorus content (LPC), and leaf potassium content (LKC), in six typical vegetation communities (sclerophyllous evergreen broad-leaved forests, temperate evergreen coniferous forests, cold-temperate evergreen coniferous forests, alpine deciduous broad-leaved shrubs, alpine meadows, and alpine scree sparse vegetation) in the Chayu River Basin, southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Our aim was to explore their relationships with evolutionary history and environmental factors by combining the RLQ and the fourth-corner method, and the method of testing phylogenetic signal. The results showed that (i) there were significant differences in the eight LFTs among the six vegetation communities; (ii) the K values of the eight LFTs were less than 1; and (iii) except for LCC, all other LFTs were more sensitive to environmental changes. Among these traits, LA was the most affected by the environmental factors, followed by LNC. It showed that the LFTs in the study were minimally influenced by phylogenetic development but significantly by environmental changes. This study further verified the ecological adaptability of plants to changes in environmental factors and provides a scientific basis for predicting the distribution and diffusion direction of plants under global change conditions. Valproic acid (VPA) is a primary medication for epilepsy, yet its hepatotoxicity consistently raises concerns among individuals. This study aims to establish an automated machine learning (autoML) model for forecasting the risk of abnormal increase of transaminase levels while undergoing VPA therapy for 1995 epilepsy patients. The study employed the two-tailed T test, Chi-square test, and binary logistic regression analysis, selecting six clinical parameters, including age, stature, leukocyte count, Total Bilirubin, oral dosage of VPA, and VPA concentration. These variables were used to build a risk prediction model using "H2O" autoML platform, achieving the best performance (AUC training = 0.855, AUC test = 0.789) in the training and testing data set. The model also exhibited robust accuracy (AUC valid = 0.742) in an external validation set, underscoring its credibility in anticipating VPA-induced transaminase abnormalities. The significance of the six variables was elucidated through importance ranking, partial dependence, and the TreeSHAP algorithm. This novel model offers enhanced versatility and explicability, rendering it suitable for clinicians seeking to refine parameter adjustments and address imbalanced data sets, thereby bolstering classification precision. To summarize, the personalized prediction model for VPA-treated epilepsy, established with an autoML model, displayed commendable predictive capability, furnishing clinicians with valuable insights for fostering pharmacovigilance. Carbonyl soft magnetic composites (SMCs) have garnered significant attention due to their excellent high-frequency adaptability and outstanding properties, aligning perfectly with the development trend of electronic components. In this work, carbonyl FeNi50 powders were chosen as the research subject, and phosphating treatment was utilized to generate a phosphate coating layer on the surface of the powders. The influences of phosphoric acid concentrations on the compositions and structures of the phosphate coating layer on the powders' surface were systematically investigated by combining various characterization techniques. The presence of phosphates was successfully characterized, and the reactions between phosphoric acid and the FeNi50 powder were inferred. Subsequently, the magnetic properties of the SMCs were measured, and the influences of phosphoric acid concentrations on the magnetic properties of the SMCs were investigated. The comprehensive magnetic properties of SMCs were found to be optimal at a phosphoric acid concentration of 0.15 wt%. In particular, the DC bias performance of up to 91.0% and the permeability stability of up to 20 MHz could meet the requirements of high-frequency and large DC bias applications, indicating extensive application prospects. The accurate short-term point and probabilistic load forecasts are critically important for efficient operation of power systems and electricity bargain in the market. Fuzzy systems achieved limited success in electric load forecasting. On the other hand, support vector regression models have seldom been part of a winning solution of the electric load forecasting competitions during the last decade. In this paper, we propose a methodology to integrate the fuzzy memberships with support vector regression (SVR) and support vector quantile regression (SVQR) models for short-term point and probabilistic load forecasting, respectively. One fuzzy membership function is proposed to efficiently calculate the relative importance of the observations in the load history. Three SVR and one SVQR models, including L1-norm based SVR, L2-norm based SVR, kernel-free quadratic surface SVR and SVQR models, are utilized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. For point load forecasting, we compare the proposed fuzzy SVR models with a multiple linear regression, a feed-forward neural network, a fuzzy interaction regression, and four SVR models. For probabilistic load forecasting, the proposed fuzzy SVQR model is compared with a quantile regression model, a quantile regression neural network, and a SVQR model. The results on the data of global energy forecasting competition 2012, demonstrate that the proposed fuzzy component can improve the underlying SVR and SVQR models to outperform their counterparts and commonly-used models for point and probabilistic load forecasting, respectively. Purpose: This study aimed to explore the differential effects of varying doses of atorvastatin on antagonizing lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endothelial inflammation based on heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1) expression. Method: Vascular endothelial inflammatory injury was induced in 40 Sprague-Dawley rats by intraperitoneal injection of LPS. These rats were randomly divided into control, low-dose atorvastatin, high-dose atorvastatin, and HO-1 blocking groups. Seven days after treatment, all rats were sacrificed, and heart-derived peripheral blood was collected to measure the serum concentrations of bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total cholesterol, malondialdehyde, endothelial cell protein C receptor, endothelin-1, von Willebrand factor, and soluble thrombomodulin. Meanwhile, the number of circulating endothelial cells was determined using flow cytometry. Vascular tissues from descending aorta of rats from each group were extracted to detect the expression level of HO-1. Results: After different doses of atorvastatin intervention, the above inflammatory indices were decreased, and HO-1 expression and ALT concentration were increased in the atorvastatin-treated group of rats compared with the control group. These changes were more pronounced in the high-dose statin group (P < 0.05). Conversely, no significant decrease in the above inflammatory indices and no significant increase