This paper presents a valley path planning algorithm based on the Hybrid A* algorithm. This algorithm is aimed at finding the valley path for aircraft considering dynamics constraints and terrain limitations. The preliminaries involve the establishment of a 3D workspace based on digital elevation map (DEM) data and addressing methods of valley detection. Following this comprehensive groundwork, the Hybrid A*-based algorithm, employed to determine the valley path within the 3D workspace while accommodating dynamic constraints and terrain limitations, is then introduced. In the experimental test, to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper, we tested the performance of the proposed algorithm and other three baseline algorithms based on four optimization objectives in three workspaces. The integration of machine learning (ML) techniques into marketing strategies has become increasingly relevant in modern business. Utilizing scientific manuscripts indexed in the Scopus database, this article explores how this integration is being carried out. Initially, a focused search is undertaken for academic articles containing both the terms "machine learning" and "marketing" in their titles, which yields a pool of papers. These papers have been processed using the Supabase platform. The process has included steps like text refinement and feature extraction. In addition, our study uses two key ML methodologies: topic modeling through NMF and a comparative analysis utilizing the k-means clustering algorithm. Through this analysis, three distinct clusters emerged, thus clarifying how ML techniques are influencing marketing strategies, from enhancing customer segmentation practices to optimizing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Oblique photography is a regional digital surface model generation technique that can be widely used for building 3D model construction. However, due to the lack of geometric and semantic information about the building, these models make it difficult to differentiate more detailed components in the building, such as roofs and balconies. This paper proposes a deep learning-based method (U-NET) for constructing 3D models of low-rise buildings that address the issues. The method ensures complete geometric and semantic information and conforms to the LOD2 level. First, digital orthophotos are used to perform building extraction based on U-NET, and then a contour optimization method based on the main direction of the building and the center of gravity of the contour is used to obtain the regular building contour. Second, the pure building point cloud model representing a single building is extracted from the whole point cloud scene based on the acquired building contour. Finally, the multi-decision RANSAC algorithm is used to segment the building detail point cloud and construct a triangular mesh of building components, followed by a triangular mesh fusion and splicing method to achieve monolithic building components. The paper presents experimental evidence that the building contour extraction algorithm can achieve a 90.3% success rate and that the resulting single building 3D model contains LOD2 building components, which contain detailed geometric and semantic information. This research paper presents a comprehensive study of the simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) algorithm for robot localization and navigation in unknown environments. The SLAM algorithm is a widely used approach for building a map of an environment and estimating the robot's position within it, which is especially useful in dynamic and unstructured environments. The paper discusses various SLAM techniques, including the Kalman filter (KF) and GraphSLAM algorithms, and their use in probabilistic estimation of the robot's position and orientation. The paper also explores different path-planning techniques that can be used with the map created by the SLAM algorithm to generate collision-free paths for the robot to navigate toward its goal. The paper also discusses recent advances in deep learning-based SLAM algorithms and their applications in indoor navigation with ORB and RGB-D cameras. In the field of risk assessment, the traditional econometric models are generally used to assess credit risk. And with the introduction of the "dual-carbon" goals to promote the development of a low-carbon economy, the scale of green credit in China has rapidly expanded. But with the advent of the big data era, due to the poor interpretability of a traditional single machine learning model, it is difficult to capture nonlinear relationships, and there are shortcomings in prediction accuracy and robustness. This paper selects the adjusted ensemble learning model based on the homogeneous and heterogeneous factors for user default prediction, which can efficiently process large quantities of high-dimensional data. This article adjusts each model to adapt to the task and innovatively compares various models. In this paper, the missing value filling method, feature selection, and ensemble model are studied and discussed, and the optimal ensemble model is obtained. When comparing the predictions of single models and ensemble models, the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, F1-Score, Kappa, and MCC of Categorical Features Gradient Boosting (CatBoost) and Random undersampling Boosting (RUSBoost) all reach 100%. The experimental results prove that the algorithm based on adjusted homogeneous and heterogeneous ensemble learning can predict the user default efficiently and accurately. Efficient multiprocessor scheduling is pivotal in optimizing the performance of parallel computing systems. This paper leverages the power of Petri nets and the tool GPenSIM to model and simulate a variety of multiprocessor scheduling algorithms (the basic algorithms such as first come first serve, shortest job first, and round robin, and more sophisticated schedulers like multi-level feedback queue and Linux's completely fair scheduler). This paper presents the evaluation of three crucial performance metrics in multiprocessor scheduling (such as turnaround time, response time, and throughput) under various scheduling algorithms. However, the primary focus of the paper is to develop a robust simulation platform consisting of Petri Modules to facilitate the dynamic representation of concurrent processes, enabling us to explore the real-time interactions and dependencies in a multiprocessor environment; more advanced and newer schedulers can be tested with the simulation platform presented in this paper. The research on additive manufacturing (AM) path planning mainly focuses on the traditional three-axis AM path planning and five-degree-of-freedom (DOF) AM path planning, while there is less research on six-DOF AM path planning. In the traditional AM path planning algorithm, the filling path is discontinuous and there is long straight-line printing in a certain direction, which can easily lead to warpage deformation. Therefore, in this work, the six-DOF manipulator is taken as the main object to build an AM platform, and the mechanism of AM path planning of the manipulator is studied. The path planning algorithm combining the contour offset filling method and Hilbert curve filling is optimized by using a cubic uniform B-spline curve, and an AM path planning algorithm suitable for a six-DOF