With the development of the market economy, agricultural trade has become more and more significant for the development of the agricultural economy, which has triggered people's further thinking and exploration on the impact of agricultural trade on agricultural carbon emissions. This paper takes the measurement of trade implied carbon as the carbon dioxide emission index under the impact of agricultural trade and analyzes the impact of trade implied carbon and implied carbon balance on carbon emission. Taking the impact of Sino-US agricultural trade as an empirical background, this paper measures the impact of environmental changes in agricultural trade opening on China's agricultural development and its carbon emissions, so as to predict changes in China's regional agricultural carbon emissions performance. After calculation, it is found that the scale of China's exports has decreased by 0.089%, which is lower than the decline of 0.361% in the United States. The trade conflict has a significant impact on China's import and export structure. Under the scenario of mutual tariffs on agricultural products, China's exports to the United States are expected to decrease by 6.28%, while China's imports from the United States decreased by 13.02%. The Sino-US agricultural trade dispute will reduce China's carbon emissions by 0.013% and the United States' carbon emissions by 0.024%, which is related to the negative impact on the economy. This paper studies the general architecture and key technologies of the Agricultural Internet of Things and summarizes the latest progress of the Internet of Things system model. On this basis, a general system architecture model suitable for the Agricultural Internet of Things is initially established, and the key technologies of the Agricultural Internet of Things are expounded to provide a reference for the in-depth application and development of the Agricultural Internet of Things. Aiming at the problem that the energy consumption of each node in the network is uneven in the process of monitoring agricultural production environment by wireless sensor network, which leads to the failure of some nodes in the network too fast, an event-driven wireless routing algorithm for agricultural production environment monitoring is proposed. By reducing the number of pieces of control information sent in the cluster, the algorithm selects the next hop forwarding node from candidate nodes according to the forwarding cost function to shorten the data transmission distance, reduce energy consumption, and improve the life cycle of the entire network. The experimental results show that the algorithm in this paper effectively avoids the waste of node energy consumption caused by the active transmission mode and at the same time better balances the overall energy consumption of the network and prolongs the life cycle of the network. In recent years, the new agricultural business entities have grown rapidly in all parts of the country and have become an effective carrier to achieve the basic stability of China's rural family operation system and moderate-scale agricultural operation. However, the systemic defects of rural financial market and the credit rationing of formal financial institutions make the capital needs of rural areas unsatisfied for a long time. Financial demand determines the direction of supply reform. When it comes to global trade, agricultural trade has always been in a very special position. The basic situation of agriculture involves food safety, environmental protection, Chinese politics, and many other issues. In order to overcome the problems of overlapping, repetitive, and too many indicators in the evaluation method of agricultural environmental sustainable development and unfavorable for practical operation, this paper proposes an ecological footprint model based on emergy. The model can effectively evaluate the ability of sustainable development of agricultural environment and solve the problem that traditional evaluation methods cannot comprehensively evaluate. This makes agricultural development sustainable and is conducive to the liberalization of international agricultural trade. The experimental results of this paper show that from 2014 to 2018, the degree of damage to the agricultural environment has increased from 21% to 45%, which has led to a decline in the quality of agricultural products, and the output and sales are not as good as before. In today's low-carbon economy, the combination of nano-efficiency fertilizers and agricultural production is conducive to improving the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers and reducing carbon emissions. This paper analyzes the carbon sink capacity of farmland ecosystems and the elements affecting the growth of LCA. This provides a basis for the exploration of farmland ecosystems. It expounds the relevant concepts of low-carbon economy and briefly discusses the agricultural carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The experimental results in this paper show that the enteric fermentation of dairy cows will produce 60 kg of methane and 15 kg of feces. Sheep enteric fermentation produces 4 kg of methane and fecal emissions of 0.13 kg. According to the data, the carbon emission of dairy cows is much greater than that of sheep. International environmental law is the basic charter for dealing with international environmental issues, and it plays an important role in international environmental governance. In recent years, China's economy has achieved great development, but environmental problems are also very prominent. International environmental law provides a basic reference for China's environmental governance, but it also brings challenges to the development of China's environmental productivity to a certain extent. At the same time, due to the unique dominant position of international environmental law, it has played a certain restrictive role in the development of China's environmental productivity. Based on this, in order to promote the sustainable development of China's economy, this paper took China's industrial and agricultural development as the research object. This paper has conducted research on China's industrial and agricultural environmental productivity, aiming to explore the role of international environmental