Jerusalem artichoke has the characteristics of high yield, strong adaptability and wide application range, and is rich in active substances such as inulin, flavonoids, chlorogenic acid and amino acids. Jerusalem artichoke has the functions of improving the intestinal ecological environment of livestock and poultry, relieving constipation, promoting mineral absorption, regulating blood glucose and blood lipids. Jerusalem artichoke can reduce livestock mortality, improve slaughter rate, meat quality, production performance and immune organ index, and has the potential to be used as a functional feed additive. In this paper, the physicochemical properties, physiological functions and applications of Jerusalem artichoke inulin, chlorogenic acid, flavonoids and amino acids in animal production were reviewed, to provide a reference for promotion and application of Jerusalem artichoke as a functional feed additive in livestock production. Jerusalem artichoke (JA) (Helianthus tuberosus L.) is a drought-resistant species. Through analyzing the transcriptomic data of JA, WRKY transcription factor genes closely related to drought stress response of JA were screened and analyzed, laying a theoretical foundation for clarifying the function of WRKY family genes of JA. Bioinformatics methods were applied to analyze the physicochemical properties, conserved domains, tertiary protein structures of WRKY gene family members in JA and their phylogenetic relationships with other species. RT-qPCR was used to detect the relative expression levels of WRKY genes in the seeds, roots, stems, leaves, petals and tubers under drought stress, and the transcription levels of WRKY gene family members in JA. A total of 74 WRKY genes were identified in JA leaves, with the sequence length ranging from 510 to 2 040 bp. The detected motif lengths ranged from 25 to 50 bases. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the most of the HtWRKY genes clustered with other WRKY genes. The results of tissue-specific expression analysis showed that the relative expressions of HtWRKY genes were higher in petals and tubers, and the drought-induced expression analysis showed that 20 and 19 HtWRKY genes were up-regulated in the leaves and roots of JA, respectively. [Objective] Screening the interacting protein of WDR40 protein TRANSPARENT TESTA GLABRA 1（TTG1）by constructing the cDNA library of Chinese cabbage seeds, the molecular mechanism of TTG1 in the regulation of the formation of MBW ternary complex will be explored. [Method] Seeds of brown-seeded Chinese cabbage ‘B147’ were used as materials for RNA extraction and cDNA library construction. The bait vector pGBKT7-TTG1 was constructed by gateway technology and then yeast two-hybrid screening were performed. [Result] The library capacity was 1.2×107 CFU and library titer was 5.0×107 CFU/mL with average length of the insert greater than 1 000 bp. The bait vector had no self-activating activity in yeast. A total of 38 positive interacting proteins were obtained by hybridizing the bait vector pGBKT7-TTG1 with the cDNA library. Function prediction revealed one of the proteins annotated as a MYB73 transcription factor. Sequence analysis results showed that this gene contained R2R3-MYB type suppressor conserved motifs C1 and C2, speculated that this gene may be the R2R3-MYB suppressor involving in the seed coat color formation in Chinese cabbage, suggesting that there may be different MYB transcription factors in the regulation network affecting the formation of proanthocyanidins. [Conclusion] In this study, a yeast two-hybrid cDNA library of Chinese cabbage seed-specific tissue is constructed and a total of 38 TTG1-positive interacting proteins are obtained. We found the R2R3-MYB type suppressor MYB73 that may affect the formation of proanthocyanidin color in cabbage seed coat for the first time. The NAC transcription factors closely related to drought stress responses of Jerusalem artichoke（JA）（Helianthus tuberosus L.）leaves were screened by transcriptome method, which may lay a theoretical foundation for the cloning and functional verification of JA NAC gene in the future. In this study, the drought-resistant Qingyu No. 2 JA was used as experimental material. The leaves of JA were collected after treatment for 0, 18, 24 and 36 h, respectively, and the differentially expressed NAC transcription factors were screened and analyzed by transcriptomic sequencing. Referenced as RNA-Sequencing data, 70 NAC genes were identified in JA leaves with sequence length between 408- 1 869 bp. The lengths of the detected motif ranged from 21 to 50 bases. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that most HtNACs genes were clustered with other NAC genes. It was found that HtNAC90-3 was clustered with AtNAC72, HtNAC67-3 was clustered with AtNAC055, HtNAC2-1 was clustered with AtNAC019, HtNAC36 was clustered with SINAC6 through the clustering of NAC genes in other crops related to reported drought resistance. HtNAC83-1 was clustered with AtNAC96. Tissue-specific expression analysis showed relatively high HtNAC expression in seeds and petals. Drought-induced expression analysis showed that 38 and 11 HtNAC genes revealed the increasing expression trend after drought induction in JA leaves and roots, respectively. In this study, it was found that the expressions of HtNACs in seeds and petals was high, especially in petals. This test chosed early variety‘Qingyu No.1'Jerusalem artichoke and mid-variety‘Qingyu No.2'two Jerusalem artichoke varieties as materials, studied the Jerusalem artichoke sucrose, glucose, fructose carbohydrates in different periods, different tube content and the dynamic change of the total in water plain and low hill dry land under two kinds of natural habitats.Results showed that: water plain and low hill dry land cropping of Qingyu No.1 and Qingyu No.2 three kinds of carbohydrate content in Jerusalem artichoke plants in late June and late August were relative taller; Three carbohydrates in Qingyu No.1 amounted to rush hour earlier than the Qingyu No.2; Water plain three total carbohydrate to achieve peak hours earlier than hill dry land; Jerusalem artichoke stem, root in the whole stages of three high relative blade to the total amount of carbohydrates; Fructose accumulation in the leaves in the whole stages were relatively obvious, the content was higher, the second was glucose; High fructose content in stem and root, followed by sugar; And accumulation of glucose in the tuber was obvious, sucrose content was lower than those of glucose and fructose, tuber harvest maturity, fructose content was higher.