manipulator is obtained. A continuous printing path can be generated by this algorithm. It reduces the existence of long straight-line printing in a certain direction, thereby reducing the warpage deformation of the model and improving the molding quality of the model. The traditional three-axis AM device and the six-DOF AM platform were used to print two kinds of models. By comparing the printing time, the six-DOF AM platform was 43.70% and 37.94% shorter than the traditional three-axis AM device. The same model was printed on a six-DOF AM platform by using the parallel scanning filling method, the path planning algorithm combining contour offset and Hilbert curve, and the method proposed in this paper. Through experimental verification, the average warpage deformation of the model printed by the method proposed in this paper was reduced by 37.81% and 13.79%, respectively, compared with the other two methods. Dual polarization quadrature phase shifting keying (DP-QPSK) modulation format along with coherent receiver helps in increasing the data carrying capability of existing optical networks without any major change in existing transmission infrastructure. The various linear and nonlinear fiber effects, frequency and phase errors are corrected in electrical domain at the receiver end with digital back propagation algorithms (DBP) instead of in-line compensation. In such a case the selection of optimum values of system parameters make the task easier for DBP algorithms. This paper highlights the importance of finding optimum operating point of continuous modulus algorithm (CMA) for better adaptive equalization (AE). Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based object detection methods are widely used in traffic detection due to their high flexibility and extensive coverage. In recent years, with the increasing complexity of the urban road environment, UAV object detection algorithms based on deep learning have gradually become a research hotspot. However, how to further improve algorithmic efficiency in response to the numerous and rapidly changing road elements, and thus achieve high-speed and accurate road object detection, remains a challenging issue. Given this context, this paper proposes the high-efficiency multi-object detection algorithm for UAVs (HeMoDU). HeMoDU reconstructs a state-of-the-art, deep-learning-based object detection model and optimizes several aspects to improve computational efficiency and detection accuracy. To validate the performance of HeMoDU in urban road environments, this paper uses the public urban road datasets VisDrone2019 and UA-DETRAC for evaluation. In today's world, where data and information are increasingly proliferating, text summarization and technologies play a critical role in making large amounts of text data more accessible and meaningful. In business, the news industry, academic research, and many other fields, text summarization helps make quick decisions, access information faster, and manage resources more effectively. Additionally, text summarization research is conducted to further improve these technologies and develop new methods and algorithms to provide better summarization of texts. Therefore, text summarization and research in this field are of great importance in the information age. In this study, a new operating model for text summarization that can be applied to different algorithms is proposed and evaluated. Sixteen summarization algorithms covering six approaches (statistical, graph-based, content-based, pointer-based, position-based, and user-oriented) were implemented and tested on 50 different full-text article datasets. Four evaluation criteria (BLEU, Rouge-N, Rouge-L, METEOR) were used to assess the similarity between the generated summaries and the original summaries. The performance of the algorithms within each approach was averaged and the overall best-performing algorithm was selected. This best algorithm was subjected to further analysis through Topic Modelling and Keyword Extraction to identify key topics and keywords within the summarised text. The proposed model provides a standardized workflow for developing and thoroughly testing summarization algorithms across datasets and evaluation metrics to determine the most appropriate summarization approach. This paper introduces an innovative method to improve loop closure detection within the domain of Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM) by integrating a Multi-Scale Attention and Semantic Guidance (MSA-SG) framework. In SLAM systems, accurate loop closure detection is essential for minimizing localization errors over time and ensuring the reliability of the constructed maps in robotics navigation through uncharted environments. Our proposed method utilizes EfficientNet-EA for robust feature extraction and introduces MSA-SG, a novel mechanism that synergizes multiscale attention with semantic guidance to focus on critical semantic features essential for loop closure detection. This approach ensures the prioritization of static environmental landmarks over transient and irrelevant objects, significantly enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of loop closure detection in complex and dynamic settings. Experimental validations on recognized datasets underscore the superiority of our approach, demonstrating marked improvements in precision, recall, and overall SLAM performance. This study is trying to address the critical need for efficient routing in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) from dynamic topologies that pose great challenges because of the mobility of nodes. The main objective was to delve into and refine the application of the Dijkstra's algorithm in this context, a method conventionally esteemed for its efficiency in static networks. Thus, this paper has carried out a comparative theoretical analysis with the Bellman-Ford algorithm, considering adaptation to the dynamic network conditions that are typical for MANETs. This paper has shown through detailed algorithmic analysis that Dijkstra's algorithm, when adapted for dynamic updates, yields a very workable solution to the problem of real-time routing in MANETs. The results indicate that with these changes, Dijkstra's algorithm performs much better computationally and 30% better in routing optimization than Bellman-Ford when working with configurations of sparse networks. The theoretical framework adapted, with the adaptation of the Dijkstra's algorithm for dynamically changing network topologies, is novel in this work and quite different from any traditional application. The adaptation should offer more efficient routing and less computational overhead, most apt in the limited resource environment of MANETs. Thus, from these findings, one may derive a conclusion that the proposed version of Dijkstra's algorithm is the best and most feasible choice of the routing protocol for MANETs given all pertinent key performance and resource consumption indicators and further that the proposed method offers a marked improvement over traditional methods. This paper, therefore, operationalizes the theoretical model into practical scenarios and also further research with empirical simulations to understand more about its operational effectiveness. There is increasing focus on applying deep learning methods to electrocardiograms (ECGs), with recent