Taking the cultivated land in Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City as the research object, based on the analysis of the current situation of cultivated land quantity and quality, the land use dynamic change analysis method was used to analyze the spatial-temporal changes of cultivated land quantity and quality, and the grey correlation method was used to analyze the driving factors of cultivated land quantity changes. The results showed that during the research period, the area of cultivated land had been reduced, and dynamic degree was small. Affected by the rapid development of urban and the adjustment of agricultural structure, the reduced cultivated land was mainly converted into construction land and forest. New cultivation land mainly came from projects such as increasing or decreased urban and rural land, replenishment of cultivated land, comprehensive land remediation, etc, quality of cultivated land was higher. Urbanization rate, total population, second and tertiary industries occupy regional GDP, GDP, total grain output and sowing area of grain crops were the main driving factors affecting changes in the number of arable land. The path tracking control and the anti-rollover control were respectively constructed based on the kinematic model of sprayer. In the upper layer, the model predictive control (MPC) was used to output the desired steering angle and speed of the sprayer based on the current state of the sprayer and the desired path to achieve trajectory tracking control. The lower layer controller was used to determine whether the vehicle state produced rollover by introducing lateral load transfer rate (LTR) as rollover measure index, and the LTR was controlled by introducing a fuzzy controller to achieve the control of lateral acceleration and stabilize the LTR at a certain threshold value. The sprayer was controlled with better control accuracy and driving stability in the process of trajectory tracking and was ensured without rollover. The joint simulation results of ADAMS/MATLAB show that by anti-rollover control, the LTR of the sprayer can be controlled within 0.5 under complex road conditions with high trajectory tracking accuracy and improved safety. To analyze the risk factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) in patients with cirrhosis portal hypertension (CPH), and to explore the predictive efficacy of red blood cell distribution width to lymphocyte ratio (RLR), total bile acid (TBA) and prothrombin time (PT). 150 patients with CPH who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected, and they were divided into UGIB group with 57 cases and non-UGIB group with 93 cases according to whether they were complicated with UGIB. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for UGIB in patients with CPH, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the predictive efficacy of RLR, TBA and PT for UGIB in patients with CPH. There were statistically significant differences in proportion of drinking history, Child-Pugh grade, portal vein diameter, degree of esophageal varices, Hb, albumin, RDW and LC between two groups ( P＜ 0.05). RLR and TBA in UGIB group were higher than those in non-UGIB group, and PT was longer than that in non-UGIB group ( P＜ 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that drinking history, Child-Pugh grade C, increased portal vein diameter, severe esophageal varicos, increased RLR, increased TBA, increased PT were the independent risk factors for UGIB in patients with CPH, and increased Hb as independent protective factors (P＜ 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve (AUC) of RLR, TBA and PT alone and in combination for predicting UGIB in patients with CPH were 0.804, 0.779, 0.786 and 0.920 respectively, and the sensitivities were 63.16%, 70.18%, 59.65% and 77.19%, respectively. The specificity was 94.62%, 80.65%, 88.17% and 96.77%, respectively. The AUC of patients with CPH complicated with UGIB predicted by RLR, TBA and PT combined was greater than that predicted by RLR, TBA and PT alone (P ＜ 0.05). Alcohol consumption, Child-Pugh grade C, increased portal vein diameter, severe esophageal varicos, increased RLR, increased TBA, increased PT are the risk factors for UGIB in patients with CPH, and increased Hb as a protective factors. [Objective]: To better understand the cross-compatibility of double-petaled Hemerocallis and provide a reference and basis for breeding of more double-petaled Hemerocallis middendorfii varieties. [Methods]: The pollen germination rate was measured for the Hemerocallis varieties Burgundy 341, Baby′s Eyes and Lacy Doily grown in liquid culture. The benzidine-hydrogen peroxide method was used to determine the stigma acceptability. Using Burgundy 341 and Baby′s Eyes as the female parents, Lacy Doily as the male parent, and Lacy Doily as the female parent, Burgundy 341 and Baby′s Eyes as the male parent, four sets of cross combinations were prepared. F1 generation′s morphological traits were noted, and cluster analysis was performed. [Results]: Burgundy 341, with an average germination rate of 39.2%, had the highest pollen activity, while Lacy Doily had the lowest, with an average germination rate of 11.3%. All the three varieties had the highest stigma acceptability at 9：00 on the flowering day, the longest duration is Baby′s Eyes, according to the stigma acceptability test. For the crossing sets, Baby′s Eyes×Lacy Doily had the highest fruit setting rate. When Lacy Doily is used as female parent, the fruit setting rate was 0. The F1 generation population was divided into two groups using cluster analysis. Seven materials in class Ⅰ with cup-shaped flowers with green eyes that were spotless on the outer perianth segments and ribbed white on the side. Ten materials in class Ⅱ that resembled the female parent Baby′s Eyes, which had long leaves, horn-shaped flowers, wrinkled perianth segment edges, and yellow on the side. [Conclusion]: The phenotypic traits of the F1 generation population exhibited good diversity and high ornamental value, making them suitable for garden landscaping and planting in Suqian of Jiangsu Province. Electronic structures and optical properties of transition