So that the students overall quality and level of creative has been greatly improved.

This paper based on the improved twin tripod sliding universal joint and let it has the determined movement output. And create the three-dimensional model of twin tripod sliding universal joint before and after improved in software pro/e, and then put it into the simulation module, carry out the kinematic simulation of the tripod center on coupling. Obtained the curves of displacement, velocity and acceleration for two kinds of tripod centers.

A precise approach for the tooth profile modification (TPM) of helical gear is presented in the paper based on the static contact finite element analysis (FEA). The high-precision finite element model of helical meshing gear pairs is established. The type and amount of TPM are accurately determined by the static contact FEA results. The dynamic contact simulations of helical gears with and without tooth modification are investigated to estimate the vibration reduction effect of the TPM. Moreover the numerical simulations are compared with the experimental results. Both results show that the proposed precise TPM of helical gears is effective on vibration reduction around the working load, and the dynamic contact simulation is effective on estimating the vibration reduction influence of the TPM.

Post processing is one of the key technologies of CNC programming. Nowadays, the wide application of new type CNC machines is limited by the matching problem between the CAM systems and the developing CNC machine systems. This paper based on XDK9070 CNC engraving machine, researched the file format of cutter location files generated from Pro/Toolmaker and the CNC program format of FAGOR system, expounded the method and process for post processing, designed a special post processing procedure for FAGOR CNC system based on Visual C++, verified the correctness and practicality of the post processing procedure by a example of product processing.

In order to ensure the dimensional accuracy of housing with small fillets, various forming factors have been analyzed in this paper based on finite element simulation. Through the analysis of the forming factors, the principle of die angle selection, the proper reverse drawing height in sizing process, sequence of sizing and applications of local sheet bulk metal forming in housing production were put forward, and some forming laws of housing with small fillets were concluded.

The school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to train highly-skilled personnel, improve independent innovation capacity. This paper based on the research of the current school-enterprise cooperation mode and its obstacles, analysing the operation mechanism of this mode, and thus proposing a rational choice of sustainable operational mechanism for building a school-enterprise cooperation mode of training high-skilled talents.

It is difficult to reach the request that 65% standard of building energy in china and the goal of China’s science and technology development in 2020 using traditional outer insulation technology. The several combinations of ordinary concrete (1) and bearing ceramsite concrete (2), styrofoam board of external thermal insulation for external wall (3) and cement-based glazed hollow bead insulation system (4) are made thermal calculations and cost analysis separately in this paper based on a practical project of Jiaozuo city. The results indicate that the combination of (2)+(4) is the best one, which reduces the energy saving rate, labor intensity, transportation weight, project cost by 74%, 20%, 30%-40% and 10% respectively.

In this paper, flocculation process was applied to the treatment of potato starch wastewater. The Influence of flocculent types, dosage of flocculants, pH, dosage of coagulant aid polyacrylamide (PAM) and sedimentation time on flocculation efficiency was studied, and principal factors of influence flocculation pretreatment of potato starch wastewater and the optimum flocculation conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. On the optimum conditions which had the advantage of better treatment efficiency with chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal rate of 40.55% , the suitable pH(7) in favour of the following biological treatment, high yield of sludge of 1.59g/L wastewater which could be used as animal feed or fertilizer and increase economic benefits.

In this paper, throng studying effect of biogas slurry of different fertilizer rates on wheat yield and some biological traits, found that environmental conditions in the purple, biogas slurry application rate was 3500kg/667m2, wheat yield was maximum; And heavy metals Content in wheat grain would increase with the increasing of biogas slurry application rate, However, compared with conventional chemical fertilizers, the difference was not significant, biogas slurry agricultural would not cause food heavy metal pollution, Wheat planted was in line with food hygiene standards.

Based on the research of mechanism of energy conversion in blowing process, design and manufacture a couple of damper and expander. The experiment simulates hot blowing process with the damper and expander. Main paper properties and the fiber microstructure are examined. The results show that flash vaporization and its negative influence on pulp properties can be avoided when hot blowing using damp.

In this paper based on the model of hybrid excavator that established in the software environment of AMESim, a configuration design and modeling of the power system of the excavator were made，then the several hybrid power system modes and energy-saving mechanisms of hybrid excavator were simulated and analyzed, the energy-saving potentialities of various energy-saving ways were calculated, and a hybrid power configuration mode that suit for present hybrid excavator was put forward.