studies showing that neural networks (NNs) can predict future heart failure or atrial fibrillation from the ECG alone. However, large numbers of ECGs are needed to train NNs, and many ECGs are currently only in paper format, which are not suitable for NN training. We developed a fully-automated online ECG digitisation tool to convert scanned paper ECGs into digital signals. Using automated horizontal and vertical anchor point detection, the algorithm automatically segments the ECG image into separate images for the 12 leads and a dynamical morphological algorithm is then applied to extract the signal of interest. We then validated the performance of the algorithm on 515 digital ECGs, of which 45 were printed, scanned and redigitised. The automated digitisation tool achieved 99.0% correlation between the digitised signals and the ground truth ECG (n = 515 standard 3-by-4 ECGs) after excluding ECGs with overlap of lead signals. Without exclusion, the performance of average correlation was from 90 to 97% across the leads on all 3-by-4 ECGs. There was a 97% correlation for 12-by-1 and 3-by-1 ECG formats after excluding ECGs with overlap of lead signals. Without exclusion, the average correlation of some leads in 12-by-1 ECGs was 60–70% and the average correlation of 3-by-1 ECGs achieved 80–90%. ECGs that were printed, scanned, and redigitised, our tool achieved 96% correlation with the original signals. We have developed and validated a fully-automated, user-friendly, online ECG digitisation tool. Unlike other available tools, this does not require any manual segmentation of ECG signals. Diagnosing multi-stage diseases typically requires doctors to consider multiple data sources, including clinical symptoms, physical signs, biochemical test results, imaging findings, pathological examination data, and even genetic data. When applying machine learning modeling to predict and diagnose multi-stage diseases, several challenges need to be addressed. Firstly, the model needs to handle multimodal data, as the data used by doctors for diagnosis includes image data, natural language data, and structured data. Secondly, privacy of patients' data needs to be protected, as these data contain the most sensitive and private information. Lastly, considering the practicality of the model, the computational requirements should not be too high. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a privacy-preserving federated deep learning diagnostic method for multi-stage diseases. This method improves the forward and backward propagation processes of deep neural network modeling algorithms and introduces a homomorphic encryption step to design a federated modeling algorithm without the need for an arbiter. It also utilizes dedicated integrated circuits to implement the hardware Paillier algorithm, providing accelerated support for homomorphic encryption in modeling. Finally, this paper designs and conducts experiments to evaluate the proposed solution. The experimental results show that in privacy-preserving federated deep learning diagnostic modeling, the method in this paper achieves the same modeling performance as ordinary modeling without privacy protection, and has higher modeling speed compared to similar algorithms. This paper focuses on the problem of information source identification in online social networks (OSNs). By analyzing the research situation of source identification problems and challenges (such as the randomness of the information dissemination process and complexity of the underlying network topology), this paper studies the problem of multiple source diffusion and proposes a source identification algorithm based on multi-attribute topological clustering (MaTC). The basic idea of the algorithm is to decompose the multi-source problems into a series of single-source problems by using clustering partitioning to improve accuracy and efficiency. Firstly, it estimates the number of source nodes, which is also the number of network partitions, then characterizes the combination of multiple attribute structures as an attribute index of topological clustering, performs an analysis of the distribution of real source nodes in each partition to evaluate the accuracy of the clustering partition, and finally uses Jordan centrality within each partition for single-source identification. Objective. The percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure, which relies on preoperative CT (Computed Tomography) images, is considered the gold standard for determining the benign or malignant nature of lung masses. However, the traditional lung puncture procedure has several issues, including long operation times, a high probability of complications, and high exposure to CT radiation for the patient, as it relies heavily on the surgeon's clinical experience. Approach. To address these problems, a multi-constrained objective optimization model based on clinical criteria for the percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure has been proposed. Additionally, based on fuzzy optimization, a multidimensional spatial Pareto front algorithm has been developed for optimal path selection. The algorithm finds optimal paths, which are displayed on 3D images, and provides reference points for clinicians' surgical path planning. Main results. To evaluate the algorithm's performance, 25 data sets collected from the Second People's Hospital of Zigong were used for prospective and retrospective experiments. The results demonstrate that 92% of the optimal paths generated by the algorithm meet the clinicians' surgical needs. Significance. The algorithm proposed in this paper is innovative in the selection of mass target point, the integration of constraints based on clinical standards, and the utilization of multi-objective optimization algorithm. Comparison experiments have validated the better performance of the proposed algorithm. From a clinical standpoint, the algorithm proposed in this paper has a higher clinical feasibility of the proposed pathway than related studies, which reduces the dependency of the physician's expertise and clinical experience on pathway planning during the percutaneous puncture lung mass biopsy procedure. In response to the challenges posed by small objects in remote sensing images, such as low resolution, complex backgrounds, and severe occlusions, this paper proposes a lightweight improved model based on YOLOv8n. During the detection of small objects, the feature fusion part of the YOLOv8n algorithm retrieves relatively fewer features of small objects from the backbone network compared to large objects, resulting in low detection accuracy for small objects. To address this issue, firstly, this paper adds a dedicated small object detection layer in the feature fusion network to better integrate the features of small objects into the feature fusion part of the model. Secondly, the SSFF module is introduced to facilitate multi-scale feature fusion, enabling the model to capture more gradient paths and further improve accuracy while reducing model parameters. Finally, the HPANet structure is proposed, replacing the Path Aggregation Network with HPANet. Compared to the original YOLOv8n algorithm, the recognition accuracy of mAP@0.5 on the VisDrone data set and the AI-TOD data set has increased by 14.3% and 17.9%, respectively, while the recognition accuracy of