В статье представлены результаты исследований реагентной очистки сточных вод целлюлозно-бумажного производства. Исследовано влияние перекиси водорода, сульфата железа (II) и хлорида железа (III) на очистку сточных вод, определены оптимальные условия проведения процесса очистки. На основании экспериментальных данных установлено, что наиболее эффективно очистка сточных вод от лигносульфонатов, протекает в присутствии коагулянта – железный купорос и катионного флокулянта – Праестол и анионного флокулянта – РусФлок. The article presents the results of studies of the reagent treatment of wastewater pulp and paper production. The effect of hydrogen peroxide, iron (II) sulfate and iron (III) chloride on wastewater treatment was investigated, and the optimal conditions for the treatment process were determined. On the basis of experimental data, it was found that wastewater treatment from lignosulfonates, suspended solids is most effective; color reduction occurs in the presence of a coagulant – iron sulphate and cationic flocculant – Praestol, and an anionic flocculant – RusFlock.

The aim of the work is to determine the concentration of heavy metals migration Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Hg in bidistillated water (bidistillate) from cardboard and paper samples of school notebooks of different manufacturers. The amount of Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Hg migrating into bidistilled water from cardboard and paper samples of school notebooks was determined by the method of stripping voltammetry. It is detected that Zn, Pb and Cu migrate from 12 studied samples to bidistilled water, while Cd migrates from 5 samples, and Hg – from ten samples of cardboard and paper of school notebooks. The maximum permissible migration concentrations of Zn, Cd, Pb, Hg, according to TR CU 007/2011, are not exceeded in any studied sample of cardboard and paper school notebooks. The largest total migration of heavy metals was 215.6 mg/kg or 0.379 μg from 1 sheet, and the smallest – 24.54 mg/kg or 0.177 μg from 1 sheet of the cardboard cover of the notebook.

Wood is of great practical importance as a starting material for the recovery of cellulose. Wood plays not only an important economic role as a building and finishing material, but is also one of the cheapest and most widely used raw materials for the industrial production of cellulose vines. In turn, the grinding equipment serves to divide the cellulosic materials into fibers, from the grinding of the fibers and imparting certain properties to them. One of the most important properties of paper is mechanical strength. The standard provides for certain requirements for different types of paper, depending on the consumer conditions for the use of finished products. Durability of paper is determined by various indicators characterizing: paper resistance to a gap, breakdown, tear, an anguish, lengthening to a gap. In this work, the role of milling of fibrous materials in the general preparatory cycle of pulp and paper production is considered, the advantages of knife-free milling are presented, the factors determining the strength of paper are considered, functional dependencies of the main physical and mechanical characteristics of the finished product on the complex parameter of the quality of pulp milling and the complex parameter of the machine are obtained. Numerical value of complex parameter of grinding quality is determined depending on duration of grinding., Большое практическое значение в качестве исходного материала для выделения целлюлозы имеет древесина. Древесина играет не только важную народно-хозяйственную роль в качестве строительного и отделочного материала, но и является одним из наиболее дешевых и широко используемых видов сырья для промышленного производства целлюлозы. В свою очередь, размалывающее оборудование служит для разделения целлюлозных материалов на волокна, измельчения волокон и сообщения им определенных свойств. Одним из важнейших свойств бумаги является механическая прочность. Стандарт предусматривает определенные требования к разным видам бумаги, в зависимости от потребительских условий использования готовой продукции. Прочность бумаги определяют различными показателями, характеризующими: сопротивление бумаги разрыву, продавливанию, раздиранию, надрыву, удлинению до разрыва. Вданной работе рассмотрена роль размола волокнистых материалов в общем подготовительном цикле целлюлозно-бумажного производства, представлены преимущества безножевого размола, рассмотрены факторы, определяющие прочность бумаги, получены функциональные зависимости основных физико-механических характеристик готового продукта от комплексного параметра качества помола волокнистой массы и комплексного параметра машины. Определено численное значение комплексного параметра качества размола, в зависимости от продолжительности размола.

