Objective: To evaluate the impact of a specialization course on health management at work of the graduates. Method: Case study with quantitative and qualitative approach involving 121 graduates. Data collection was performed by applying validated scale and semi-structured interviews. Descriptive analysis and association tests of quantitative data and categorical thematic analysis were performed for the qualitative ones. Results: We identified average scores between 4.2 and 4.6, thus identifying the positive impact of the course on the work of graduates demonstrated by better systematization of administrative practices and people management. Conclusions: The course showed a positive impact on the work of graduating students. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