Airing on-field, airing on-bed and airing on-machine are the usual way on production of Luzhou-flavor liquor. The essay makes a brief introduction about the three airing ways, at the same time it researches the effect of different airing ways on fermented grains and pits fermentation. As the way of mechanization airing, the machine of airing absolutely meets the technology demand on the production of Luzhou-flavor liquor, moreover, it has saved labor. Furthermore, it not only benefits for the stability and uniformity of fermented grains, fermenting, but raises productivity of liquor.

In order to reduce the loss in production and guarantee the quality of tobacco, the mixed tobacco vibration screening technology was studied. It introduced a double-layer vibration sieve into the tobacco production of cigarette enterprise, realized two technical indicators that the screening efficiency is high and the false screening rate is low. Mixed tobacco screen effect is obvious, the dust content in cigarette fell down, the false screening rate decreased 62%, and the loss reduced 41%. It provides a very good reference for the research and application of vibration screening technology.

An equipment for separating fish flesh from steaks was designed. The law of separation with the device was investigated, which lay a solid foundation for further amplification experiment. The optimum separation conditions are: heating the fish steaks at 121°C for 40min, pumping the liquid to the separation vessel in tangential direction, and the flow velocity was 35L /min. The fish steaks were separated to pure fish flesh, fishbone and fish soup efficiently under the above conditions. There are many advantages of the equipment, including the simple structure, the efficient separation effect and the high quality of the separation products. Additionally, this equipment can also be applied to other livestock and poultry products processing, which is worthy for further research and application.

In order to test the feasibility of co-composting for surplus sludge and garbage RD thermal decompositing nutrient soil, the mid-temperature composting experiments for the optimized conditions such as bacteria inoculating mode, initial moisture and pH were carried. The results showed that:(1) K-bacteria isolated from soil had a ability of decompositing insoluble mineral potassium to soluble forms at a rate of 9.20 μgK/200ml.h, and a decomposing ratio of 7.83% for potassium feldspar in liquid batch culturing. Moreover, after liquid enlargement culturing for 32h, the quantity of bacteria spores reached its climax, which ensured the high survival rate of K-bacteria. (2) The pre-compost inoculating mode (M1) was superior to post-compost (5th d M2) based on available nutrient or K-bacteria quantity increasing;(3) Through optimizing experiments, the best initial moisture of 50-60% and pH of 6.5 were determined with an ideal available nutrients and K-bacteria quantity in compost; (4) The inoculating of K-bacteria could increase the microbial quantity and activity, which may increase the heavy metal activity in compost, so the further researches on heavy metal passivation should be considered.

An experimental research on comprehensive recovery of associated apatite from certain iron tailings in China was carried out. The phosphorus flotation is realized at low temperature through the application of the new, more efficient AW series collector. The test results showed that the concentrate whose P2O5 grade was 33.50%,recovery was 92.18% was obtained for the tailings whose P2O5 grade was 3.05% by one roughing under the pulp temperature of 15°C, thus realizing an effective recovery of apatite from the tailings.

There were still high CODCr in straw pulp papermaking waste water, which was dealed with coagulation-combination with nuclear flocculation process. To explore its causes, according to organic qualitative analysis results by GC-MS of the coagulation-flocculation with nuclear process on wastewater treatment and biochemical analysis, this study did the mechanism analysis to the process. It was the main reason, why caused high CODcr, to remain small molecules organic contaminants in the water, such as phthalic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester and Diisobutyl phthalate.

To study the effect of straw ash dosage and the function of drying temperature on nutrient losses, imitate disk granulation technology was used to make ash compound fertilizer; the water immersion test was chosen to study the effect of ash on nutrient leaching characteristics of ash compound fertilizer. The results show that the total nutrient loss was the least at drying temperature of 80°C; with the rise of ash content from 15% to 20%, the release content of nitrogen and phosphorus increase, indicated that ash is able to retard the release of nitrogen and phosphorus, the dissolution rate slows down with reducing ash content, which indicates adding ash can extend the time of nutrient supply, and the effect increased with the rise of ash content.

