This updated report on stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) is part of a series of consensus-based white papers previously published addressing patient safety. Since the first white papers were published, SRS and SBRT technology and procedures have progressed significantly such that these procedures are now more commonly used. The complexity and submillimeter accuracy, and delivery of a higher dose per fraction requires an emphasis on best practices for technical, dosimetric, and quality assurance. Therefore, quality and patient safety considerations for these techniques remain an important area of focus. The American Society for Radiation Oncology convened a task force to assess the original SRS/SBRT white paper and update content where appropriate. Recommendations were created using a consensus-building methodology and task force members indicated their level of agreement based on a 5-point Likert scale, from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree." A prespecified threshold of ≥75% of raters who select "strongly agree" or "agree" indicated consensus. This white paper builds on the previous version and uses of other guidance documents to broadly address SRS and SBRT delivery, primarily focusing on processes related to quality and safety. SRS and SBRT require a team-based approach, staffed by appropriately trained and credentialed specialists as well as significant personnel resources, specialized technology, and implementation time. A thorough feasibility analysis of resources is required to achieve the clinical and technical goals and thoroughly discussed with all personnel before undertaking new disease sites. A comprehensive quality assurance program must be developed, using established treatment guidelines, to ensure SRS and SBRT are performed in a safe and effective manner. Patient safety in SRS/SBRT is everyone's responsibility and professional organizations, regulators, vendors, and end-users must demonstrate a clear commitment to working together to ensure the highest levels of safety. • H 2 O 2 modification of hydrochar increased surface functional groups on hydrochar. • Modified hydrochar adsorbed NH 4 + better than pristine hydrochar by two times. • NH 4 +adsorption was mainly controlled by cation exchange and electrostatic attraction. • Modified hydrochar can be used as a promising alternative adsorbent for NH 4 + removal. This work investigated adsorption behaviors of NH 4 + onto H 2 O 2 modified paper waste sludge-derived hydrochar (HPSH). Effect of various operational parameters, including modification ratio, solution pH, adsorbent dosage, initial NH 4 + concentration and contact time on NH 4 + adsorption was studied. Besides, the NH 4 + adsorption isotherms, kinetics and thermodynamics at different operational temperatures were systematically investigated. The textural, morphology, crystalline structure and surface chemistry characteristics of hydrochars were analyzed. Specially, NH 4 + adsorption mechanisms controlled by enriched oxygen-containing surface functional groups by treatment of H 2 O 2 onto hydrochars were deeply discussed. The results showed that the optimal treatment ratio between H 2 O 2 and PPSH was 40. Characterization data indicated H 2 O 2 modification increased the oxygen-containing functional groups on the hydrochar surface. The maximum adsorption capacity of HPSH-40 was 7.941 mg/g which was higher that of PPSH about double. NH 4 + adsorption onto hydrochars was well described by the pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir isotherm. The thermodynamic studies showed NH 4 + adsorption onto hydrochars was endothermic in nature. The mechanisms of NH 4 + adsorption onto hydrochars included π-cation interaction, cation exchange, surface complexation and electrostatic attraction which were attributed to the vital role of enriched oxygen-containing surface functional groups on hydrochar's surface. Poor mental health is considered a major health challenge globally, not least for young people, who will form families within forthcoming years. Research related to childbirth and parenthood transition has focused on how to promote good mental health by preventing mental illness. We discuss how a salutogenetic approach to mental health in parenthood transition is beneficial, and specifically how the component of meaningfulness in Sense of Coherence (SoC), could be investigated to optimize good mental health during parenthood transition. In more recent understandings of meaningfulness , ideas from existential philosophy and psychology have been included. We discuss how, from an existential psychological perspective, open and explorative questioning of life conditions and dilemmas may help to regain one's footing and get in touch with one's driving force – meaningfulness. Such questioning implies that someone, a professional or a friend, actively and relationally helps explore existential aspects of life. We believe that investigating and asking research questions pointing at optimizing a salutogenetic perspective, specifically focusing on the component of meaningfulness and its embedded existential aspects of life, could lead to new knowledge on how to promote good mental health in maternity care. Advancements in monoclonal antibodies, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) have notably enhanced outcomes for metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer patients. Despite the expanding treatment options and clinical complexities, determining the optimal sequence of HER2-targeted therapies remains partly uncertain, influenced by various factors. To refine HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer management, particularly regarding tucatinib's position, a Steering Committee of leading oncologists in breast cancer care devised a panel of statements via a Delphi approach, focusing on five key topics: general clinical management, therapeutic approaches for patients with HER2-positive breast cancer and brain metastases, treatment sequence, and tucatinib's safety and efficacy. A total of 29 statements were deliberated, with strong consensus achieved for most. However, no consensus emerged regarding the management of brain progression alongside stable extracranial disease: 48 % advocated for switching to tucatinib, while 53 % favored a stereotactic brain radiotherapy (SBRT) approach if feasible. The unanimous consensus attained in this Delphi panel, particularly regarding tucatinib's efficacy and safety, underscores oncologists' recognition of its clinical significance based on existing trial data. These findings align closely with current literature, shedding light on areas necessitating further investigation, not thoroughly explored in prior studies. To investigate the geometric morphological differences of the lacrimal punctum by analyzing its shape in relation to age and sex in a normal population. 960 high-magnification slit-lamp images were obtained from 320 puncta of normal asymptomatic Indian individuals across eight decades of life. Using advanced geometric morphometric techniques, including Elliptic Fourier Analysis and Principal Component Analysis, the intricate details of the lacrimal punctum's shape in a diverse population sample were categorized by age and sex. High-resolution images of the lacrimal punctum underwent standardization for scale and orientation, followed by precise landmark identification and coordinate data extraction. The geometric morphometry of the lacrimal punctum shows significant changes as one ages. However, the gender differences, in isolation, without consideration of age, remain subtle and are not pronounced. Interestingly, detailed Principal Component scores analysis revealed potential sex- and age-related variations specifically for the left and right lower puncta, which warrant further investigation. These changes could reflect unique aging changes in the proximal lacrimal drainage system. The study is a starting point for geometric morphometric analysis of the lacrimal punctum and provides valuable insights into the punctal changes in size, orientation, and overall morphology across different age groups and between sexes. Duckweed, a floating freshwater plant, is an excellent phytoremediator used in wastewater treatment and ecosystem restoration. However, the large amount of plant biomass generated presents a bigger problem. This work highlights our efforts towards sustainable waste management of aquatic plant biomass by way of waste recycling and valorization. Novel paper pulp from duckweed biomass yielded various pulp-based products including handmade paper, packing materials and packing board. Paper produced was found to have 139 g/m2 and 6–14 N/1.5 cm gram per square meter and tensile strength respectively. Biochar obtained from the biomass after pyrolysis exhibited 23.9 nm to 49.49 nm pore size and was used to formulate novel soil conditioners that increased the seed vigour of fenugreek, green gram, wheat and pearl millet by 53.41, 87.98, 148.25 and 122.41 % respectively. Thus, two novel applications of a waste biomass were successfully established, concomitantly establishing sustainability and circularity in waste aquatic biomass management. This paper constructs the money demand function including the variable of electronic payments while adopting the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) bounds testing approach to investigate the relationship between electronic payments and money demand in China. The empirical results show that there is the cointegration among the variables in the constructed function with stability, and the e-payment variable is negatively correlated with the demand for money. According to the findings of this paper, in the long run, for every 1 percent increase in the e-payment variable, the demand for M1 will decrease by approximately 0.01 percent. Over and above technical skills, software development graduates need to also poses team-based skills, such as, leadership, oral communication and project management by the time they graduate from tertiary institutions. In order to fulfil this requirement, institutions introduced a project-based module, generally referred to as capstone, to be undertaken by students on the their final year. The essence of this module, amongst other things, is to expose students to the real-world professional experience through partnership with industry. Much research has been conducted on students software projects, but very little investigation has gone into understanding how students evaluate the success of their projects. In is in this light that this study was conducted. A systematic literature review (SLR) was performed on empirical studies published between 2000 and 2022, to establish criteria used by students in evaluating software project success. The