metal (TM, TM refers to Ru, Rh and Pd, respectively) doped GaSb were studied by first-principles calculations. The results show that the three TMs are more likely to substitute for Ga to form TM@Ga defect and enhance the response of GaSb semiconductor to infrared photons, making the optical absorption edge of the system red shift. The doped TM@Ga introduce impurity levels distributed around the Fermi level in the band gap, which greatly strengthens the dielectric properties of the system. The enhancement of the photoelectric field intensity can promote the generation and migration of electron-hole pairs, thus improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of GaSb semiconductor. The optical properties of TM@Ga doped GaSb are all superior to that of undoped system, but Ru is the best choice among the three dopants. Moreover, the molar concentration and location of Ru also have an impact on optical properties of GaSb semiconductor. The absorption amplitude of Ru-GaSb is the biggest when the concentration is 6.25% (atomic fraction), which can improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and photocatalytic performance effectively. Dam-break risk standards are the basis for dam managers to make risk decisions. However, as one of the important contents of dam break risk standard, there is no unified environmental risk standard at present. This paper used the research ideas of ecosystem service value and equivalent factor method in ecological economics for reference, and quantified the environmental value. ALARP criterion and F-N curve were used to effectively link environmental standards with existing standards. Considering the differences of environment and economy in different regions of China, the risk preference matrix was built, and the risk preference of each region was determined, so as to formulate the environmental risk standard in China. BACKGROUND: Anti-tuberculous chemotherapy is the main method for treating bone and joint tuberculosis. However, systemic administration hardly maintains the effective drug concentration in the focus area, and the therapeutic efficacy is unsatisfactory. OBJECTIVE: To prepare a chitosan-galatin/poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid) combined with drug-loaded hydrogal, which can release anti-tuberculosis drugs in situ for a long time and promote ostrogenesis. METHODS: lsoniazid, a hydrophilic anti-tuberculosis drug, and a hydrophobic stromal cell derived factor-1 ware loaded into poly(lactio-co-glycolic acid) by double emulsion method to prepsre drug-loaded poly(lactic acid co-glycolic acid) microspheres, which were then mixed into chltosan gelatin/poly(lactic acid co-glycolic acid) combined with drug-loaded hydrogel. The ability of drug delivery and anti-tuberculosis of poly(lactic acid co-glycolic acid) microspheres and chitosan gelatin/poly (lactic acid co-glycolic acid) combined with drug-loaded hydrogels in vitro were tested. MC3T3-E1 cells were inoculated on the surface of microspheres and hydrogel respectively. The biocompatibility was detected by cell counting kit-8 assay.The ostrogeenetic activity was deteced by alkaline phosphatase activity. RE SUL TS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The burst release of isoniazid in the microspheres was about 23.3% in 1 hour, 42.6% in 2 days, and then it entered the sustained-release stage in the later 25 days. The burst release of stromal cell derived factor was about 19.8% in 1 hour, 44. 7% in 2 days, and then it entered the sustained-release stage in the next 25 days. The release of isoniazid and stromal cell-derived factor in the combined drug-loaded hydrogel was 8.3% and 8.5% in the first hour, respectively. The cumulative release rates on the second day were 15.2% and 17.6%, respectively, which were much lower than that of poly (lactic acid co-glycolic acid) microspheres. (2) After 4 weeks in vitro, the antibacterial diameter of the combined drug-loaded hydrogel was much larger than that of the drug-loaded microspheres, and the antibacterial rate was higher than that of the drug-loaded microsphers (P< 0.05). (3) The combined drug-loaded hydrogel and the drug-loaded microspheres had good cytocompatibility and cell viability was about 100%. (4) After 5 and 10 days of culture, there was no significant difference in the activity of alkaline phosphatase on the surface of drug-loaded hydrogel and drug-loaded microspheres. (5) These results show that the in situ chitosan-gelatin/poly(laclic acid co-glycolic acid) combined with drug-loaded hydrogel can be used for treating tuberculosis and other bone and joint infections. Laocheng pluton exposed in Ningshan area of South Qinling, together with Wulong pluton. consist of an important part of Early Mesozoic granitoid magmatism in central South Qinling. Abundant mafic enclaves can be found in different units of Laocheng pluton. Analysis results of zircon U-Pb ages show that the host rock from Laocheng pluton is emplaced in 213-219 Ma, and its mafic enclaves are crystallized in 211 Ma, which are more or less simultaneous with the formation of Wulong pluton. Geochemical data show that the host rock from Laocheng pluton is granodiorite and quartz monzonite in composition with the characteristics of low Si. rich alkali, weak peraluminous and high Mg# (52-67), and belongs to high-K calc-alkaline I-type series; mafic enclaves are mainly dioritic, having the characteristics of low Si02 (52. 6%-62. 