mAP@0.5:0.95 has increased by 17.1% and 19.8%, respectively. The proposed method reduces the parameter count by 33% and the model size by 31.7% compared to the original model. WiFi-based fingerprint indoor positioning technology has been widely concerned, but it has been facing the challenge of lack of robustness to signal changes, and the positioning service requires fast and accurate positioning estimation. Therefore, an random forest-kernel extreme learning machine (RF-KELM) positioning algorithm with good comprehensive performance is proposed in this paper. Both offline and online phases are included by this algorithm. In the offline phase, the original data of WiFi fingerprint is first transformed into a form more suitable for positioning. Then, access point (AP) selection is performed on the fingerprint database containing many useless APs, in which an RF which can evaluate the importance of features is used. Finally, the KELM is trained with the sub-database that have undergone data transformation and AP selection. In the online phase, firstly, the obtained signal is processed, and then the trained KELM is used to predict the position of the data processed signal. In this paper, the performance of the proposed RF-KELM positioning algorithm is thoroughly tested on a publicly available dataset, and the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm not only has high positioning accuracy and robustness, but also takes only 0.08 s to position online. The optimization of the cutting path of the sample can effectively reduce the cutting time, thereby improving the production efficiency of numerical control processing. This paper comprehensively considers the impact of the cutting order and the position of the knife entry point on the cutting path, converts the cutting path problem into a type of traveling salesman problem (TSP), and proposes an improved genetic-particle swarm optimization algorithm. The selection mechanism of the algorithm combines the elitist retention strategy and roulette wheel selection method to accelerate the search for the optimal solution; the mutation strategy designs a linear decreasing mutation rate, which enhances the global search ability; at the same time, introduces the ant colony optimization algorithm to process the fitness function, adjusts the population evolution difference, and speeds up the optimization process. Through this hybrid algorithm, the cutting order of the sample can be quickly optimized, and the nearest neighbor algorithm is used to determine the position of the knife entry point. Tests are conducted on clothing patterning charts and standard examples. Currently, regardless of the algorithm used, motion planners for dealing with dynamic obstructions need to rely on high‐precision sensors and high performance processors. The requirements for hardware increase as the density of dynamic obstructions in an area becomes higher. Additionally, motion planners are more prone to errors in complex environments. The Rapidly‐exploring Random Tree (RRT ∗) algorithm only considers static obstructions and cannot effectively avoid densely populated regions of dynamic obstructions. This paper develops an improved RRT ∗ algorithm that is capable of avoiding densely populated regions of dynamic obstructions. In this algorithm, the cost function of the traditional RRT ∗ algorithm is modified based on the density of dynamic obstructions, allowing the planned path to bypass densely populated regions. The algorithm also introduces reasonable penalty terms to penalize segments that pass through densely populated regions, while maintaining asymptotic optimality of the traditional RRT ∗ algorithm. Numerical experiments reveal that the improved RRT ∗ algorithm is able to successfully avoid densely populated regions of dynamic obstructions with minimal time cost and exhibits better robustness during the path search process in comparison to the traditional RRT ∗ algorithm. Some special manufacturing fields such as aerospace may encounter mixed production of multiple research and development projects and multiple batch production projects. Under these special production conditions resource conflicts are more severe, resulting in uncertain operating times that are difficult to predict. In addition, a single project may have tens of thousands of supporting products, making it difficult to effectively control the total construction process. To address these challenges this paper proposes new methods. A model, EMA-DCPM (dynamic critical path method) incorporating attention mechanisms in Enterprise Resource Planning and Mechanical Engineering Society) has been proposed. This model predicts product job time through machine learning methods and discovers the predictive advantage of the attention mechanism through data comparison. The CPM control algorithm was improved to enhance its robustness and an efficient modeling method, "5+X" was proposed. The existing joint extraction methods for entity relationships in knowledge data only target specific fields or datasets, which may have insufficient coverage for large-scale and diverse manufacturing knowledge data. In order to achieve more accurate and efficient joint extraction of manufacturing knowledge data entity relationship, an improved method based on BERT algorithm is proposed in this paper. This method constructs a manufacturing specific knowledge graph, treating the extraction of quantitative knowledge as the extraction of manufacturing entity attributes, thereby achieving joint extraction of knowledge reasoning and data entity relationships. The improved BERT algorithm was used to establish a distribution feature set of entity relationships in manufacturing knowledge data, and a manufacturing specific knowledge graph was constructed, providing an effective way to analyze and extract entity relationships in manufacturing data, thereby helping decision-makers better understand knowledge in the manufacturing field and improving production efficiency and quality. The test results show that the knowledge graph generated by the method has good expression ability and strong logical reasoning ability, and the running time required by the application of the method is only 12 s, indicating that it can realize the joint clustering extraction of entity relationships in manufacturing knowledge data more efficiently and accurately. The innovation of this paper lies in applying BERT algorithm to joint extraction of entity relationship of manufacturing knowledge data, and improving the algorithm to improve the accuracy and efficiency of extraction, providing a new solution for the construction and application of manufacturing knowledge graph. We consider standard T-interval dynamic networks, under the synchronous timing model and the broadcast CONGEST model. In a T-interval dynamic network, the set of nodes is always fixed and there are no node failures. The edges in the network are always undirected, but the set of edges in the topology may change arbitrarily from round to round, as determined by some adversary and subject to the following constraint: For every T consecutive rounds, the topologies in those rounds must contain a common connected spanning subgraph. Let H r to be the maximum (in terms of number of edges) such subgraph for round r through r + T - 1 . We define the backbone diameterd of a T-interval dynamic