Two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) monolayers exhibit unique physical properties, such as self-terminating surfaces, a direct bandgap, and near-unity photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield (QY), which make them attractive for electronic and optoelectronic applications. Surface charge transfer has been widely used as a technique to control the concentration of free charge in 2D semiconductors, but its estimation and the impact on the optoelectronic properties of the material remain a challenge. In this work, we investigate the optical properties of a WS2 monolayer under three different doping approaches: benzyl viologen (BV), potassium (K), and electrostatic doping. Owing to the excitonic nature of 2D TMDC monolayers, the PL of the doped WS2 monolayer exhibits redshift and a decrease in intensity, which is evidenced by the increase in trion population. The electron concentrations of 3.79 × 10 13   cm − 2 , 6.21 × 10 13   cm − 2 , and 3.12 × 10 12   cm − 2 were measured for WS2 monolayers doped with BV, K, and electrostatic doping, respectively. PL offers a direct and versatile approach to probe the doping effect, allowing for the measurement of carrier concentration in 2D monolayer semiconductors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With increasing demand for wearable electronics capable of computing huge data, flexible neuromorphic systems mimicking brain functions have been receiving much attention. Despite considerable efforts in developing practical neural networks utilizing several types of flexible artificial synapses, it is still challenging to develop wearable systems for complex computations due to the difficulties in emulating continuous memory states in a synaptic component. In this study, polymer conductivity is analyzed as a crucial factor in determining the growth dynamics of metallic filaments in organic memristors. Moreover, flexible memristors with bio‐mimetic synaptic functions such as linearly tunable weights are demonstrated by engineering the polymer conductivity. In the organic memristor, the cluster‐structured filaments are grown within the polymer medium in response to electric stimuli, resulting in gradual resistive switching and stable synaptic plasticity. Additionally, the device exhibits the continuous and numerous non‐volatile memory states due to its low leakage current. Furthermore, complex hardware neural networks including ternary logic operators and a noisy image recognitions system are successfully implemented utilizing the developed memristor arrays. This promising concept of creating flexible neural networks with bio‐mimetic weight distributions will contribute to the development of a new computing architecture for energy‐efficient wearable smart electronics. The initial electrical characteristics and bias stabilities of thin-film transistors (TFTs) are vital factors regarding the practical use of electronic devices. In this study, the dependence of positive bias stress (PBS) instability on an initial threshold voltage (VTH) and its origin were analyzed by understanding the roles of slow and fast traps in solution-processed oxide TFTs. To control the initial VTH of oxide TFTs, the indium oxide (InOx) semiconductor was doped with aluminum (Al), which functioned as a carrier suppressor. The concentration of oxygen vacancies decreased as the Al doping concentration increased, causing a positive VTH shift in the InOx TFTs. The VTH shift (∆VTH) caused by PBS increased exponentially when VTH was increased, and a distinct tendency was observed as the gate bias stress increased due to a high vertical electric field in the oxide dielectric. In addition, the recovery behavior was analyzed to reveal the influence of fast and slow traps on ∆VTH by PBS. Results revealed that the effect of the slow trap increased as the VTH moved in the positive direction; this occured because the main electron trap location moved away from the interface as the Fermi level approached the conduction band minimum. Understanding the correlation between VTH and PBS instability can contribute to optimizing the fabrication of oxide TFT-based circuits for electronic applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As the demands for smart optoelectronics, including photosensor and photomemory, are increasing, multifunctional organic field-effect transistors have been considered as useful candidates for these complex systems. In particular, the vertical-type organic phototransistor (VOPT) is considered more promising for practical optoelectronic applications than the typical lateral-structured devices in terms of electro-optical characteristics and integration density. However, the on/off current ratio and photosensitivity of VOPTs are inherently constrained because of the presence of leakage current that flows along the structurally uncontrollable charge paths. Although considerable effort has been exerted to reduce the leakage current in VOPTs, developing VOPT with a high on/off ratio and photosensitivity remains challenging for practical applications of photosensor and