4%), rich alkali and high Mg# (63-72), belonging to shoshonite series. Compared with the host rock, the mafic enclaves have lower initial N(87 Sr)/N(86 Sr) (0.704 66-0.705 82), high ɛNd(t) (-4.3- -1.6) and higher Mg# , suggesting that the primary magma of the enclaves might have originated from a basaltic magma. Sr-Nd isotope geochemistry suggests that the host rock and mafic enclaves have exchanged prior to the formation of Laocheng pluton, and an equilibrium has been reached. Compared with Sr-Nd isotope ratio of basement rocks exposed in South Qinling, it is suggested that the magma of Laocheng granite originates from Neoproterozoic mafic crustal material. Relationship between host rock and mafic enclaves indicates that a magma mixing between the crystallizing acid magma and the basic magma slightly later injects into the magma chamber; these two magmas are not completely miscible during the mixing process. Tests of longitudinal shear capacity of seven lightweight aggregate concrete composite slabs with profiled steel sheet are conducted to study influence factors and computing methods of longitudinal shear capacity of the composite slabs. The results show that shear capacity is higher for the thicker composite slabs and the smaller shear span and transverse shear reinforcements in the composite slabs. Moreover, parameters for the m-k method and the partial shear connection (PSC) method are determined for predicting the longitudinal shear capacity of the composite slabs based on test results, in which the shearing bond coefficients m and k gained from this study are more suitable for predicting the longitudinal shear capacity of the composite slabs than ones from other documents, and the longitudinal shear bond strength is linearly associated with shear-span ratio. The results provided by these two methods have a good agreement with those obtained from te s ts , and provide references for the design of lightweight aggregate concrete composite slabs. Objective: To study the effects of single and double incisions operation on visual acuity. IOP and CCT in patients with angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods: 90 patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract from June 2013 to June 2016 who were treated in our hospital were researched and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with single incision operation, while the patients in the observation group were treated with double incision operation. Then the corneal endothelial cell density and area, the best corrected visual acuity and naked eye visual acuity, the IOP. the CCT and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with before operation, the corneal endothelial cell density in the two groups increased after operation, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with before operation, the corneal endothelial cell area in the two groups decreased after operation, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with before operation, the best corrected visual acuity and naked eye visual acuity in the two groups increased after operation, and the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with before operation, the IOP in the two groups decreased after operation, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with before operation, the CCT in the two groups increased after operation, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Taking the steels #10， #65 and W6Mo5Cr4V2Al as experimental materials， the grain microstructure and alloying element distribution after corrosion treatment in acid environment were observed and analyzed by optical microscope， scanning electron microscope and electron probe. The effects of existing forms of carbides and alloying elements on the grain corrosion morphology in these steels were also studied. The results show that the corrosion morphology of grains is related to distribution of carbides in steel and that C in the form of solid solution and Cr， Al added in steel can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the steel. In acid environment with electrochemical corrosion， the electrode potential level of each phase in microstructure is the essence that determines whether or not the grains are liable to be corroded， while grain boundary is apt to be corroded or not is also mainly related to the electrode potential level of phases at grain boundary. Objective To explore the mechanism of Survivin antagonistic peptide on the proliferation of C6 glioma cells through investigating the inhibitory effect of Survivin antagonistic peptide on the proliferation of C6 glioma cells. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of Survivin antagonist peptide on the proliferation of C6 rat glioma cells. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression changes of Caspace-3 in experimental and control groups with or without Survivin antagonistic peptide in C6 rat glioma cells. Results MTT results showed that with the inhibited effect of C6 glioma cells proliferation was strengthen in compare with the concentration increase of Survivin antagonistic peptide. What is more, the inhibitory rate rised in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Treatment with 20μg/ml Survivin antagonist peptide for 72 h, the inhibitory rate was 62%, which was exhibited in a dose-dependent manner. Immunohistochemistry showed that with the increase of Survivin antagonistic peptide concentration, further the expression of Caspace-3 in the nuclei of C6 rat glioma cells was gradually increased. Conclusion Survivin antagonistic peptide could up-regulate the expression of caspase-3 expression in the nucleus, further promoting cell apoptosis, and may play a strong inhibitory effect on C6 glioma cells. Objective · To improve awareness, prevention, and treatment of peritoneal dialysis-related encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis. Methods · A case developing encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis after discontinuing peritoneal dialysis and receiving medication treatment was analyzed. Results · A patient developed intestinal obstruction after discontinuing peritoneal dialysis due to peritoneal ultrafiltration failure. Combined with imaging examination, the diagnosis was encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis. Clinical symptoms were significantly improved after receiving medication treatment and total parenteral nutrition. Conclusion · Encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis is a serious complication in peritoneal dialysis patients. As the early diagnosis is difficult and the prognosis is poor, it significantly affects the quality of life. Both medication treatment and surgery have advantages and disadvantages. Based on the stochastic frontier gravity model， the impact of environmental regulation distance on the efficiency of OFDI and the moderating effect of bilateral economic relation as well as the technical efficiency were