network to be the maximum diameter of all such H r 's, for r ≥ 1 . We use n to denote the number of nodes in the network. Within such a context, we consider a range of fundamental distributed computing problems including Count/Max/Median/Sum/LeaderElect/Consensus/ConfirmedFlood. Existing algorithms for these problems all have time complexity of Ω (n) rounds, even for T = ∞ and even when d is as small as O(1). This paper presents a novel approach/framework, based on the idea of massively parallel aggregation. Following this approach, we develop a novel deterministic Count algorithm with O (d 3 log 2 n) complexity, for T-interval dynamic networks with T ≥ c · d 2 log 2 n . Here c is a (sufficiently large) constant independent of d, n, and T. To our knowledge, our algorithm is the very first such algorithm whose complexity does not contain a Θ (n) term. In this paper we consider the following problem: Given a Hamiltonian graph G, and a Hamiltonian cycle C of G, can we compute a second Hamiltonian cycle C ′ ≠ C of G, and if yes, how quickly? If the input graph G satisfies certain conditions (e.g. if every vertex of G is odd, or if the minimum degree is large enough), it is known that such a second Hamiltonian cycle always exists. Despite substantial efforts, no subexponential-time algorithm is known for this problem. In this paper we relax the problem of computing a second Hamiltonian cycle in two ways. First, we consider approximating the length of a second longest cycle on n-vertex graphs with minimum degree δ and maximum degree Δ . We provide a linear-time algorithm for computing a cycle C ′ ≠ C of length at least n - 4 α (n + 2 α) + 8 , where α = Δ - 2 δ - 2 . This results provides a constructive proof of a recent result by Girão, Kittipassorn, and Narayanan in the regime of Δ δ = o (n) . Our second relaxation of the problem is probabilistic. We propose a randomized algorithm which computes a second Hamiltonian cycle with high probability, given that the input graph G has a large enough minimum degree. More specifically, we prove that for every 0 < p ≤ 0.02 , if the minimum degree of G is at least 8 p log 8 n + 4 , then a second Hamiltonian cycle can be computed with probability at least 1 - 1 n 50 p 4 + 1 in p o l y (n) · 2 4 p n time. Deep Cross-Modal Hashing (DCMH) has garnered significant attention in the field of cross-modal retrieval due to its advantages such as high computational efficiency and small storage space. However, existing DCMH methods still face certain limitations: (1) they neglect the correlation between labels, while label features exhibit high sparsity; (2) they lack fine-grained semantic alignment; (3) they fail to effectively address data imbalance. In order to tackle these issues, this paper introduces a framework named Semantic-Alignment Transformer and Adversary Hashing for Cross-modal Retrieval (SATAH). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt at the Semantic-Alignment Transformer algorithm. Specifically, this paper first designs a label learning network that utilizes a crafted transformer module to extract label information, guiding adversarial learning and hash function learning accordingly. Subsequently, a Balanced Conditional Generative Adversarial Network (BCGAN) is constructed, marking the first instance of adversarial training guided by label information. Furthermore, a Weighted Semi-Hard Cosine Triplet Constraint is proposed to better ensure high-ranking similarity relationships among all items. Lastly, considering the correlation between labels, a semantic-alignment constraint is introduced to handle label correlation from a fine-grained perspective, capturing similarity on a global scale more effectively. Extensive experiments are conducted on multiple representative cross-modal datasets. In experiments with 64-bit hash code length, SATAH achieves average mAP values of 84.75%, 68.87%, and 68.73% on MIR Flickr, NUS-WIDE, and MS COCO datasets, respectively, outperforming state-of-the-art methods. In this paper, we introduce a modified Tseng's extragradient method with a new step-length rule to solve pseudo-monotone variational inequalities in real Hilbert spaces. Under suitable conditions, the sequence generated by this algorithm strongly converges to the common elements of the solution set of pseudo-monotone variational inequality problems and the fixed point set of k-demicontractive mappings. Finally, we give some numerical experiments to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The main results of this paper generalize and improve some known results in the literature. As enterprises increasingly rely on cloud-based Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) deployed on the Hadoop platform, the optimization of weighting algorithms becomes imperative to enhance system efficiency. This paper addresses the complex challenge of load balancing in the cloud environment by proposing Effective Load Balancing Strategy (ELBS) a hybrid optimization approach that integrates both Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO). The optimization objective involves the allocation of N jobs submitted by cloud users to M processing units, each characterized by a Processing Unit Vector (PUV). The PUV encapsulates critical parameters such as Million Instructions Per Second (MIPS), execution cost α, and delay cost L. Concurrently, each job submitted by a cloud user is represented by a Job Unit Vector (JUV), considering service type, number of instructions (NIC), job arrival time (AT), and worst-case completion time (wc). The proposed hybrid GA-GWO aims to minimize a cost function ζ, incorporating weighted factors of execution cost and delay cost. The challenge lies in determining optimal weights, a task addressed by assigning user preferences or importance as weights. The hybrid algorithm iteratively evolves populations of processing units, applying genetic operators, such as crossover and mutation, along with the exploration capabilities of GWO, to efficiently explore the solution space. This research contributes a comprehensive algorithmic solution to the optimization of weighting algorithms in enterprise HRMS on the cloud and Hadoop platform. This paper uses big data technology to extract the electromechanical fault characteristics of metro vehicles and analyze the current situation under different fault conditions to ensure the operation quality and safety of metro operations. It also establishes a simulation model to simulate the current waveform of metro vehicles under different fault conditions and analyze the fault phenomenon. The simulation test results show that: (1) The current waveform of a single transistor with the hard fault is compared with the simulated current waveform under a normal state. The upper part of the A phase current waveform is lost when T1 fails. When T2 fails, the current waveform in the lower half of the C phase current is lost. When T3 fails, the upper half of the B phase current waveform is lost. (2) The current waveform in the hard fault's upper and lower bridge arms will have phase loss. In the T25 fault, the C phase current is completely lost. In the T14 fault, the phase A current waveform is completely lost. In the T36 fault, the phase B current is completely lost. (3) The current waveform of a single transistor with a soft fault is complete, but the overall current amplitude is