photomemory. In this paper, we proposed a promising strategy for precisely engineering the current path of VOPTs. A charge blocking layer (CBL) is introduced at the interface between the source electrode and organic semiconductor. Its geometrical structure is simply optimized using a self-alignment process to effectively limit the paths of the leakage current. The developed VOPT with CBL presents a highly enhanced on/off current ratio and photosensitivity compared with the typical device. Moreover, our device demonstrates high potential as photodetector and photomemory for smart optoelectronic systems. Yttrium oxide (Y2O3) resistive random-access memory (RRAM) devices were fabricated using the sol–gel process on indium tin oxide/glass substrates. These devices exhibited conventional bipolar RRAM characteristics without requiring a high-voltage forming process. The effect of current compliance on the Y2O3 RRAM devices was investigated, and the results revealed that the resistance values gradually decreased with increasing set current compliance values. By regulating these values, the formation of pure Ag conductive filament could be restricted. The dominant oxygen ion diffusion and migration within Y2O3 leads to the formation of oxygen vacancies and Ag metal-mixed conductive filaments between the two electrodes. The filament composition changes from pure Ag metal to Ag metal mixed with oxygen vacancies, which is crucial for realizing multilevel cell (MLC) switching. Consequently, intermediate resistance values were obtained, which were suitable for MLC switching. The fabricated Y2O3 RRAM devices could function as a MLC with a capacity of two bits in one cell, utilizing three low-resistance states and one common high-resistance state. The potential of the Y2O3 RRAM devices for neural networks was further explored through numerical simulations. Hardware neural networks based on the Y2O3 RRAM devices demonstrated effective digit image classification with a high accuracy rate of approximately 88%, comparable to the ideal software-based classification (~92%). The interest in low processing temperature for printable transistors is rapidly increasing with the introduction of a new form factor in electronics and the growing importance of high throughput. This paper reports the fabrication of low-temperature-processable enhancement-mode amorphous oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) using the solution process. A facile low-pressure annealing (LPA) method is proposed for the activation of indium oxide (InOx) semiconductors at a significantly low processing temperature of 200 °C. Thermal annealing at a pressure of about ~10 Torr induces effective condensation in InOx even at a low temperature. As a result, the fabricated LPA InOx TFTs not only functioned in enhancement mode but also exhibited outstanding switching characteristics with a high on/off current ratio of 4.91 × 109. Furthermore, the LPA InOx TFTs exhibit stable operation under bias stress compared to the control device due to the low concentration of hydroxyl defects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Hardware neural networks with mechanical flexibility are promising next‐generation computing systems for smart wearable electronics. Several studies have been conducted on flexible neural networks for practical applications; however, developing systems with complete synaptic plasticity for combinatorial optimization remains challenging. In this study, the metal‐ion injection density is explored as a diffusive parameter of the conductive filament in organic memristors. Additionally, a flexible artificial synapse with bio‐realistic synaptic plasticity is developed using organic memristors that have systematically engineered metal‐ion injections, for the first time. In the proposed artificial synapse, short‐term plasticity (STP), long‐term plasticity, and homeostatic plasticity are independently achieved and are analogous to their biological counterparts. The time windows of the STP and homeostatic plasticity are controlled by the ion‐injection density and electric‐signal conditions, respectively. Moreover, stable capabilities for complex combinatorial optimization in the developed synapse arrays are demonstrated under spike‐dependent operations. This effective concept for realizing flexible neuromorphic systems for complex combinatorial optimization is an essential building block for achieving a new paradigm of wearable smart electronics associated with artificial intelligent systems. In this study, a capacitorless one-transistor dynamic random-access memory (1T-DRAM), based on polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) nanotube structure with a grain boundary (GB), is designed and analyzed using technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation. In the proposed 1T-DRAM, the 1T-DRAM cell exhibited a sensing margin of 422 μA/μm and a retention time of 213 ms at T = 358 K with a single GB. To investigate the effect of random GBs, it was assumed that the number of GB is seven, and the memory characteristics depending on the location