investigation led to the discovery of one (1) paper, which identified three most important success criteria used by students. However, this study identified some short-comings (eg students had to pretend to be employed graduates when evaluating the imaginary projects) with the approach used by the abovementioned research paper in determining the students' success criteria. Beside the fact that there is only one study that was found that addresses the study's phenomenon, the identified short-comings on the paper indicate that there is a need for empirical research studies on this matter. Quick response (QR) codes are a fast and efficient technology for linking and accessing identifying information, and their use has been proposed in forensics. The heat resistance and esthetics of denture marking methods (DMMs) have been recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), but studies on these aspects of printed QR codes are lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal printed material with QR codes for implementation as a DMM adjusted to the recommendations of the ADA. The behavior of 4 types of paper, bond paper, fiberglass filter paper, ultralong hydroxyapatite nanowire paper, and polyolefin and silica paper with printed QR codes was analyzed. They were exposed to temperatures between 100 °C and 1000 °C in a heat muffle for 1 hour. Each specimen was subjected to both a morphological and a thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanned by using 3 different smartphones. The scans were positive for bond paper (33.3%), fiberglass fiber paper (50%), ultralong hydroxyapatite nanowire paper (100%), and polyolefin and silica paper (70.4%). The TGA revealed continuous decomposition curves (average 16.5 minutes at 624 °C). Printed QR codes on ultralong hydroxyapatite nanowire paper appear to be suitable as information reservoirs, even surviving incineration, and may be implemented as a DMM conforming to the ADA recommendations. Anal cancer is an uncommon malignancy, however, its incidence has been increasing worldwide, including among older adults. The care of older patients with anal cancer requires a multidisciplinary and comprehensive team approach to ensure improved outcomes and maintenance of quality of life, and the geriatric assessment should be a key component in the evaluation of every older patient with anal cancer. Despite older adults representing a large proportion of patients with anal cancer, they were underrepresented in trials that defined currently accepted standard therapies, including definitive chemoradiotherapy. Nonetheless, data from retrospective studies suggest that fit older patients with anal cancer should receive standard treatment similarly to their younger counterparts. This review describes the current knowledge regarding the management of anal cancer in older adults, including geriatric assessment, localized, recurrent/persistent, and metastatic disease. Health care delivery shifted and adapted with the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. Stroke care was negatively affected across the care continuum and may lead to poor community living outcomes in those who survived a stroke during the ongoing pandemic. For instance, delays in seeking care, changes in length of stays, and shifts in discharge patterns were observed during the pandemic. Those seeking care were younger and had more severe neurologic effects from stroke. Increased strain was placed on caregivers and public health efforts, and community-wide lockdowns, albeit necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19, had detrimental effects on treatment and recommendations to support community living outcomes. The American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine Stroke Interdisciplinary Special Interest Group Health and Wellness Task Force convened to (1) discuss international experiences in stroke care and rehabilitation and (2) review recently published literature on stroke care and outcomes during the pandemic. Based on the findings in the literature, the task force proposes recommendations and interdisciplinary approaches at the (1) institutional and societal level; (2) health care delivery level; and (3) individual and interpersonal level spanning across the care continuum and into the community. Cancer survivors over the age of 65 have unique needs due to the higher prevalence of functional and cognitive impairment, comorbidities, geriatric syndromes, and greater need for social support after chemotherapy. In this study, we will evaluate whether a Geriatric Evaluation and Management-Survivorship (GEMS) intervention improves functional outcomes important to older cancer survivors following chemotherapy. A cluster-randomized trial will be conducted in approximately 30 community oncology practices affiliated with the University of Rochester Cancer Center (URCC) National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) Research Base. Participating sites will be randomized to the GEMS intervention, which includes Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP)-directed geriatric evaluation and management (GEM), and Survivorship Health Education (SHE) that is combined with Exercise for Cancer Patients (EXCAP©®), or usual care. Cancer survivors will be recruited from community oncology practices (of participating oncology physicians and APPs) after the enrolled clinicians have