in HO-1 expression were observed in rats in the blocking group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: For LPS-induced vascular inflammation, high-dose atorvastatin exerts potent anti-inflammatory and vascular endothelial protection effects by inducing HO-1 expression. Background: DNA sequencing is a critical tool in modern biology. Over the last two decades, it has been revolutionized by the advent of massively parallel sequencing, leading to significant advances in the genome and transcriptome sequencing of various organisms. Nevertheless, challenges with accuracy, lack of competitive options and prohibitive costs associated with high throughput parallel short-read sequencing persist. Results: Here, we conduct a comparative analysis using matched DNA and RNA short-reads assays between Element Biosciences' AVITI and Illumina's NextSeq 550 chemistries. Similar comparisons were evaluated for synthetic long-read sequencing for RNA and targeted single-cell transcripts between the AVITI and Illumina's NovaSeq 6000. For both DNA and RNA short-read applications, the study found that the AVITI produced significantly higher per sequence quality scores. For PCR-free DNA libraries, we observed an average 89.7% lower experimentally determined error rate when using the AVITI chemistry, compared to the NextSeq 550. For short-read RNA quantification, AVITI platform had an average of 32.5% lower error rate than that for NextSeq 550. With regards to synthetic long-read mRNA and targeted synthetic long read single cell mRNA sequencing, both platforms' respective chemistries performed comparably in quantification of genes and isoforms. The AVITI displayed a marginally lower error rate for long reads, with fewer chemistry-specific errors and a higher mutation detection rate. Conclusion: These results point to the potential of the AVITI platform as a competitive candidate in high-throughput short read sequencing analyses when juxtaposed with the Illumina NextSeq 550. Stimuli‐responsive luminescent materials have attracted much research attention due to their wide application potential in various fields. Typically, the family of hydrated double perovskite A2MIIIX5·H2O shows unique emission color transformation between hydrated and dehydrated complexes, highlighting the application potential in advanced anti‐counterfeiting. Herein, two zero‐dimensional perovskites of Cs2YbCl5·H2O and Cs3YbCl6, are reported and broad‐band self‐trapped exciton recombination emission can be realized via external Sb3+ doping. Intriguingly, the Cs2YbCl5·H2O can be transformed to the dehydrated counterpart of Cs3YbCl6 through a facile methanol treatment at room temperature, leading to the emission color transformation from yellow to green. Notably, the green‐emissive Cs3YbCl6:Sb3+ delivers a high photoluminescence quantum yield of 67.3%. Leveraging the advantages of obvious methanol‐induced emission color transformation between Cs2YbCl5·H2O and Cs3YbCl6 at room temperature, Cs2YbCl5·H2O can be used in the field of high‐security‐level anti‐counterfeiting. In this prospective, multicenter, Phase 2 clinical trial (NCT02987244), patients with peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) who had responded to first-line chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin or epirubicin, vincristine or vindesine, etoposide, and prednisone (Chi-CHOEP) were treated by autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) or with chidamide maintenance or observation. A total of 85 patients received one of the following interventions: ASCT (n = 15), chidamide maintenance (n = 44), and observation (n = 26). estimated 3 PFS and OS rates were 85.6%, 80.8%, and 49.4% (P = 0.001). The two-year OS rates were 85.6%, 80.8%, and 69.0% (P = 0.075).The ASCT and chidamide maintenance groups had significantly better progression-free survival (PFS) than the observation group (P = 0.001, and P = 0.01, respectively). The overall survival (OS) differed significantly between the chidamide maintenance group and the observation group (P = 0.041). The multivariate and propensity score matching analyses for PFS revealed better outcomes in the subjects in the chidamide maintenance than observation groups (P = 0.02). The ASCT and chidamide maintenance groups had significant survival advantages over the observation group. In the post-remission stage of the untreated PTCL patients, single-agent chidamide maintenance demonstrated superior PFS and better OS than observation. Our findings highlight the potential benefit of chidamide in this patient subset, warranting further investigation through larger prospective trials. The hallmarks of stem cells, such as proliferation, self-renewal, development, differentiation, and regeneration, are critical to maintain stem cell identity which is sustained by genetic and epigenetic factors. Super-enhancers (SEs), which consist of clusters of active enhancers, play a central role in maintaining stemness hallmarks by specifically transcriptional model. The SE-navigated transcriptional complex, including SEs, non-coding RNAs, master transcriptional factors, Mediators and other co-activators, forms phase-separated condensates, which offers a toggle for directing diverse stem cell fate. With the burgeoning technologies of multiple-omics applied to examine different aspects of SE, we firstly raise the concept of "super-enhancer omics", inextricably linking to Pan-omics. In the review, we discuss the spatiotemporal organization and concepts of SEs, and describe links between SE-navigated transcriptional complex and stem cell features, such as stem cell identity, self-renewal, pluripotency, differentiation and development. We also elucidate the mechanism of stemness and oncogenic SEs modulating cancer stem cells via genomic and epigenetic alterations hijack in cancer stem cell. Additionally, we discuss the potential of targeting components of the SE complex using small molecule compounds, genome editing, and antisense oligonucleotides to treat SE-associated organ dysfunction and diseases, including cancer. Light is a crucial environmental factor for plant growth and development, and the light required for plant development on Earth mainly comes from solar radiation. Light not only affects the photomorphogenesis of plants as a trigger signal but also has an important influence on the whole development of plants. The study of photoperiod regulation of plant flowering is crucial in agricultural practice, as it directly affects plant variety selection, introductory adaptation, and yield stability. In this paper, we used the Bibliometrix package in R Studio, VOSviewer, and Citespace to bibliometrically and statistically analyze 3919 publications in the Web of Science core ensemble database from 2000 to 2023 and to explore the progress and trends in the study of photoperiodic regulation of plant flowering. Literature visualization techniques were used to analyze the annual quantitative distribution of the studies in the dataset, and co-occurrence analysis of collaboration between authors, co-occurrence analysis of collaboration between organizations, co-citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and