explored. The result showed that the regulation distance environmental is negatively associated with the efficiency of OFDI， investment flows from high-environment-regulated countries to low-environment-regulated countries based on cost effectiveness， and investment flows from low-environment-regulated countries to high-environment-regulated countries based on innovation effect. When the bilateral economic relations are tight， the greater two countries' environmental regulation distance， the lower efficiency of OFDI. Meanwhile， China's efficiency of OFDI in different countries and regions is heterogeneous， and it interacts with location selection. Investment efficiency is higher in the developing countries， less developed regions and some developed countries. Efficiency in Asia and Africa is relatively higher when compared to Europe. Therefore， suggestions are provided including reducing the distance of environmental regulation， improving the efficiency of China's OFDI， and selecting reasonable investment locations. This basic reviewed that phytoremediation as the most common and economical method, has been widely used in the remediation process of heavy metal pollution in mining soils・ In the process of plant remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil, heavy metal transport and migration directly affect the remediation effect of plants・ Therefore, it is very important to clarify the influencing factors of heavy metal transport and migration in mining soil. Through further analysis of the factors affecting the transfer and transformation of heavy metals in the mining soil, it is found that the transfer and migration of heavy metals in the mining soil is not only affected by soil clay minerals, chemical chelators and other chemical processes, but also greatly affected by rhizosphere environment. It is concluded that both the physical and chemical properties of soil and the influence of rhizosphere environment should be taken into account in the process of phytoremediation of contaminated soil in mining areas. For one type of civil helicopter，optimal design on aerodynamic performance of cooling hole intakes in the engine bay cooling system is studied. Two kinds of air collecting device are designed referring to applicant power unit（APU）intake system. The aerodynamic performance of the three cooling hole intakes in the condition of forward flight with various velocities and climb flight with different climbing rates are analyzed using numerical simulation method. The results show that the air collecting device designed according to scoop type has the best air collecting effect when the helicopter is flying forward at a high speed. Meanwhile，there is no improvement on aerodynamic performance of cooling hole intakes when helicopter is flying forward at a low speed. The air collecting device based on flush type also has a good function of improving air intake performance. And the most obvious advantage is to ensure a high cooling air flow in all flight conditions. Reasonably，it seems that the air collecting device designed based on flush type is more suitable for helicopter，which well points out the direction of the subsequent optimal design research. Bairiqili Gold District is one of the integrated exploration work areas of Wulonggou Gold Mine. Qinghai Nuclear Industry Geological Bureau carried out systematic gold prospecting in this area from 2010 to 2015, which achieved certain geological results and showed a good ore prospecting prospect in the district. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the geochemical characteristics such as element combination, element correlation, spatial distribution characteristics, and the structural superimposed halo characteristics of the primary ore body in Ⅰ gold-bearing mineralized altered fractured zone of Bairiqili Gold Deposit, the paper establishes the prediction model of structural superimposed halo, identifies the indicators for blind ore body prediction, and predicts the lateral distribution of known ore bodies and prospecting target area. A sensitive and reliable method based on high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)is developed for the simultaneous determination of thyroids and steroids in human hair, including thyroxine(T4), 3, 3′, 5-triiodothyronine(T3), 3, 3', 5'-triiodothyronine(rT3), 3, 3'- diiodothyronine (3, 3'-T2) L-thyronine (T0), cortisol (F) and cortisone (E). The seven endogenous compounds are extracted from 20 mg hair sample incubated in the mixture solution of methanol and ammonia (volume ratio is 95∶5)for 24 hours at 40 ℃, and then analyzed with an electrospray ionization source in multiple reaction monitoring mode and positive ion mode. Under the isocratic elution conditions with methanol/ pure water(volume ratio is 80∶20, containing 0. 2 mmol/L ammonium acetate) as mobile phase, seven analytes are separated and well resolved. The limits of detection for the seven hormones range from 0. 3 to 1. 9 pg/mg and the limits of quantification from 1. 1 to 6. 5 pg/mg. The intra- and inter-day coefficients of variation are less than 10% and the recoveries range from 89. 4% to 109. 1% for all seven compounds. The stability and carryover also meet the detection criteria. The population analysis on hair samples from 140 participants reveals that T0, F and E could be quantified in all subjects, while T4, T3, rT3 and 3, 3'-T2 could be detected in a small number of subjects, showing the contents around their limits of quantification. 目的 观察苦参碱对于人结肠癌细胞株HT-29增殖及p53蛋白表达的影响，探讨中药苦参治疗结肠癌的 作用机制。方法 选取人结肠癌细胞株 HT-29，用IL-6处理造模后加不同浓度苦参碱干预，并设置空白对照组，检 测IL-6处理模型组及不同浓度苦参碱干预各组HT-29细胞活力及p53蛋白表达情况。通过网络检索TCMSP、OMIM 和 Disgenet三个数据库得到苦参主要活性成分及对应疾病的靶点，运用 String数据库及 Cytoscape 软件将苦参对结 肠癌的潜在靶点构建PPI，将药物疾病共同基因导入Metasacpe数据平台进行GO和KEGG富集分析。结果 人结肠 癌细胞株 HT-29模型组细胞活力较空白组增强，p53蛋白表达水平下降；经苦参碱干预后各组细胞活力明显降低， p53蛋白表达水平增高。通过网络检索数据库共检索出苦参的45个有效成分和22个潜在作用靶点，检索出的治疗 通路主要有VEGF信号通路、癌症通路、晚期糖基化产物（AGE）-晚期糖基化终末产物受体（RAGE）信号通路等。