Dry strength additives play an important roll in papermaking process. In this work, we aimed at analyzing the performance of poly vinyl alcohols (PVA) and PVA & cationic starch (CS), as dry strength additives, on the properties of high-yield pulp (HYP). Various dosages of PVA were applied on HYP under various conditions and the corresponding pulp properties were evaluated. It was observed that PVA increased the strength properties of the HYP significantly, and the enhanced strength properties can be kept even after refining, which gave a promising application of this method in conventional pulping process. The best conditions of PVA for dosage, pH, pulp consistency and time was 20 mg/g, 6.0, 3% and 10 min, respectively. The application of CS, combined with PVA, can further improve the final physical strength properties of HYP. The results obtained from using PVA & CS were more effective than those obtained from using only PVA.

In this study, the main aims were to iron-increasing and silicon-reduction of the iron concentrate by using centrifuge separating technology. Experimental studies were carried out on high-silica ferromagnetic iron concentrate in Dahongshan samples, which contain 50% of iron and 15% silica. Through the experiment, it chooses SLon1600 to iron-increasing and silicon-reduction of the iron concentrate. The optimum condition is pulp density of 20%~25%, feed speed of 1.99t/h, rinse water of 6.4t/h and flushing water of 10.22t/h. The iron concentrate which the grade of Fe is 62.36% and the recovery of 80.47% is obtained and the grade of silica reduce from 14.48% to 5.4%. High-quality iron concentrate is obtained, which has a better effect.

Biomass is one of the significant fuel sources that can potentially contribute to the worlds energy demands. The most used technology that takes advantage of biomass heating value is still direct combustion which still suffers from significant inefficiencies creating therefore, the need for alternative processes to be analyzed. In this study Aspen Plus simulation package was used to develop a model for the gasification of corncob residues. The effects of equivalence ratio (ER) and steam to biomass ratio (SBR) on syngas composition and gasification temperature were investigated. The results showed that ER values of 0.34-0.35 and SBR values of 0.8 - 1 corresponding to a gasifiers temperature of 854-890°C were the optimum conditions for corncobs gasification.

The violuric acid mediated chemical delignification system has a high delignification efficiency for pulp fibers and high delignification selectivity. The process conditions and effectiveness were carried out.The kinetics of electrochemical delignification has been investigated using the violuric acid (VIO) as the mediator. The reaction orders with respect to delignification, concentration of VIO and voltage of electrolytic cell were determined experimentally, which were dependent on the reaction conditions. The kinetic equation of electrochemical delignification and estimation function of kappa number were obtained respectively as follows: - dK/dt = A e-[VI1.031[2.197K6.25 , E=16.2KJ/mol, K(t)={2.89×10-7+5.25k [VI1.031[2.197t}-0.19.

Analyzed the forces acting on the pulp in the refining zone of a high-consistency conical pulp refiner. A hydromechanics model for which presenting the flow of pulp along the plate has been derived through the calculation of the forces, which was composed two parts, since flat refining zone and conical refining zone formed the conical refiner.

Biofiltration of DCM vapor from air stream was discussed in this study. Experimental investigations were conducted on a laboratory scale biofilter, containing mixture of compost and polystyrene inert particles as the filter materials. Activated sludge was used as an inoculum. The continuous performance of biofilter for DCM removal was monitored for different concentrations and flow rates. The removal efficiencies decreased at higher concentrations and higher gas flow rates. A maximum elimination capacity of 8g/(m3·h) was achieved. The response of biofilter to upset loading operation showed that the biofilm in the biofilters was quite stable and quickly adapted to adverse operational conditions.

The investigation of the present work brings out the effect of Raichur Fly Ash (RFA) and Nyveli Fly Ash (NFA) on California Bearing Ratio (CBR) of two extreme soils, Black Cotton soil and Red earth. CBR of soil fly ash mixtures assume great importance in their use for road construction. CBR are modified depending on the soaking condition. Thus the CBR of soil fly ash mixtures are determined as compacted and also in soaked condition. CBR of fly ashes under un-soaked conditions exhibit higher values because of additional resistance from capillary forces, for instance when 20% of RFA is added to black cotton soil under Unsoaked condition, blend has shown CBR of 10.38% as found in results. In presence of water fly ashes loose capillary forces and gives lesser CBR, where blend has shown CBR of 4.56% for addition of same quantity of RFA. Same additions when it is made to Red earth, the corresponding results are 11.74% for Unsoaked and 4.74% for soaked conditions. In cases of fly ash with calcium, they generate cementitious gel and impart strength to mix, which increases the CBR even in soaked condition [1]. Addition of cement to RFA and lime to NFA, the resistance of blends increases. CBR of soils with RFA exhibits pronounced peaks at fly ash contents of 20% and 80%. This is due to predominance of skeleton of soil and fly ash respectively. The CBR of soil with NFA addition further increases with soaking. CBR of soil with NFA addition increases continuously with fly ash content. The results reveal that when same 20% NFA is added to soil, the CBR of soil in unsoaked condition is 11.46%, whereas for soaked condition it is 23.62%.