identification of topic evolution were also performed. The results show that the number of publications on photoperiodic regulation of plant flowering is increasing every year, showing a significant diversification and globalization trend in this research area. Growth, gene expression, and Arabidopsis thaliana are the most popular research areas in this field. Flowering gene networks and signaling pathways in the photoperiodic pathway, systems biology and multi-omics, environmental adaptation studies, and cross-species comparisons are current research hotspots. The thematic evolution suggests that environmental change, crop improvement and sustainable agriculture, light quality, and biological clock regulation may be foci of future research. This study reveals the research trends in photoperiodic regulation of plant flowering over the past 23 years and the areas where more research inputs are needed in the future, aiming to offer guidance for future research endeavors in the field of photoperiodic regulation of plant flowering. Serological detection of syphilis‐specific antibodies is the most widely used clinical method for diagnosing syphilis. However, the current methods in clinical practice are too diverse, complicating result interpretation and wasting medical resources. To meet the resultant demand for a simple fast naked‐eye detection method, we employed the bacterial cell‐binding domain (CBD) of bacteriophage lysin to functionalize bio‐microparticles (engineered non‐culturable red‐colored Staphylococcus aureus bacteria), forming a bioprobe that can detect the syphilis‐specific antibodies from human serum in 5 min with naked eyes. Specifically, CBD is bioengineered by fusion with one of three antigens of the syphilis‐causing bacteria Treponema pallidum separately. The three resulting fusion proteins bind to the bacteria surface through the CBD motif, generating a bioprobe with the antigens exposed. When the bioprobe is added to the serum samples collected from the syphilis patients, the syphilis‐specific antibodies bind the antigens on the bioprobes and cross‐link them, forming eye‐visible red aggregates for the naked‐eye antibody detection. The bioprobe was validated on 209 clinical samples, revealing its high clinical sensitivity and specificity. Exploiting the natural biorecognition between the bacteria‐specific phage‐derived species and the phage host bacteria represents a promising strategy for producing facile probes for rapid point‐of‐care testing of infectious diseases. The efficient preparation of single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) rings, as a macromolecular construction approach with topological features, has aroused much interest due to the ssDNA rings' numerous applications in biotechnology and DNA nanotechnology. However, an extra splint is essential for enzymatic circularization, and by-products of multimers are usually present at high concentrations. Here, we proposed a simple and robust strategy using permuted precursor (linear ssDNA) for circularization by forming an intramolecular dynamic nick using a part of the linear ssDNA substrate itself as the template. After the simulation of the secondary structure for desired circular ssDNA, the linear ssDNA substrate is designed to have its ends on the duplex part (≥5 bp). By using this permuted substrate with 5′-phosphate, the splint-free circularization is simply carried out by T4 DNA ligase. Very interestingly, formation of only several base pairs (2–4) flanking the nick is enough for ligation, although they form only instantaneously under ligation conditions. More significantly, the 5-bp intramolecular duplex part commonly exists in genomes or functional DNA, demonstrating the high generality of our approach. Antigenically divergent H7N9 viruses pose a potential threat to public health, with the poor immunogenicity of candidate H7N9 vaccines demonstrated in clinical trials underscoring the urgent need for more-effective H7N9 vaccines. In the present study, mice were immunized with various doses of a suspended-MDCK-cell-derived inactivated H7N9 vaccine, which was based on a low-pathogenic H7N9 virus, to assess cross-reactive immunity and cross-protection against antigenically divergent H7N9 viruses. We found that the CRX-527 adjuvant, a synthetic TLR4 agonist, significantly enhanced the humoral immune responses of the suspended-MDCK-cell-derived H7N9 vaccine, with significant antigen-sparing and immune-enhancing effects, including robust virus-specific IgG, hemagglutination-inhibiting (HI), neuraminidase-inhibiting (NI), and virus-neutralizing (VN) antibody responses, which are crucial for protection against influenza virus infection. Moreover, the CRX-527-adjuvanted H7N9 vaccine also elicited cross-protective immunity and cross-protection against a highly pathogenic H7N9 virus with a single vaccination. Notably, NI and VN antibodies might play an important role in cross-protection against lethal influenza virus infections. This study showed that a synthetic TLR4 agonist adjuvant has a potent immunopotentiating effect, which might be considered worth further development as a means of increasing vaccine effectiveness. Background: Studies has suggested that receiving social support improves the professional identity of health professional students. According to the two-way social support theory, social support includes receiving social support and giving social support. However, the effect of the two-way social support on health professional students' professional identity has not been clarified yet. Methods: To explore the mechanism of how two-way social support affects health professional students' professional identity, an observational, cross-sectional study was conducted among a convenience and cluster sample of 1449 health professional students from two medical schools in western China. Measures included a short version of the two-way social support scale, a health professional students' professional identity questionnaire, an achievement motivation scale, and a meaning in life scale. (Data were analyzed by use of SPSS26.0 software, Amos 28.0 software, and PROCESSv4.0 plug-in.). Results: Receiving social support, giving social support, achievement motivation, meaning in life, and professional identity were positively correlated with each other. Receiving and giving social support not only directly predicted health professional students' professional identity, but also indirectly predicted health professional students' professional identity through the mediating roles of achievement motivation and meaning in life, and the chain mediating roles of achievement motivation and meaning in life, respectively. The effectiveness of predicting health professional students' professional identity varied among different types of two-way social support, which could be depicted as two-way social support > mainly giving social support > mainly receiving social support > low two-way social support. Conclusion: In the medical education, the awareness and ability of health professional students to receive and give social support should be