law in China's environmental productivity. The article first analyzed the limitation of international environmental law on China's environmental productivity, and then on this basis, the article conducted a numerical simulation of China's industrial and agricultural environmental productivity. Finally, starting from the actual development situation, the paper aimed to find out the numerical deviation of China's environmental productivity changes through quantitative analysis. In the course of the research on environmental productivity development, the article found a strong correlation between environmental productivity and international environmental law in China. The correlation between environmental productivity and international environmental law reaches 59.93% in South China and 61.02% in North China. Also, after a series of comparative analyses, the article finds that changes in climate characteristics can exacerbate the regulation of China by international environmental law and seriously affect China's economic development. In this case, China's economy declined by 2.6% year-on-year, which further pushed China to practice sustainable development strategies. Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy, and the transformation of agricultural economic growth mode is of great significance to ensure the supply of agricultural products and improve the quality of agricultural products. Therefore, it is the only way to solve this problem to change the way of agricultural economic growth through scientific and technological investment, industrial structure adjustment, and other methods. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper analyzes various factors of agricultural economic development and establishes a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the development status of agricultural economic system. The stochastic frontier production function model of the fuzzy control comprehensive model is applied to decompose the agricultural labor productivity, and the counterfactual thinking and distribution method are used to analyze the influence of these factors on the evolution of provincial agricultural labor productivity differences. The value inequality decomposition method measures the contribution of each factor to the provincial agricultural labor productivity difference as well as the contribution of exogenous explanatory variables to the provincial agricultural technical efficiency difference. It is concluded that the relative contribution rate of nonagricultural activities to the difference in agricultural technical efficiency is the largest, and the average relative contribution rate reaches 74%. The development of geographically indicative (GI) agricultural products can effectively promote the development of local rural residents' per capita net income (PCNI) and the gross output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery (GOV-AFAHF). This paper takes agricultural products with geographical indications in Anhui Province as the object of study and uses numerical analysis to analyze their application, geographical distribution, and various distribution in detail. By comparing it with the central region, this paper conducts an empirical study on its impact on agricultural economic development, analyzes its related variables and data, draws its effect on farmers' PCNI, and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures. In order to make the agricultural products with GI in Anhui Province develop better, according to the results of comparative analysis and empirical analysis, it puts forward suggestions for regulating the development of management industry associations, implementing the regional branding strategy of GI agricultural products, and increasing the construction of rural infrastructure. In addition, the experiment shows that under the condition of controlling other influencing factors unchanged, for every 1% increase in GI agricultural products, the average increase of PCNI of rural residents is 0.08%, which further confirms the conclusion that GI agricultural products can promote the development of GOV-AFAHF. The development of agricultural products e-commerce (APEC) plays an important role in the smooth progress of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of APEC through literature induction, including rural residents, infrastructure conditions, policy support, the quality of APEC platform, operation effect, and social effect. Then, we use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the index weight and take Shanxi Province of China as the research object to evaluate and analyze the development level of APEC. The evaluation results show that the overall development of APEC in Shanxi Province is at a general level. The green development of the entire agricultural industry chain is not only an important way to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products and promote the value-added of the agricultural industry but also an inevitable choice to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and ensure sustainable economic development from the perspective of the ecological environment. This paper defines the connotation and characteristics of the green development of the whole agricultural industry chain and deeply analyzes the development status, major challenges, and feasible paths of the whole agricultural industry chain in China. It has built a whole industry chain development model of "Internet + modern agriculture" and proposed a decentralized agricultural data management system based on the IoT to solve the problem of untraceable of traditional agricultural products and other data. The agricultural IoT system is designed with a unique blockchain double-chain structure, using the global hash chain and the mutual verification between the transaction chains in each partition. It proposes the PMCP protocol, which improves the performance of the system by producing blocks in parallel for several consensus groups in each consensus cycle. The experimental results show that the proposed model is queryable, traceable, and trustworthy for whole-life agricultural data, and the proposed model outperforms other schemes in terms of throughput and delay. China is a large agricultural country. With the development of industrial production, mechanized harvesting has become an inevitable development trend of agricultural material harvesting. In this paper, based on the latest technology of polycrystalline ferroelectric composite materials in the design of the shovel frame of the harvester's vibrating excavating shovel, the relevant theories of the polycrystalline ferroelectric composite material and the shovel frame of the harvester's vibrating excavating shovel are based on the literature. With today's rapid economic growth, the role of agriculture in production and life has come to the forefront. Many problems in China's agricultural economy have seriously constrained the vitality of Chinese agriculture. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the study of an agricultural economy, inject new impetus into an agricultural development, develop targeted solutions, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of China's agricultural economy. Therefore, in this paper, based on the theory of sustainable development of an agricultural economy, this paper constructs a sustainable agricultural development index system in Jiangsu province from five aspects of the DPSIR model: driving force, pressure, state, impact and response and uses principal component analysis to make a comprehensive evaluation of the level of sustainable agricultural development in Jiangsu province from 2010 to 2016. The analysis results show that Jiangsu's agricultural economy is overall better and steadily improving, and it has made a huge leap in the seven-year period from 2010 to 2016, showing better sustainability. Identifying crop disease fast, intelligently and accurately, plays a vital role in agricultural informatization development, while existing methods are almost performed manually, which depends on expert experience, and thus the identifying result is inevitably influenced by personal preferences. To address these issues, an improved crop disease identification method based on convolutional neural network is proposed to process images of crops for identifying diseases. Firstly, the original crop images were cut and normalized, and the irrelevant noises were removed by image data enhancement to improve the generalization ability and recognition accuracy of the training network. Then a neural network with nine convolutional layers is built to work on crop images, the first stage of training loads data samples, and divide the training set and verification set, and then set the learning rate, image intensifier, and optimizer and compile the training convolution model. Finally, it saves the loss and accuracy data during the training process and evaluates the accuracy of the model. In order to improve the training learning rate, Adam optimizer combining momentum algorithm and RMSprop algorithm is used to dynamically adjust the learning rate; the combination of the two algorithms makes the loss function converge to the lowest point faster. Then the feature map after each convolution is obtained by using transferred revolution, and the model is adjusted according to the feature map to further improve the effect of model recognition. Finally, validations were carried out by PlantVillage dataset, which consists of images of about 38 kinds of crops. The experiment result shows that the validation accuracy and the test accuracy are 95.7% and 94.3%, respectively; in addition, the recognition accuracy of apple, corn, grape, and other single classes is about 97%, which proves that the convolutional neural network in this paper has faster training speed and higher accuracy. In recent years, increasing pollution of the ecological environment, excessive use of pesticides, and lack of effective management of agricultural product supply chains have made the problem of having a green and safe supply of fresh food increasingly prominent. The sustainability of the fresh agricultural products supply has become an inevitable focus in the development of agricultural enterprises. There are some problems in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products, such as scattered production sites and difficult logistics transportation, which makes it difficult for enterprises to choose reliable suppliers. Supplier selection is a key component of sustainable supply chain management, and the criteria for evaluating the quality of sustainable suppliers are often affected by economic, social, and environmental factors. Therefore, from the perspective of sustainability, based on triple bottom line theory and comprehensively considering the three aspects of society, environment, and economy, this paper proposes a novel evaluation index system for the selection of sustainable suppliers of fresh agricultural products. This paper innovatively integrates the intuition fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple attribute decision-making), and these are applied to select sustainable suppliers. Based on the data of 30 provinces in China, the super-efficiency EBM model is used to calculate the agricultural ecological efficiency in China, and analyze the impact of different environmental regulations on the agricultural ecological efficiency. The results show that: China's agricultural ecological efficiency is not optimal. Specifically, the main grain production areas and grain balance areas have not reached the optimal efficiency, and the main grain sales areas have basically reached the optimal efficiency. The agricultural mechanization development can promote the high-quality development of agriculture, but the agriculture which faces the huge environmental pressure also needs to transform to the green sustainable development. Based on agricultural panel data of 30 provinces in China from the year 2008 to 2017, this paper measures the level of agricultural green transformation using the Malmquist–Luenberger (ML) index. Furthermore, the spatial panel econometric model is used to empirically investigate the impact of agricultural mechanization development on this green transformation. It concludes that the agricultural green transformation in western China shows an upward trend in fluctuations, with its overall transformation level still lower than the national average level. Besides, the agricultural mechanization operation level in the western region has a positive role in promoting the green