- Abstract
There are some limitations of laboratories in the cultivation of university students' innovative thinking and scientific research ability. On the other hand, the scientific research laboratories in China universities have enough scientific research projects, advanced equipment and high quality scientific research troop. However, the openness of scientific research laboratories is not high. Based on the game theory, this paper analyzes the existing institutions. The results show that the setting of the incentive system has a significant impact on the opening of the research laboratory. When the parameters are not reasonable, the scientific research laboratory and the management side will both take a mixed strategy. However, if the parameter settings are reasonable, the management side and scientific research laboratory will both take the ideal strategy. The practical significance of this paper lies in the following aspects: China organizations should actively expand the sources of funding, and increase the support for undergraduates to participate in scientific research. Meanwhile, China universities should further encourage teachers to cany out scientific research guidance and build a scientific evaluation system for teachers' research guidance.
