At present, in the postgraduate teaching of control theory and control engineering in many universities of China, multiple control courses and system identification courses are simultaneously set up. Since the relationship among these courses cannot be well reflected, and the teaching of them generally pays more attention on theory and ignores practice, the students are inefficient in their studies and cannot deeply understand what they have learned. In view of this status, based on the postgraduate innovation experimental class of the state key laboratory of synthetical automation for process industries in Northeastern University, by combining the modeling course with multiple control courses, this paper introduced the teaching idea, teaching method and experiment teaching practice of the newly established modern control system course. University of Electronic Science and Technology of China ( UESTC) is mainly engaged in electronic information majors' education and scientific research, and the Electronic Experimental Teaching Center of UESTC undertakes the basic experimental teaching of undergraduates of electronic information majors ( 90% of the total number of students). It is an important base for the cultivation of students' practical and innovative abilities, and has wide range and great influence for students. This paper introduces the construction and development of Electronic Experimental Teaching Center of UESTC for 30 years. The center emphasis on persevering the students-oriented conception, aims at cultivating undergraduate students' practice technique and innovating ability, including experimental conditions and environment, experimental items and courses. Experiment teaching is very important in talent cultivation, and high level experimental teaching team is an essential guarantee to carry out experimental teaching in colleges and universities. It is very important to develop training courses for newcomer experimental teachers to help them knowing well the experimental teaching work and knowing definitely their professional orientation. This paper introduces the construction of 10 hours training courses for new experimental teachers in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC), including the design of training contents, guide of occupation layout and professional development, training course teaching mode and implementation instance. The training contents are as follows the basic conception about experiment and experimental teaching, OBE(outcomes based education) idea and engineering education attestation, examples of experimental teaching design. With the improvement of scientific research ability and technical level, the proportion of self-made equipment is rapid growth. It leads to the increase of management problems. The paper makes a case study for Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Many problems, such as research demonstration, technical content, cost accounting are analyzed. Combined with experimental teaching reformation and laboratory construction, the paper puts forward the ideas and strategies to strengthen the management of self-made equipment. College physics experiment is an important public basic course in science and engineering colleges. How to improve its teaching quality is worth to think. The paper presents an exploration of integration teaching of college physical experiment and theory’ conducted by physical experiment center in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in the last two years. It includes the present teaching situation of university physical experiment for ordinary class and experimental class, detailed measurement of integration teaching for experimental class, and the discussion of twro questions, i. e. , how to treat the synchronization of teaching content of college physical experiment and theory, and exploration teaching of verification experiment.