strengthened. More attention should be drawn on the chain mediating effect of achievement motivation and meaning in life between two-way social support and professional identity. The current results shed new light on exploring effective ways of improving health professional students' professional identity, which suggested that more attention should be paid to the positive effects of mainly giving social support and two-way social support rather than only on the effects of receiving social support. Opsins are a class of transmembrane proteins encoded by opsin genes, and they play a variety of functional roles. Short wavelength-sensitive opsin 2 (sws2), one of the five classes of visual opsin genes, mainly senses blue light. Previous research has indicated that sws2 is essential for melanocyte formation in fish; however, its specific role in skin color differentiation remains to be elucidated. Here, we identified the sws2 gene in a prized reef-dwelling fish, Plectropomus leopardus. The full-length P. leopardus sws2 gene encodes a protein consisting of 351 amino acids, and exhibits substantial homology with other fish species. The expression of the sws2 gene was widespread across P. leopardus tissues, with high expression in eye and skin tissues. Through immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization analyses, we discovered that the sws2 gene was primarily localized in the rod and cone cells of the retina, and epidermal cells of the skin. Furthermore, dsRNA interference was used for sws2 gene knockdown in living P. leopardus to elucidate its function in skin color differentiation. Black-color-related genes, melanin contents, and tyrosinase activity in the skin significantly decreased after sws2 knockdown (p < 0.05), but red-color-related genes and carotenoid and lutein contents significantly increased (p < 0.05). Retinoic acid injection produced the opposite results. Our results suggested that the sws2 gene influences P. leopardus skin color regulation by affecting vitamin synthesis and melanin-related gene expression levels. The use of interior permanent-magnet synchronous machines (IPMSMs) is prevalent in automotive and vehicle traction applications due to their high efficiency over a wide speed range. Given the high-power-density requirements of automotive IPMSMs, it is imperative to consider the effect of nonlinearities, such as saturation and cross-coupling, on the motor model. The aforementioned nonlinearities render conventional linear motor models incapable of accurately describing the operating characteristics of the IPMSM, including the maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) trajectory, the flux-weakening (FW) trajectory, and the maximum torque per volt (MTPV) trajectory. With respect to the linear motor model, the nonlinear flux-linkage model is gradually receiving attention from researchers. This modeling method represents the nonlinear behavior of the motor through the direct establishment of a bidirectional mapping relationship between flux-linkage and current. It is capable of naturally incorporating the effects of magnetic saturation and cross-coupling factors. However, the analysis of the current trajectory optimal criteria based on this model has not yet been reported. In this paper, the optimal criteria for the MTPA and MTPV current trajectories are analyzed based on the nonlinear flux-linkage model of IPMSMs. Firstly, the nonlinear flux-linkage model of the tested IPMSM is established by the experimental calibration method. The mathematical analytical expressions of the MTPA and MTPV optimal criteria are then analyzed by constructing and solving optimal problems with different objectives. Finally, the current command table applicable to actual motor control is constructed by calculating the current command for different operating conditions according to the optimal criteria proposed in this paper. Subject identification via the subject's gait is challenging due to variations in the subject's carrying and dressing conditions in real-life scenes. This paper proposes a novel targeted 3-dimensional (3D) gait model (3D Gait) represented by a set of interpretable 3D Gait descriptors based on a 3D parametric body model. The 3D Gait descriptors are utilised as invariant gait features in the 3D Gait recognition method to address object carrying and dressing. The 3D Gait recognition method involves 2-dimensional (2D) to 3D Gait data learning based on 3D virtual samples, a semantic gait parameter estimation Long Short Time Memory (LSTM) network (3D-SGPE-LSTM), a feature fusion deep model based on a multi-set canonical correlation analysis, and SoftMax recognition network. First, a sensory experiment based on 3D body shape and pose deformation with 3D virtual dressing is used to fit 3D Gait onto the given 2D gait images. 3D interpretable semantic parameters control the 3D morphing and dressing involved. Similarity degree measurement determines the semantic descriptors of 2D gait images of subjects with various shapes, poses and styles. Second, using the 2D gait images as input and the subjects' corresponding 3D semantic descriptors as output, an end-to-end 3D-SGPE-LSTM is constructed and trained. Third, body shape, pose and external gait factors (3D- eFactors) are estimated using the 3D-SGPE-LSTM model to create a set of interpretable gait descriptors to represent the 3D Gait Model, i.e. 3D intrinsic semantic shape descriptor (3D- Shape); 3D skeleton-based gait pose descriptor (3D- Pose) and 3D dressing with other 3D- eFators. Finally, the 3D- Shape and 3D- Pose descriptors are coupled to a unified pattern space by learning prior knowledge from the 3D- eFators. Practical research on CASIA B, CMU MoBo, TUM GAID and GPJATK databases shows that 3D Gait is robust against object carrying and dressing variations, especially under multi-cross variations. The development of large‐area transparent organic‐inorganic hybrid metal halide (OIMH) scintillation screens is restricted by the anisotropic single‐crystal growth, numerous grain boundaries in polycrystalline wafers, and inhomogeneous dispersion in perovskite‐polymer composite films. The crystal‐glass phase transition of OIMH materials may provide a promising solution for the above significant challenges. Herein, a new class of transparent amorphous guanidinium‐based manganese bromide glasses, (DPG)2MnBr4 and (DOTG)2MnBr4 (DPG = 1,3‐diphenylguanidinium, DOTG = 1,3‐di‐o‐tolylguanidinium), are synthesized through a low‐temperature melt‐quenching process. The (DOTG)2MnBr4 shows impressive glass‐forming ability because of large viscosity (η) at the melting temperature (Tm) (η(Tm) = 3426 mPa·s) and small fragility index (m = 52.35), which can be a potential glass scintillator. The large‐area (e.g., 13 cm × 13 cm) transparent amorphous (DOTG)2MnBr4 glass scintillator shows high light transmittance of > 80%, a low detection limit of 237.3 nGy s−1 and high X‐ray imaging spatial resolution of 12 lp mm−1. Interestingly, the glass transition temperature of < 40 °C gives (DOTG)2MnBr4 glass unique thermoplastic properties, allowing it to conform to irregularly shaped objects and reduce the distortion in X‐ray imaging. Encouraging employees' green behaviour is one of the effective environmental strategies in the hotel industry. Previous studies have primarily investigated the organisation-level factors influencing employees' green behaviour. In contrast, this study shifts the focus to the employee-level factors and introduces generativity in the current research topic. Generativity reflects individuals' concerns for the well-being of future generations. This study aims to explore the relationships among employees' generativity, green behaviour, green policy attitude, and environmental commitment. 