consented and completed a baseline survey. We will enroll 780 cancer survivors aged 65 years and older who have completed curative-intent chemotherapy for a solid tumor malignancy within four weeks of study enrollment. Cancer survivors will be asked to choose one caregiver to also participate for a total up to 780 caregivers. The primary aim is to compare the effectiveness of GEMS for improving patient-reported physical function at six months. The secondary aim is to compare effectiveness of GEMS for improving patient-reported cognitive function at six months. Tertiary aims include comparing the effectiveness of GEMS for improving: 1) Patient-reported physical function at twelve months; 2) objectively assessed physical function at six and twelve months; and 3) patient-reported cognitive function at twelve months and objectively assessed cognitive function at six and twelve months. Exploratory health care aims include: 1) Survivor satisfaction with care, 2) APP communication with primary care physicians (PCPs), 3) completion of referral appointments, and 4) hospitalizations at six and twelve months. Exploratory caregiver aims include: 1) Caregiver distress; 2) caregiver quality of life; 3) caregiver burden; and 4) satisfaction with patient care at six and twelve months. • A closed-loop material flow analysis model is established for China's pulp and paper industry (CPPI), followed by a comprehensive quantitative analysis from both retrospective and prospective perspectives. • By implementing sound plans and stricter regulations and standards, China has improved recycling and material use efficiency, reduced the organic material with wastewater, and shifted towards recovered paper as a raw material over non-wood fiber. • Lowering the waste paper recycling rate to increase carbon storage is not suitable for China, due to the limited virgin fiber and growing demand. • The growing paper demand requires efforts from both ends of virgin fiber supply and waste paper management towards the sustainable development of CPPI. As the largest global producer and consumer of pulp and paper, China faces significant sustainability challenges in fiber supply and waste paper management. A comprehensive material flow analysis of China's pulp and paper industry (CPPI) is needed to understand the interaction between raw material supply and waste paper management. Here, we construct a closed-loop material flow analysis model for CPPI, examine the evolution patterns of material metabolism from 1990 to 2019, and explore the demand for paper production, waste paper recycling, and virgin fiber supply in 2030 and 2050 under multiple scenarios considering critical factors. Results show that the industry has undergone rapid expansion, increased material use efficiency, and a shift towards recycled pulp from 1990 to 2019. China's paper demand will grow to 186 Mt in the next 30 years, resulting in a significant increase in both demand for fibers (173 Mt) and the generation of waste paper (138 Mt). To ensure a sustainable fiber supply for CPPI, domestic waste paper recycling needs to be prioritized. However, attention should also be paid to the availability of virgin pulp supply and proper disposal of organic solid waste. Proper management of these factors is crucial for achieving a circular economy in the industry and reducing its environmental impact. A recent paper by Karpov et al. (2024) discusses forest disturbances on Kunashir Island due to windstorms and bark beetle outbreaks. The study uses medium-resolution satellite data, which we argue is conceptually flawed for analyzing windthrows and spruce dieback in mixed forests of the study area. The results significantly underestimate disturbed areas by over 50 %. Here we highlight the methodological shortcomings of the Karpov et al. (2024) study and caution against using medium-resolution data for forest disturbance detection in mixed forests. • Commercial paper popularization can alleviate the risk-taking manufacturing enterprises face to a certain extent. • The establishing the Shanghai ticket exchange helps enhance the mitigation effect of risk-taking for manufacturing enterprises. • The efficiency of financing and effectively enhances the mitigation effect on the risk-taking of enterprises. This paper constructs accounts receivable commercial paper indicators based on the choice of payment instruments when enterprises sell on credit and selects listed manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2022 as data samples for the study. The co-combustion of sorghum straw and paper-making sludge (PMS) is beneficial to alleviate the ash-related problem in sorghum straw combustion process. In this paper, the mineral migration and transformation behavior in sorghum straw ashes with the addition of PMS ashes under an oxidizing atmosphere were investigated using an X-ray diffractometer, thermogravimetric-derivative thermogravimetric, scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray detector, and FactSage software. The results demonstrated that the increase in the PMS ash mass ratio led to an increase in ash fusion temperature (AFT) of sorghum straw mixtures. The generations of high melting-point (MP) calcium feldspar (e.g., Ca 2 MgSi 2 O 7 , Ca 2 Al 2 SiO 7 , Ca 3 MgSi 2 O 8 , and Ca 7 Mg (SiO 4) 4) and phosphates (e.g., Ca 3 P 2 O 8 , Ca 5 P 2 SiO 12 , and Ca 7 P 2 Si 2 O 16) caused the increases in the AFT. The