In recent years, the environmental impact of antibiotic pollution from animal manure has gradually become the focus of attention. The compost is a common method for degradation of antibiotics, the rapid degradation of antibiotics can be achieved by adjusting the different compost conditions. Biosurfactants caused all the attention as a new class of surfactants, biosurfactants used in compost will have an impact on the degradation of antibiotics in livestock and poultry manure.

To study the effects of different raw materials and concentration on properties of natural cellulose films, the dissolution of different raw materials and propyl gallate (PG) in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) by rotary vacuum evaporation machine were operated, and glycerol was used as plasticizer. The results show that the mechanical properties, oxygen barrier, moisture barrier, transparency of the films which used cotton pulp as raw materials are superior to wood pulp and reed pulp. Cellulose concentration increase from 5% to 7%, the elongation, oxygen permeation flux, water vapor permeability, light transmittance decrease by 17.2%, 1.4%, 4.4%, 16.6%, respectively, the tensile strength of cellulose film increases by 103.1%.

Tertiary treatment of municipal wastewater is necessary to reduce its scaling potential for using as makeup water of circulating cooling systems. In this study the corrosivity and the factors affecting corrosion of municipal wastewater tertiary-treated by nanofiltration membrane process were assessed by weight-loss method. The results show that concentration of salt ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl- and SO42- has a significant effect on corrosivity to carbon steel. Certain quantity of calcium and magnesium ions could inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel, however, chlorine and sulfate ions could accelerate the corrosion of carbon steel. The corrosion inhibition effect of three inhibitors (PC-604, RP-101 and poly epoxy succinate (PESA)) in tertiary-treated municipal wastewater on the carbon steel was evaluated. PC-604 had the best corrosion inhibitor effect and the lowest dosage. This research has guiding significance for using tertiary-treated municipal wastewater as makeup water of circulating cooling systems.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are a new class of air pollutants posing threat to the environment. Newer technologies are being developed for their control among which biofiltration seem to be most attractive. Biofiltration of styrene vapor from air stream was discussed in this study. Experimental investigations were conducted on a laboratory scale biofilter, containing mixture of compost and polystyrene inert particles as the filter materials. Mixed consortium of activated sludge was used as an inoculum. The continuous performance of biofilter for styrene removal was monitored for different concentrations and flow rates. The removal efficiencies decreased at higher concentrations and higher gas flow rates. A maximum elimination capacity of 85g/(m3•h) was achieved. Focusing on the demand for green buffer material with increasingly rapid growth of Express packaging market and main discuss the technology of foamed bamboo fiber and pay more attention on producing them. Add 40g bamboo powder and bamboo pulp as the original reaction materials, and then contrast the foamed productions. The results show the bamboo pulp has a better buffer ability. Add different contents of photo starches and contrast the results of the experiments, and then it could conclude that 20g photo starches could bond the bamboo fibers and adhesives well. By selecting different kinds of foamed reagents and researching the suitable ratio of them, it could concludes that organic foamed adhesive AC should be 0.3g, and inorganic foamed adhesive should be (3gNaHCO3:2gNH3HCO3:1g(NH3)2CO3). By adding different contents of CaCO3, it could conclude that 4g is the best value. By contrasting the validity of microwaves oven and high temperature container, it could conclude that put the composites into the microwaves for 7 minutes will not only have a high quality, but also a short time. Finally cut the foamed bamboo fiber productions into small grains. Test the static buffer characteristics of the small grains, and then F-X, σ -ε、C-ε curves could be recorded.

The barrier properties of the cellulose packaging films are current concerns for the fields of fruits and vegetables fresh-keeping packaging. One such porous films commonly used the pore formers as hole-forming materials whereas the compatibility and dispersity were not better with the cellulose solutions. In this study, the porous cellulose packaging films were prepared with natural broad-leaved pulp and LiCl/DMAc with different types of coagulation baths. The effects of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, LiCl/DMAc and deionized water coagulation baths on the physical structures, oxygen and water vapor permeabilities and mechanical properties of the films were measured. Based on the scanning electron microscpy (SEM) observation, the cross section was loose when used the alcohol coagulations, especially the films with ethanol coagulation showed dactylopores. It was also found that the oxygen permeability had obviously improving with the effect of ethanol, which compared with water vapor permeability of the films. The porous cellulose packaging films had better mechanical properties and up to 12.7MPa which would satisfy the usage in packaging.