结 论 苦参能抑制结肠癌细胞增殖，并提高抗肿瘤基因p53蛋白的表达；其机制为苦参中抗癌活性成分通过多种信号 通路作用于p53、IL-6、AKT1、PTGS2等靶点，从而对结肠癌起到干预作用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The effects of spray adjuvants on physical properties of two insecticides and the synergistic effects against Paracoccus marginatus were investigated in this study. The effects of surface tension, expanded diameter, maximum retention on spirodiclofen 240 g/L suspension concentrate(SC) and pyridaben 15% emulsifiable concentrate(EC) were determined under indoor conditions after the addition of five spray adjuvants (aloe essential oil, silicone silwet408, JFC-2, azone and PBO). In addition, the synergistic effect between the adjuvants and two insecticides were evaluated. The results indicated that the spray adjuvants can significantly reduce the surface tension, increase the expansion diameter, retention and indoor virulence. Spray adjuvants can increase the indoor virulence of spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC and pyridaben 15% EC by 5.1%-26.1% and 22.7%-41.8%, respectively. JFC-2 and PBO were more effective for the increase of the synergistic effects with spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC and pyridaben 15% EC. Field experiments showed that JFC-2 and PBO improved the field control effect of two insecticides in different concentrations against P. marginatus, especially for that in high concentrations. The synergistic effect between JFC-2 and spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC was 10.3%-24.6%, and that between PBO and pyridaben 15% EC was 12.1%-28.9%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Because of different focuses and diverse objective circumstances, the existing Web Service Composition (WSC) methods are complicated and various. One of the key challenges in WSC is how to identify the most feasible and efficient composition strategy from a set of candidates. Therefore, we focus on a decision-making mechanism that helps people choose suitable WSC approaches. Considering that Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) can solve multi-criteria problems, this paper analyzes and summarizes the previous studies and proposes a decision-making mechanism on choosing the best WSC method among several alternatives. Finally, to help WSC practitioners understand and use this decision-making mechanism, we also designed and implemented a decision-making platform, easy WSC, which is now open for use, discussion, and improvement by relevant researchers and practitioners. Simultaneous localization and mapping (SIAM) has always been the key technology to achieve mobile robot autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance. Traditional ID and 2D sensors such as ultrasonic sensor, sonar and laser range finder for area mapping is not precise. Because they can not detect information in vertical direction,it is likely to increase the probability of robot collision and inaccurate mapping. To compensate for the lack of 2D laser data in previous studies, this paper presented a method which collected 3D information from Kineet merged into 2D laser data. With the help of robot operating system (ROS) simulation analysis and practical tests, the verified results show that Kineet can make up the lack of ID and 2D sensor to collect information and it can also promote the integrity and reliability of the mapping. Objective: To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Pill Combined with low-dose estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy on sex hormone, bone mineral density and blood lipid in patients with perimenopausal syndrome (PMS). Methods: 93 PMS patients who were received from December 2018 to May 2020 were selected as research objects, they were randomly divided into control group (n = 46) and study group (n = 47) according to random number table method, the control group was given low-dose estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy, the study group was given Liuwei Dihuang Pill Combined with low-dose estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy, 28d was a treatment cycle, the efficacy, sex hormone, lumbar L2-L4 bone mineral density, blood lipid, endometrial thickness and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups after 3 cycles of treatment were compared. Results: After 3 cycles of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 91.49% (43 / 47), which was higher than 76.09% (35 / 46) of the control group (P < 0.05). After 3 cycles of treatment, the improved kupperman scale KMI, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) of the study group was lower than those of the control group, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), endometrial thickness, lumbar L2-L4 bone mineral density, estradiol (E2) were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Qinling orogenic belt is produced by long-time complicated orogenic processes with widely distributed Neoproterozoic to Mesozoic magmatic activities. Yanzhiba granitic pluton, which is located in the easternmost part of Wulong granitic plutons, is one of the major components of Early Mesozoic magmatism in Ningshan area of South Qinling. Zircon U-Pb dating results and geochemical characteristics of Yanzhiba pluton were reported. Zircon U-Pb dating results of five samples give (202.9±3.5), (201.0±3.0), (202.1±2.6), (200.4±5.4), (205.5±3.3)Ma, respectively. A mean U-Pb age of (201.9±1.5)Ma suggests that Yanzhiba pluton is formed in the middle and late stage of Early Mesozoic Wulong granitic plutons. Yanzhiba granitic pluton is characterized by high silica, alkali-rich, enrichment of large-ion lithophile elements, depletion in high field-strength elements, belonging to weakly peraluminous and high-potassic calc-alkaline series. Initial Sr isotopic composition ranges from 0.704 31 to 0.706 78,εNd(t) values are -5.2--2.0, and initial Pb isotopic composition is relatively high, including that (N(206Pb)/N(204Pb))(t)=17.737-18.191,(N(207Pb)/N(204Pb))(t)=15.511-15.574, and(N(208Pb)/N(204Pb))(t)=37.439-38.071. The high radioactive Pb isotopic composition implies that Yanzhiba granite has the affinity of Yangtze Block. Linear variations of initial Sr isotopic composition and εNd(t) values with the contents of SiO2 suggest that there is assimilation of the surrounding rocks during the rising and emplacement of Yanzhiba granitic magma. The initial Sr-Nd isotopic compositions are similar to those of Neoproterozoic volcanic sedimentary sequences in South Qinling (such as Yaolinghe, Wudang and Bikou Groups). Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic compositions indicate that the magma source of Yanzhiba granite originates from Neoproterozoic crustal materials with an affinity of Yangtze Block. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To develop a rapid, highly specific, and low-cost protein microarray for detecting des-γ-carboxyprothrombin(DCP), and to evaluate it through diagnosis of DCP-positive hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) clinical samples. Methods:Firstly, the removal of normal prothrombin purified by adsorption and precipitation method with barium citrate in plasma, and second using double-antibody sandwich method, the protein microarray were prepared for detecting DCP level. 41 DCP positive serum samples from patients with HCC and 66 serum samples from healthy human were detected with Ba-protein microarray in the blind experiment.Results: Ecarin-chromogenic peptide substrate assay indicated that normal prothrombin was completely eliminated by barium citrate adsorption and precipitation method. According to "average + 3 × standard deviation" formula setting Cut-off value of protein chip as a positive criteria, the sensitivity of Ba-protein microarray was 95.1%(39/41), and its specificity was 100 %(66/66). Conclusions: The Ba-protein microarray for detecting DCP in serum was successfully established, and provided one candidate biomarker to research multiple biomarkers protein microarray for association detection of HCC. Objective: To develop a simple, rapid, highly specific, and low-cost protein microarray for detecting carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels in serum, and to evaluate it through diagnosis of of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: Using double-antibody sandwich method, the protein microarray were prepared with "sandwich" structure of capture antibody-antigen-detection antibody to detect CEA levels in serum. In the blind experiment, 50 CEA positive serum samples from patients with HCC and 56 serum samples from healthy human were detected by the CEA protein microarray. Results: CEA> 5 ng/m L was as positive criteria, the sensitivity of CEA protein chip was 92 % (46/50), and its specificity was 100 % (56/56). Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC)analysis showed that area under the ROC curve (AUC) of serum CEA detection by the protein microarray was 0.960, and comparing with the 0.5 the result was statistically significant (P <0.001), and its diagnostic accuracy for CEA was high. Conclusions: The protein microarray for detecting CEA concentration in serum was successfully established, and provided one candidate biomarker to develop multiple biomarkers protein chips for combination detection of HCC. In China, the planting area of peanut is 5 million hm² and the yield is 17 million kg. Seed shelling is an important part of peanut seed preparation before sowing, the quality of peanut seed after shelling affects the emergence, growth and yield of peanut. At present, peanut seed shelling is mainly based on the shape characteristics of peanut pods, mechanical actions such as kneading, extrusion and impact are used to crack and break the peanut pods to complete the shelling. However, the existing peanut shellers have some problems, such as low rate of shell removal, high rate of seed damage and poor adaptability to peanut varieties. In order to solve the above problems, a cone disc shelling mechanism for peanut seeds was designed. Taking Huayu 23 peanut as the experimental object, the EDEM software was used to simulate the shelling process of peanut pods, and the optimal structure parameters of the cone type shelling mechanism were obtained by simulation analysis and prototype testing. The best structural parameters of the shelling mechanism were obtained through simulation analysis and prototype test, that is, the inclination angle of the lower cone was 25°, and the inclination angle of the upper cone was 30°. In order to further reduce the damage rate of peanut seeds, the rubber spines were pasted on the shell surface of the upper and lower cones of the machine. The rotation speed of lower cone, the minimum shelling clearance and number of rubber bumps were taken as experimental factors, threshing rate and damage rate of peanut were taken as response values, single-factor test and Box-Behnken test were conducted. ANOVA was performed on the test results by Design-Expert 8.0.6 software, and the regression models of the threshing rate and the damage rate between the rotation speed of lower cone, the minimum shelling clearance, the number of rubber bumps were established. The optimal combination of the three factors were obtained by the dual objective optimization method, that was the rotation speed of lower cone 270 r/min, the number of rubber bumps within one squire meter 5 500 and the minimum shelling clearance was 11 mm，respectively, at this time, the highest predicted value of the threshing rate was 97.95%, and the lowest predicted value of the damage rate was 3.19%. The comparative experiment results showed that compared with the drum type sheller for peanut seeds, the threshing rate of the cone disc sheller without rubber spines was slightly higher and the damage rate was slightly lower. The threshing rate of the cone disc sheller with rubber spines was increased by 2.03 percentage points, and the damage rate was reduced by 0.67 percentage points..According to the fatigue damage analysis of rubber spines, after 90 hours of shelling operation, the rubber skin was seriously worn and the shelling quality was reduced, it should be replaced in time. Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on brain injury and expression of inflammatory factors in hippocampus after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats. Male Objective: SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham group, control group and EA group. Rats were asphyxiated for 8min before cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The EA group was inserted filiform needles in the shuigou and neiguan points and received electrical stimulation, while the control group was only inserted filiform needles at the same points. The survival rate of rat resuscitation and the recovery time of spontaneous circulation were recorded. Neurological deficit score (NDS) was measured at 24 h and 72 h after resuscitation. The spatial learning and memory ability of each group was tested by Morris water maze. Neuronal morphology and survival in hippocampus were observed by Nissl staining. The expression of inflammatory factors in hippocampus was detected by Western blot. Compared Results: with the sham group, the NDS of rats at 24 h and 72 h after resuscitation and the spatial learning and memory ability were significantly reduced in other two groups. In this two groups, hippocampal CA1 cells were disordered, meanwhile, the number of viable neurons, the expression of IL-10 were decreased, but IL-1 and IL-6 were increased when compared with sham group (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, the survival rate was improved without statistically significant, the recovery time of spontaneous circulation was shortened (P＜0.05), the NDS was increased at 24 h and 72 h after resuscitation (P＜0.05), the escape latency of 6th day of water maze was shortened and the space exploration ability was promoted in the EA group (P＜0.05). The cell line in the hippocampal CA1 and the number of viable neurons in the EA group were significantly better than that of control group. IL-1 and IL-6 in the hippocampus of EA group were alleviated, while the expression of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 was enhanced compared with the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions: Electroacupuncture can alleviate brain injury after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats, and its protective effect may be related with inhibiting inflammatory factors and promoting the expression of anti-inflammatory factors. Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features and therapeutic strategy of non-small-cell lung cancer with concomitant EGFR mutation and EML4-ALK fusion. Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinicopathological data of concomitant in Tangdu hospital from May 2012 to December 2016 was performed. Results: There were a total of 11 cases with concomitant EGFR mutation and EML4-ALK fusion, accounting for 0.68%(11/1620) of all non-small-cell lung cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital in the same period. There were 6 males and 5 females, the mean age of the patients was 51.9(23 to 70) years and all of the patients had no smoking history. The histological type of 9 patient was adenocarcinoma and 2 was sarcomatoid carcinoma. Clinical stage: stage ⅠA was in3 cases, stage ⅡB was in 1 case, stage ⅢA was in 1 case, stage ⅢB was in 1 case, stage ⅠV was in 5 cases. 6 patients underwent surgical treatment, 4 patients received traditional chemotherapy and the best response was stable disease, the longest progression-free survival of chemotherapy was 6 months. 5 patient received epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors and the best response was partial response, the progression-free survival of TKⅠs were 3-23 months(median 9 months). As of December 2017, 4 patients died, and the survival time of the 11 cases was 1-67 months(median 21 months). Conclusions: Non-small-cell lung cancer patients with concomitant EGFR mutation and EML4-ALK fusion is rare, most of them do not smoke or smoke slightly and are patients with adenocarcinoma. Objective To explore the association between C-reactive protein(CRP) level at baseline and the risk of diabetes mellitus(DM) during follow-up in a community cohort. Methods Subjects were the residents (35-74 years old) derived from a community-based diabetes prospective cohort study in Pudong New Area in Shanghai, which began in 2009 and followed up in 2012. Baseline non-diabetic population was divided into four groups according to the level of baseline CRP (CRP<1.00 mg/L, 1.00-1.99 mg/L, 2.00-2.99 mg/L or ≥3.00 mg/L). Analysis of variance，Kruskal Wallis H nonparametric test and Chi-square test were used to compare the baseline characteristics, and COX regression model was used to analyze the association between baseline CRP level and DM risk during follow-up. Results The mean follow-up time was (2.7±0.5) years. For those with CRP<1.00, 1.00-1.99, 2.00-2.99 and ≥3.00 mg/L, the incidence rate of DM was 14.68/1 000, 21.30/1 000, 28.92/1 000 or 46.38/1 000 person-years, respectively; the incidence rate of DM increased with baseline CRP levels ( χ 2linear =13.63，P<0.001). After adjusting for family history of diabetes, history of hypertension, age, body mass index, triglycerides, and the baseline blood glucose status, the risk of DM in group with CRP level ≥3.00 mg/L was 3.26 times (95%CI：1.39- 7.64) that of group with CRP level<1.00 mg/L. The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves of baseline CRP level in predicting the incidence of DM was 0.604 (95%CI:0.522-0.686). Conclusions Baseline CRP level is an independent risk factor of diabetes; however, the predict power of CRP is poor. Objective To explore the molecular mechanisms of resistance to phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitors in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells. Methods HCC70 cells (TNBC) were transfected with siFZD7, siWANT5B or siGSK3 using lipofectamine 2000 transfection reagent. The expression levels of key proteins of WNT/β-catenin and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathways were determined by Western blot analysis. After HCC70, MCF-7 (ER-positive) and SK-BR3 (HER2-positive) cells were treated with PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitors, the inhibition rates of cell proliferation were measured by MTT assay, and half maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC50) were calculated. The altered activities of WNT/β-catenin and PI3K/AKT/mTOR proteins were detected by Western blot and luciferase report gene assay, respectively. The nuclear translocation of β-catenin protein was examined by immunofluorescence assay. Xenograft nude mouse model was used to evaluate the tumorigenicity of breast cancer cells treated with