reduced. When a T1 fails, the A phase current tends to rise first and then fall. Compared to normal, the amplitude of the current decreases, and the peak decreases slightly. (4) The current values of phase B and phase C of the two transistors on the same bridge above and below the soft fault are mostly the same. The phase A current output value decreases in both the positive and negative half cycles. This paper analyses a novel two-step Monte Carlo simulation algorithm to estimate the weighted volume of a polytope of the form A ⁢ z ≤ T . The essential idea is to partition the columns of A into two categories – a lightweight category and a heavyweight category. Simulation is done in a two-step manner where, for every sample of the lightweight category variables we use multiple samples of the heavyweight category variables. Thus, the heavyweight category variables are oversampled with respect to the lightweight category variables and increasing samples of the heavyweight variables at the expense of the lightweight variables will lead to a more efficient Monte Carlo method. In this paper we present a fast heuristic approximate for estimating the optimal oversampling ratio and substantiate with experimental results which confirm the effectiveness of the method. In this paper, the Hybrid Grey Wolf and Improved Bat Optimization Algorithm (HWIBO) is proposed to reduce the peak sidelobe level (PSLL) of linear symmetric array synthesis with aperture and element spacing constraints. The HWIBO utilizes both the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) and Improved Bat Algorithms (IBA) simultaneously to optimize PSLL. Each iteration generates two sets of results, and the optimal result is chosen for the next loop. Compared to other algorithms used in simulation of antenna sidelobe suppression, the HWIBO not only inherits the fast convergence advantage of the IBA which enhances population diversity but also possesses the strong global search capability of the GWO. This helps the IBA escape local optima and strengthens the global search capability during the later stages of algorithm iterations. This paper describes a 2-stage tactic for achieving an odd-order variable-bandwidth (OO-VBW) filter with absolutely guaranteed stability. The design methodology aims to minimize the p-norm amplitude-response error while maintaining the OO-VBW-filter's stability. In order to tune OO-VBW filter's amplitude response, we utilize a kind of functions of the bandwidth (BW)-tuning parameter to express the filter's coefficients. Because those functions have changeable function values, the designed OO-VBW-filter's amplitude response possesses variability. Another important concern in this paper is the stability issue. When the filter coefficient values expressed as function values are changed, the OO-VBW filter that has feedback structures may become unstable. This necessitates that the OO-VBW-filter's stability must always be preserved during real-time tuning. In order to stabilize such an OO-VBW filter that has feedback structures, a coefficient-conversion (CC) algorithm is adopted, and it is incorporated into the 2-stage methodology for obtaining the OO-VBW filter. To illustrate both the stability and high approximation accuracy, the design of an OO-VBW bandpass filter is simulated. Aiming at the problems of traditional image super-resolution reconstruction algorithms in the image reconstruction process, such as small receptive field, insufficient multi-scale feature extraction, and easy loss of image feature information, a super-resolution reconstruction algorithm of multi-scale dilated convolution network based on dilated convolution is proposed in this paper. First, the algorithm extracts features from the same input image through the dilated convolution kernels of different receptive fields to obtain feature maps with different scales; then, through the residual attention dense block, further obtain the features of the original low resolution images, local residual connections are added to fuse multi-scale feature information between multiple channels, and residual nested networks and jump connections are used at the same time to speed up deep network convergence and avoid network degradation problems. Finally, deep network extraction features, and it is fused with input features to increase the nonlinear expression ability of the network to enhance the superresolution reconstruction effect. Experimental results show that compared with Bicubic, SRCNN, ESPCN, VDSR, DRCN, LapSRN, MemNet, and DSRNet algorithms on the Set5, Set14, BSDS100, and Urban100 test sets, the proposed algorithm has improved peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity, and reconstructed images. In this paper we propose an algorithm for testing whether the independent observations come from finite-variance distribution. The preliminary knowledge about the data properties may be crucial for its further analysis and selection of the appropriate model. The idea of the testing procedure is based on the simple observation that the empirical cumulative even moment (ECEM) for data from finite-moments distribution tends to some constant whereas for data coming from heavy-tailed distribution, the ECEM exhibits irregular chaotic behavior. Based on this fact, in this paper we parameterize the regular/irregular behavior of the ECEM and construct a new test statistic. The efficiency of the testing procedure is verified for simulated data from three heavy-tailed distributions with possible finite and infinite variances. The effectiveness is analyzed for data represented in time domain. The simulation study is supported by analysis of real vibration signals from rotating machines. Remote Sensing Image Object Detection (RSIOD) faces the challenges of multi-scale objects, dense overlap of objects and uneven data distribution in practical applications. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a YOLO-ACPHD RSIOD algorithm. The algorithm adopts Adaptive Condition Awareness Technology (ACAT), which can dynamically adjust the parameters of the convolution kernel, so as to adapt to the objects of different scales and positions. Compared with the traditional fixed convolution kernel, this dynamic adjustment can better adapt to the diversity of scale, direction and shape of the object, thus improving the accuracy and robustness of Object Detection (OD). In addition, a High-Dimensional Decoupling Technology (HDDT) is used to reduce the amount of calculation to 1/N by performing deep convolution on the input data and then performing spatial convolution on each channel. When dealing with large-scale Remote Sensing Image (RSI) data, this reduction in computation can significantly improve the efficiency of the algorithm and accelerate the speed of OD, so as to better adapt to the needs of practical application scenarios. Through the experimental verification of the RSOD RSI data set, the YOLO-ACPHD model in this paper shows very satisfactory performance. The F1 value reaches 0.99, the Precision value reaches 1, the Precision-Recall value reaches 0.994, the Recall value reaches 1, and the mAP value reaches 99.36 % , which indicates that the model shows the highest level in the accuracy and comprehensiveness of OD. In response to the vulnerability of image encryption techniques to chosen plaintext attacks, this paper proposes a secure