This study investigated the effects of flotation parameters on the recovery of low grade nickel sulphide ore. The parameters investigated are the particle size, flotation time, temperature and pH of the pulp. The analyses of the results obtained showed that particle size, pH, and flotation time had significant effects on the recovery of nickel sulphide ore. The particle size distribution showed that the breakage rate increased in coarse particles and decreased with reduction in particle size. The optimum particle size was found to be 87% passing 75 µm with the highest nickel recovery of 35% at 15 minutes while 68, 79, and 97% passing 75 µm produced nickel recovery of 15, 20 and 16% respectively. The maximum nickel recovery of 35% was achieved at pH of 10.5 which indicated that the nickel sulphide ore has good floatability at alkaline pH range. It was also observed that the recovery of nickel increased with flotation time and the highest recovery was obtained at flotation time of 15 minutes.

By separation and purification experiment, microorganisms were obtained. The paraffin removal strain was named for SW-1. Microscopic and morphological examinations showed strain SW-1 was to be Bacillus Cereus. After strain SW-1 treatment, the number of strain SW-1 increased from 2.7×106/mL-1to 3.5×108/mL-1, which increased by two orders of magnitude; the degradation rate of paraffin could reach to 64% within one month; the prevention rate of paraffin could reach to 43%; the viscosity of crude oil reduced from 35.9mPa•s to 26.8mPa•s, the reduction rate of viscosity was 25.3%, and the freezing point of crude oil reduced by 4.3°C; surface tension reduced from 44.5mN•m-1to 29.1mN•m-1, the reduction rate of surface tension was 34.6%, and pH value was reduced to 6.3. These phenomenon indicated that strain SW-1 has better removal paraffins effect.

Electron gun is a kind of fragile and irregular-shape electronic product with multi-material, slender and similarly tube, non-rigid connection structure, which highly demand packaging protection during distribution. In this research work the moulded pulp of inexpensive and environmental-friendly advantages over plastic foams, and excellent machining technique is applied into the transport packaging of electron gun. Firstly, three packaging protection models of moulded pulp (one layer, two layers, and three layers) on electron gun are developed on account of the structural characteristics of electron gun, which have the advantages of compact structure with placement, orientation and fixation, favorable stability, count, and dustproof function for electron gun. Secondly, the package cushioning and vibration-proof performances of these packaging protection models are respectively studied by six groups of drop shock experiments and sine vibration tests of comparison. All results show that, the three packaging protection models of moulded pulp have favorable packaging function, and can provide effective protection for the products of electron gun during storage and transportation.

Through greenhouse pots experiments, an orthogonal test method was employed here to study the optimum degradation conditions of cold-adapted degrading bacterial and the winter wheat. This orthogonal experiment selected four influencing factors: oil content, bacteria amount, soil moisture content and fertilizer. The results showed that in different stages, the optimum degradation conditions were different. Oil content and the bacterial amount were the two most important factors that influenced the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons. The impact of fertilizers on the degradation rate increased with time, while water content on the degradation rate decreased with time.

In order to shorten the development cycle of molded pulp products and reduce proofing costs of molded pulp products, the replacement of metal mould by tung oil sand mould in molded pulp products proofing process was studied. The technological experiment on tung oil sand mould to make proofing mould and performance testing experiment on tung oil sand mould was carried out. The ratio of raw materials of tung oil sand mould and its best craftsmanship combination were obtained, and the performance requirement of proofing mould made by tung oil sand mould was met.

A new fermentation strategy, one-step fermentation was developed for PHB production with high cell concentration and good productivity in a simplified way. Combined with the research results of PHB synthesis with the method of shake-flasks fermentation cultivation, the fermentation system was built based on the characteristics of fermentation tank cultivation,which was much superior to the traditional two-step fermentation. Based on shake flask studies, the full advantages of fermentation culture was taken to achieve the improvement of PHB production. Through this fermentation method with high PHB accumulation capacity, it provides a feasible way to expand the scale of PHB production, and promotes PHB industrial production process using Methane-Utilizing mixed Culture.