304 valid samples were collected from hotel employees in Macau. The structural equational model analysis revealed that generativity has a significantly positive influence on green policy. Employees' green attitude and environmental commitment play a mediating role between generativity and green behaviour. This study expands on the literature by exploring how employees' generativity promotes organizational environmental management. In cloud-edge-end scenarios, how to achieve rational resource allocation, implement effective service deployment, and ensure high service quality has become a hot research topic in academic domains. Service providers usually deploy services by considering the characteristics of different geographical regions, which helps to meet the diverse needs of users in different regions and optimize resource allocation and utilization. However, due to the widespread distribution of users and limited server resources, providing all types of services to users in every geographical region is not feasible. In addition, edge servers are prone to operational failures caused by software anomalies, hardware malfunctions, and malicious attacks, which will decrease service reliability. To address the problems above, this paper proposes a metric for service priorities based on user demands and regional characteristics for different geographical regions. ChatGPT has revolutionized the travel industry. This study employs the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) model to develop and validate a conceptual model for ChatGPT acceptance. Social influence and perceived value emerge as key determinants of user cognitive appraisals of ChatGPT's expertise, trustworthiness, and emotional connections through parasocial interaction. These factors subsequently influence traveler acceptance of ChatGPT for travel-related services. Alzheimer's disease (AD) represents the most widespread neurodegenerative disorder, distinguished by a gradual onset and slow progression, presenting a substantial challenge to global public health. The 1.7 kV 4H-SiC MOSFET which features optimized retrograded-profile ion implantation in the JFET regions (RG-MOS) is proposed and fabricated on the 4 inch wafers. A new multi-scenario, low-cost, high-efficiency, medium-assisted continuous laser cleaning of corrosion layers was developed. By comparing the roughness and cleaning depth of rust layers cleaned under conditions of liquid-assisted, solid-assisted, and mixed solid–liquid-assisted laser cleaning, simultaneously establishing a three-dimensional finite element model to study the variations during the cleaning process, and conducting a comparative analysis of the results of both, the cleaning mechanism is elucidated. The experimental results indicate that under conditions of water-assisted cleaning, the depth of rust layer increases initially and then decreases with varying water layer heights. The maximum cleaning depth is achieved at a water layer height of 0.1 mm, while the optimal surface roughness occurs at a water layer height of 0.2 mm, indicating a change in cleaning mechanism. The cleaning pattern with SiO2 activator assistance follows a similar trend to a water medium, reaching maximum cleaning depth at 0.1 mm height, with a slight improvement in surface roughness compared to water-assisted cleaning. Finally, solid–liquid mixing can achieve cleaning completion and improve surface roughness under conditions where water-assisted cleaning alone fails to reach a clean state. Therefore, the active agent can be used for laser cleaning to promote the cleaning process, and solid–liquid mixing to assist the laser cleaning can be a theoretical guide for the field of laser cleaning. Bay areas have experienced a rapid development in their city integration and tourism industry over the past decade. However, city integration has rarely been studied in the tourism literature along with its dimensions and impact on tourism development. In this study, we propose a new approach for inverse modeling of hydraulic tomography (HT) using the Fourier neural operator (FNO) as a surrogate forward model. FNO is a deep learning model that directly parameterizes the integral kernel in Fourier space to learn solution operators for parametric partial differential equations (PDEs). We trained a highly accurate FNO to learn the solution operators of PDEs in HT, which can efficiently generate multiple channels of hydraulic head fields corresponding to specific pumping tests in new parameter fields through a single forward pass. The trained FNO surrogate model is integrated with the reduced geostatistical approach (RGA) to provide a powerful tool, named RGA‐FNO, for inverse modeling of Gaussian random fields. RGA utilizes principal components to effectively reduce problem dimensions and encode geostatistical information. FNO benefits from deep learning automatic differentiation, enabling efficient backpropagation of gradients during inverse modeling. Our results show that RGA‐FNO can efficiently produce satisfactory estimations for random transmissivity fields with an exponential covariance function, which is non‐differentiable and visually non‐smooth. The RGA‐FNO application on steady‐state multi‐well HT is better than the single‐well transient pumping test for inverse modeling. The data required for inverse modeling applications of RGA‐FNO increases with the variance of the random transmissivity fields. FNO and other neural operator models have the potential to play an important role in groundwater modeling, especially in inverse modeling and experimental design, which often requires a large number of forward simulations. In this paper, a novel method is proposed to predict online review helpfulness based on the knowledge adoption model (KAM) theory and non-kernel weighted quadratic surface support vector machine (WQSSVM). The KAM theory develops helpfulness-predicting features from two perspectives: the quality of online review content and the credibility of online review sources. Content quality is measured by calculating the percentage of domain words in a review, as well as the percentage of stop words. This method effectively addresses the issue of knowledge barriers existing in the online reviews in specific domains. Source credibility is measured by looking at the number of fans an author has, as well as the number of likes he has received. The WQSSVM significantly reduces the computational time in selecting a suitable kernel and related parameters. To investigate the performance of the proposed