image communication scheme based on two-layer dynamic feedback encryption and discrete wavelet transform (DWT) information hiding. The proposed scheme employs a plaintext correlation and intermediate ciphertext feedback mechanism, and combines chaotic systems, bit-level permutation, bilateral diffusion, and dynamic confusion to ensure the security and confidentiality of transmitted images. Firstly, a dynamically chaotic encryption sequence associated with a secure plaintext hash value is generated and utilized for the first round of bit-level permutation, bilateral diffusion, and dynamic confusion, resulting in an intermediate ciphertext image. Similarly, the characteristic values of the intermediate ciphertext image are used to generate dynamically chaotic encryption sequences associated with them. These sequences are then employed for the second round of bit-level permutation, bilateral diffusion, and dynamic confusion to gain the final ciphertext image. The ciphertext image hidden by DWT also provides efficient encryption, higher level of security and robustness to attacks. This technology offers indiscernible secret data insertion, rendering it challenging for assailants to spot or extract concealed information. By combining the proposed dynamic closed-loop feedback secure image encryption scheme based on the 2D-SLMM chaotic system with DWT-based hiding, a comprehensive and robust image encryption approach can be achieved. According to the results of theoretical research and experimental simulation, our encryption scheme has dynamic encryption effect and reliable security performance. The scheme is highly sensitive to key and plaintext, and can effectively resist various common encryption attacks and maintain good robustness. The setting of parameter values will directly affect the performance of the neural network, and the manual parameter tuning speed is slow, and it is difficult to find the optimal combination of parameters. Based on this, this paper applies the improved Hunger Games search algorithm to find the optimal value of neural network parameters adaptively, and proposes an ATHGS-GoogleNet model. Firstly, adaptive weights and chaos mapping were integrated into the hunger search algorithm to construct a new algorithm, ATHGS. Secondly, the improved ATHGS algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of GoogleNet to construct a new model, ATHGS-GoogleNet. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm ATHGS and the model ATHGS-GoogleNet, a comparative experiment was set up. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm ATHGS shows the best optimization performance in the three engineering experimental designs, and the accuracy of the proposed model ATHGS-GoogleNet reaches 98.1%, the sensitivity reaches 100%, and the precision reaches 99.5%. This paper employs an integral reinforcement learning (IRL) method to investigate the optimal tracking control problem (OTCP) for nonlinear nonzero-sum (NZS) differential game systems with unknown drift dynamics. Unlike existing methods, which can only bound the tracking error, the proposed approach ensures that the tracking error asymptotically converges to zero. This study begins by constructing an augmented system using the tracking error and reference signal, transforming the original OTCP into solving the coupled Hamilton–Jacobi (HJ) equation of the augmented system. Because the HJ equation contains unknown drift dynamics and cannot be directly solved, the IRL method is utilized to convert the HJ equation into an equivalent equation without unknown drift dynamics. To solve this equation, a critic neural network (NN) is employed to approximate the complex value function based on the tracking error and reference information data. For the unknown NN weights, the least squares (LS) method is used to design an estimation law, and the convergence of the weight estimation error is subsequently proven. The approximate solution of optimal control converges to the Nash equilibrium, and the tracking error asymptotically converges to zero in the closed system. In Mobile Crowdsensing (MCS), sensing tasks have different impacts and contributions to the whole system or specific targets, so the importance of the tasks is different. Since resources for performing tasks are usually limited, prioritizing the allocation of resources to more important tasks can ensure that key data or information can be collected promptly and accurately, thus improving overall efficiency and performance. Therefore, it is very important to consider the importance of tasks in the task selection and allocation of MCS. In this paper, a task queue is established, the importance of tasks, the ability of participants to perform tasks, and the stability of the task queue are considered, and a novel task selection and allocation scheme (TSAS) in the MCS system is designed. This scheme introduces the Lyapunov optimization method, which can be used to dynamically keep the task queue stable, balance the execution ability of participants and the system load, and perform more important tasks in different system states, even when the participants are limited. In addition, the Double Deep Q-Network (DDQN) method is introduced to improve on the traditional solution of the Lyapunov optimization problem, so this scheme has a certain predictive ability and foresight on the impact of future system states. This paper also proposes action-masking and iterative training methods for the MCS system, which can accelerate the training process of the neural network in the DDQN and improve the training effect. Experiments show that the TSAS based on the Lyapunov optimization method and DDQN performs better than other algorithms, considering the long-term stability of the queue, the number and importance of tasks to be executed, and the congestion degree of tasks. Typical satellite component detection is an application-valuable and challenging research field. Currently, there are many algorithms for detecting typical satellite components, but due to the limited storage space and computational resources in the space environment, these algorithms generally have the problem of excessive parameter count and computational load, which hinders their effective application in space environments. Furthermore, the scale of datasets used by these algorithms is not large enough to train the algorithm models well. To address the above issues, this paper first applies YOLOv8 to the detection of typical satellite components and proposes a Lightweight Typical Satellite Components Detection algorithm based on improved YOLOv8 (LTSCD-YOLO). Firstly, it adopts the lightweight network EfficientNet-B0 as the backbone network to reduce the model's parameter count and computational load; secondly, it uses a Cross-Scale Feature-Fusion Module (CCFM) at the Neck to enhance the model's adaptability to scale changes; then, it integrates Partial Convolution (PConv) into the C2f (Faster Implementation of CSP Bottleneck with two convolutions) module and Re-parameterized Convolution (RepConv) into the detection head to further achieve model lightweighting; finally, the Focal-Efficient Intersection over Union (Focal-EIoU) is used as the loss function to enhance the model's detection accuracy and detection speed. Additionally, a larger-scale Typical Satellite Components Dataset (TSC-Dataset) is also