It was found that the exposure to low-temperature gas discharge plasma at atmospheric pressure is an effective way of paper cleaning from fungal spores. This effect is explained by the specific mechanisms of micro-discharges excitation and maintaining that ensure efficient (up to 90 %) reduction in the number of viable mould spores without local heating biopolymeric materials.

Optical characteristics of papers significantly affect the quality of printed products, and they vary depending on the raw materials and the method of production used, so that the features of the material of the same grade, issued by different enterprises, have significant differences. Modern production methods of rapid control of the optical characteristics of papers do not exist. We investigate the relationship between the optical characteristics of printing papers and their elemental composition in order to use the data obtained to create such a method. Spectrophotometric measurements and X-ray fluorescence analysis of 254 samples of printing paper and paperboard, as well as cellulose, were carried out. It is proposed to use the CIE Lab color coordinates as a quantitative estimate of the optical characteristics of papers. The relationship between the content of certain chemical elements and the optical characteristics of the paper is established. Clustering of papers on their optical characteristics and elemental composition was carried out. There are 3 explicit clusters have been found. Оптические характеристики бумаг существенно влияют на качество полиграфической продукции, при этом они изменяются в зависимости от используемого сырья и способа производства, так что характеристики материала одного и того же сорта, выпущенного разными предприятиями, имеют существенные различия. Современных производственных методов быстрого контроля оптических характеристик бумаг не существует. Мы исследуем связь оптических характеристик полиграфических бумаг и их элементного состава для того, чтобы использовать полученные данные для создания такого метода. Проводились спектрофотометрические измерения и рентгено-флуоресцентный анализ 254 образцов полиграфических бумаг и картонов, а также целлюлозы. Предложено в качестве количественной оценки оптических характеристик бумаг использовать CIE Lab координаты цвета. Установлена связь содержания определенных химических элементов и оптических характеристик бумаги. Проведена кластеризация бумаг по их оптическим характеристикам и элементному составу. Обнаружены 3 явных кластера.

This article presents the problems of forming the interest of students to pulp and paper branch. As the result of analysis of social – economic systems were found that pulp and paper companies are not popular as employer. At the basis of this analysis Perm Pulp and Paper company are forming the system of work to increase the popularity of the branch through some actions and events taking into account receptivity social – economic system. В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы формирования интереса учащихся к целлюлозно-бумажной отрасли. В результате анализа социально-экономических систем было выявлено, что популярность предприятий отрасли в качестве работодателя очень низка. На основе этого анализа Группа предприятий «Пермская целлюлозно- бумажная компания» создает систему с целью повысить популярность отрасли через ряд действий и мероприятий с учетом восприимчивости социально-экономических систем.

The measurement of the air permeability values with the standard device ВП-2 to calculate the average effective pore radius in paper web has been studied. В работе исследована возможность использования стандартного прибора по определению воздухопроницаемости (ВП-2) для определения среднего радиуса пор в бумажном полотне.

Polymer-protected nanoparticles of silver and gold have been used for treatment of various kinds of papers. Structure and morphology of papers were studied by scanning electron and atomic force microscope. A possible application of colloid nanoparticles for additional protecting of papers was demonstrated. Полимер-протектированные наночастицы серебра и золота использованы для обработки различных сортов бумаги. Методами сканирующей электронной и зондовой микроскопии изучена структура и морфология бумаги. Theme of the final qualification work: «Using the methods of system analysis and spatiotemporal optimization of material and information flows in organizing the uninterrupted supply of raw materials to the pulp and paper mill under adverse road conditions». The purpose of the final qualification work: search for optimal method of forest supply to pulp and paper mill under adverse conditions and evaluation of its efficiency. The method of conducting the final qualification work: system analysis and comparison. The study resulted. It was proposed to solve the problem of uninterrupted supply of raw materials to the pulp and paper mill under adverse road conditions using MOBISTEC mobile pavement. Application of the final qualification work results. The results are applicable to the pulp and paper mill to optimize logistic processes. Conclusions. The MOBISTEC-covered temporary timber roads are an advantageous alternative to building traditional gravel roads to transport forest from hard-to-reach areas with adverse climatic conditions.