According to the national conditions in China, this article is aiming at introducing the application statues of the modified atmosphere packaging of the fresh red meat product. It has expounded in detail the product feature of the fresh red meat and the mechanization of retaining freshness in the way of the modified atmosphere packaging. From four aspects, this article analyzes the influencing factors of the fresh red meat, such as the proportion of mixed gas, gas barrier materials, meat splitting ways and the meat storage temperature. In accordance with the market sales environment, it has discussed the specific improvement operation mode in quality of meat, the handle ability and the effect of packing, as well as the problems which should be noticed in this process. At the end, it has look into the promising future in the modified atmosphere packaging of fresh red meat products.

A full-scale nitrogen removal system composed of an anoxic tank, an anaerobic tank, a micro-aerobic tank and an aerobic tank (A2O2) was established to treat 15,000 t/d high strength ammonia wastewater of a nitrogenous fertilizer factory. After the first stage of commissioning test, the stable operation of short-cut nitrification and denitrification has been realized at the normal temperature. The results showed that under the conditions of COD/TN ratio of only 1~2, the average removal efficiency of COD、NH3-N and TN achieved 80%, 96% and 54%, respectively without extra addition of alkalinity or carbon source, and the effluent quality was better than the requirement of the《Synthetic ammonia industrial water contamination emission standard》(draft for comment). The variation of nitrogen compounds concentration and operational parameters of pH, DO were investigated in each tank of A2O2 system. The results showed that the short-cut nitrification was stabilized in the micro-aerobic tank through the control of DO concentration (about 0.6 mg/L). Although the pH of micro-aerobic tank was only 6.6 which inhibited the growth of nitrite bacteria, the nitrite accumulation ratio reached about 48 %, closing to the criteria for judgment of short-cut nitrification of 50%. During operation, the process parameters of the A2O2 system such as reflux ratio of the mixed liquids, sludge load, sludge concentration, sludge age and SVI were all maintained in normal range, and small fluctuation of process parameters didn’t show obvious influence on short-cut nitrification.

There were three key factors including glue quantity of veneer, hot-pressing time, hot-pressing temperature to be researched on the effect of plywood performance, which gave a effective conclusion about technology parameter. The results indicated that the three factors obviously were related to the bonding strength and ranked as hot-pressing time > glue quantity of veneer > hot-pressing temperature in sequence. The best groups for production technology were that glue quantity of veneer was 320 g/m2 with hot-pressing time and temperature of 1.2 mm/min and 135 °C respectively.

Focusing on the problems of the bamboo plywood existing in the construction field, we have proposed an optimal process for the building bamboo plywood through controlling the preparation process of the bamboo plywood. In our work, moso bamboo was selected as the objective and then a variety of performances of the bamboo plywood were tested with the heat-up-heat-down process. Experiments show that in the same conditions of MC 10%, RC 7%-8%, the best optimum processes of 12mm thick constructional bamboo plywood is 15min pressing time, the pressing temperature between 155°C to 160°C and the sheet density of 0.85 g/cm3. The optimal process to make the performance of bamboo plywood substantially exceeded the European standard the OSB/4 levels. It can provide practical application of engineering and production design with reference value and theoretical basis for the bamboo plywood.

The results showed as following: 1, the organic matter content for the sludge single composting at the end (53.36%) was lower 8.65% than at the beginning of composting(58.41%), the other corresponding treatment in composting all declined 12.37% -7.98%, indicating that the sludge compost would made The organic matter content are significantly reduced. 2, adding Fermentation accelerant into the sludge from 8% to 40%, the organic matter contents of their composting at the end increased more 2.94% ~ 19.73% than that of the single sludge compost. the highest organic matter content occurred in treatment 6 (sludge +40% Fermentation accelerant, 63.89 %). 3, at adding 24% Fermentation accelerant in the sludge ,as adding 8~32% of nutrient agents, the organic matter contents at the end of composting have been increased more 10.48%, 7.46%, 6.39% and 2.42% than the sludge single treatment , indicating that the sludge Adding 24% Fermentation accelerant and adding more nutrient agents can significantly improved the level of the organic content. 4, the organic matter contents for the sludge adding 30-50% nutrient agents have been declined 4.10% ~ 6.90% than the single-sludge compost treatment. 5, comparison of two measurement results showed that the potassium dichromate method is More advantages in measuring organic matter content of sludge compost than the burning method.