transformation of agriculture, while the agricultural mechanization equipment level shows the opposite force. Compared with southwest China, the agricultural mechanization operation level in northwest China has a more positive impact. The improvement of farmers' income and agricultural technology has positive impacts on agriculture green transformation in the whole western region, while agricultural human capital shows an opposite impact on the northwest and southwest. The agriculture sector is the backbone of the economies of many Asian countries such as India, China, and Bangladesh. The agriculture sector can contribute a major share to the GDP of such countries where the main occupation of the citizens is agriculture or the dependency of the citizens is mainly on the agricultural productivity. It is important to study the potential areas of agricultural economic resource development. The existing methods are not efficient enough to map the potential areas of agricultural productivity with economic resource development, and hence, it has motivated us to study the aspects which impact the economic resource development based on agricultural productivity. There are numerous factors such as low productivity, high irrigation amount, high labor charges, low proportion of planning optimization, and low crop yield that should be considered to study the correlation between economic development and agricultural productivity. Firstly, the spatial relationship of potential areas of agricultural economic resources development is analyzed in this paper. Secondly, the multiobjective linear programming model is proposed. Based on this multiobjective model, the optimal matching model for potential areas of agricultural economic resource development is constructed, and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model to realize the optimal matching of potential areas of agricultural productivity and economic resource development. When analyzing agriculture's total factor productivity, traditional measurement approaches do not take into account the inefficiency value. The production functions are assumed to be analyzed on basis of the random boundaries, which makes the analysis results inaccurate and unreliable. As a result, this paper proposes an analytical approach for agricultural total factor productivity based on the stochastic block model (SBM), which combines the benefits of statistics and machine learning. It uses the SBM direction distance function and the Luenberger productivity index to measure the agricultural efficiency, total factor productivity, and their components. The research study considers the data from 31 provinces from 2006 to 2018 years. First, one output indicator and six input indicators are established. The time-varying variations of the national agricultural inefficiency value and its source decomposition under variable scale returns are then determined using the SBM-based algorithm of agricultural total factor productivity and the obtained sample data. The changes of the agricultural total factor productivity and its components are comprehensively analyzed. Nowadays, the method of repairing sewage bodies using microbial landscape aquatic plants is attracting more and more attention, and it is a big challenge to maintain the sustainable development of human beings and nature. This paper uses floating rafts to combine microorganisms and landscape aquatic plants to conduct sewage treatment experiments. According to microorganisms, landscape aquatic plants absorb nutrients in the water body, examine the changes in water quality during the restoration of microorganisms' landscape aquatic plants, and establish the growth of microorganisms' landscape aquatic plants. The development of international agriculture trade during the COVID-19 pandemic has encountered significant challenges. The processing of international agricultural trade data using machine learning techniques needs to be improved to perform effective analysis of agricultural trade. An essential issue for international agricultural trade is the accurate yield estimation for the numerous crops involved in international trade. Data mining techniques are the necessary approach for accomplishing practical and effective solutions for this problem. This paper combined the bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) model to conduct data mining and developed a trade data analysis system with efficient data analysis capabilities. Our results indicate that our model does reasonably well and obtains adequate information in deciding international agricultural trade. Based on the Malmquist-DEA Modeling and drawing on the data from 12 cities in Hubei, a central province of China, this paper measures the total factor productivity (TFP) of agricultural management as well as technological change (TC) and technical efficiency change (EC). The Cobb–Douglas (C-D) production function is adopted to empirically estimate the impacts of TFP and its constituent elements on the agricultural management and economic growth comprehensively and further study the effects on different regions in Hubei. The results demonstrate that TC grows at an annual average rate of 6.7% and drives agricultural TFP growth in Hubei. The decline in scale efficiency accounts for the drop of 1.1% of EC. The agricultural TFP growth rates among different regions vary remarkably but overall have a positive and significant effect on agricultural output. The research sheds light on the analysis of agricultural development of Hubei according to the findings based on Malmquist-DEA Modeling and provides practical implications for the future management. Based on intelligent environment, this paper uses RS and GIS technology to interpret remote sensing image and map land use in multitemporal coastal zone. The land use dynamic degree model and spatial interpolation method were used to analyze and evaluate the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of land use in the Yangtze River Delta region, and the landscape pattern changes in the Yangtze River Delta region were analyzed and evaluated. This basic-applied and hybrid survey aimed to design and validate a policy-making model for biomass energy development training in the agricultural supply chain sector. Creating a supply chain for basic agricultural