In order to study the marginal effect of Lycopersicon esculentum var. cerasiforme in the greenhouse cultivation, by using the cherry tomato Huangfei inbred line as the material, the main agronomic traits such as the plant height, leaf size, stem diameter, internode length and fruit size were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the plants planted in the east and middle of the greenhouse were generally higher, and the plant height in the south was higher than that in the north. The plant leaves planted in the east and middle of the greenhouse were generally larger, while the stem diameter of plants planted in the east was larger than that in the west, and similar in the north and south. The plant internodes planted in the west of the greenhouse was longer than those in the east, and the plant internodes in the north and south of the greenhouse were shorter than those in the middle. The fruit was slightly longer overall, but rounder in the middle than at the edges. The results showed that the tomato plants grew better in the east, south and middle areas of the greenhouse, and the marginal effect of cherry tomato in the north and south of the greenhouse was significantly greater than that in the east and west, while the internode length of the plants growing in the west and middle areas was greater than that in the east. A method based on QuEChERS combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was established for the determination of fenarimol residues in loquat. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by N-primary secondary amine (PSA), and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that: the linearity of fenarimol was good in the concentration range of 0. 5~200 µg · L-1 (r² = 0. 999 4), the limit of detection was 0. 14 µg · kg-1, and the limit of quantitation was 0.5 µg · kg-1. The average recovery rates of fenarimol were respectively 87.0%, 97.4% and 96. 7% at the adding level of 2, 20 and 200 µg · kg-1, with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 8. 3%, 7. 9% and 4. 3%, respectively. The complex strategy in traditional elevator scheduling process results in the difficulty of fitting passengers' information changes. Therefore, a novel elevator scheduling algorithm based on information fusion technology was proposed in this paper. On the basis of analyzing change trends of passenger flow, the elevator motion direction is decided by combining global decision and step-by-step scheduling. The proposed algorithm improves the traditional elevator scheduling strategy by effectively considering the demands of passenger flow and the supply of the elevator resources. Real examples analysis demonstrates that the algorithm outperforms the traditional methods and indeed effectively improves the quality-of-service of elevators. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to study the effect of the particle deposition patterns on the filtration characteristic of the fibrous media at different operating conditions, the grid freezing method in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to deal with the moving boundary in this study, which can make the dynamic boundary into the solid boundary, and simplify the calculation. This method qualitatively described the particle deposition patterns on the surface of the fibrous media. Meanwhile, the filtration efficiencies of the fibrous media with different St, numbers of the deposition particles, and particle deposition patterns were calculated by means of numerical simulation. The results show that in a certain range increased St can significantly increase fiber media filtration efficiency; particle deposition on the surface of the fibrous media can help improve the filtration performance, and in the early stage of the particle deposition, the effect is apparent, but in the late stage of the particle deposition, the increase extent of the filtration efficiency is significantly decreased and the filtration efficiency shows a flat trend compared with the early stage. The non linear equations governing wind-induced internal pressure responses for a two- compartment building with a windward dominant opening are derived based on some reasonable assumptions. The law of mass conservation, adiabatic equation, and the unsteady form of the Bernoulli equation are used for the derivation. Then, the improved method for the existing research result based on corresponding linear model is given. The numerical calculation results show that the effects of Helmhohz resonance on internal pressure responses have been neglected in the existing linear model, but it can be made up by the improved method proposed in this paper. The wind induced pressure inside buildings has a profound effect on building safety, it can't be ignored in the wind resistant design. Base on some reasonable assumptions, the governing equations of internal pressures for building with internal partitioning and openings are derived by the application of the unsteady form of Bernoulli equation, law of mass conservation and adiabatic law, when its background porosity is considered. Influence of the background porosity to internal pressure responses are analyzed from numerical method. The studies results show that wind-induced internal pressure responses of building with internal partitioning and openings can be predicted and analyzed by the governing equations derived in this paper; the internal pressure response in the compartment without an external opening is much higher than that for the other compartment when there is no background porosity; the internal pressures responses in both the compartments are suppressed because of the additional damp of background porosity.