The concentration of heavy metals in excess sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plants has restricted its convertion to soil fertilizer, so it is necessary to remove the heavy metals from sludge. In this article, the effects of heavy metal removal by some mineral acids such as HCl, H2SO4, H3PO4, HNO3 were analysed, when treating excess sludge from a second sediment tank in municipal wastewater treatment plants. To improve the treatment, a combination of H2O2 and acid was also investigated. Consequently, the difference of heavy metal removal among those acids was showed. Its removal of Hg by HNO3 was better than by other acids. Lower pH enhanced the dissolving of heavy metal, yet the removal of Cr was insensitive to the pH. Aided by H2O2, the removal by the acid was enhanced. The suitable dosage of H2O2 was specially related to the solid content of sludge, pH and the acid kind.

Samples were taken for safety indexes testing from the provinces of the main production, and marketing of the bamboo and wood products for food at home. A preliminary conclusion of quality and safety status of the bamboo and wood products for food was drawn via the analysis for testing results, and some foundation work has been done for the quality control of the bamboo and wood products for food.

In order to resolve the problem of fine particle flotation in the reverse flotation of bauxite. a new method of intensifying secondary concentration technology was firstly advanced, and author applied it to ore, achieved eximious experimentation index. The reverse flotation tests of intensifying secondary concentration aiming at bauxite from Guizhou province were studied. The results show that diaspore concentrate directly used in the Bayer-mineral processing method can be obtained by using the intensifying secondary concentration technology without pre—desliming. The average A/S of the concentrate is 10.28 with a recovery rate of 85.41%.

To compare 12CrMoV alloy steel for high temperature oxidation layer in a load-time and there is no loading time variation of topography.

The objective of this study was to assess the potential of applying enhanced landfarming system on the treatment of diesel-oil contaminated soils. Laboratory reactors were conducted to determine the optimal operational conditions of the modified landfarming. Except of frequent soil tilling for air replacement, different additive was added in each reactor enhance the removal efficiency of total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH). The additives used in this study included kitchen waste compost, petroleum-hydrocarbon (PH) degrading bacteria, rice husks, and activated sludge. PH-degrading bacteria were isolated from PH contaminated soils and activated sludge was collected from a wastewater treatment plant containing PH in the influent. PH-degrading bacteria and sludge were added to increase the microbial population and diversity. Rice husk was used as the bulking agent (soil to bulking agent volume ratio = 3:1) to increase the soil permeability. The compost (soil to compost volume ratio = 3:1) was used as organic amendment to increase both the microbial population and soil permeability. Results indicate that the highest first-order TPH decay rate and removal ratio were approximately 0.1 day-1 and 92.4%, respectively, observed in reactor containing compost. In the compost reactor, TPH dropped from 5,900 to 450 mg/kg and total viable bacterial counts increased from 9.4×105 to 7.2×108 cfu/g of soil within 25 days of incubation. This indicates that the kitchen waste compost contained high microbial population and organic content, which could cause the rapid bacterial growth and enhance the TPH degradation. The TPH removal ratios for sludge, PH-degrading bacteria, rice husks, and control reactors were 86.9, 83.1, 79.7, and 54%, respectively. This indicates that the soil tilling played an important role in the landfarming system, and significant amount of TPH removal was due to the volatilization mechanism. Adding sludge or PH-degrading bacteria could cause the increase in both the total microbial population and specific PH-degrading microbial consortia, which caused the increased TPH removal efficiency.

Boron mud haydite adsorbent which was made of boron mud, bentonite, flyash, saw dust, was applied in treatment of high turbidity wastewater. The removal rate of turbidity was used as the index, and the pH the value, the flow, the filler height, the saw dust content, the size and the processing time were studied. The results showed that the removal rate of turbidity which raw turbidity was 795~820NTU could reach 94% when the pH was 12, the flow was 1200s•L-1, the filler height was 50cm, the size was 4mm, the saw dust content was 40g, and the processing time was 60min.The study provided a new way in the preparation of adsorbent and an application of high turbidimetric wastewater treatment.

Kevlar pulps were employed as reinforcement for polyetherimide(PEI)composite. All filled and unfilled polyetherimide composites were tested against CGr15 ball and representative testing was performed. The effects of Kevlar content on tribological properties of the PEI composites were investigated. The worn surface morphologies of pure PEI and its composites were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the wear mechanisms were discussed. Results show that all filled polyetherimides have superior tribological characteristics to unfilled ones.