products by including a wide range of agricultural subsectors from the supply of required production inputs to the final consumer's access to the goods will lead to an increase in the productivity of the agricultural sector as well as the upstream and downstream industries related to it. Therefore, considering the importance of creating an optimal supply chain for various agricultural products, in this study, the situation of the supply chain of agricultural products in the country has been examined. Considering that the lack of appropriate policies regarding the management of the supply chain of agricultural products can lead to the inefficiency of the supply chain of agricultural products in various stages including supply of inputs, production and distribution, and marketing of products, it is suggested that planning and related policies should be implemented in order to improve the infrastructure that leads to increasing the efficiency of some logistics subsystems such as transportation, warehousing, communication, and information systems. Purposive sampling was used in the qualitative part, and stratified random sampling was utilized in the quantitative part. The data were collected by reviewing resources and interviewing ten experts, who were mainly policy-making managers of biomass energy development training and academic researchers. The interviews continued until reaching theoretical saturation, and the samples of the quantitative part included 384 members of the environmental and agricultural Jihad employees, who were selected based on Cochran's formula. The effective components of the education policy of biomass energy development and their factors were identified by the exploratory method and evaluated through descriptive-survey research. The validity and reliability of the components were examined, and Cronbach's alpha of all components was higher than 0.7. The essential components of the effective factors were measured in the education policy of biomass energy development in the agricultural sector. The model validity was verified through the structural equation method, and the selection of concepts, dimensions, and indicators was highly accurate and could provide a suitable framework for developing a policy perspective document for biomass energy education. According to the coding results, the development and acceptance of biomass energy systems by the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad and Environment in the country is unsuitable and sustainable, considering the passage of more than a decade of designing and implementing plans. According to experts, some farmers implement this method in their fields for one or two years and return to traditional methods after accepting this technology. Background. Environmental contamination by heavy metals has become a worldwide problem in recent years because of industrial and agricultural development which causes cereal crop contamination via their wastes. The presence of toxic heavy metals in cereal crops accumulate in the body for a prolonged period of time which poses acute and chronic health risks. The aim of the study was to assess the level of heavy metals in selected cereals sold at Debre Markos local market, in Ethiopia. Methods. The samples were prepared for analysis by using the dry ashing method, and their cadmium, lead, chromium, and copper contents were analyzed by using microwave-induced plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (MP-AES) and were expressed in mgkg−1 dry weight. The accuracy of the method was analyzed by the spike recovery test. Results. The percentage recovery for Cr, Cu, Pb, and Cd in each sample ranged from 85.6 to 112.8%. The levels of heavy metals (mean ± SD) were as follows: chromium, 2.20 ± 0.072, 2.22 ± 0.061, 1.57 ± 0.48, and 1.84 ± 0.26; copper, 2.94 ± 0.19, 2.31 ± 0.06, 1.28 ± 0.13, 1.52 ± 0.035, and 2.31 ± 0.06; lead, 0.49 ± 0.031, 0.34 ± 0.121, 0.52 ± 0.029, and 0.37 ± 0.15; and cadmium, 2.01 ± 1.73, 1.84 ± 1.60, 1.95 ± 1.69, and 1.93 ± 1.67 for barley, teff, wheat, and maize, respectively. This study revealed that the levels of Cr and Cu are generally below the permissible limit. However, the levels of Pb and Cd in all cereal samples were found to be above the permissible limit set by FAO/WHO, 0.2 and 0.1 mg kg−1, respectively. Conclusion. The findings of the study suggest that most of the analyzed crops contained unsafe levels of lead and cadmium that exceeded the WHO permissible limits. Therefore, regular monitoring of these toxic metals in cereal crops should be carried out to prevent heavy metal toxicity associated with the consumption of some cereal crops marketed in the Debre Markos local market, Ethiopia. Risk assessment of drought disaster is necessary for the sustained agriculture development under the background of global climate change, and, meanwhile, it is an urgent scientific issue needed to be solved in agricultural risk assessment discipline. In this paper, collecting the areas covered by drought disasters, areas affected by drought disasters, areas with no harvest by drought disasters, areas planted, and yield per unit area data, agricultural drought disasters losses of the southern five provinces in China were calculated. The best probability density function was obtained according to the goodness of fit test results. Then, the value at risk (VaR) from financial market risk research method was used to the effective measure of agricultural drought risk. The results show that, in southern five provinces of our research region, risk of agricultural drought disaster in Yunnan and Guizhou is greater than other three provinces. In the scenario of 50 years and 100 years for a return, the crop loss caused by drought will reach 13.6% and 17.4% in Yunnan province, and the crop loss will be more serious in Guizhou province and be up to 15.3% and 18.1%. The IoT applications in the agriculture industry are intertwined in many ways, creating a hybrid construct of traditional businesses with digital connectivity implementations. Strategic issues and principles on the assimilation of IoT solutions are prevailed through time: investment costs, data interconnectivity, management, and analysis, as well as data security. As the first international organization in which China is the founding country, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization provides strategic support for China on the international stage. At present, there are various issues on the bilateral trade in agricultural products. Realizing the high-quality development of agricultural products trade with SCO member states is of great significance in forming a new pattern of sustainable and healthy development of bilateral agricultural product trade cooperation during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, promoting the joint construction of "a community of shared future for Shanghai Cooperation Organization." On the basis of analyzing the status quo of bilateral agricultural trade from 2011 to 2019, the influence of various influencing factors on the high-quality development of bilateral agricultural trade is empirically analyzed based on the gravity model. The study found that the overall quality of agricultural trade between China and the SCO member countries has shown a fluctuating upward trend with a larger development space. Live delivery of goods is a novel type of marketing model that has injected new vitality into the development of agricultural e-commerce. It is only in the last few years that live streaming has become a popular e-commerce marketing approach. Agriculture e-commerce in China has a new lease on life thanks to the advent of a new marketing model. This article comprehensively surveys the live broadcast delivery models in the e-commerce era. The comprehensive survey includes the significance and current state of the live broadcast delivery models and identifies the factors impeding the integration and development of agricultural products. The review includes the new marketing model of live broadcast delivery and makes pertinent recommendations. The article presents a novel model for precise marketing classification of agricultural products for e-commerce live broadcast platforms using clustering. Moreover, this article uses customer development space to achieve precise marketing for the e-commerce live broadcast platform. The article enhances K-means with local density and information entropy and proposes an improved TFA customer segmentation method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is capable of efficiently classifying customers, accurately reflecting their value, and optimizing the algorithm's efficiency by optimizing the clustering technique. Agriculture is one of Ethiopia's economic cornerstones, although its production remains low. Since then, the implementation of modern agricultural technologies has remained a promising strategy in Ethiopia for increasing agricultural production, achieving food security, and reducing poverty. The objective of the study is to examine the determinants of modern agricultural technology adoption for teff production in Minjar Shenkora woreda. The data were collected from the representatives of 362 rural households. This study employed both descriptive statistics and multinomial logit model. The estimations of the multinomial logit model revealed that sex, age, marital status, tropical livestock units, educational level of household head, distance to market, extension contact, active household members, access to credit, off-farm activities participation, and cultivated land size are the determinants of modern agricultural technology adoption for teff production in Minjar Shenkora woreda, North Shewa Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia. Therefore, this study recommended that the country's federal and regional governments, agricultural development offices, nongovernmental organizations, and donor agencies should collaborate with farm households to improve access to information, access to credit, encourage off-farm participation and provide training and consulting services to increase the adoption of modern agricultural technologies. In the last 10 years, the community of La Mesa de Macaracas (central Panama) has experienced considerable aftershocks due to earthquakes of magnitudes up to 5.7 Mw. Although most of the community consists of single-storey houses, the agricultural development in the region has led to multistorey building projects. To determine whether the characteristics of the soils could affect future construction in the study area, 16 stations were established to measure ambient vibrations and estimate the predominant frequencies and their corresponding H / V ratio peaks through the ambient noise H / V spectral ratio technique. According to the site class established by the Japan Road Association, the results revealed the existence of (a) soft soil with a range of predominant frequencies between 0.7 and 1.6 Hz, (b) medium soil with a range of predominant frequencies between 2.1 and 2.4 Hz, and (c) hard soil with a range of predominant frequencies between 2.6 and 2.9 Hz. In the first type (soft), the resonance effect could affect constructions of between 6 and 14 storeys with H / V ratio peak values (amplification factor) in the range of 2.1 and 4.3, while in the second and third types (medium and hard soils), buildings of between 3 and 5 storeys could be affected, with H / V ratio peak values (1.5–2.0) except at the SS-9 station. Recently, With the development of global agricultural industrialization, modern agriculture has the functions of improving the quality of the ecological environment and providing people with the functions of sightseeing, leisure, and vacation. How to take the user as the center and combine the user's personalized characteristics to offer the rural tourism products they need has become a research problem with real-world application value and challenge. In this context, this study develops an intelligent recommendation model by extensively analyzing the contents of rural tourism information platforms and product recommendation factors, as well as a rough set algorithm and traffic classification. To minimize the attributes of rural tourism product information and extract the core attribute, an attribute reduction approach based on a different matrix is implemented. Moreover, user interest similarity is computed and ranked to recommend rural tourist products. In addition, a personalized tourism attraction recommendation model is presented based on geographic area and period. The model achieved the highest average accuracy of 0.87%.