Предметом настоящей работы является изучение влияния целлюлозы бамбука на работоспособность электроизоляционной бумаги, впервые изготовленной из указанного сырья по российской Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸. Исследования выполняются в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ договора № 772 от 24.09.2017 между СПбПУ и университетом Бинь Зыонг (Социалистическая Республика Вьетнам). Актуальность и практическая значимость темы обусловлены: выявлением перспектив применения указанного злакового растения в качестве самовоспроизводящегося сырья для производства высоковольтной ЭИБ во Вьетнаме (в перспективе, возможно, и в РФ), а также - расширением представлений о взаимосвязи особенностей целлюлозного волокна и работоспособности компонентов бумажно-пропитанной изоляции. Исследованы электрофизические и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ свойства Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ†Ð¾Ð² бумаги из бамбука и бактериальной целлюлозы; определен Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð² по волокну; сравнительная нагревостойкость (по изменению предела Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ прочности на разрыв) и сорбционная способность (оптическими методами). Результаты исследования сопоставлены с аналогичными Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ð¼Ð¸ традиционно используемой ЭИБ из целлюлозы сосны. Полученные сведения позволили заключить, что целлюлоза бамбука являются перспективным волокном для создания Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¸ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð², как для Республики Вьетнам (из национального сырья), так и для России. Вывод 5 основан на Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ²Ð¾ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð²Ðµ по ряду показателей ЭИБ из бамбука (адаптируемого к климату РФ) над прототипом из сосны, что имеет существенное значение с позиции экологии и лесосбережения., The subject of this work is the study of the effect of bamboo cellulose on the performance of electrical insulation paper, which has been produced from the mentioned raw materials according to Russian technology for the first time. The research is carried out within the framework of the International Agreement No 772 of 24 September 2017 between SPbPU and Binh Duong University (the Socialist Republic of Vietnam). The relevance and practical significance of the topic are conditioned by the identification of prospects for the use of this cereal plant as a self-reproducing raw material for the production of high-voltage EIP in Vietnam (in perspective, possibly, in the Russian Federation), as well as the expansion of ideas about the relationship between the features of cellulose fibre and the performance of the components of paper-impregnated insulation. The electrophysical and mechanical properties of experimental samples of paper made of bamboo and bacterial cellulose were investigated; their composition by fibre, comparative heat resistance (by changing the mechanical tensile strength), and sorption capacity (by optical methods) were determined. The results of the study are compared with similar characteristics of the traditionally used EIP made of pine pulp. The obtained data allowed us to conclude that bamboo cellulose is a promising fibre for the creation of high-voltage dielectrics, both for the Republic of Vietnam (from 6 national raw materials) and for Russia. The conclusion is based on the superiority in several indicators of EIP made of bamboo (adapted to the climate of the Russian Federation) over the prototype made of pine, which is of significant importance from the point of view of ecology and forest conservation.

This paper is devoted to the synthesis of composites based on Ti3SiC2/Zr-system using preceramic paper and Zr powder as feedstock. The composites of alternating layers of preceramic paper with Ti3SiC2 - powder filler and zirconium powder were sintered in spark plasma under pressure 50 MPa for 10-30 minutes at a temperature range from 1400 to 1600 °С. The influence of spark plasma sintering parameters on sintered materials` s microstructure and phase composition was analyzed.

This article is devoted to fabrication of gradient Ti3SiC2-based composites using preceramic papers as a feedstock. The initial raw material is a stack of preceramic paper with a powder filler Ti3SiC2, the content of which varies from 60 to 90% every three layers. The composites were obtained by spark plasma sintering (SPS) method at 10 MPa pressure for 10 min holding time. The sintering temperature was 1523 K. The microstructure and phase composition of the obtained gradient composites were analyzed.

For the waste recycling in the process of sewage purification in pulp and paper industry, it is proposed to use the method of worm composting. This method provides both economic and environmental benefits. Для переработки осадков, образующихся в процессе очистки сточных вод целлюлозно-бумажного производства, предлагается использовать метод вермикомпостирования. Данный метод обеспечивает как экономический, так и экологический эффект.