BKM120 in vivo. The expression levels of p-LRP6, p-4EBP1 and β-catenin proteins in the tumor tissues were determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression levels of FZD7, WANT5B and GSK3 proteins were significantly reduced in the HCC70 cells transfected with the target siRNAs. Meanwhile, the activity of WNT/β-catenin was enhanced and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway was inhibited. PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitors suppressed MCF-7 and SK-BR3 cell proliferation. The IC50 of GDC-094, BKM120, XL147, perifosine, everolimus, and BEZ235 in MCF-7 cells were 0.46 mmol/L, 1.44 mmol/L, 4.34 mmol/L, 11.35 μmol/L, 53.71 μmol/L and 12.87 μmol/L respectively, and 0.63 mmol/L, 0.58 mmol/L, 3.74 mmol/L, 13.22 μmol/L, 60.00 μmol/L and 11.38 μmol/L in the SK-BR3 cells, respectively. The results of luciferase report gene assay showed that the luciferase activities in HCC70, MCF-7 and SK-BR3 cells treated with BKM120 were 1.75±0.05, 1.13±0.02 and 0.43±0.01, respectively. The luciferase activities in HCC70 and SK-BR3 cells were significantly different from that of the control cells (1.00±0.02, P<0.05). The immunohistochemical analysis showed that BKM120 inhibited mTOR activity, and the enhanced WNT/β-catenin activity reversed the phenotype of inhibitory mTOR induced by BKM120. BKM120 suppressed the tumorigenic ability of MCF-7 and SK-BR3 cells in vivo, but had no effect on cultured HCC70 cells. The immunohistochemical analysis showed nuclear translocation of β-catenin protein and increased expression level of p-LRP-6 protein in transplanted tumor tissues from HCC70 cells treated with BKM120, increased the level of p-LRP-6 protein, and no changes of p-4EBP1 protein expression. However, no nuclear translocation of β-catenin protein and no decrease of p-LRP6 and p-4EBP1 protein levels in the transplanted tumor tissue of MCF-7 cells after treatment with BKM120. Conclusions The triple-negative breast cancer HCC70 cells have drugs-resistance to PI3K inhibitors. Numerous Early Cretaceous intermediate-mafic dykes intrude into the high-pressure metamorphic rocks of Susong Group in Susong terrene of Dabie orogenic belt.They are one of the important objects for understanding the process of mantle-crustal interaction during the deep subduction of the continental plate and the tectonic response in the uplift.Zircon U-Pb ages of these intermediate-mafic dykes obtained by the LA-ICP-MS technique were reported,and the geological implications were discussed.The single zircon gives a wide age range from ~2 600 Ma to~127Ma.Apparent U-Pb ages of more than one hundred zircon grains cluster around Archean(>2 500 Ma),Paleoproterozoic(1 850-2 500,1 650-1 800 Ma),Neoproterozoic(720-850 Ma),Early Paleozoic(420-450 Ma),Early Mesozoic(190-230 Ma),and Early Cretaceous(120-140 Ma).Early Cretaceous zircon grains are typically of magmatic origin and yield a weighted mean U-Pbage of about 132 Ma,representing the emplacement time of the dykes.This magmatic event should be related to intense post-collisional magmatism in Dabie orogenic belt.Combined with morphology,internal structures,and trace element contents of zircons,it can be observed that their age patterns are well correlated with the tectonothermal events in Yangtze Block.The inherited zircons,which are older than Early Mesozoic and contained in intermediate-mafic dykes,are comparable with the age distribution of zircons from Yangtze Block,likely suggesting the Yangtze Block affinity of Susong terrene.From the evidence of the inherited zircons,it is speculated that the intermediate-mafic dykes in Susong terrene originate from the delamination of thickened lithosphere beneath Dabie orogenic belt on the background of Early Cretaceous strong lithospheric extension in the eastern of China. 目的观察腹针联合麻杏饮口服辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性发作的疗效。方法选择92例COPD急性发作期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,在常规西医治疗基础上,对照组使用腹针治疗,观察组使用腹针联合麻杏饮口服治疗,疗程14 d。检测两组治疗前后血气指标[动脉血氧分压（Pa O2）、血氧饱和度（Sa O2）、动脉二氧化碳分压（Pa CO2）]、肺功能指标[肺活量占预计值的百分比（VC）、第1秒用力呼气容积占肺活量百分比（FEV1/FVC）、第1秒用力肺活量占预计值百分比（FEV1）、最大通气量占预计值的百分比（MVV）]、6 min步行距离、中医证候（咳嗽、咯痰、喘息）积分的变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后Pa O2、Sa O2均较治疗前升高,Pa CO2降低（P均<0.05）,观察组Pa O2、Sa O2高于对照组,Pa CO2低于对照组（P均<0.05）;两组治疗后VC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1、MVV均较治疗前降低,观察组VC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MVV低于对照组（P均<0.05）;两组治疗后6 min步行距离均较治疗前增加,观察组6 min步行距离长于对照组（P<0.05）;两组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,观察组积分低于对照组（P均<0.05）。观察组总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的67.39%（P<0.05）。结论COPD急性发作期患者应用腹针联合麻杏饮辅助治疗效果显著,有助于缓解临床症状,改善肺功能。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21-1)、癌胚抗原（CEA)、神经元烯醇化酶（NSE)在肺癌诊断及病情判断中的作用。方法选取肺癌患者75例（肺癌组，病理类型为鳞癌18例、腺癌40例、小细胞肺癌17例，TNM分期为I~n期24例、M~IV期51例），肺部良性疾病患者#5例（良性病变组），体检健康者60例（健康对照组）。三组均采用ELISA法检测血清MMP-9，电化学发光法检测血清HE4、CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE。绘制上述5种血清指标单独及联合检测诊断肺癌的受试者工作特征曲线，计算其敏感性、特异性及准确性，比较不同病理类型及TNM分期的肺癌患者上述5种血清指标水平。结果肺癌组血清MMP-9、HE4、CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE水平均高于良性病变组及健康对照组（P均<0.01)，良性病变组与健康对照组上述指标比较差异均无统计学意义（P均>0.05)。5种血清指标联合检测诊断肺癌的敏感‘性（96.00%)高于单项指标检测，但特异性及准确性均降低（分别为53.60%、69.50%)。腺癌患者血清CEA高于鳞癌、小细胞肺癌患者，小细胞肺癌患者血清NSE水平高于鳞癌、腺癌患者（P均<0.05)。TNM分期为M~IV期的肺癌患者血清CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE水平均高于I期患者（尸<0.05或<0.01)。结论肺癌患者血清MMP-9、HE4、CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE水平均升高;上述血清指标联合检测有助于肺癌的诊断及病情判断。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的：观察肺癌患者血清人附睾蛋白4（HE4）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21-1）水平变化，并探讨其意义。方法 选取肺癌患者60例（观察组）、健康体检者60例（对照组），采用电化学发光免疫法检测各组血清HE4、CEA、CYFRA21-1，Pearson相关分析法分析观察组HEA、CEA、CYFRA21-1的相关性，并观察三指标单独及联合诊断肺癌的敏感性、特异性。结果 与对照组比较，观察组血清HE4、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平升高（P均＜0．05）。观察组血清HE4与CYFRA21-1呈正相关（r＝0．294，P＜0．05）。当血清HE4水平为142．30 pmol／L时，其诊断肺癌的敏感性为80．8％，特异性为96．9％；当血清CEA水平为4．99 U／mL时，其诊断肺癌的敏感性为53．8％，特异性为93．7％；当血清CYFRA21-1水平为3．49 ng／mL时，其诊断肺癌的敏感性为73．1％，特异性为90．6％；在此水平时，血清HE4、CEA、CYFRA21-1联合检测诊断肺癌的敏感性为92．3％，特异性为93．3％。结论 肺癌患者血清HE4、CEA、CYFRA21-1 水平升高，联合检测三指标有助于提高肺癌的诊断。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