and number of GBs were analyzed. The memory performance rapidly degraded due to Shockley–Read–Hall recombination depending on the location and number of GBs. In the worst case, when the number of GB is 7, the mean of the sensing margin was 194 µA/µm, and the mean of the retention time was 50.4 ms. Compared to a single GB, the mean of the sensing margin and the retention time decreased by 59.7% and 77.4%, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, we used a low-pressure thermal annealing (LPTA) treatment to improve the switching characteristics and bias stability of zinc–tin oxide (ZTO) thin film transistors (TFTs). For this, we first fabricated the TFT and then applied the LPTA treatment at temperatures of 80 °C and 140 °C. The LPTA treatment reduced the number of defects in the bulk and interface of the ZTO TFTs. In addition, the changes in the water contact angle on the ZTO TFT surface indicated that the LPTA treatment reduced the surface defects. Hydrophobicity suppressed the off-current and instability under negative bias stress because of the limited absorption of moisture on the oxide surface. Moreover, the ratio of metal–oxygen bonds increased, while the ratio of oxygen–hydrogen bonds decreased. The reduced action of hydrogen as a shallow donor induced improvements in the on/off ratio (from 5.5 × 103 to 1.1 × 107) and subthreshold swing (8.63 to V·dec−1 and 0.73 V·dec−1), producing ZTO TFTs with excellent switching characteristics. Organic memristors are promising candidates for the flexible synaptic components of wearable intelligent systems. With heightened concerns for the environment, considerable effort has been made to develop organic transient memristors to realize eco‐friendly flexible neural networks. However, in the transient neural networks, achieving flexible memristors with biorealistic synaptic plasticity for energy efficient learning processes is still challenging. Herein, a biodegradable and flexible polymer‐based memristor, suitable for the spike‐dependent learning process, is demonstrated. An electrochemical metallization phenomenon for the conductive nanofilament growth in a polymer medium of poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) is analyzed and a PVA‐based transient and flexible artificial synapse is developed. The developed device exhibits superior biodegradability and stable mechanical flexibility due to the high water solubility and excellent tensile strength of the PVA film, respectively. In addition, the developed flexible memristor is operated as a reliable synaptic device with optimized synaptic plasticity, which is ideal for artificial neural networks with the spike‐dependent operations. The developed device is found to be effectively served as a reliable synaptic component with high energy efficiency in practical neural networks. This novel strategy for developing transient and flexible artificial synapses can be a fundamental platform for realizing eco‐friendly wearable intelligent systems. In this study, a capacitorless one-transistor dynamic random-access memory (1T-DRAM) based on a polycrystalline silicon (Poly-Si) metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) with a storage layer separated using a separation oxide was designed and analyzed using technology computer-aided design (TCAD). The channel and storage layers were separated using a separation oxide to improve the inferior retention time of the conventional 1T-DRAM, and we adopted the underlap structure to reduce Shockley-Read-Hall recombination. In addition, poly-Si, which has several advantages, including low manufacturing cost and availability of high-density three-dimensional (3D) memory arrays, is used to easily fabricate silicon-on-insulator (SOI)-like structures. Accordingly, we extracted memory performance by analyzing the effect of grain boundary (GB). The proposed 1T-DRAM achieved a sensing margin of 14.10 μA/μm and a retention time of 251 ms at T = 358 K, even in the existence of a GB. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, we fabricated sol-gel-processed Y2O3-based resistive random-access memory (RRAM) devices. The fabricated Y2O3 RRAM devices exhibited conventional bipolar RRAM device characteristics and did not require the forming process. The long-term stability of the RRAM devices was investigated. The Y2O3 RRAM devices with a 20 nm thick Ag top electrode showed an increase in the low resistance state (LRS) and high resistance state (HRS) and a decrease in the HRS/LRS ratio after 30 days owing to oxidation and corrosion of the Ag electrodes. However, Y2O3 RRAM devices with inert Au-passivated Ag electrodes showed a constant RRAM device performance after 30 days. The 150 nm-thick Au passivation layer successfully suppressed the oxidation and corrosion of the Ag electrode by minimizing the chance of contact between water or oxygen molecules and Ag electrodes. The Au/Ag/Y2O3/ITO RRAM devices exhibited more than 300 switching cycles with a decent resistive window (>103). They maintained constant LRS and HRS resistances for up to 104 s, without significant degradation of nonvolatile memory properties for 30 days while stored in air. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, a capacitorless one-transistor dynamic random-access memory (1T-DRAM) cell based on a polycrystalline silicon dual-gate metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor with a fin-shaped structure was optimized and analyzed using technology computer-aided design simulation. The proposed 1T-DRAM demonstrated improved memory characteristics owing to the adoption of the fin-shaped structure on the side of gate 2. This was because the holes generated during the program operation were collected on the side of gate 2, allowing an expansion of the area where the holes were stored using the fin-shaped structure. Therefore, compared with other previously reported 1T-DRAM structures, the fin-shaped structure has a relatively high retention time due to the increased hole storage area. The proposed 1T-DRAM cell exhibited a sensing margin of 2.51 μA/μm and retention time of 598 ms at T = 358 K. The proposed 1T-DRAM has high retention time and chip density, so there is a possibility that it will replace DRAM installed in various applications such as PCs, mobile phones, and servers in the future. We investigate the physico-chemical origins that determine the transistor characteristics and stabilities in sol-gel processed zinc tin oxide (ZTO) thin-film transistors (TFTs). ZTO solutions with Sn/(Sn+Zn) molar ratios from 0.3 to 0.6 were synthesized to demonstrate the underlying mechanism of the electrical characteristics and bias-induced instabilities. As the Sn/(Sn+Zn) ratio of ZTO is increased, the threshold voltage of the ZTO TFTs negatively shifts owing to the gradual increase in the ratio of oxygen vacancies. The ZTO TFTs with an Sn/(Sn+Zn) ratio of 0.4 exhibit highest saturation mobility of 1.56 cm2/Vs lowest subthreshold swing and hysteresis of 0.44 V/dec and 0.29 V, respectively, due to the desirable atomic states of ZTO thin film. Furthermore, these also exhibit outstanding positive bias stability due to the low trap density at the semiconductor-dielectric interface. On the other hand, the negative bias stress-induced instability gradually increases as the proportion of tin increases because the negative bias stress instability originates from the ionization of oxygen vacancies. Neuromorphic electronics attract significant attention as a new computing architecture. Despite much effort for achieving practical neuromorphic systems, it is still challenging to construct a synapse array ideal for complex neural networks. Herein, a novel strategy for developing a highly integrated crossbar array of a one‐selector–one‐memory (1S–1R) synapse by systematically engineering ion injection is demonstrated. In the proposed synapse, an electrochemical metallization (ECM) memristor consisting of unstable filaments and a typical ECM device with stable filaments act as a selector with a low leakage current and a stable memory device, respectively. To overcome the voltage‐matching issues in constructing the 1S–1R synapse with high integration density, ion injection related with the electrical properties is optimized in the ECM devices via the distribution of active metal nanoparticles at the interface. The developed synapse possesses a high on/off ratio, superior selectivity, low operating current, and stable multilevel conductance, compared to the previously reported devices. High feasibility for complex neuromorphic systems is demonstrated, and the neural network based on the developed synapse array exhibits reliable parallel computation with high energy efficiency. In this paper, a capacitorless one-transistor dynamic random access memory (1 T-DRAM) based on a polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor with the asymmetric dual-gate (ADG) structure is designed and analyzed through a technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation. A poly-Si thin film was used within the device due to its low fabrication cost and feasibility in high-density three-dimensional (3-D) memory arrays. We studied the transfer characteristics and memory performances of the single-layer ADG 1 T-DRAMs and the 3-D stacked ADG 1 T-DRAMs and analyze the reliability depending on the location and the number of grain-boundaries (GBs). The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the threshold voltages (Vth) is depending on the location and the number of GBs. The RSDs of the single-layer ADG 1 T-DRAM and the 3-D stacked ADG 1 T-DRAM are 1.58% and 0.68%, respectively. The RSDs of retention time representing the memory performances are 54.7% and 41%, respectively. As a result of the 3-D stacked structure, the averaging effect occurs, which greatly aids in improving the reliability of the memory performances as well as the transfer characteristics of 1 T-DRAMs depending on the influence of GBs. In this study, we propose an effective strategy for achieving the flexible one organic transistor–one organic memristor (1T–1R) synapse using the multifunctional organic memristor. The dynamics of the conductive nanofilament (CF) in a