The feeding liquid chemicals system at the pulp and paper enterprise was chosen as a research object. The research selected the key points for collecting information on technological parameters that affect the technological process. An algorithm has been developed, taking into account the specificity of the sensors and measuring instruments used, the controls and the programmable logic controllers (PLC). The subsystem has been integrated into the enterprise automated dispatch control system. В качестве исследуемого технологического объекта была выбрана система подачи жидких химикатов на целлюлозно-бумажном предприятии. В ходе исследования были выбраны ключевые моменты для сбора информации о технологических параметрах, которые влияют на технологический процесс. Разработан алгоритм с учетом специфики используемых датчиков и измерительных приборов, органов управления и программируемых логических контроллеров (ПЛК). Разработанная подсистема интегрирована в автоматизированную систему диспетчерского управления предприятия.

Ensembles of free standing particles of titanium, zinc, copper and iron oxides of 6-109 nm in size were sol-gel synthesized with a use of a cellulose paper as a template. The calcination time as short as 60 min at 550 °C in air was found to be sufficient for the formation of crystalline single phase TiO2 or ZnO nanoparticles, Cu2O+CuO or Fe2O3+Fe3O4 nanocomposites and to burn out the organic components. The impurities initially present in the cellulose (Сa, Na, Cl) were detected in the synthesized compounds. The original version of the paper was stolen by James Franklin and on-line published with the cut list of the authors in Journal of Nanomedicine and Nanotechnology 2017 without author permission.

For the majority of Russian companies in recent years to become a reality the implementation of mixed paper and electronic document management with the constant increase in its electronic component and the emergence of new organizational and technological forms. The idea of mixed electronic and paper document is the basis of the conceptual approach of gradual expansion of the use of electronic documents. This fact is particularly important in view of what is now different organizations are at various stages of implementation and use of electronic document technologies. Furthermore, the use in the foreseeable future a mixed electronic and paper document allows to take into account the advantages and disadvantages of paper and electronic media.

In 2003, 2005, 2011–2012 extensiveness and intensity of mite infestation of Sphexicozela connivens Mahunka, 1970 (Acari: Winterschmidtiidae) of social wasp Polistes dominula (Christ, 1791) pupae and adult sexual generation on colonies not infected and infected by parasitoids Latibulus argiolus (Rossi, 1790) (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) and Elasmus schmitti Ruschka, 1920 (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) were analyzed. It is shown that under the conditions of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve (Southern Ukraine) the intensity of mite infestation in P. dominula colonies infected by Elasmus schmitti was lower than that in uninfected wasp colonies or colonies with L. argiolus. A negative correlation between intensity and extensiveness of mite infestation and the number (share) of wasp nest cells containing infected E. schmitti brood was revealed. Mites on the host pupae containing E. schmitti larvae were not recorded. Such correlations were not revealed in case of L. argiolus. Mites live both on host larvae and parasitoid larvae. Laboratory experiments have shown that E. schmitti females, unlike L. argiolus, leave heavily infected by mites wasp nest if they were there by accident. Parasitoids selectivity in regard to mite infestation of wasp host is considered in connection with their biology peculiarities.

In field experiments, an insect was trained to choose one of two visually different figures – A or B – in reference to situation (“situational learning”). Bees and wasps were shown to be able: 1) to choose A and to reject B at one location (place) of presentation of test figures and vice versa at the other location (at a distance of 1–8 m); 2) to choose A and to reject B at C-colored background and vice versa at D-colored background (at constant location). It is the first evidence of bees’ ability to make decisions depending on background color and the first evidence of wasps’ ability to perform situational learning. The described behaviors resemble “conditioned switching”, which is well known in vertebrates. Statistically significant individual differences between conspecifics have been recorded

The problem of the comparative assessment of the scientific journals for the selection journal for publication of the papers of Russian scientists in the journals, included in database Web of Science (WOS), with consideration of their thematic discusses, and methodology for the solution of this problem suggests in the presented article. It applies for the specific subject category WOS and takes into consideration impact factor of the journal, number of the papers of Russian scientists, published in this journal in the previous years, average citations of these papers and their relative citations for the analysis of the list of journals of this subject category.The analysis of applicability of the suggested methodology has been implemented for the subject category of WOS mathematical&computational biology. A ranked list of journals, recommended for the publication of Russian scientists articles, has been achieved. The sustainability of this list for the different times intervals has been shown.As it has been concluded, suggested methodology may be applied for the journals of another subject categories WOS and can be useful for the Russian scientists, publishing their articles in the journals from WOS journals list. An applicability of the Bradford’s law for the porpoise of this analysis has been shown also.