maximum weight loss of sorghum straw ashes decreased with the increasing PMS ash mass ratio, and the surface of the ashes underwent the transition from smooth to a whole loose and rough, which alleviated the ash-related problems of sorghum straw. The addition of PMS ashes decreasing the liquid-phase content calculated by FactSage at the same temperature also explained the sorghum straw AFT increase. The changes of AFT and its corresponding mechanisms in the sorghum straw with PMS ash addition under an oxidizing atmosphere provided the support for large-scale combustion of biomass. • Sludge addition increased the ash fusion temperature (AFT) of sorghum straw. • Calcium containing minerals were formed due to the addition of paper-making sludge. • Ca 3 MgSi 2 O 8 , Ca 2 MgSi 2 O 7 , and Ca 2 Al 2 SiO 7 were generated caused AFT increase. • The transformation of calcium phosphates content increased with increasing temperature. • Thermogravimetric analysis of ash samples illustrated the mineral interaction. The presence of high concentration of nitrite in natural environment and food can be harmful to water ecosystems and human health. It is of great significance to develop a reliable detection method for nitrite. In this work, a modified paper sensor (CS/AgNPs-PE) was fabricated by electrodepositing chitosan (CS) and electrochemically reducing silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) onto an oxidized graphene/cellulose/carbon fiber composite paper sensor. The successful loading of chitosan and AgNPs enhances the electrocatalytic activity of the sensor, improving the detection performance of nitrite. The electrochemical process of nitrite on the surface of the CS/AgNPs-PE was proven to be a diffusion-controlled irreversible reaction. Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used to quantitatively analyze nitrite. A low detection limit of 7.9 × 10−7 mol L−1 can be obtained by DPV under a wide nitrite detection range of 4.0–1000 µM. CS/AgNPs-PE sensor exhibited good repeatability and selectivity, and it could be used to detect nitrite in tap water and ham samples. These results suggest that the CS/AgNPs-PE sensor is of great potential for nitrite sensing in real samples. The paper-based triboelectric nanogenerators (PB-TENGs) satisfied the requirement of sustainability and aroused great research interests, however how to improve their outputs still remains as a huge challenge. Most of the reported strategies to enhance the performance of PB-TENG focused on the chemical modification of the friction layers (FL), which may be restricted by the high-cost and cumbersome protocols being required. In this work, a general strategy of interface engineering to boost the outputs of the PB-TENG was proposed and validated by employing graphene composite paper (GC-paper) as electrodes. At the beginning, the hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) and Ecoflex were cured as separated films and used as friction layers, which were adhered with copper or GC-paper electrodes. The PB-TENG device can be obtained and possesses acceptable performance. Subsequently, we were surprised to find that the outputs of the PB-TENG largely increased by coating the FLs on the GC-paper rather than adhering. The maximum open-circuit voltage jumped from 300 V to 734 V, and the maximum short-circuit current boosted from 3.4 µA to 8.7 µA. This phenomenon may be ascribed to an interface effect between the FLs and electrodes, which enhanced the electrostatic induction. Text summarization in medical domain is one of the most crucial chores as it deals with the critical human information. Consequently the proper summarization and key point extraction from medical deeds using pre-trained Language models is now the key figure to be focused on for the researchers. But due to the considerable amount of real-world data and enormous amount of memory requirement to train the Large Language Models (LLMs), research on these models become challenging. To overcome these challenges multiple prompting and tuning techniques are being used. In this paper, effectiveness of prompt engineering and parameter efficient fine tuning is being studied to summarize the Hospital Discharge Summary (HDS) papers effectively, so that these models can accurately interprete medical terminologies and contexts, generate brief but compact summaries, and draw out concentrated themes, which opens new approaches for the application of LLMs in healthcare and making HDS more patient-friendly. In this research LLaMA 2 (Large Language Model Meta AI) has been considered as the base model. Also, the model has been fine-tuned using QLoRA (Quantized Low Rank Adapters), which can bring down the memory usage of LLMs without compromising the data quality. • This study considers 49,881 papers published between 2011 and 2020 in three prestigious journals: Nature, Science , and PNAS. • We compare three handling time indicators (EHT, PHT, and THT) of papers published in these three journals. • This analysis finds significant negative associations between all handling time indicators and both impact and attention, except for a non-significant correlation between PHT and attention. • Heterogeneity analyses indicate that these relationships are affected by the journal, subject, and affiliation. The time required for peer review is a crucial factor for researchers when deciding where to submit their