hydrophobic fluoropolymer medium is explored and a hydrophobic fluoropolymer-based organic memristor is developed. The flexible 1T–1R synapse can be fabricated using the solution process because the hydrophobic fluorinated polymer layer is produced on the organic transistor without degradation of the underlying semiconductor. The developed flexible synapse exhibits multilevel conductance with high reliability and stability because of the fluoropolymer film, which acts as a medium for CF growth and an encapsulating layer for the organic transistor. Moreover, the synapse cell shows potential for high-density memory systems and practical neural networks. Solution‐processed organic memristors are promising ingredients to realize smart wearable electronics including neural networks. In organic memristors, tunable functionality of materials allows for realizing bio‐realistic neuromorphic electronics in the view point of the mechanical and electrical characteristics. However, it is challenging to achieve high‐density crossbar arrays of organic memristors due to undesirable sneak currents arising from unselected cells. For inorganic systems, considerable effort has been made to fabricate practical arrays by employing external components to suppress sneak current. By contrast, in organic memristors, it is barely possible to achieve practical systems due to the solvent orthogonality limiting the integration of the devices. Herein, an unprecedented structure of organic memristors with high self‐selectivity is developed to realize practical crossbar arrays. In the developed memristor, the self‐selective characteristics are achieved by systematically engineering the conductive nanofilament diffusion in the polymer. The maximum size of the memristor arrays is found to be more than 1 Mbits, and the neural networks based on the developed device showed reliable recognition performance similar to ideal software systems. In flexible neuromorphic electronics, solution‐processed organic memristors are important elements to perform memory functions. Despite considerable development for improving performances of organic memristors, the devices still exhibit the poor reliability and uniformity due to the stochastic characteristics of the conductive filament (CF) growth. Herein, the effective concept of introducing the interfacial load polymer (ILP) layers that control the CF growth in flexible organic memristors is demonstrated. In the flexible organic memristor, the ILP serves as an internal load resistor that regulates the CF growth in the electrolyte medium and the electron blocking layer, hence realizing self‐rectifying characteristics. In particular, the ILP provides the self‐compliance current of the device, which delicately limits the overgrowth of CFs. The flexible device delivers higher electrical performance (better reliability, uniformity, and the switching currents) than conventional devices without the ILP. Moreover, the device operates stably under repeated bending–straightening deformations. This unprecedented concept of achieving the capabilities of self‐compliance current and self‐rectifying property in a single memristor will provide a practical platform for constructing and realizing next‐generation flexible neuromorphic systems. We demonstrate the quantum dot (QD) hybrid patterns produced from uniformly dispersed QDs in the host matrix with the molecular order. The molecular ordering of the liquid crystalline polymer (LCP) as a host medium plays a critical role on the uniform dispersion of the QDs. The uniformity of the QD patterns and the emission intensity are found to be greatly enhanced by the molecular order compared to the conventional cases. Our emissive color display composed of the QD hybrid patterns shows the emission spectra with the color gamut extended to 87 % of the BT.2020 standard. We developed a solution‐processed organic light‐emitting diode (S‐OLED) array in a bank structure (BS) configuration, integrated with organic thin‐film‐transistors (OTFTs)). For the fabrication of a patterned S‐OLED with high resolution, the wettability of the BS was chemically modified by the ultraviolet ozone treatment. Sol–gel-processed Y2O3 films were used as active channel layers for resistive random access memory (RRAM) devices. The fabricated ITO/Y2O3/Ag RRAM devices exhibited the properties of conventional bipolar memory devices. A triethylamine stabilizer with a high vapor pressure and low surface tension was added to realize the local electric field area. During drying and high-temperature post-annealing processes, the large convective flow enhanced the surface elevation, and the increased –OH groups accelerated the hydrolysis reaction and aggregation. These phenomena afforded Y2O3 films with an uneven surface morphology and an increased surface roughness. The increased roughness of the Y2O3 films attributable to the triethylamine stabilizer enhanced the local electrical field, improved device reliability, and achieved successful repetition of the switching properties over an extended period. Flexible indium tin oxide (ITO)/Y2O3/Ag resistive