In this work the flexural strength of Ti3Al(Si)C2 - based composites was measured at room temperature, 800 and 1000 °С. Preceramic paper - derived composite sintered at 1150°С and 50 MPa demonstrates the flexural strength over 900 MPa at room temperature. The flexural strength of composites decreased from 700 and 620 MPa with increasing testing temperature from 800 and 1000 °С, respectively. Moreover, the composites demonstrate plastic deformation at 1000 °С, which results in anomalous displacement of sample under mechanical load.

The article uses the example of artificially polluted soil to consider the effect of urea sorbent-a biological product "Unisorb-Bio" modified by waste paper on the biodegradation of oil with subsequent phyto-control of the soil by a test culture of pink-Swedish clover (Trifolium hybridum). It is shown that during 18 weeks of exposure "Unisorb-Bio" with immobilized on it the oil-oxidizing strains of Pseudomonas sp. and Bacillus subtilis, the oil content in the soil decreased by 10 times, which is on an order of magnitude higher to comparison with the control. High seeding qualities (germination energy, seed germination – 82%) are observed when using "Unisorb-Bio" modified waste paper from newsprint in conditions of 10% initial soil contamination, with a content of nitrophosca 0.05%. In the soil with" Unisorb-Bio "modified waste paper from the paper "Snegurochka" the indicators are lower by 17–20% than in the soil samples with biologics product modified by waste paper from newsprint, which is probably perhaps is bound up with more the greater destructibility of the latter under these conditions and an increase of mobile forms of nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil. The results of phytocontrol (germination energy, seed germination-52%) indicate a relatively good level of soil recovery with 15% initial contamination and almost independent of the type of biological product. The observed seeding quality and morphophysiological indicators give reason to conclude that the "Unisorb-Bio" biological product modified with waste paper is able to restore the soil even with a high level of contamination within one season., В статье на примере искусственно загрязненной почвы рассмотрено влияние карбамидного сорбента – биопрепарата «Унисорб-Био», модифицированного макулатурой, на биодеструкцию нефти с последующим фитоконтролем почвы тест-культурой клевера розового – шведского (Trifolium hybridum). Показано, что за 18 недель экспонирования «Унисорб-Био» с иммобилизованными на нем нефтеокисляющими штаммами Pseudomonas sp. и Bacillus subtilis содержание нефти в почве снизилось в 10 раз, что на порядок выше по сравнению с контролем. Высокие посевные качества (энергия прорастания, всхожесть семян – 82%) наблюдаются при использовании «Унисорб-Био», модифицированного макулатурой из газетной бумаги, в условиях 10%-го начального загрязнения почвы, при содержании нитрофоски 0.05%. В почве с «Унисорб-Био», модифицированным макулатурой из бумаги «Снегурочка», показатели ниже на 17–20%, чем в образцах почвы с биопрепаратом, модифицированным макулатурой из газетной бумаги, что, по-видимому, связано с большей деструктируемостью последнего в этих условиях и увеличением в почве подвижных форм азота и фосфора. О сравнительно хорошем уровне восстановления почвы при 15%-ном начальном загрязнении и практически не зависящем от вида биопрепарата свидетельствуют результаты фитоконтроля (энергия прорастания, всхожесть семян – 52%). Наблюдаемые посевные качества и морфофизиологические показатели дают основание сделать вывод о том, что модифицированный макулатурой биопрепарат «Унисорб-Био» способен в течение одного сезона восстановить почву даже с высоким уровнем загрязнения.