manuscripts, as it is also considered an important predictor of paper impact. This paper analyses the handling time of academic papers at the individual paper level, focusing on three key indicators: editorial handling time, processing handling time, and total handling time. Unlike previous studies that primarily examined the simple correlation between handling time and academic impact of academic papers, this paper uses a negative binomial regression model to analyse the data while controlling for various factors related to total citations. Further, we explore the relationship between handling time and social attention. The dataset used in this study comprises 49,881 papers classified as 'articles' and published between 2011 and 2020 in three prestigious journals: Nature, Science , and PNAS. Our main findings reveal significant negative associations between the three measures of handling time and both impact and attention, except that processing handling time and attention have a significant positive relationship. Additionally, heterogeneity analyses indicate that these relationships are affected by the journal, subject, and affiliation. This empirical analysis of handling time's effect on academic impact and social attention expands upon the insights gained from previous research and may stimulate changes in some journal editorial policies to accelerate publishing speed. Peer review is crucial in improving the quality and reliability of scientific research. However, the mechanisms through which peer review practices ensure papers become top-cited papers (TCPs) after publication are not well understood. In this study, by collecting a data set containing 13, 066 papers published between 2016 and 2020 from Nature communications with open peer review reports, we aim to examine how textual features embedded within the peer review reports of papers that reflect the reviewers' emotions may predict the papers to be TCPs. We compiled a list of 15 textual features and classified them into three categories: peer review features, linguistic features, and sentiment features. We then chose the XGBoost machine learning model with the best performance in predicting TCPs, and utilized the explainable artificial intelligence techniques SHAP to interpret the role of feature importance on the prediction results. The distribution of feature importance ranking results demonstrates that sentiment features play a crucial role in determining papers' potential to be highly cited. This conclusion still holds, even when the ranking of the feature importance changes in the subgroup analysis of dividing the samples into four disciplines (biological sciences, health sciences, physical sciences, and earth and environmental sciences), as well as two groups based on whether reviewers' identities were revealed. Labeled data are fed to learning models of classification tasks to help them learn to classify unlabeled data. Massive papers are hinged by citations to a few influential papers, much smaller than the total size, which, if labeled, would cause the spread of label information to the most of the papers. We utilized the co-reference relationship between papers since the references cited by a paper dataset usually cannot be contained by the dataset. We stated the problem of optimal paper labeling as the problem of picking a given fraction of nodes from a co-reference network to maximize the number of their neighbors, which is a submodular maximization problem with a cardinality constraint, NP-hard for general networks. We approximately solved it by picking nodes according to the ranks of specific network centralities. We further proved that labeling papers according to the rank of degree, the lowest-complexity centrality, can give a near-optimal solution with specific constraints on the maximum degree of co-reference network and labeling proportion. Experimental results show that our method brings a significant improvement in the accuracy of classification. • A model-agnostic optimization objective is proposed to improve paper classification accuracy. • The optimization objective is maximizing a paper set's neighborhood in a co-reference network. • Labeling high-centrality nodes is a labor-saving and approximative way to the maximizing problem. Various valuable illuminated paper manuscripts in museums and libraries suffer from fungal deterioration. The treatment and protection of illuminated paper manuscripts from fungal damage is an important process. Therefore, the current study aimed to evaluate different fungicides against fungi isolated from historical illuminated paper manuscript dated back to the Mamluk period (1250–1516 AD). Fungi isolated from infected historical illuminated paper manuscripts were identified and their cellulolytic enzyme activity was performed. The identified fungi were A. fumigatus , A. niger , A. flavus , Alternaria alternate , and Trichoderma sp. Isolate (4-1), identified as Aspergillus flavus, possessed the highest cellulase activity. This isolate was tested against the following fungicides: azoxystrobin, boscalid, difenoconazole, dimethomorph, propiconazole, pyraclostrobin, and thiophanate-methyl at concentrations from 1 to 200 ppm, nanoparticles of TiO 2 and SiO 2 at concentrations of 0.5%, and 1% and mixtures of fungicides [difenoconazole + propiconazole (1:1)] at 100 and 200 ppm and [boscalid + pyraclostrobin (2:1)] at 150 and 300 ppm. The