random access memory (RRAM) devices were successfully fabricated using a thermal-energy-free ultraviolet (UV)/ozone-assisted photochemical annealing process. Using the UV/ozone-assisted photochemical process, the organic residue can be eliminated, and thinner and smother Y2O3 films than those formed using other methods can be fabricated. The flexible UV/ozone-assisted photochemical annealing process-based ITO/Y2O3/Ag RRAM devices exhibited the properties of conventional bipolar RRAM without any forming process. Furthermore, the pure and amorphous-phase Y2O3 films formed via this process showed a decreased leakage current and an increased high-resistance status (HRS) compared with the films formed using other methods. Therefore, RRAM devices can be realized on plastic substrates using a thermal-energy-free UV/ozone-assisted photochemical annealing process. The fabricated devices exhibited a resistive window (ratio of HRS/low-resistance status (LRS)) of >104, with the HRS and LRS values remaining almost the same (i.e., limited deterioration occurred) for 104 s and up to 102 programming/erasing operation cycles. The self-heating effects (SHEs) on the electrical characteristics of the GaN MOSFETs with a stacked TiO2/Si3N4 dual-layer insulator are investigated by using rigorous TCAD simulations. To accurately analyze them, the GaN MOSFETs with Si3N4 single-layer insulator are conducted to the simulation works together. The stacked TiO2/Si3N4 GaN MOSFET has a maximum on-state current of 743.8 mA/mm, which is the improved value due to the larger oxide capacitance of TiO2/Si3N4 than that of a Si3N4 single-layer insulator. However, the electrical field and current density increased by the stacked TiO2/Si3N4 layers make the device's temperature higher. That results in the degradation of the device's performance. We simulated and analyzed the operation mechanisms of the GaN MOSFETs modulated by the SHEs in view of high-power and high-frequency characteristics. The maximum temperature inside the device was increased to 409.89 K by the SHEs. In this case, the stacked TiO2/Si3N4-based GaN MOSFETs had 25%-lower values for both the maximum on-state current and the maximum transconductance compared with the device where SHEs did not occur; Ron increased from 1.41 mΩ·cm2 to 2.56 mΩ·cm2, and the cut-off frequency was reduced by 26% from 5.45 GHz. In this study, sol–gel-processed Li-doped SnO2-based thin-film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated on SiO2/p+ Si substrates. The influence of Li dopant (wt%) on the structural, chemical, optical, and electrical characteristics was investigated. By adding 0.5 wt% Li dopant, the oxygen vacancy formation process was successfully suppressed. Its smaller ionic size and strong bonding strength made it possible for Li to work as an oxygen vacancy suppressor. The fabricated TFTs consisting of 0.5 wt% Li-doped SnO2 semiconductor films delivered the field-effect mobility in a 2.0 cm2/Vs saturation regime and Ion/Ioff value of 1 × 108 and showed enhancement mode operation. The decreased oxygen vacancy inside SnO2 TFTs with 0.5 wt% Li dopant improved the negative bias stability of TFTs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A microarray of conducting polymer electrodes with high resolution and high pattern-fidelity is developed on a stretchable substrate through the directed wetting localization (DWL) by the differential hydrophobicity. The large difference in the surface energy between the wetting and dewetting regions serves as the major determinant of the pattern resolution and the pattern-fidelity, yielding the full surface coverage in the stretchable electrode array (SEA) with 30 μm in width. The electrical characteristics of the SEA are well preserved under different types of elastic deformations. All-solution-processed polymer light-emitting diodes (except for the cathode) based on our patterned stretchable electrodes show no appreciable degradation of the performance under stretching. Herein, the underlying mechanisms for the growth of conductive filaments (CFs) at a metal–polymer electrolyte interface through ion migration in organic electrochemical metallization (ECM) memristor are presented. It is observed that the free volume of voids (nanopores) in the polymer electrolyte serves as the pathways of metal‐cations whereas the interfacial topography between an active electrode and a polymer electrolyte determines the nucleation sites of the CFs. The growth kinetics of the CFs and the resultant resistive memory are found to vary with the molecular weight of the polymer electrolyte and the metal protrusions at the interface. Our direct observations show that the free volume of voids of the polymer electrolyte, varied with the molecular weight, dictates the ion transport for the growth and the disruption of the CFs. Our organic ECM‐based memristor with a hetero‐electrolyte exhibits high mechanical flexibility, low switching voltages reduced by about three times compared to those of conventional devices, and stable memory retention for longer than 104 s under repeated cycles of bending.
