Under the background of engineering education professional certification, the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) education concept of "output-oriented" has been paid more and more attention. The traditional experimental teaching of programming course often focuses on the teaching of theoretical knowledge, and lacks the cultivation of students' practical ability and innovative spirit. Engineering education puts forward new requirements for the teaching mode of program design course. Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of higher education, while the performance of ideological and political education is critical to achieving this task. “Biological Basis”, the core course of the bioengineering major which has a close relationship with other required courses, plays an important role in the professional training system. From the aspects of the necessity of ideological and political construction of “Biological Basis”, the exploration and design of ideological and political elements, the practice of ideological and political teaching, the optimization of ideological and political evaluation systems, and the effect of ideological and political teaching, this study elaborated on the constructing process of “Biological Basis”. The ideological and political elements were explored from celebrity anecdotes, daily life, research cases, and current events were further integrated into the teaching process of “Biological Basis” by the establishment of a teaching team and the online and offline mixed teaching methods, the development of case teaching, and the implementation of group discussion. Moreover, the ideological and political course teaching-effect evolution system was established. The results showed that students' interest in learning and the average score of the final paper significantly improved, from 66 points or less before the curriculum reform to 76 points after the reform. In addition, more than 92% of the students thought that the ideological and political teaching of “Biology Basis” was good, with a course satisfaction of 98%. In order to keep up with the pace of the times, we should infiltrate the output oriented teaching concept into the teaching reform of moral education course, so as to improve students' knowledge ability and moral quality. On the basis of existing scholars' research, this paper expounds the three characteristics of output oriented education concept: learning as the center; emphasizing the integration of learning and application; paying attention to the whole person education. And through the research on the main problems existing in the current moral education curriculum teaching, it is found that the teaching methods are backward, the curriculum is few, and the teaching materials are unrealistic. This has led to the unsatisfactory effect of the moral education curriculum. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems, and uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of moral education teaching in a university in our city. In order to make students adapt to the development trend of modern quality control of traditional Chinese medicine, design experiments are introduced into the teaching of Instrumental Analysis Experiment course, aiming to improve students’ spirit of exploration, exercise their innovative thinking, and cultivate professional pharmacy talents that better meet the needs of society. In this paper, students were instructed to construct a student-centered designed experiment to optimize the experiments for the simultaneous determination of ligustilide, dehydroandrographolide and magnolol in Jiawei Xianglian Pills by gas chromatography, including linear relationship, detection limit, precision, stability, repeatability and recovery rate, and complete the actual sample detection. Students design and complete the experiment independently, and implement diversified assessment, including write the experiment plan, experiment process and questions, operation practice, recording and processing of experimental data, the corresponding score ratio is 2:3:3:2. At the end of the course, a questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect of students. Traditional foreign language vocabulary education pays too much attention to vocabulary and ignores the depth of vocabulary application, resulting in the low vocabulary application ability of students. In order to promote the reform of foreign language vocabulary teaching and mobilize the enthusiasm of students' vocabulary learning, this paper carries out the effectiveness analysis of corpus teaching for the teaching and learning of foreign language vocabulary, aiming at providing scientific guidance for the teaching of foreign language vocabulary. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of corpus and vocabulary teaching, the paper applies the corpus teaching in non-English majors in a university in Fujian Province to collect the vocabulary test scores of the experimental class and the blank class by pre-testing and post-testing. The test results show that there are significant differences in the English vocabulary score of the experimental class before and after the corpus teaching and the score is higher than that of blank class. The corpus teaching mode improves the students' lexical collocation, context application and autonomous learning ability. Nowadays, the traditional specialized teaching methods in college are no longer suitable for the requirement of talent training in our new age while academic curriculum studying is always divorced from ideological and political education for the most time. Under the concept of ideological and political education in curriculum, research is conducted in this paper to study the approaches and methods for teachers to implement this education mode, with which teachers can impart academic knowledge and perform ideological and political education at the same time. Combined with the characteristics of traffic environmental impact assessment course, this paper will also try to estimate teaching practice and effects of ideological and political education. Based on its requirements, from the perspectives of teaching goals, contents of curriculum and school evaluation respectively. The results indicate that if academic teaching can embrace ideological and political education in curriculum, the separation between two will be relieved in some degree and the synergy will be formed on both of them. In addition, some teaching methods should be improved during the teaching process towards the teaching goals of ideological and political education in curriculum. Legal education bears the important mission of imparting legal knowledge, training legal thinking and cultivating legal talents and the reform of law teaching is also a hot topic in recent years. This paper takes the Law School of a university as an example and investigates the status quo of law teaching effectiveness through questionnaires. This paper uses multiple regression analysis method and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis method to study the correlation between various factors in the reform of law teaching and the academic performance and learning effectiveness of students. The results show that the interpretable variable of the teaching method and technique of teachers for the learning time, learning attitude and academic performance is 5.2%, 6.28% and 19.8% respectively, indicating that they are important factors influencing the academic performance of students. These two factors are followed by teaching content, teaching management and exams. As a traditional event, the Shanghai undergraduate chemistry experiment competition exerted significant influence among Shanghai and the Yangtze-river-delta region. This paper introduced the goals and objectives of the competition and described in detail the institution framework, the scale, contestant selection manners, contents, checkup forms as well as the characteristics of the competition. Combining with the specific proceedings of the competition, this paper elaborated the effect of competition on both promoting interschool exchange and pushing forward the teaching reform of chemistry experiment in the following four respects; 1. identifying problems existed in experiment teaching through participation in the competition; 2. improving the laboratory condition by sponsoring the competition; 3. organizing a symposium of experiment teaching during the competition; 4. conducting subsequent exchange of visits and contacts after the competition. This paper is a comparative exercise about the points of contention between successive Chilean governments and teachers' unions during the last two teachers' strikes which took place in 2015 and 2019. It aims to show the developments in the debate educational issues. In recent years, dissatisfaction with the state of the education system has increased and teachers have organized different strikes in order to voice their complaints and demands. It has resulted in a conflictive relationship between successive governments and teachers with different protest events, negotiations and agreements influencing Chilean teacher polices. Since the 1980s, the Chilean education system has undergone a process of privatization. This has changed the relationships within the education system, between its actors and within the society as a whole. Teachers have been particularly adversely affected during this process, due to their loss of bargaining and earning power, as well as social status.