constructed. Our experimental results show that LTSCD-YOLO can maintain high detection accuracy with minimal parameter count and computational load. Compared to YOLOv8s, LTSCD-YOLO improved the mean average precision (mAP50) by 1.50% on the TSC-Dataset, reaching 94.5%. Meanwhile, the model's parameter count decreased by 78.46%, the computational load decreased by 65.97%, and the detection speed increased by 17.66%. This algorithm achieves a balance between accuracy and light weight, and its generalization ability has been validated on real images, making it effectively applicable to detection tasks of typical satellite components in space environments. Object detection via remote sensing encounters significant challenges due to factors such as small target sizes, uneven target distribution, and complex backgrounds. This paper introduces the K-CBST YOLO algorithm, which is designed to address these challenges. It features a novel architecture that integrates the Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) and Swin-Transformer to enhance global semantic understanding of feature maps and maximize the utilization of contextual information. Such integration significantly improves the accuracy with which small targets are detected against complex backgrounds. Additionally, we propose an improved detection network that combines the improved K-Means algorithm with a smooth Non-Maximum Suppression (NMS) algorithm. This network employs an adaptive dynamic K-Means clustering algorithm to pinpoint target areas of concentration in remote sensing images that feature varied distributions and uses a smooth NMS algorithm to suppress the confidence of overlapping candidate boxes, thereby minimizing their interference with subsequent detection results. The enhanced algorithm substantially bolsters the model's robustness in handling multi-scale target distributions, preserves more potentially valid information, and diminishes the likelihood of missed detections. This study involved experiments performed on the publicly available DIOR remote sensing image dataset and the DOTA aerial image dataset. Our experimental results demonstrate that, compared with other advanced detection algorithms, K-CBST YOLO outperforms all its counterparts in handling both datasets. The use of mobile robots in substations improves maintenance efficiency and ensures the personal safety of staff working at substations, which is a trend in the development of technologies. Strong electric and solid magnetic fields around high-voltage equipment in substations may lead to the breakdown and failure of inspection devices. Therefore, safe operation range measurement and coordinated planning are key factors in ensuring the safe operation of substations. This paper first summarizes the current developments that are occurring in the field of fixed and mobile safe operating range sensing methods for substations, such as ultra-wideband technology, the two-way time flight method, and deep learning image processing algorithms. Secondly, this paper introduces path-planning algorithms based on safety range sensing and analyzes the adaptability of global search methods based on a priori information, local planning algorithms, and sensor information in substation scenarios. Finally, in view of the limitations of the existing range awareness and path-planning methods, we investigate the problems that occur in the dynamic changes in equipment safety zones and the frequent switching of operation scenarios in substations. Efficient traffic sign recognition is crucial to facilitating the intelligent driving of new energy vehicles. However, current approaches like the Vision Transformer (ViT) model often impose high storage and computational demands, escalating hardware costs. This paper presents a similarity filter pruning method based on locally linear embedding. Using the alternating direction multiplier method and the loss of the locally linear embedding method for the model training function, the proposed pruning method prunes the operation model mainly by evaluating the similarity of each layer in the network layer filters. According to the pre-set pruning threshold value, similar filters to be pruned are obtained, and the filter with a large cross-entropy value is retained. The results from the Belgium Traffic Sign (BelgiumTS) and German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark (GTSRB) datasets indicate that the proposed similarity filter pruning based on local linear embedding (SJ-LLE) pruning algorithm can reduce the number of parameters of the multi-head self-attention module and Multi-layer Perceptron (MLP) module of the ViT model by more than 60%, and the loss of model accuracy is acceptable. The scale of the ViT model is greatly reduced, which is conducive to applying this model in embedded traffic sign recognition equipment. Also, this paper proves the hypothesis through experiments that "using the LLE algorithm as the loss function for model training before pruning plays a positive role in reducing the loss of model performance in the pruning process". Accurate segmentation of the pulmonary airway tree is crucial for diagnosing lung diseases. To tackle the issues of low segmentation accuracy and frequent leaks in existing methods, this paper proposes a precise segmentation method using quasi-spherical region-constrained wavefront propagation with tracheal wall gap sealing. Based on the characteristic that the surface formed by seed points approximates the airway cross-section, the width of the unsegmented airway is calculated, determining the initial quasi-spherical constraint region. Using the wavefront propagation method, seed points are continuously propagated and segmented along the tracheal wall within the quasi-spherical constraint region, thus overcoming the need to determine complex segmentation directions. To seal tracheal wall gaps, a morphological closing operation is utilized to extract the characteristics of small holes and locate low-brightness tracheal wall gaps. By filling the CT values at these gaps, the method seals the tracheal wall gaps. Extensive experiments on the EXACT09 dataset demonstrate that our algorithm ranks third in segmentation completeness. Moreover, its performance in preventing airway leaks is significantly better than the top-two algorithms, effectively preventing large-scale leak-induced spread. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper studies an LSTM-based adaptive transmission method for a 360-degree video and proposes a non-uniform encoding transmission strategy based on LSTM. Our goal is to maximize the user's video experience by dynamically dividing the 360-degree video into tiles of different numbers and sizes, and selecting different bitrates for each tile. This aims to reduce buffering events and video jitter. To determine the optimal number and size of tiles at the current moment, we constructed a dual-layer stacked LSTM network model. This model predicts, in real-time, the number, size, and bitrate of the tiles needed for the next moment of the 360-degree video based on the distance between the user's eyes and the screen. In our experiments, we used an exhaustive algorithm to calculate the optimal tile division and bitrate selection scheme for a 360-degree video under different network conditions, and used this dataset to train our prediction model.