method, computational experiments were conducted on three crawled online review datasets of traditional Chinese medicine, takeouts, and mobile phone products. Carboxylates are non‐toxic, stable, inexpensive, and widely available, making them ideal nucleophiles for C−C cross‐coupling reactions. Here, we report the electro/Ni dual‐catalyzed redox‐neutral decarboxylative C(sp3)−C(sp2) cross‐coupling reactions of pristine carboxylates with aryl bromides. At an anode, the carboxylates, including amino acid, benzyl carboxylic acid, and 2‐phenoxy propionic acid, undergo oxidative decarboxylation to form carbon‐based free radicals. The combination of NiII(Ar)(Br) intermediate and carbon radical results in the formation of C(sp3)−C(sp2) cross‐coupling products. The adaptation of this electrosynthesis method to flow synthesis and valuable molecule synthesis was demonstrated. Background: Severe acute lung failure (ALF) often necessitates veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV-ECMO), where identifying predictors of weaning success and mortality remains crucial yet challenging. The study aims to identify predictors of weaning success and mortality in adults undergoing VV-ECMO for severe ALF, a gap in current clinical knowledge. Methods and analysis: PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials will be searched for cohort studies examining the predictive factors of successful weaning and mortality in adult patients on VV-ECMO due to severe ALF. Risk of bias assessment will be conducted using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale for each included study. The primary outcomes will be successful weaning from VV-ECMO and all-cause mortality. Between-study heterogeneity will be evaluated using the I2 statistic. Sensitivity, subgroup, and meta-regression analyses will be performed to ascertain potential sources of heterogeneity and assess the robustness of our results. We will use the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations (GRADE) tool to recommend the level of evidence. Discussion: This study seeks to provide clinically significant insights into predictors for weaning and mortality during VV-ECMO treatment for ALF, aiming to support clinical decisions and potentially influence health policy, thereby improving patient outcomes. The two-dimensional GTAW arc model is insufficient to fully explain the effects of the external longitudinal magnetic field on the arc. Therefore, a three-dimensional GTAW arc model was established to elucidate the recirculation flow and negative pressure arc characteristic of magnetic-controlled arc. The external magnetic field controls the surface temperature, pressure, and current density distribution of the workpiece by controlling the flow of arc plasma. When the magnetic flux density is 0.04T, the surface temperature, pressure, and current density of the workpiece exhibit a bimodal distribution. Under the negative pressure of the GTAW arc, the arc plasma on both sides flowed counterclockwise around the center in the spiral upward direction and then counterclockwise downward from 0.9 mm below the tungsten electrode. The occurrence and development of rill erosion depends on the hydraulic characteristics of water flow and underlying soil surface features. Our experiments include one-rainfall-intensity treatments (2.0 mm min−1) and various microtopographic levels based on different tillage practices with smooth slope (CK), artificial digging (AD), and ridge tillage (RT) on a 15° slope. The results indicate the following: (1) The soil roughness index values were in the order of CK < AD < RT, and the spatial variability of different tillage practices had strong autocorrelations during different rill erosive stages. The codomain values decreased with the increase in microtopography. (2) The multifractal dimension values of tillage practices in various erosive stages were in the order of RT > AD > CT. The microtopography of different tilled slopes showed strong multifractal characteristics, and the multifractal characteristics were stronger as the microrelief heterogeneity increased. For the CK slope, the generalized fractal dimension span (ΔD) ranged between 0.0019 and 0.0058. For the AD slope, ΔD was between 0.2901 and 0.5112. And, for the RT slope, ΔD was between 0.4235 and 0.7626. (3) With the evolution of rill erosion, the flow pattern on different tilled slopes changed from subcritical transition flow to supercritical transition flow. (4) Soil roughness index and ΔD had good correlations with hydrodynamic parameters. The stronger the erosive energy of runoff was, the higher the spatial heterogeneity of microtopography was. A novel programmed hybrid spreading spectrum modulation method to mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI) emission and bearing current in the context of miniaturised and lightweight synchronous machine drives is proposed. The proposed method adopts the combination of conventional pulsewidth modulation (PWM) and low common mode voltage PWM. The offline look‐up table for switching frequency is acquired by analysing the root mean square voltage values at different modulation indices and angles. By adjusting the switching frequency according to this table, the spectrum can be spread into the sidebands of the switching frequency, and the harmonic spike can be suppressed. To address the challenge of increased current ripple and harmonic distortion in high torque density motors under overload conditions, a motor model that considers the cross‐saturation and slotting effect is presented. This motor model is used to derive the switching frequency correction factors, aiming to mitigate the influence of saturation and slotting effect on harmonic amplification. The proposed method is well‐suited for controlling synchronous motors using three‐phase two‐level voltage source inverters. The simulation and experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, showcasing its advantages in terms of computational complexity reduction and significant attenuation of peak EMI currents. During the operation of space gravitational wave detectors, the constellation configuration formed by three satellites gradually deviates from the ideal 60° angle due to the periodic variations in orbits. To ensure the stability of inter-satellite laser links, active compensation of the breathing angle variation within the constellation plane is achieved by rotating the optical subassembly through the telescope pointing mechanism. This paper proposes a high-performance robust composite control method designed to enhance the robust stability, disturbance rejection, and tracking performance of the telescope pointing system. Specifically, based on the dynamic model of the telescope pointing mechanism and the disturbance noise model, an H∞ controller has been designed to ensure system stability and disturbance rejection capabilities. Meanwhile, employing the method of an H∞ norm optimized disturbance observer (HODOB) enhances the nonlinear friction rejection ability of the telescope pointing system. The simulation results indicate that, compared to the traditional disturbance observer (DOB) design, utilizing the HODOB method can enhance the tracking accuracy and pointing stability of the telescope pointing system by an order of magnitude. Furthermore, the proposed composite control method improves the overall system performance, ensuring that the stability of the telescope pointing system meets the 10 nrad/Hz1/2 @0.1 mHz~1 Hz requirement specified for the TianQin mission. Background: Studies has suggested that receiving social support improves the professional identity of health professional students. According to the two-way social support theory, social support includes receiving social support and giving social support. However, the effect of the two-way social support on health professional students' professional identity has not been clarified yet. Methods: To explore the mechanism of how two-way social support affects health professional students' professional identity, an observational, cross-sectional study was conducted among a convenience and cluster sample of 1449 health professional students from two medical schools in western China. Measures included a short version of the two-way social support scale, a health professional students' professional identity questionnaire, an achievement motivation scale, and a meaning in life scale. Data were analyzed by use of SPSS26.0 software and PROCESSv4.0 plug-in. Results: Receiving social support, giving social support, achievement motivation, meaning in life, and professional identity were positively correlated with each other. Receiving and giving social support not only directly predicted health professional students' professional identity, but also indirectly predicted health professional students' professional identity through the mediating roles of achievement motivation and meaning in life, and the chain mediating roles of achievement motivation and meaning in life, respectively. The effectiveness of predicting health professional students' professional identity varied among different types of two-way social support, which could be depicted as two-way social support > mainly giving social support > mainly receiving social support > low two-way social support. Conclusion: In the medical education, the awareness and ability of health professional students to receive and give social support should be strengthened. More attention should be drawn on the chain mediating effect of achievement motivation and meaning in life between two-way social support and professional identity. The current results shed new light on exploring effective ways of improving health professional students' professional identity, which suggested that more attention should be paid to the positive effects of mainly giving social support and two-way social support rather than only on the effects of receiving social support. Compositionally complex oxides (CCOs) are an emerging class of materials encompassing high entropy and entropy stabilized oxides. These promising advanced materials leverage tunable chemical bond structure, lattice distortion, and chemical disorder for unprecedented properties. Grain boundary (GB) and point defect segregation to GBs are relatively understudied in CCOs even though they can govern macroscopic material properties. For example, GB segregation can govern local chemical (dis)order and point defect distribution, playing a critical role in electrochemical reaction kinetics, and charge and mass transport in solid electrolytes. However, compared with conventional oxides, GBs in multi-cation CCO systems are expected to exhibit more complex segregation phenomena and, thus, prove more difficult to tune through GB design strategies. Here, GB segregation was studied in a model perovskite CCO LaFe0.7Ni0.1Co0.1Cu0.05Pd0.05O3−x textured thin film by (sub-)atomic-resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy imaging and spectroscopy. It is found that GB segregation is correlated with cation reducibility—predicted by an Ellingham diagram—as Pd and Cu segregate to GBs rich in oxygen vacancies ( V O · · ). Furthermore, Pd and Cu segregation is highly sensitive to the concentration and spatial distribution of V O · · along the GB plane, as well as fluctuations in atomic structure and elastic strain induced by GB local disorder, such as dislocations. This work offers a perspective of controlling segregation concentration of CCO cations to GBs by tuning reducibility of CCO cations and oxygen deficiency, which is expected to guide GB design in CCOs. The current mainstream planar X‐ray imaging techniques face significant challenges for accurately capturing the internal structure of curved objects, since the variable distances between the curved objects and the flat‐panel scintillation screen cannot eliminate the distortion in X‐ray imaging. Though large‐area and transparent curved scintillation screens are much more desirable. Here, organic–inorganic hybrid Mn‐based single crystals ([CH3Ph3P]2MnX4, X = Cl, Br, I) exhibiting high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and low melting temperature have been employed to prepare transparent glass for X‐ray scintillation imaging application through a low‐temperature melting strategy. The [CH3Ph3P]2MnBr4‐glass shows high PLQY (47.8%), high‐resolution X‐ray imaging performance (12.3 lp mm−1), low limit of detection (25.33 nGy s−1), and impressive X‐ray irradiation stability (102 Gy). Furthermore, high‐contrast X‐ray imaging at a low dose (6.865 µGy per exposure, 14.5 times lower than the chest radiograph) is achieved. Based on the low glass transition temperature (Tg = 53.6 °C) and easy‐shapeable properties of [CH3Ph3P]2MnBr4‐glass scintillator, the large‐area curved scintillation screen with a series of sizes of Φ 2×4 – Φ 8×4 cm2 can be easily fabricated and show high X‐ray imaging quality. A new species of Papaveraceae, Corydalis sunhangii, in the section Trachycarpae, is described and illustrated from Nyingchi City, Xizang, China. The new species has some resemblance to Corydalis kingdonis, but differs by radical leaves prominent, usually several, blade tripinnate (vs. insignificant, few, blade bi‐ to triternate); cauline leaf usually one, much smaller than radical leaves, usually situated in lower half of stem (vs. usually two, larger than radical leaves, concentrated in upper third of stem); racemes densely 13–35‐flowered (vs. rather lax, 4–11‐flowered); claw of lower petal shallowly saccate (vs. very prominently and deeply saccate); capsule oblong, with raised lines of dense papillae (vs. broadly obovoid, smooth). Phylogenetic analysis, based on 68 protein‐coding plastid genes of 49 samples, shows that C. sunhangii is not closely related to any hitherto described species, which is consistent with our morphological analysis. The development of novel soft magnetic composites (SMCs) is driven by the demand for lightweight and highly stable electronic components. In this work, the influence of fine powder content on the properties of high-flux SMCs was systematically investigated by the particle size distribution of FeNi50 powders across a broad range from 0 to 100 wt%. Furthermore, the differences between the two powders were compared, and the effects on the properties of the SMCs were analyzed. The density of SMCs reached a maximum at a fine powder content of 20 wt% and increased gradually as the fine powder content exceeded 40 wt%. The effective permeability of SMCs was found to be strongly dependent on density and changed accordingly. The quality factor of SMCs increased gradually as the fine powder content rose, indicating a progressive enhancement of high-frequency magnetic performance. The decrease in power loss with the increase in fine powder content can be attributed to the lower hysteresis loss and intraparticle eddy current loss. The DC-bias performance gradually increased as the fine powder content increased. These parameters varied with the fine powder content, showing that reducing the average powder particle size could improve the high-frequency magnetic performance of SMCs. Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament (OPLL) is a degenerative hyperostosis disease characterized by the transformation of the soft and elastic vertebral ligament into bone, resulting in limited spinal mobility and nerve compression. Employing both bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing, we elucidate the molecular characteristics, cellular components, and their evolution during the OPLL process at a single-cell resolution, and validate these findings in clinical samples. This study also uncovers the capability of ligament stem cells to exhibit endothelial cell-like phenotypes in vitro and in vivo. Notably, our study identifies LOXL2 as a key regulator in this process. Through gain-and loss-of-function studies, we elucidate the role of LOXL2 in the endothelial-like differentiation of ligament cells. It acts via the HIF1A pathway, promoting the secretion of downstream VEGFA and PDGF-BB. This function is not related to the enzymatic activity of LOXL2. Furthermore, we identify sorafenib, a broad-spectrum tyrosine kinase inhibitor, as an effective suppressor of LOXL2-mediated vascular morphogenesis. By disrupting the coupling between vascularization and osteogenesis, sorafenib demonstrates significant inhibition of OPLL progression in both BMP-induced and enpp1 deficiency-induced animal models while having no discernible effect on normal bone mass. Background: To successfully replicate within the host cell, Toxoplasma gondii employs several mechanisms to overcome the host cell defenses and mitigate the harmful effects of the free radicals resulting from its own metabolic processes using effectors such as thioredoxin proteins. In this study, we characterize the location and functions of a newly identified thioredoxin in T. gondii, which was named Trx4. Methods: We characterized the functional role of Trx4 in T. gondii Type I RH and Type II Pru strains by gene knockout and studied its subcellular localization by endogenous protein HA tagging using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing. The enzyme-catalyzed proximity labeling technique, the TurboID system, was employed to identify the proteins in proximity to Trx4. Results: Trx4 was identified as a dense granule protein of T. gondii predominantly expressed in the parasitophorous vacuole (PV) and was partially co-localized with GRA1 and GRA5. Functional analysis showed that deletion of trx4 markedly influenced the parasite lytic cycle, resulting in impaired host cell invasion capacity in both RH and Pru strains. Mutation of Trx domains in Trx4 in RH strain revealed that two Trx domains were important for the parasite invasion. By utilizing the TurboID system to biotinylate proteins in proximity to Trx4, we identified a substantial number of proteins, some of which are novel, and others are previously characterized, predominantly distributed in the dense granules. In addition, we uncovered three novel proteins co-localized with Trx4. Intriguingly, deletion of trx4 did not affect the localization of these three proteins. Finally, a virulence assay demonstrated that knockout of trx4 resulted in a significant attenuation of virulence and a significant reduction in brain cyst loads in mice. Conclusions: Trx4 plays an important role in T. gondii invasion and virulence in Type I RH strain and Type II Pru strain. Combining the TurboID system with CRISPR-Cas9 technique revealed many PV-localized proximity proteins associated with Trx4. Circularly polarized electroluminescence (CPEL) is an active area of research because of its wide application in 3D displays and anti‐counterfeiting. However, it is not trivial to obtain a high asymmetry factor for highly efficient CPELs. Herein, a highly efficient CPEL is demonstrated with a superior asymmetry factor by using a chiral phosphine‐oxide‐passivated perovskite film as an emitter. An in situ‐formed perovskite nanocrystalline (NC) film is obtained by passivation of the chiral phosphine oxide. The as‐formed film exhibits much‐enhanced photoluminescence compared with the pristine film. More importantly, the NC film exhibits excellent chiral photoluminescence with a luminescence dissymmetry factor glum as high as 5.6 × 10−3. Electrically driven light‐emitting diodes based on the NC film exhibited superior device performance with a maximum brightness of 18,783 cd m−2 and a peak external quantum efficiency of 3.6%. More encouragingly, an unprecedented electroluminescence asymmetry factor gEL of up to 0.18 is achieved because of the chiral lattice distortion of the perovskite, which is the state‐of‐the‐art among hybrid materials. Sensor technology plays a pivotal role in various aspects of the petroleum industry. The conventional quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) liquid-phase detection method fails to discern the viscosity and density of solutions separately, rendering it incapable of characterizing the properties of unknown liquid solutions. This presents a formidable challenge to the application of QCM in the petroleum industry. In this study, we aim to assess the feasibility of exclusively utilizing a single QCM sensor for liquid viscosity measurements. Validation experiments were conducted, emphasizing the influence of temperature and solution concentration on the viscosity measurement results. The results indicate that the QCM liquid viscosity response model can achieve viscosity measurements in the temperature range of 20 to 60 °C and concentration range of 10%–95% glycerol solution using a single QCM, with a maximum error of 7.32%. Simultaneously, with the objective of enhancing the model's measurement precision, as an initial investigation, we employed a backpropagation neural network combined with genetic algorithm (to optimize the measurement data. The results demonstrate a substantial improvement in the measurement accuracy of the QCM sensor, with a root mean square error of 3.89 and an absolute error of 3.07% in predicting viscosity values. The purpose of this research was to extend neural networks into the evaluation system of QCM sensors for assessing the viscosity properties of liquid in the oil industry, providing insights into the application of QCM sensors in the petroleum industry for viscosity measurement and improving measurement accuracy.
