During the COVID-19 pandemic, the world has witnessed rampant use of digital technology in almost every facet of huma lives. However, these digital techniques like use of mobile apps have certain drawbacks and constrains. These could be addressed with the use of emerging technologies like Internet of Things (IoT). In healthcare, that is Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). A number of ongoing studies show that integrating security measures with technology will lead to the adoption of stable IoMT applications. Emerging IoMT technologies used in conjunction with Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data, provide feasible solutions. The paper focuses on IoMT models, innovations, and security progress made to tackle COVID-19 issues. The Coronavirus Disease 2021 or COVID-19 has affected almost all individuals around the globe. Consequently, Malaysia is one of the nations that has been facing tremendous changes in various sectors due to COVID-19. As the number of positive cases is on the rise, the Malaysian government has executed its National COVID-19 Immunization Program to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and the severity of disease in case a vaccinated person is infected. However, there are also individuals who have contributed to vaccine refusal due to many factors including misinformation about vaccines, religious beliefs, lack of knowledge, and awareness. Therefore, this paper presents a combination of instructional design and cognitive load theory named CoLoMo model, to increase the awareness of COVID-19 among parents. The CoLoMo model is a theory for mobile application development involving three elements in mobile instruction design which include platform, design, accessibility, and design page. These elements have been chosen prior to the target users which are parents or adults. The three cognitive load theory types in this model are intrinsic, extraneous, and germane cognitive load. The combination of the mobile interaction design and cognitive load theory types will affect the user's cognitive performance which are concentration, learning capabilities and attributes. This paper also discusses the previous research on the implementation of cognitive load theory through mobile applications. COVID 19 pandemic has shifted the way makerspace operationalize shifted from purely physical space into an online mode for design collaboration and also information dissemination. With the spirit of maker movement which emphasizes sharing, collaboration and making as the vital core of its operation while the online components of makerspace are the platform for design collaboration and innovation dissemination during the global pandemic and the future globalization of innovation. Due to the establishment and the technological advancement of the digital fabrication and open-source hardware and software which is available to the masses, online learning has been the main drive which shapes the way the online makerspace platform operationalize. While there are a lot of articles and research has been done on the sustainability and mechanism of the physical makerspace environment, there are lack of articles discussing the sustainability of the online components of makerspace. The objective of this paper is to review the operation of the online makerspace upon disseminating innovation and ideas. This study gives a review of Extended Reality (XR)-based on education tools, with a focus on the new technology that has seen significant growth in the context of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. Comprehensive research on XR and its applications for the Covid-19 outbreak is conducted using keywords such as education, virtual reality, and Covid-19 pandemic. This includes searching from databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, Springer Link, Research Gate, and Academia. The goal of this study was to figure out the significant research efforts in XR technology in the education field during the pandemic. To begin with, we provide an overview of XR followed by describing how this technology contributes to educational experiences. Additionally, we discuss the XR implications and challenges to boost the comprehension of theoretical concepts and technical practice procedures in the education field. Lastly, we consider potential directions for XR technical breakthroughs in present educational experiences linked to the learning domain, as well as preventive measures to prevent the virus from spreading. The external environment of the business that is constantly changing requires SMEs always to be responsive and innovate to survive. This article discusses how coffee powder SMEs respond to external shocks (in this case, Covid-19 pandemic) and the marketing innovations undertaken to overcome them. We also analyze the influence of marketing mix variables on income to determine which attributes need improvement. We conducted interviews with 100 entrepreneurs of coffee powder in Tanah Datar Regency, Sumatera Barat Province, who were chosen randomly. There are 56% of respondents have established their business for more than 20 years. The results show that SMEs are not responsive to shocks. There are almost no innovations to marketing mix attributes carried out by SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic, even though the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many SMEs going bankrupt. The multiple regression results show that attributes of production quantities, packaging variations, price, marketing areas, and marketing media significantly affect income. Digitalization is found in a number of numerous economic megatrends that have affected the global economic system since the beginning of the 19th century. Each of them represents huge technological changes that have created new markets and radically changed the rules of the game in the industry. The comprehensive strategy of digitalization of countries includes a complete transformation process associated with a radical course on technological innovation. Digitalization of the public administration system is only at first glance a matter of infrastructure, technology and data. First of all, it is a matter of organizational changes, as well as people trained and trained accordingly for this. In 2020, the coronavirus crisis led to a significant, albeit unplanned, increase in the digitalization of industries. In some areas, it was possible to switch to digital communication and the use of digital processes in a short time, and in other areas (for example, in education and healthcare) it was difficult or almost impossible. This study analyzes the reasons and prerequisites for the use of digital technologies in economic processes, provides recommendations on which areas and by what means the state should be more actively involved in order to maintain the progress made after the pandemic and continue to promote digital transformation. The conclusion describes such trends in the digitalization of the public administration system as the expansion of Internet communication, which in many countries is lagging behind other "city-countries" (for example, Moscow); the use of digital technologies and methods of work; the use of digital operations in public administration (for example, e-government) and the use of digital business models in healthcare, education, retail, and service provision. The authors emphasized that legal and bureaucratic barriers also play an important role in the process of digitalization. Governments should minimize bureaucratic obstacles and create a regulatory framework that facilitates, encourages digitalization and helps its welfare-enhancing effects, as well as provide financing (for example, to small and medium-sized businesses). The article analyses the impact of globalization and innovation as externalities on the economic system and more precisely industries. The impact is examined through the change in the dynamics of the labor market by sectoral level in Bulgaria and the EU. The results show how the nature of labor is changing in the context of structural industrial changes.