disc diffusion method (DDM) was used to evaluate the efficiency of the prepared individual and mixed fungicides against Aspergillus flavus (4-1) isolate. The results of this study revealed that treatments with individual difenoconazole at 200 ppm exhibited the best antifungal activity, followed by the propiconazole fungicide. Further research is needed to evaluate the in vitro practical application of these fungicides with infected illuminated paper samples with Aspergillus flavus agents in the field. It is well established that a large proportion of paper banknotes in circulation contain traces of cocaine. Being able to discriminate between the innocent transfer of illicit drug particles acquired through everyday interactions with surfaces such as banknotes, as opposed to transfer resulting from criminal activities can provide valuable intelligence that can inform an investigation. With many countries adopting polymer banknotes as legal tender, it is important to consider the transfer of cocaine from these surfaces as well as the retention of these particulates on polymer banknotes for evaluative interpretation in crime reconstruction. This comparison study assessed three contact variables (force, time, and rotation) on the transfer of cocaine particulates from paper and polymer banknotes onto a human skin proxy. The persistence of cocaine particulates was assessed through a realistic scenario which mimicked a cash transaction. Quantifiable amounts of cocaine were transferred onto the human skin proxy across all of the contacts assessed, with a greater transfer observed with contacts involving polymer banknotes and those contacts which involved rotation. Following extensive handling, cocaine persisted on both banknote types, with paper banknotes retaining larger amounts of cocaine than polymer banknotes. These findings show that cocaine can persist on both paper and polymer banknotes for extended periods of time following handling and is therefore available for transfer. This transfer then readily occurs, even when contact is brief and involves relatively small forces. A key distinction between the banknote types was that cocaine particulates are more likely to transfer from polymer banknotes due to the lower retention rate of particulates on this surface. The objective of this paper is to show the added value of using tools such as eyetracking, galvanic skin response, facial coding and others in the field of market research and user experience research. We will present 3 case studies in which these tools have been used successfully. We will give an overview of the background, the objectives, methods and results and how the neuro-tools provided additional insights into consumer behaviour, which would otherwise not have been possible. • Representatives of five expert panels came together to establish conceptual clarity and consensus for what social determinants of health mean for nursing. • We define the social determinants of health as having six key dimensions: economic stability, education access and quality (including health literacy), health care access and quality, neighborhood and the built environment, social and community context, and planetary conditions. • We provide a specific health policy example for each of the six key areas of the social determinants of health to illustrate how nurses can act to improve population health. • We underscore the crucial need to eliminate systematic and structural racism if equity in planetary health-related quality of life is to be attained. • Our conceptual framework addresses the particular importance of nursing actions at the individual, family, and population levels to promote health policies that advance health equity, anti-racism, and planetary health-related quality of life. The 2019-2020 American Academy of Nursing (Academy, 2019) policy priorities document states that "they have a clear and distinct focus on social determinants of health and uses this lens to advance policies and solutions within each of the three overarching priorities" This consensus paper seeks to establish conceptual clarity and consensus for what social determinants of health mean for nursing, with emphasis on examples of health policies that advance planetary health equity and improve planetary health-related quality of life. Volunteers from five Expert Panels of the Academy met via videoconference to determine roles and refine the focus of the paper. After the initial discussion, the first draft of the conceptual framework was written by the first three authors of the paper and, after discussion via videoconference with all the co-authors, successive drafts were developed and circulated for feedback. Consensus was reached when all authors indicated acceptance of what became the final version of the conceptual framework. A conceptual framework was developed that describes how the social determinants of health can be addressed through nursing roles and actions at the individual, family, and population levels with a particular focus on the role of health policy. The paper provides a specific health policy example for each of the six key areas of the social determinants of health to illustrate how nurses can act to improve population health. Nursing actions can support timely health policy changes that focus on upstream factors in the six key areas of the social determinants of health and thus improve population health.
