This leads to the conflict between these "post-90s" college students' personalities and the old-fashioned traditional teaching mode. It will bring great challenges to the university teaching of engineering courses. The paper analyzes the "post-90s" college students' personalities, proposes the necessity of the teaching reform of the course of "Circuit and Electronic Technology Experiment", and makes more effectively to adapt with these personalities.
